I really enjoyed my visit here! It was super easy to book appointments and everything was clean and organized. All of the workers were very nice and greeted us and asked us if we needed anything. Do NOT go anywhere else.

Everything was great, other than the result of my nails… they are not all shaped the same and started growing out in less than 2 days. They didn’t even cover my whole nail in acrylic, but left a lot of the side out. I asked for a specific design and it did not turn out anything like I wanted it to.

She makes sure your nails are just how you want them. The costs is reasonable and definitely worth the results! The place is very welcoming and has a great setup. Highly recommend.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever gotten, doesn’t list that it’s $10 extra for gel, & then tried to take my change & use it to tip for me & my friend were super rude when I asked to get change back. As well as the white polish we picked was all over our toes & not cleaned up. Also not to add my feet are still dry as hell cause she did not scrub or exfoliate our feet & or massage them.

Highly recommend. I came in the area for a wedding and needed a last minute manicure. This was such an excellent experience! My nail tech is a creative genius and takes pride in her work.

2 of us called around town with little luck. Rosys got us in right away with very little wait. They were busy and all customers were full of smiles. They were fast but extremely attentive and gentle. I highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I got a simple manicure and 3 days later there is still no chipping - which is a first for me! My tech did a great job on my nails and I wish this place was in my city so I could go on a regular basis.

Angel was just that - an angel! We came in with a wedding party of 5 with a appointment. The staff accommodated all of us. My nails were in pretty rough shape and my cuticles were overgrown. Angel color matched the picture I had found. Our nails look beautiful.

Service was terrible, 3 of us went in for pedicures. I only got my nails painted since I saw that the bowl was dirty and cold water. then saw that the tools were not sanitized, so I choose just paint. then the other 2 ladies had their skin cut, nails cut way too short. not happy.

I have only been going here since August of last year, and have been a loyal customer since.But today I experienced the worst service from them. I was a walk in customer today, which it didnt seem too busy when I arrived, there was 4 employees and 2 other customers. I was greeted immediately and sat quickly.All I wanted was a full set. Needed to soak the previous set I had from them. It took a little over 2 HOURS from start to finish. Two customers walked in AFTER me and left BEFORE me. This is by far the worst set of nails Ive ever had done. They are not even nor the shape i asked for. I have acrylic digging into my thumb on one side. And more than one nail is set crooked. I went through my previous bank statements and I was originally charged$50 today,I asked for a discount and was only given $5 off. I have not paid over $45 since started going there. One color is all I get no designs or special colors. Not impressed.Angel was also stretched between 4 customers at one time, while there was still 2 other employees sitting on their phones. Until one of them had to do a pedicure. I will not be going back to be charged for them to fix the more than one mistake, regardless of her response to my review.

The long wait is worth it! Nail tech Kevin took his time and was meticulous. My nails were shaped beautifully and the gel looks so shiny and perfect.

The help is dirty. The guys are sitting in massage chairs. All employees on their phones music and noise from each one. Ruins the zen we should feel there. Ive gone there for years .but failing these days. Please clean this place up in all areas!!

My best friend and i went to get our nails done and it was about 6. we both wanted full sets which takes forever to get. we called multiple places that closed later to see if we could get our nails done and they all said no. Rosy Nails was so sweet and willingly took us in! i love this place!!

Ive been going there for years because the location is convenient to me, however, Im more than happy to drive across town if it means never going back to this place. Im giving 1 star for the following reasons:1. When they knick you with their hand tools, as they have with me and my mom, to the point of making us bleed, they dont clean the tool. They just put them back in the drawers with the other tools. Theres no sanitation. Makes me wonder how many people theyve made bleed and then used the tools on me.2. Theres no point in making an appointment because theyll never keep it. Theyll tell you its a 10 minute wait and youll end up waiting for an hour. I get the feeling they just dont want to see money walking out the door.3. They never charge me the same amount even though I dont do anything differently each time Im there. They dont charge you the amount posted on the wall. I feel like they just come up with a random amount and thats what youre charged with. Theres no consistency in their prices.4. They have a Caucasian female named Tia that works there, and she is extremely rude. She is more interested in looking around the room and eaves dropping than doing the nails for the client sitting right in front of her. If you get Tia you might as well plan on sitting there for a good two plus hours.

Very expensive prices and I felt rushed through my pedicure. The pedicure water was cool. They also even cut my nails too short and hurt me. The polish wasnt put on very good either.

