They have the resources to get you a Certification right there on the spot. Everyone is doing their BEST to place me and my new and older skill set! They are very nice to talk with at Pro-Logistics. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for something different on the work field. Due to a Medical emergency that happened to me at work where I need to have an emergency procedure done i called my Supervisorand she stated that I needed to Quarantine for 2 weeks and show proof of my negative results before I was able to go back to work.Unfortunately that was not the case I was let go and told that my job would be on hold until I show proof or even a Doctors note stating I was able to return to work.I text all my documents to Maribal and called her and she said she would call me back but has never called me or even given me any update regarding my employment status until this day I still have no answer or no communication what so ever..

Rudest office staff I have ever seen. They complain about who parks where while all of them double park in two places. I would avoid these rude and unprofessional people.

Went through the interviewing process smoothly enough to become a forklift driver. Two parts, initial set up, and then the forklift test. I even got certifications so I can hit my job running. At first the original job I applied for wasnt even available. Completely different facility and shift I specifically was going for. After standing my ground for a bit, suddenly the position Just opened up. Then that was it. No call backs, couldnt get through to them, never heard from my recruiter after the fact. They boasted about being super professional staffing agency with high standards, yet dont apply those standards to themselves.I had to find out through an agent in a DIFFERENT STATE that my online profile said Do not continue with interview process without any context, clues, or an explanation. Never could get ahold of my recruiter. Then mysteriously my ProLogistix mobile app account was disabled. This whole establishment, while having an admirable mission, is a joke in its execution. Its just another shady temp agency.

If there was a zero star option. Id pick it. I worked an assignment for them weeks ago and still havent received pay. Ive been contacting them day after day. Been sent here and there. Called this and that. And gotten no where. Ive even been hung up on. Ive been patient and calm. At this point. Legal action is being taken. Do not waste your time an and energy this place is unorganized and unprofessional

They will hire you and then fire you all within a week. I worked a week and showed up on time everyday and was layed off for no reason. WASTE OF TIME!!!!!!! Now hopefully i will get paid. We will see what happens.

Worst company ever. Just found out they lie about the reason you leave an assignment. Very rude when she called and said dont come back. I thought they were supposed to help you find employment.

They were helpful and seemed to care a great deal.

I worked for them and was racially put down by one of their onsite managers at the Geodis job. I notified them but phone and told them how embarrassed and put down I felt. The next day I received a text saying dont come back. When i asked them why they said the onsite manager let me go because of my attendance which i never missed a day or was late. I have everything on video thanks to a co worker recording the incident and i feel shut out. So i am going to the news. People cant be treated differently because of the color of their skin. They also disabled the app so i cant look up any of my information. I filled for unemployment because of covid-19 it has been hard to find employment. The lady Angelica disputed it and tried to say i quit my job. So i had to go through an appeal. The courts sent me a copy of the recorded session between me, the plaintiff (prologistix) and the judge and this lady lied under oath and said all types of things that were untrue. Good thing the judge called her out on them because prior to court I had submitted all my documentation that contradicted the allegation of me resigning. Eventually I got my unemployment but I do not trust them. That is low for a company to lie on a single mother of 4 and try to stop ke from getting help. Shame you!

I went on a Monday morning and on Wednesday I started working. Antonia helped me with the whole process and she found a great job for me. She is still asking how Im doing, she is so professional and friendly. She answered all my questions even when she was out for vacation. Thanks for all your help Antonia, God bless you.

This place is a band place to work for Antonia she is the worst text me on my personal phone but than act like she doesnt know who she is talking to and I still havent got paid for the time I did work for them i suggest nobody to work there

I dont even know where to begin. Ill start with the main issue and that is they NEVER answer their phones. Its so bad that the answering machine straight up tells you its full & hangs up. Im convinced that this is done on purpose so you hit a dead end and are never assisted. Youd think, okay, maybe theyre really REALLY busy so they cant always answer. Youd be heavily mistaken. Not only have I gone in multiple times, but I have seen in all those times why the phones are never answered. The staff is literally just talking about life with their coworkers (always) or on their personal devices. When the phone rings they dont even move. They are so used to the phones ringing all damn day that its like the ringing comes with the building. Not only that, they cant even have the decency to at least ACT nice. Theyre so rude to the people who go looking for a job its ridiculous. Theres a reason everyone seems to hate ProLogistix & this is why. Ten times. TEN TIMES. I tried to call & all 10 times I went to voice mail (that was full & hung up) I guarantee you that the reason it wasnt answered was because leti (my recruiter) was talking to another employee about what they had for breakfast or something. This is without a doubt the worst experience in a recruiting company Ive ever seen & its a shame theyre still not shut down. I thought the point of a recruiting business was to help people get a job.. Not go clock in & talk for 8-10 hours & be on your damn phone ignoring calls or people in need until its quitting time. Pathetic. Simply PATHETIC.

