Had a really great experience here! I had never been here but needed a crown re cemented. They got me in right away the first thing the next morning. Everyone on the staff was so nice and got my crown put back on super fast. It was also fairly affordable for not having dental insurance!

Saw Dr. Ben today to have a tooth pulled. It was totally pain free. I was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep while he was pulling it 😁

Did not care for the dentist I had the day I had my appointment. Not very engaging. He pulled the light to my face and plastic cover of light fell on my face and cut my forehead. He tossed it on the counter but did not apologize. He didn’t explain what tooth I needed repaired. Left thinking I sure do not want that dentist again.

Very friendly staff which is important to me and they do an excellent job! I no longer live on the south side but I will drive 20 miles to get to them.

I had severe pain, and when my own dentist wasnt able to squeeze me in, I called Lakeshore. They were very nice and squeezed me in so I could be seen right away. Everyone was super nice and the dentist & assistant did an amazing job! They explained everything clearly and were upfront about any charges. I am so happy I ended up going there. I am switching my whole family to Lakeshore immediately.

I was a new patient with a broken front tooth.. from the moment I walked in, I felt at home with everyone. The receptionist was very friendly and had already found my insurance info before I arrived.... (I didn’t have it on me when filling out the forms online) Then... I met Cindi... I felt an instant connection with her. Like we have known each other for years!When Dr. Ben came in he was awesome! Fast and honest about what needed to be done. Listened to me and gave the best advice. I actually could have fallen asleep in the chair, I felt so relaxed with them! I am definitely going back! 😊

Dr. Ben is so nice, careful and detailed with his work. You can easily tell he enjoys his job. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Easy to make appointments with a variety of hours. I would recommend to family and friends. Hygienist(s) are careful, great conversationalists and full of helpful info.

Terrible!!!!Your contact number is a world apart from the office in your community. I called to stop my appointment Days before but was never told that it was not the office that had my appointment. My cancelation was not given to the office that I had attended prior.After 3 payments for the missed date, i am livid with this process. I wonder how many others have been treated like this. Please let me know how you feel, and maybe you could feel better.

I had such a pleasant experience today. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was so friendly and kind. There was another hygienist or tech who took an x-ray for me and she was amazing too. While my appointment seemed long for a cleaning (60 mins) I didnt really mind because I enjoyed the company. My dentist was thorough in checking into possible reasons for a tooth pain I was having. I rebooked right away for another 6 months.

I was in second time for the refill to be fixed. Instead he quietly did the filling of the tooth next to it. At the end he said your cost is $27.80 after insurance coverage (total over $200) and ignored the the ugly filling that I complained about, the overlap of filling is not straight. Second tooth he did without my authorization was worst than the first! If you don’t want to be scammed by a dishonest dentist then stop coming here, now they’ll lose all members of my family, too. He had given a distrustful and I don’t feel comfortable of having him doing any more work. Now I need to go elsewhere to fix my teeth! I miss Dr Anderson and Schwade, the previous owners so much!

Web site claims $0 co-pay for cleaning x-rays and exam except I was billed $50 after my insurance was billed.They did not do a very good job cleaning my teeth. The x-ray staff was in a hurry to get me done and go home.

I was very happy with the service I received at Lakeshore Family Dentistry. The staff was extremely helpful in coming up with a treatment plan that worked with my insurance, and Dr. Specht was very friendly and professional. I had to have some cavities filled and came back TWICE for adjustments. They were able to get me in the same day I called. They were very accommodating to my work schedule and made sure that my bite felt comfortable.

A Better Dental ExperienceHaving just moved to Wisconsin I needed to find a new dental practice. My wife did not like the dentist she chose so I was sent to Lakeshore Family Dentistry as a guinea pig. The staff did a great job and I will be keeping them as my dentist, my wife will be transferring over to Lakeshore as well.

First visit was today, the staff was very friendly. The office was clean and modern. I started my appointment on time and things went smoothly. My hygienist (sorry, I forgot her name) was great. Dr. Specht was friendly. Overall, great first visit and I definitely will go back. Didn’t have anything more than a cleaning and x-rays, but it could not have gone better.

This was my first visit today. I am very selective about my dentist and their hygienist as I have TMJ and my jaw can lock out. Debbie, the hygienist and Dr Specht were very knowledgeable, and caring and totally put me at ease. I am so glad I stayed with this office with the new personnel. They seem very top notch.

I had an appointment during the transition that was handled professionally and courteously despite the difficulties of merging a new practice with an old one. Dr Specht is always personable and professional, and the rest of the staff is wonderful as well! Looking forward to the next 25 uears

Outstanding! Dr. Brian and Vanessa displayed unbelievable teamwork while working on 2 crowns. The office manned by Kylene is very knowledgeable and helpful regarding insurance questions etc. I highly recommend this facility.

I was told that the dentist doing root canals was an endodontist when I made the appointment. I found out during the appointment he is not board certified.

Dr. Specht and his assistant stayed after the office closed on a Friday to take care of my dental problem due to an accident. He called to see how I was doing over the weekend. I will continue to drive from Mukwonago to see Dt. Specht. He is well worth the trip to Greendale!

Dr. Specht seemed genuinely concerned about a dental issue I had which may cause a health issue after a planned operation if not addressed a.s.a.p. I also received some helpful insurance information.As a new but elderly patient, this was a good experience, as prices have skyrocketed.
