Best nail place ever - I’m converted.I called to make an appointment and we had a mix up- I wanted both my mom and I to get appointments, but they thought only one person was coming in. In spite of being busy, they got us both done and did a fantastic job.It was so fast and so good! This is my nails after 3+ weeks!! They still look perfect. My new favorite spot for sure!

I came here because I really wanted to get my nails done before I go out of town for my birthday, and my regular place is closed today. This place has great reviews, and I was super appreciative they were able to get me in. However, I felt like the woman doing my nails was really rushed (I got a gel manicure, which to be fair is pretty simple, but I was only there for 20mins...). The shape of my nails are different, both the tips, and also how theyre painted, so they just ended up looking really lopsided. Additionally, the first colour I chose ended up being really light, so she suggested a different, darker one, but its still not opaque, I can very easily see my nails through it. Finally, on one of my thumb nails, theres divots in the polish. At first, I thought maybe this had been my fault, and Id bumped my nail while it was drying, but then I realized it was quite a few layers down. Overall, I wouldnt come here again or recommend this place, at least for gels.Update: Its been one day, and my nails are chipping. I have been doing actually less than normal, since Im on a break from work.

J Nail does an amazing job. They are super friendly and accommodating. Today was my second visit, they are now one of my favorite nail spas. The massage was SO GOOD!

I went to this salon on Sunday and they were nice to take me in the same day. The lady that Did my pedicure seemed nice, but she did a bad job on the service. The shape on my toenails is awful, they are not even the same shape or length. I got regular nail polish, and the polish did not cover all the nail bed. The lady went to ask something to her coworker and the coworker came and worked more on the shape of the nail and on the edges and did the polish. Everyone was nice, but the pedicure was awful. I was only going to get the deluxe and not the package and the coworker convinced me to get it. If a business upsells a service they should do a good job specially for the price I paid. It was not my money’s worth.

I have been a client at J Nail for more than 5 years and find the owner to be a dedicated professional who offers excellent service. The salon offers many services and as a healthcare professional myself I am especially attentive to their sanitizing and cleanliness. I find them to be thorough and cautious.And my feet have never been so pampered, with skin and nails healthy and beautiful!! Five star rating !

I have been going here since the new owner took over. She is dedicated to making you smile. My nails (fingers and toes) always look amazing and last! I am so hard on my nails and always have had issues.

This place is the cleanest place I see around. They are keeping everything clean and NO one has been sick there BECAUSE THEY KEEP IT CLEAN but I see people posting false rumors and of course they are from California. If you dont like a place keep it to yourself. All your reviews that are in are area are bad. Take your happy self back to California.

I had to go to a wedding today and I procrastinated on getting my nails done. I went to J Nails, and everybody complimented on my nails. I loved it. I wanted simple and they did just that, but it looked better than I imagined. The people were super sweet and service was exceptional. Thank u J Nails.

Be careful if you go here. I was a former client and stopped getting my nails done here after getting sick (way before Covid) from the tech sitting right next to mine. I could tell she had a cold or flu and she just sat there with her head down or on her phone but very close proximity. If I had been more cautious as soon as I left and washed my hands, perhaps I could have prevented it. I got whatever she had in like a day and it was bad and then gave it to my husband.Adding to my above note since this establishment has replied and apparently, they did not actually READ my post!! I did say this was before COVID and what I got was likely a bad cold, not this virus! And if I came in to your place, Tina, you would recognize me! I do not post reviews on places I have never been in.

If a business could be about faced-this one is it. I frequently used J nails until a year ago when my patience with the cleanliness and staff had finally worn out. I just recently stepped into J nails again (for lack of anything else open) and noticed a complete turn around. The new owners are lovely, professional and very diligent in customer satisfaction. The spa is unbelievably clean, quiet and peaceful. The service is outstanding. Ive visited J nails twice now with the new ownership and its not only maintained its cleanliness, but increased the color and quality of polish selection. There are no half used two year bottles of polish in the rack. I hope the best for this business and its new owners. They more than earned my business.

Just stop by here today at jnails they look pretty healthy to me. Best service someone could get.Just to make it clear no one has gotten the covid-19 here at all. They have been safe.Someone posted about 2 weeks ago they got sick two days later. It takes 7-10 days to get any symptoms. Plus I looked her up on Google and of course shes from California that explains everything.🤔😷🤭

I dont write reviews but I feel like this salon is too good to not have a review!! I wanted to get pampered at a random salon with my friends, and it was the best! The employees are very nice and very skillful, and they are very careful with details. The designs are on point, and the angles are always precise which I dont even know how they do it. Im super thankful for the employees for doing my nails, Ive been getting a lot of compliments actually :)

This isnt a normal salon. Not normal AT ALL. Not like any other salons. This salons is most of the best! I dont know why I didnt just get my nails done here from the very first time I got my nails done. After what I experienced at this salon, its gonna change my other opinions on other salons that I have ever been to. J Nails has done a wonderful job! Totally recommended.

