Oil change is overpriced compared to the average. I wish I could give 5 stars for customer service. Since the service provider Nelson, was very helpful, and polite. Free exterior car wash provided. Place is very small, theres really not much room for waiting. I wouldnt go again, though. Theres better places for way less money.

Worse place in Newark. I am rating 0 Stars but you must chose at least one unfortunately, thus the 1 star. You pay for extra services and you have to tell the staff to do it and how to do it. However, the worst part about all this is that the Manager or he may be the owner was called and he is the root of the problem. No business etiquette whatsoever. It is a shame. This coming from a Medical Business Administrator with a Master’s Degree. Therefore, I know how a business should be run... Uhmmm...that is probably the difference. Will NEVER use their services again, even if I live a block away. I know that I am just one customer but one by one he will lose most of them...if he even cares. Good luck Sir, if that is the appropriate way to address you. If you want a good car wash, etc., find a more suitable establishment.

I am so happy I ran into this place. I was looking for an affordable same day detail service and was unsuccessful anywhere else. I came to this place and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Sisqo (I hope thats how you spell his name). He was able to squeeze me in last minute and the quality of the work was immaculate! Not only that, it was also VERY affordable! The people are pleasant and very hardworking, as they are making sure that you are receiving the best quality service.I would highly recommend going to this place for all of your car needs.

I have a fleet of 8 business vehicles and 2 personal vehicles. So 10 total cars I have serviced at this shop on a regular basis. I have found that they consistently overcharge for oil changes. It is particularly obvious when they service a Hybrid which requires less oil and they will charge the same. Other shops in the area have more competitive prices and therefore I believe I am finished bringing my cars hereEdit: I called and they put me on hold for too long again

The service person that worked on my truck is a real pro. He changed the oil toped off all my fluids and air of tires and recommended needed long term care and service to keep my truck running without problems long term. They also practice great social distance with employees and clients. A great safe place to service and wash your vehicle.

Went there with a 2006 g35 for a radiator flush, heat worked fine before the service, after the service heat suddenly stopped working, I told the so called technician he said he did his job and only reason I brought it to get the service done is because I didnt have heat from the start, long story short the guy aka the tech gave me a hard time n basically was forced to go else where, took it to another shop and that guy said he left air in the radiator, he was suppose to burp release air from radiator, I wouldnt recommend dis spot to any body worst spot in newark, and I live across the street there goes supporting local shops 👎

Do not waste your time or money going here. They do a half job.. i have a brand new 2017 honda, first owner & went there because i didnt feel like driving to Honda for an oil change like a dummie & they never put the screws back on my shield that covers where they change the oil nor did they do everything that stated complete on the receipt. I was driving to work & the shield started to drag which scared the heck out of me. Long story i went back & all i got was an apology for them being lazy. But my shield is now broken. They jus screwed more screws on it

Very poor service, car not cleaned inside, dash still dusty and dirty, and prices are to high for the service you are getting. Exterior got cleaned only because the machines do that part. Then you complain they catch an attitude. Bad services, STAY AWAY.

I honestly dont waste my time in doing reviews because it really doesnt change things but I think after my recent experience at the carwash of Being A 17-year Plus customer it needs to be shared for others to read. Months Ive had a concern with this car wash opening and closing at anytime they feel like it. They always have an excuse and alibis and responds why they closed early or open late. When I express my dismay to the owners daughter she couldnt take the criticism. Simply she couldnt handle a customer complaint. Ideally when someone with that is emotional immaturity they should not be your front person at the cash register even. This goes even if a relative. The following day, her mother confronts me and says dont ever come back to our business and here is your monthly charge membership returned. I was surprised and more disgusted with their poor customer service. Now not all customers are always right but when you suggest that they should inform customers if theyre going to close early are open late it should not be ignored- simply it should have understood. No compassion, especially when customers dollars always make sense. The car wash machinery is just as old as my relationship with them. Its outdated, your cars always get scratched and even your windshield will be scratched. The owners have not invested in new equipment. Most importantly and disappointingly the owners just dont seem to care. Maybe theyre laundering money in a different sense. Wink, smile. I dont recommend going there and I dont recommend anyone else going there. They simply just dont value their consumer dollars. The rest is up to you.

I went to get an oil change and the man Muhammad had such an attitude. He started talking to me and walked away. I asked him did he 25 or 35. Muhammad proceeds to continue with the attitude. I informed his manager and he was spoken too. When my car was done it was left inside the service shop. While other cars when completed where brought out to the customers. The lack of communication and attitude was not necessary.The amount for the oil change was unbelievable as well.The car wash is Wonderful definitely different than the oil change place

Beware people!! the machines of this place, scratch up very deep my 2016 Lexus rear bumper. not ones but twice deep scars. I couldnt complain about it because I noticed a day after. It cost me $500 in damages.so, my best advice people are always check u car all around, before u leave the car wash especially this one!!

