I have been searching for a great nail place in Boise for a year now and I finally found my place. Not only did Creative Nails do an amazing job, but they were also so clean. Coming from a state that has higher standards for nail places I was so happy to find a place that took pride in a clean environment and equipment. I highly recommend this place! The pedicure was incredibly relaxing to!

Tony did an amazing job on my nails! perfectly replicated the picture and added his own touch too!

My husband and I are from North Carolina. While visiting in the area we needed a nail salon, and had no one to give us a referral. I used this site and read reviews, then chose Creative Nails. We were so pleased with the ease of getting an appointment and the services delivered. I wish we could take them back to NC! Tony did an awesome job with my dip manicure. Our pedicures were exactly what we expect from a high end establishment. Do not hesitate to book an appointment. They were very busy! I suggest you call ahead for a no wait experience.

My daughter and I wanted to have a nail spa day. We chose this place as we do not have any regular nail salon. This place was clean and the nail salon smell was very light. They have air filters at every station built in. I was relaxed by the sugar scrub included with the pedicure, BASIC! With the relaxing spa music I practically tool a nap😊 I asked to be gentle as I am sensitive when it comes to my nail beds. They were very accommodating! I felt safe!Thank you Tony for your kind professional service! We like our nails!

My powder dip is amazing! Colors are very vibrant. Its busy so make sure you have an appt. or you will wait quite a while.

Ive been getting my nails done in Eagle since 2012. Out of every salon, both high-end and walk-in, today I received the best service and results Ive ever had, anywhere. Don did my manicure and pedicure. He was a great communicator, all the temps of water and products were perfect, and nothing hurt from too much pressure, filing, trimming, massaging, etc. It felt like a whole year of self-care, in one mani-pedi. Just wanted to say thank you - you went above and beyond.

Tony, I read your response to a customer and I don’t think they are stupid enough to come back. Your salon is not professional and you are disrespectful to your costumers and workers.You’re the manager but you can’t even control the things your workers talk about. There is no one in your salon that can do nails professionally. Tony cut my nails I bled. I won’t be coming back.

This is not a good nail salon to go to, yesterday, I made an appointment and I came at the right time but the workers didn’t care about me and made me wait an extra 45 minutes, the staff’s aren’t professional and talk badly about the customer in there own language and they argue amongst themselves. Tracy/Trang, a worker and someone else did the nails for my family. I told them to split the tip evenly but Tracy took the whole tip, forcing me to tip again. Do not book an appointment with her, she is very disrespectful and will take your money without caring for the other workers.

I loved it! They had sooo many different color options and were able to do exactly what I asked for. The lady I had was so nice and the place is clean and calming

Good job on my pedicure but not a great job managing the customer walk-in traffic based on available staffing. Definitely recommend scheduling an appointment.

I used to get my nails done at Deluxe Nails but switched to Creative Nail Spa last spring. Deluxe Nails was great but they were very busy all the time. I love Creative Nail Spa. The people who work there are very nice and they do a fantastic job. The salon is very clean and they use wonderful products!

Absolutely love this place, it cant get busy but thats just because its so popular. All of the ladies do a great job and the guy is amazing as well. Very welcoming and clean.

Best pedicure I ever had- relaxing, gentle invigorating, very nice. Nail fill & gel polish also quick & done very well.

They are all very talented and do fantastic work. I recently had a shellac polish peel up, I went on on my lunch break and they redid all of my nails for free. On top of that Tony noticed I was in my scrubs and did it quickly so I still had time to eat some lunch before returning to work!!

The quality was amazing and the staff was nice, not pushy or awkward.

They did such a good job! I got a full set and they look crazy good and the price is soooo good. I showed my nail tech a picture of what I liked and they gave me exactlyyyyy that. Perfect!!

If I could give more stars I would. Tony is the best nails tech!. Tony gave me the true salon experience. We had great conversations as he took his time for my Nails. I felt so pampered! Unfortunately, I had to move out of the area. But if you are in or around Eagle, request him :)

Always friendly, clean and do a great job!

Rushed me out the door and every single nail was messed up before I left, told them and they didnt care enough to fix it. (They wanted to leave qt closing and my nails were under the dryer 1 minute before being asked to pay. Even my toe nails were all screwed up cause they ushered me out the door. $100 for a mani pedi. The gal took my manicure and make it to be $45 when it shouldve been $15 at most )

My mom and I got pedicures here. The staff did a wonderful job. We will definitely be back. Very clean and comfortable. Great attention to detail.

I went there with my young son for a fun day out and I was impressed. Clean, professional, abiding by covid safety, and did a great job on everything! The one gal was really gentle with my son who was very nervous. Ive tried many other places and this one is my new favorite!

I really liked this salon! It was easy to get an appointment for highlights, and everyone was incredibly accommodating from the moment I walked in the door. They even gave me a quick tour of the facility, which I thought was great!…

The girl was barely even cleaning/trimming my cuticles. I asked her 3 times to trim my toes and she didnt. $58 got a Diva pedicure...not worth it & a $1.20 fee to use my CC... seriously? Thats the cost of doing business. Wont be back.

Clean, following COVID guidelines, went early on a Saturday, not busy yet, everything was great, will be back!

HORRIBLE PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. Booked appts online but when we arrived they didn’t have enough people working so we waited over an hour. And after only 2-3 days my full set is lifting so badly that it needs to be redone. Of course they won’t offer any discount or refund because “it’s policy”.
