I called on 8/30/2021 to make an appointment with Aimee, and scheduled for 11am today (Saturday September 4th) when I got there they said I never had an appointment and I was turned away. So... thanks guys. 💙

I went here with my mom and we called ahead to see if they could do walk ins for two pedicures, a manicure and full set. They said it was okay. The file who worked with my mom was great! She asked us to repeat what we’re there for to make sure our needs are met which was no issue and even redid her work to match the picture my mom showed with no hesitation ! The guy who helped me was right next to her and could hear what we said and gave me the worst pedicure and got mad when I stopped him from doing a regular manicure when I asked for acrylics twice. He cut my nails most of the way and ripped them off almost half way. Most of my nails are crooked and poorly shaped. Will not come again.

I love this nail salon! Because of my schedule, I have had to use several technicians and theyre all great.

Ive been going to Amy T. for many years as I feel she is the best! She has great ideas if I dont (lol) and is detail oriented. I wouldnt go anywhere else!Ive also used other techs in this salon and all are excellent! I am in and out in under an hour. Oh, the massage chairs are the best!

Cassie and her team have been doing my nails for years. They are always professional, courteous and timely. They do a better job than anywhere I’ve been and I highly recommend them to anyone! Not to mention Cassie and Aimee are super helpful in picking colors and designs if needed!

I only stayed because I had a gift card otherwise I would have left bc the fumes were so strong. It was the fastest pedicure of my life even though no one was waiting. I asked the older man to put hotter water and it was still luke warm. He kept hurting my toes w the dremel and though it tickled, I said no, IT HURTS. Should I mention the massage chair sucked.I got home and noticed he cut my nail way too short and not straight across. They dont even try to talk to you. I did give them 2 stars bc the young girl did a decent job on my 8 yo girl.

Cassie and Amy are the best! I get my nails done every 2 weeks without fail and I like them FANCY they never disappoint! I also splurge on a pedicure maybe 4 times a year, their staff are all friendly and helpful. 100% recommend as they are not only very talented their fast and efficient, Im in and out in an hour.

Tammy is the best!! I came in w an inspiration picture and she did so well!! These are my favorite nails and I’m definitely coming back!!!

I have been going to Cassie and Aime / Deluxe Nails since they have opened over 10 years now. They have ALWAYS treated me special. The nail designs are incredible work and always designed just for me. I always get SO many compliments on my nails and refer them often. I would never go anywhere else.

I have been coming to Deluxe Nails and Spa for a couple of years and have always left my appointments with Amie very happy with her services. They are very friendly and always striving to please the customer. I would highly recommend this Salon to anyone.

Worst nail place I’ve ever been to. Booked 2 manicures, repair of one broken acrylic, and 3 pedicures. When “fixing” my broken acrylic, the man did not soak off the acrylic but TORE it off my natural nail with the clippers causing it to bleed under my nail. Messed up the shape and I asked him to fix it and he proceeded to file it shorter but not fix the shape. Also, even though it was the quickest pedicure of my life, they told us that they didn’t have time for our scheduled manicures and we’d have to come back later. Will not be back.

I came in today to get an acrylic set done and the guy took 30 minutes and looked nothing like what I wanted my fingers have glue all over them and it looks like a one coat polish The friend I brought with me it took her nails 2 hours to get done. Also I had to have another fix my pointer fingers because the shapes are all off!. No attention to detail rough spots.

I called and made an appointment about 2 hours before. I showed Tami a picture and she did exactly what I wanted on my mani. Super cute. Clean and comfortable place!

This place is amazing! I walk in with no appointment Friday morning and was hoping for a miracle but didnt expect much. I only had a small window of time to get my nails done before going t a wedding later. I needed a gel manicure and regular pedicure. They saw me right away when I walked in did not have to wait and even had 2 women help me at the same time since they knew I had limited time! Great customer service and my nails look great!

I had an appt for a pedicure yesterday. A gentleman did the entire pedicure in under 20 minutes. Today my toes look like I got a one coat polish change. No attention to rough spots, and no attention to cuticles. No massage. I am bummed. I will be looking for a different salon.