My car is always smelling and look iij ng clean. The owners and managers are very vigilant in ensuring a great experience. The cashiers are professional and courteous. The workers are diligent.

PLEASE BEWARE THEY HAVE RUINED MY CAR! I went to them for an oil change and ever since then Ive been smelling gasoline in my cabin. I assure that my car was perfectly fine prior to going to them. They will also recommend service that you dont need!

First off, the Oil Change is priced high enough with a worthless Free Car WashI am being upsold into getting something I didnt need at all. When I declined I received a terrible attitude.Then I drive away with a strange sound. Needing to leave, I drove to work ignoring it until my car brakes done 30 minutes after getting a simple Oil Change.When I called Nicely enough asking to get my money back. The secretary and mechanic rudely to go to a mechanic.All the Good reviews are fake

I must publicly say I have gotten my vehicles washed in countless locations in New Jersey, BUT OH MY GOD this is by far the worst of all the worst places I have ever visited.... they’re extremely expensive and the wash comes out like a 3 year old child did it not to mention, they’re drying the car with dirty towels and as you complain they’re quickly to ask you directly for more money just to correct what you have already paid for...I NEVER LEAVE NEGATIVE REVIEWS on anything BUT FOR THIS PLACE I HAD NO CHOICE.... Terrible car wash I just started my monthly wash plan and boy let me tell you the two kids that look like Beavis and butthead are terrible all the way to the car dryers,I washed once and cancelled the plan the only thing good about the car wash was the cashier very polite and professional. This used to be a good car wash maybe cause it was under other ownership.

My first time going there was today. Got the oil changed and the free car wash was great. I didnt even stop at the exit of the car wash to have the guys wipe my car down and it still looked great.But I got home to realize they left my oil cap off. Thankfully it was still in the engine compartment and I was able to reinstall it. Looks like I didnt loose any oil in the drive. Woulda been a 5 star review if hadnt been for that.

Ive gone here twice before 7:30 and they said they were closed. Terrible service. They always have an attitude as well. They should change their business hours to 6pm closing time because it seems like they close two hours early every single day. I advise everyone to take their business elsewhere to a genuinely good and professional car wash unlike this one.

Had gotten my Dodge Neon serviced and washed there. They try to push extra service on you. But thats no difference than going to a dealership. They did the oil change A+ but their car wash was absolutely perfect and worth. With a machine that glazes the tires to boot!!!

Honestly hands down the worst car wash Ive been too. Car comes out and 4 people try to dry my car and guess what...still wet. So I stayed another 5 minutes and wiped it down myself while They just watched me. They left my antenna on and bent my antenna back. Was suppose to get the tire shine, didnt get it...i had to buy tire shine myself. Lol. Man this place is a joke. Moral of the story, dont go here and if you do, dont tip. Peace.

Actually really decent, got a quick oil change for 35 dollars which included the car wash. I opted to pay a little extra for the VIP service car wash which was pretty fantastic. Would recommend.

This is the worst car wash. First time i went there i had to ask the person doing the windows to wipe them again. Its like she only cleaned the area directly i front of me. I chanced it again and went back there and this time it was worse, seems the vacuum dispenses dirt, windows were dirty. Never going back there again

Be careful with the staff, last time i went there to change the engine oil, I specified that I wanted the good one (in the botle), he send us to the waiting room, acting very suspicious and my husband caught him using the cheapest one, he had to empty the tank again acting like it was a mistake (it was a guy with glasses and beard). Everytime we go they say that the car needs something extra in order to make more money...they give you a price and you end up paying more than that, I dont recommend this place at all.

A standard car wash. Worth it if youre within a 5 minute drive or so otherwise just look for a local carwash. They are not exactly economical but they are not expensive either. 20 bucks for a detailed car wash with a vaccum. If your car is mostly clean inside they will not do any work. If youre on a budget or if you really want a good wash for your car you are better off looking elsewhere. P.s. they dont much besides a machine wash and half hearted vacuuming for the 2nd tier wash which is 20 bucks plus taxes.

Do not waste your time and MONEY coming to this place. The service is TERRIBLE - some staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. Had to bring my car back after paying $23 to get it washed the first time because my car was STILL dirty. Apparently this is common at this car wash and I wish I looked at reviews before taking my vehicle there. The owner/manager clearly doesn’t care about customers, given that many people have written similar reviews and the problems are still not fixed. If you value your time and money, take your vehicle elsewhere.

