This is my go to nail salon, I’ve been coming here for a few years now and absolutely love it! Kathy and Lee are both fantastic at what they do. I love everything about this salon, they offer you a drink upon entry, and they play some really good music. One thing I’m really picky about it cleanliness and this salon exceeds my expectations!

Petals and polish is the best and the staff is so kind. The facility is really beautiful and the quality of the manicures and pedicures are just fantastic. I always look forward to my visits and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a wonderful manicure and pedicure experience.

I went with my 9yo for her first pedi and we had a really good time. Staff was really nice and professional and the place itself is so cute. We will definitely come back

The experience was great but expensive. I was the only patron who was not offered anything to drink. I had to make them aware of it. I won’t forget this. Doesn’t matter how good the service is, my money is green like everyone else’s.

Very nice salon with lots of chairs. The choice of a beverage is a nice additional touch. The Prices are reasonable too.

Petals & Polish is a fantastic spa that is very clean and well decorated. They provide exceptional service and the technicians are friendly and fantastic. I visited them with two other friends and luckily one of them scheduled our appointments. We all did mani/pedis and they offered us beverages before they started.The technicians are super friendly and professional. They do amazing work and if you would seen my one friends giant feet before and after you would have been more than impressed. :-) If I lived closer I would visit more often but the next time I spend the day in Pleasanton/Livermore I will schedule an appointment with them.

Ive missed these gals for over a year! Did a wonderful job. Cant wait to come back.

Great service, very thorough and very friendly!

Very clean, well maintained and has the latest trends. One of the few places my 16 yr old and I find our mani/pedi tastes met. She gets full sets with applications you see on IG and i get the most professional understated mani/pedi combo that lasts!

Ive returned twice to this place, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because I love how the shop looks but, the lady who did my nails was definitly not a fan of mine. She was upset when I wanted a specific design on my nails. Definitely made me feel bad about wanting something special. Also, my nail broke 3 days after getting them completely re done.. this was the 2nd time this exact nail broke. . && I was not doing anything wild and crazy with my hands. Just opening up a cabinet. Tip came clean off, didnt even break the nail underneath. I was searching for a new nail spot to take my business too ever two weeks and sadly it will not be this place.

Came in for a fill on a Sunday and made the appointment through Yelp the day before. Being able to reach out online was a nice option when I wasnt able to call right away, but ultimately calling is better.I also experienced the time lag in that though I had an appointment I wasnt seen till at least 20 minutes after that.Tracey was my nail tech and she was very detailed and meticulous in shaping my nails and regularly asked me if I liked the shape and how I felt about them. Ultimately I was happy with the outcome and if I found myself in the area again Id be back.

I accidentally came across P&P the other day and I am extremely enthused that I did. I had my first appointment today and when I walked into this sophisticated, tranquil and relaxing Salon - the P&P Team was warm and cordial. And, the icing on the cake was the dynamic Manicurist April. She was informative, good humored and excellent at her talent! I have find my new Salon close to my home in Dublin.

The ultimate pedicure was exceptional! Very pampering and the polish job is perfect. Also the massage that comes with the ultimate pedicure was so relaxing. Overall this was the best pedicure Ive had in the tri-valley area and Im looking forward to making this my regular nail salon!

I’d really love to give this salon a better review. The only reason I am giving above a one star review is because I have Gone here a few times in the past and was satisfied with the service. However, I went yesterday and my manicurist botched the job leaving me with deep painful cuts on my fingers. I have never ever left a salon with my fingers raw and bleeding. Have called and left an email with the salon, because I didn’t want to confront the manicurist in the moment, but haven’t gotten a response to my inquiry so am leaving a review here.

I really liked this and if you are into gel or shellac nails this is definitely your place. They have a lot of different color options for gel, shellac, and powder. However, if your into just regular nail polish the color option is limited. My pedicurist was great and very attentive. The only draw backs were the nail polish options and it took super long for my regular nail polish to dry.

What a great place to sit and relax, Tammy was very personable, professional and fast. I’m in love with my acrylic nails. Thanks Tammy you an amazing nail artist.

Love this place! April is my favorite! Love planning my next ombré dip colors with her. They take their time and do an awesome job. Plus you get a complimentary adult beverage. Decor is so pretty! A wonderful place to relax and feel pampered.

First time here! Loved the environment, friendly staff, and complimentary good red wine! Had April and she went above and beyond for my pedicure. I recommend her because shes so nice and friendly! Got along so well and she was very informative about my care. I know I will be coming back again forsure!