I cant think of a more appropriate name for this salon. I couldnt be happier with the end result of my mani pedi! The Gel application went on smoothly and they didnt skimp on coats.. The massage on my arms, legs and hands literally put me to sleep, they are just as good as any massage therapist.. and a chair massager! 💯

I was unsatisfied with how my nails turned out (I think it was just miscommunication) and I left a 2 star review. The owner called me to apologize and offered for me to come back in, and she redid my nails herself. Great staff! And now my nails look fantastic.

Cassie has been doing my nails for many years and I couldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone at Deluxe Nails is always so welcoming and kind. They bend over backwards for their clients and produce such amazing nails.

An extremely toxic environment. For only those women concerned about their health, you would be well advised to avoid this nail salon. The VOC (Volatile Organic) fumes are very high. If you wonder why many women get diagnosed with serious respiratory and breast diseases, look no further than toxic levels of chemicals and fumes. A word to the wise... find a different, better ventilated, nail salon. In addition, low quality products used, impersonal and money oriented business environment.

I see Trish every couple of weeks for a gel manicure and pedicure. She always focuses on me and my needs. I am always happy and relaxed when I leave.Its easier to get in if you make an appointment, but they will try to accommodate you if you walk in.Best nail spa in the area.

When I get my nails done here I feel like I dont have to go and get them filled every 2 weeks. Ive gone a whole month without any of my nails breaking off before I went in again.

Cassie and team do a great job! Very professional with so many nail color choices, you almost get overwhelmed. The salon is clean and the pedicure chairs are fabulous. For the price, you cant beat Deluxe Nails!

I have been doing acrylic nails and gels for many years and have gone to many different places. Ive been going to Deluxe Nails &Spa for several years now and they are the best by far! I can show Cassie a picture of a nail design and she does it beautifully. It is a super clean salon, which I really appreciate and everyone is friendly. All of the nail techs are eager to make sure you get the design, color, etc. that you want.

Best manicure and pedicure I have had in Idaho! Great location, VERY clean, and everyone was extremely nice! Great down to earth atmosphere!

Horrible service. I was rushed even when I had an appointment. The man hardly cleaned up my nails. The massage was about 30 seconds. They put me in a chair that didn’t work. I was in and out in 40 minutes with a manicure and a pedicure. I will not be going back here again. Thanks but no thanks!

Had a gel manicure and pedicure completed. They had a very young girl do it, she didnt seem like she knew what she was doing. They didnt use the filer thing to prep the nail, and the polish was placed very bulky. It has been 4 days and my gel polish is chipping off already. And they are overpriced. I wont be going back.

Rude and my gel manicure discolored after 4 days. Went in to have them redo it and they charged me another $20 because I didnt want another french manicure that could discolor again. But when I called to set an appointment to get it fixed, I was told there would be no charge.

Ive been going to Deluxe Nails for almost 5 years. Tracie is the best nail tech ever!

Use to really like this place, however after they took advantage of my 13 year old niece by not doing her nails as I asked and making her finger bleed and hurt by being too rough to take off their mistake, I will never go back. I was told to come back to get them done the right way free of charge. A week and 1/2 later I called to make an appointment and they said their policy was within a week (which they never said before). The also accused me of lying about my niece not having her nails done at the visit - we walked out of there with nothing done but disappointment . Wish I had taken a picture!

Wonderful nail shop! Very clean and service. Had a lovely pedicure and was very impressed with everything, they are awesome!

They used an e-file on my natural nail, leaving my nails sore and excruciatingly painful to the touch. They filed close to my skin and cut me in several places. They also used unlabeled product which was slightly alarming. The top coat was applied before the previous coat was dry so there are bubbles in the polish. The only reason im giving 2 stars is because the nails looked decent and the nail techs were friendly.

You dont get super personalized experience but you will leave with amazing nails that stay on forever and at a great price! I love how quick they are too ! definitely my favorite nail salon so far !

Not good! By the time I got home my polish was wrinkling! What? My heels are still rough after the pedi and the woman who did my nails did not do what I asked (art on several nails). She remembered at checkout. Clean but poor service and over priced.