I had a Saturday morning appointment, I wasnt sure what I was walking into with all the different reviews. They got me right in sat me down, asked how the water was and was offering to change if needed, it was very comfortable, relaxing, great massage, I plan on going back for Tami, Im sure the other nail techs are good this is who I was paired with the first timw and I thought she did an amazing job and didnt make me feel awkward. :)

Oh this place is SO MUCH FUN! Little pricey, but hey.The ladies were both great doing my mani/pedi, and the gentleman doing my mothers pedi/acrylic was very sweet natured. I recommend coming here if you like to be loud and have fun!

I got acrylics and i wont be going back there again. the woman doing my nails was nice but had no idea what she was doing. i wanted to take the nails off right as i got home

This place is okay but the reason why I didnt give it 5 stars is because the man that was doing my nails accidentally peeled off some of my skin, but he felt really bad and apologized for it. 😁

Came to have a girls day pedicure with some friends. Tia did my nails and was very rude and disrespectful. She rushed through my pedicure and burned my feet with the hot towel. She argued with my friend when her water was ice cold. The tools where not clean and the customer service was terrible. I recommend taking your money and feet somewhere else.

Overcharged for gel set, didnt feel warm and welcoming or cheerful, one guy did both my and my friends toes and we were both done in 25 min. Lame. Overcharged and under-served

The blond Caucasian lady was extreamly flustered the whole time and repeatedly picked up her phone to text her husband for multiple minutes each time throughout the nail process. I had an appointment for 9:30 and got out at 11:20 due to the lack of attention I got while I was her only customer. My nails are uneven and misshaped. Safe to say I wont return. When I asked who the manger was the response I got was oh honey, here were like all our own managers

Just came in today to get a full set. Not happy with the results. The lady that did my nails was very unprofessional by answering her phone and taking care of other people when I was the one getting my nails done. There were plenty of other people in there who could have taken care of the other clients. I was not talked to the whole time, I felt uncomfortable and my nails just were not even and they were miss shaped. Ive came in a few times before and never had this bad of an experience.

First time here and I loved the fast service. It was a 31 min drive but ill be back. Its worth it. Thanks rosy nails

If zero was an option I would have given it! Worst service ever! Tia is smart mouth and rude! The towel was so hot and the water was freezing cold! They didn’t even bother to remove all the old polish before putting the new polish on. Complete waste of $25.

When we first walked in at 2:00 with a reservation, we were greeted by an unwelcoming, grumpy woman and no empty waiting chairs. By the time we finally sat down, it was 2:30, as shown on their dingy, gross clocks. As I soaked my nails in the upside down plastic bowl, broken plastic dug into my hand, leaving a mark. My friend waited fifteen minutes for me to finish my nails before she even started with her nails. I had recently burned my finger, and as she removed the nail polish, she managed to get it in my burn, which hurt quite badly. By the time we left at 3:00, our nails were unevenly painted and will chip off very soon.

Nails are to thin, to the point that I chipped them the first day, which has never happend. Colors are not smooth, each nail has a different length, and my designs are supose to be the same, but there completely different... I will never go again, and I dont think you should either !!! I got my nails done by Tia, and she was rough, never paid attention and wasnt the friendliest. DONT GO

I went into Rosy Nails as a walk-in customer. They say they fully support walk-ins. I showed a lady a picture of what I wanted done to my nails and she picked out something different. Then I waited for about 30 minutes to get my nails done. The man who did my nails didnt have a clean station! There was someone else clipped finger nails and nail dust all over his station while he was doing my nails!I wanted to get a full set. Well, this man instead of giving me a full set gave me a half set. He didnt clip my nails, he didnt lotion my hands, he didnt file my cuticles, he didnt even make sure the nails he was putting on me fit my fingers. Finally, when he was done. He had me go wash my hands and the glue was all over my hands and wouldnt come off! Then he came over with all of my things and said you ready to go. How rude! Then, met me at the counter and told me it was an extra $15 then what I came into do which was originally $25 but now $40! He didnt tell me in the process he told me at the very end so I didnt have a choice.I wish I would have gotten his name. Rude hospitality, terrible service, worst place Ive ever been I will never go back.

Stopped by to simply have a mani/pedi with gel polish for my wedding. It looks terrible. Both my fingers AND toes are uneven painted and its way too thick. Its too late now.....my wedding is in 2 days.

I went to rosy nails a while ago and I was ripped off if I could give zero stars I would.

I didnt enjoy this place at all.the lady that did my nails was very rude and was in a huge hurry. She didnt do a good job and we gave a tip of $3 and they went back and changed it to $6 wouldnt recommend this place at all.