Typical quick lube place: Cheap oil service is bulk no brand name oil, then the slighly better oil is $48 plus tax, and a free exterior wash. $78 plus tax for the syntetic upgrade, totally unnecessary per the car manual.They also suggest other services while you are there; totally unnecessary in my case. PBeware, they use flush machines to purge coolant and trans fluid. Check your manual, it may void your factory warranty.Mv

Giving them one star because google doesn’t let me give them ZERO. Hands down the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a carwash. 1. They left my car window open and my entire car got weat. 2. They did not clean my plastic car mats. 3. They did not touch the area of my shift or cup holder. I complained to a staff and they tried “cleaning it” but left it exactly the same. I had to clean my own car afterwards. All I’m going to say; this is the first and last time I enter this facility.

Where to begin with this place..1. They will try to fool you into getting services you do not need. If you have an older car, do not get the flush they swear you desperately need. A quick flush will only loosen anything that have built up over time and cause problems. Do not be surpised if your check engine light comes on soon after, like it did for my first car.2. Do not be surprised if they call a preferred customer or basically anyone they are friendly with before you. It doesnt matter if you were there before them - too bad.3. The free car wash will be done with as little attention to detail as possible. Do not be surprised if you get a car that looks like it went through a rain storm as the rags they use will be wet and they will not make an effort to dry it.Avoid this place if possible, you will end up paying more for a subpar experience. In addition, you can avoid the uncomfortable interaction of telling the mechanic that you do not want him to rip you off every visit with all the unnecessary (possibly csc damaging) services.

People are so hypnotized these days, i dont get it when i see a line of cars at a place that does a terrible job.. especially when there are so many other places, maybe if it was cheap and affordable but $12 for a basic to $20 soon as you add one option.. this method has always been whack to me. this tells me your willing to give me a half assed wash if i pay less, this means i left your business half assed done. and the ridiculous up price for suvs.. maybe for commercial double cab, pick ups or extended vans or extended suburbans, but not for a honda pilot, so glad some places have stopped this practice such bull $#!+ if i come through in a 1986 Lincoln Town car i pay car price for an 18 foot car if i come in a pathfinder i pay suv price for a 16 foot vehicle such bull and price up marking every time i complain i get the same answer You know how expensive this is for me to Run ..umm no i didnt so since i feel bad ill allow you to price gouge me.. smh.. ONE PRICE FOR ALL MAKE IT A PRICE THAT EVENLY ACCOMADATES EVERYONE .. and one awesome house special package that includes most of the basic works.. had a wash recently with water and basic soap not that i saw barely any soap come out.. which they call FULL SERVICE. LMAO. shame on me had the same problem last year and took a risk to go again this year, to my surprise nothing has changed. you would think management would offer an air freshener or something to make me feel better for having my car rinsed with water at a full service price, that was Up marked because i have an SUV that is Tall but length is similar to many cars especially older ones. as if they have to spray water up. water drips down via gravity so a car 4 ft tall or 6 ft tall, water still travels down. when is this price gouging nonsense gonna stop. .anyway id gladly pay a solid price if it was a good job. but for plain water and management dosent see a problem with this. hey get some fake suds i know scientifically suds dosent necessarily mean its working better thats just an agent that forms bubbles (hey management use that line next time its true) but dam at least make it look good.. the vacuum job was like a 3 from 1 to 10 no floor mat duster machines. just horrible service. which they call full service. and dont let me start on there oil change in NY if you do an oil change you get a free wash with a oil service. .this place gives you a $2 or 3 dollar coupon. that expires i think its been 2 years since i last went there for oil. amazing how businesses survive these days with the lack of work ethic. from restaurants to car washes to mechanics. and im not cynical or crazy it just is so. and society gladly forks up the money for these half a$$ed jobs. when you shower do you wash your upper body and not your legs or ears. come on car washes have some pride. when i bring my car to you.. make your basic wash $1.50 more if you must but make it for everybody big or small this will be a low impact on price but distribute the raise to all making you earn possibly more yet you will seem like the good guy who charges everyone the same this can be your marketing tool that your business treats everyone the same and dosent price gouge use this to throw all the other car washes under the bus. and give the the basic works. let it be known when people come to your business they get a real wash PERIOD. each and every time. dont make me walk out with my body washed and not my feet. smh. have some pride.. 2nd time i got caught there $20 for water. They didnt clean the interior, they went in with the vacuum but it didnt make a difference, there was salt all over from the last snow storm. Never going back.