Absolutely not clean what so ever. I wanted to leave, but I needed a last minute job for homecoming. The gel light was disgusting. They brushed things onto the floor and didn’t sanitize the counters or tools. They were rude when I expressed that i didn’t like the color after they had only done two nails. One hand they took their time on, the other they did not. They posted one price but charged me another $10 more. All I wanted was a nice acrylic overlay, but instead I got something that looks like a five year old did it.

I just got here couple of time but always happy with their service. I have my acrylic nails done somewhere else before but they were bumpy and lifted after 3 days. The first time I came to this salon, my nail tech had to do a new set for me and fixed everything. My nails are perfect now, love it. Definitely recommend!

Recently moved to Boise, I’m more than happy when I found this nails spa. The spa is very clean, so relaxing with soft music and especially the staffs here, they are so nice, friendly and always doing great jobs. My gel nails are perfectly shaped and always last 3 weeks which I’ve never had before. Strongly recommended

I havent found a place I love as much as this one!!! The first time. I walked in I was greeted with such hospitality and great friendliness. The salon was very clean. I was offered a beverage and discussed my idea to Tina. She did a fabulous job!!!! I was so haooy that recently went back and took my sister with me. Tina, Annie and Pierre, once AGAIN, amazing as ever. We laughed and laughed as we had all been friends forever. Pierre goes the extra mile and is also very knowledgeable. This nail spa has new ownership as of 9 months ago. The nail tech (owner) is the best I have ever experienced in my 25 years wearing acrylic nails. She has a unique style with the shaping of the nails. They have a nice curve and done strong but nicely thin with a rare attention to detail. No touching up at home needed. Never been happier or gotten more compliments on my nails.

I walked in the spa without reading all previous comments and I am totally convinced this is my best nail spa that my friends and I visited. The place is newly renovated with very cozy design to the detail. I am very satisfied with the skill of Tina and the massage of Pierre is simply the best! Found from new owner that he did complete change to the spa. Best of all, Pierre is master-degree holder from France and he is so knowledgable about wine and beauty. Love this place so much. My best experience ever in nail spa and my most memorable time in Boise. I found all previous comments are no longer relevant as the place has owner changed with new great team. Strongly recommended for visit.

I was getting ready to go to a school dance and wanted to get my nails done because my nails actually looks hideous. After I went there just to have my nails done, I started going to J Nails on a daily basis. The nail salon there was great. Services were excellent and the nail designs are top notch. I usually go on Google, look for a place I want to go based on the reviews. J Nails has gotten so many great reviews so I thought of going there. When I went there, I just truly loved it. Everything was just so amazing, the services was beyond excellent, and truly tremendous.

I literally only went here to get my nails erased because my niece painted my nails but I saw all those really cool designs and I wanted to paint my nails just like that. Ive been getting compliments on my nails for the past few weeks and Im very blessed. Thank you!

I only went to J Nails to get my eyebrows waxed today and my eyebrows were great, and since I had a lot of spare time, I thought to get my toenails done. I didnt regret it at all, in fact my pedi looked amazing! Very precise and detailed.

This salon is amazing. They truly have so many colors. I don’t like “poppy” or bright colors but J Nails doesn’t have just that, they have so many colors. Really well done.

People are right, this nail salon is a must. I love Annie, she’s the one that did my nails. It’s so much fun talking to her. The rest of the employees are really nice as well and i was glad to get a pedi. It was awesome!

OMG guys this place has so many nail colors! My mom and my aunt started going here and told me about it. So when I went here, there were more than 600 colors available! They even have a nail polish color called “Mermaid” with all these cute colors!! If you’re in Eagle or live in Eagle, this place is a must visit!

The salon is nicely set up, had some nice people working. But the man who did my nails was in a rush, didnt do them properly they look wore down as soon as he was done. It was my first time there today, & I honestly dont plan on going back. It seemed like his wife does an amazing job on nails from what I saw, I wish she was available to have done mine.

They clearly don’t sanitize their counters. Absolutely filthy and did a ratchet job on my acrylic overlay. They posted one price and charged me another. Money was not worth the job done what so ever. Health department should be called.

Great looking salon, and very nice people running it, but unfortunately they lacked in some areas. My mother called and made an appointment telling them everything we wanted to get done. When we walked in the store, they had no idea and we had to remind them. Not only that but our manicures and pedicures came out extremely sub-par. They were messy with certain spots of the nail not covered and leftover smudges of polish on our fingers. I could have done a better job at home, I was expecting a much better performance from a salon in Eagle, ID.

Ive been there 3 times, hoping to have a better experience than the last. Staff are very nice. First time I went, I got a full set. He was so hard on my nails, two of my fingers started bleeding. Second time I went, they were closing in 45 minutes and I figured they had time for a fill (takes MAYBE 30 min at enchanted nails, which is my fav place to go but not convenient) but they refused to do my nails. 3rd time was today to get a fill. Took over an hour and he filed my nails so much it burned through to my finger nail on each one. Will not be going back.

I got a mani/pedi at J Nail & Spa two days ago. Ive never had a mani that lasted such a short time. I even put an extra top coat (Seche) on the next day and I havent been doing any serious work with my hands during this time. The polish seemed to be a little old, but I have old polishes at home that I use all the time with better results. The guys who work there are cheerful, polite, fast and listened to my preferences. But I wont be going back.