This is by far the best nail salon in the Livermore area. The salon itself is beautiful and extremely clean. The staff is so friendly and their customer service is fantastic. Tracy did a beautiful job on my dip manicure! On top of that, I smashed my finger in a door and chipped/cracked one of my nails. They quickly got me in to fix my nail and did it free of charge. I am so happy that I found this salon and will be a long time customer.

Tracey did my dip manicure and it was amazing! Everything was perfect. Loan did my pedicure and spent a lot of time and detail doing my toes. Will definitely be back and recommend to all of my friends!

I arrived about 6pm on 20 November (Wednesday). It was great because they was able to accommodate two people for a manicure and pedicure. Everyone was so pleasant and respectful. I have great vibes leaving this spot.

Wonderful experience at this new nail spa! Beautifully decorated, and wonderful customer service. Theresa was wonderful, took her time and gave me a wonderful Pedicure. Also a complementary glass of Rose. Will definitely go back!

My friend and I were walk-ins and they took us right away. The store is gorgeous and very clean. There is a wide selection of colors to choose from, and they even offer you a drink while you get your service done - wine, mimosa, water, juice! We were extremely happy with our pedicures and the level of service.

April is amazing! I got a full set with April and her work is beautiful! The salon is spectacular! Customer service is superior!

DO NOT COME HERE! GO TO BELLE LA VIE DOWN THE STREET!! The service I received was builder gel by their most experienced technician (notice how I said most experienced, not professional). The owner Michelle has no customer service experience whatsoever. Her technicians are polite and inexperienced so if youre looking for a beginner technician who may make mistakes along the way, this is the place for you! I had patience with my service and told my technician it was NOT what I wanted however she was already too far along to fix the end result so I said I would give her another chance at my next appointment. After 11 days of my builder gel, My nails had chips, and an entire nail popped off. This service should last between 21-24 days before wear and tear and I have had no problem with this at my regular salon Belle La Vie down the street. When I reached out to the owner Michelle about my concerns with my service, she had no intentions of fixing the situation. I was specifically told, If I didnt like the service, I should have notified the salon from the beginning, not 11 days after. A service is only 1-2 hours, why are we not allowed to come back after that time frame if the product doesnt last? Isnt that what quality means? Not to mention my previous visit was a pedicure where my cuticles were bleeding and the hot towels gave my skin 2nd degree burns. Sorry your salon is off to a bumpy start Michelle, hopefully you raise your customer service standards and actually listen to your customers before dismissing them. Extortion for compensation lol isn’t that called “Righting your wrongs???” So sad your pride is so big you can’t even fix a customers nails after they paid and tipped their technician appropriately.

I am so completely happy and impressed with this nail salon!! It is exceptionally hygienic, the technicians r all outstanding, especially April and their customer service is something I have personally never witnessed for a salon this size and reasonable!! U come in and check in and u earn points for discounts later. U get 15% off around ur birthday and most importantly, there r three or four wines to choose from, while u r being exceptionally pampered!! The massage chairs r amazing, but they r all perfectionist and amazing people in general!! I had Lynn do waxing tonight and I was so impressed I will never return to my other wax place (no names)!! I am a regular and am always noticed and acknowledged by name and my girl, April, always remembers all my quirky OCD details with my nails!! These folks know a lot about people and how to treats their customers!! I am a regular for life!! Also, I send anyone who comments on my nails (which happens often) to go to them!!! Amazing!! They are a little pricey but worth it. I got gel fingers and the deluxe pedicure for my toes, and they were quick, professional, and gave me a yummy mimosa.

Was happy with the pedicure the place is definitely super cute very clean and customer service was great. Only problem i had is i feel like my toes couldve used one more coat since polish is white. That part was rush and she threw on two coats cleaned up sides and was done. Still have polish on skin around toe nails. Made a last minute appointment so it couldve been just timing. Still not mad will definitely give the place another go.

This place gets the job done well, quickly, and at a good price. Highly recommend!

The service was not a good experience for me .i had a pedicure and after she finished just left me in chair without shoes or offering disposable flip flops to walk in. My nails came out great but i had some polish on my hard which he used the grinder they use to take off Polish which burned some of my skin off on upper hand. Way too over priced plus the customer services was not good at all .

Not to impressed the 2nd time around. The first time I went, it was great. The 2nd time, I felt rushed and my nails didnt come out to good. Not sure if I will go back there again.

I was at Petals and Polish yesterday for a gel pedi an a powder dip mani. Ive been having my nails done for 30 years and Tracy gave me the best mani of my life. Im so thrilled. Lan was equally awesome on my toes! LOVE the atmosphere. LOVE the wine. LOVE the decor. So glad you came to Livermore!