Applied, interviewed, passed my drug test and background, was offered a reach truck job and passed my assessment for operating equipment. Then I was lost in thier system never to be contacted again...its been 2 weeks. I come from a banking/sales background, so my gut feeling tells me thier establishment recieves incentives for opening Comdata banking accounts. Ive never used a temp agency before and now I understand why the common people stay away....what a disappointing experience.

Where do I begin? First off who gives a high school test as an interview? Second of all, the interview process is way too long and they take up most of a person’s day for what? A small warehouse job? Second of all, I went in thinking I had applied for a picker position instead they told me it was a completely different position that they had available. Totally unorganized and unprofessional. Go to SanMar for work instead. My experience with them was way better.

David Ramirez has been so helpful and very patient as well as providing all information I have asked and requested. One of the best customer services I have received! Great place, quick orientation / drug test.Its a hiring agency, so make sure you can pass a drug test, dont waste your time or others who are trying to assist you. Got a job the same day, very pleased with the service I was given.

Staff is GreatEverything was great until it was time for them to find a job for me. I have a 12 year felony. I paid my dues. My case worker which I wont mention but it starts with an A. She said, All I can find you is a $10 hourly job because of this issue. Well, if she doesnt know how to handle this why is she working there. All companys can not discriminate after 7 years depending on the position. I have over 10 years experience in logistics and manufacturing warehouses. So, why couldnt she find me a job for the average pay of $13 hourly? Was it going to hurt her pocket or was she afraid to ask the employer if a client can enter their business after passing their 7 year end goal? She didnt even make an effort to help and she did not call me not once! At least pretend your making an effort. If this is how you treat ex-felons how do you expect us to begin a healthy entry into society? Thats why a lot of ex-felons go back in because they feel like they arent given a chance.Just so you know I didnt need you I found a company that deserves me and is paying more then what you could of.Have a great day!Rumazum

This company has no sense of organization, professionalism, or urgency whatsoever. The west Phoenix location hardly ever answers the telephone, and when the lady does, she keeps asking you to hold on while carrying on several conversations with other people. Furthermore, I received several text messages to call them because they had several jobs. It went to a call center and Jerry advised that everyone gets those and that it does not mean anything. I do not understand how this place stays in business to say the least. They were nothing but a waste of time as well as a very unprofessional and deceitful organization. I would not recommend them to anyone unless you happen to like organizations who operate like this. Total FAIL!

Ive experienced nothing but unprofessionalism from this company. Ive been given jobs then called back and had the jobs taken away. The women that work there are inexperienced and hire only family and friends. I sat in that office for hours three days this week and watched the same job I was offered and then taken from me, get handed to someone the representative knew. They ignore emails and phone calls. Its a shame things like this cant be reported. Very unorganized, inexperienced just an all around mess. Professionals are needed to runs this business and not inexperienced children. Save your time and find a suitable employment agency.

This place is the worst. EVER.

They really are the absolute worst. They speak to you like youre incompetent but its really them. They constantly sent me on assignments i specifically said I was not able to do. I dealt with racism and homophobia at one of the long term assignments and when i reached oyt, they did absolutely nothing about it. Unless you absolutely have to, dont do it to yourself. Antonia and Maribel are terrible at their jobs. Incompetent, rude and barely pick up the phone.

Daysy my recruiter never gets back with you...l came up to Prologistix to see whats going on...bc she never answers the phone or return phone calls she had me sitting out in the lobby for an hr... not to mention no one was even in the lobby when l came...ldk what took up an hr...if you have somewhere else in mind to go...go there... this place is not worth your time or pay

My husband has always gotten jobs back to back with this place. If one ended another would start up the next day. They always have jobs available and the pay for them is above minimum wage. One of the best temp agencys we have worked with.

This is the worst and the most unprofessional place ever .their computer question system is a scam. they try to fail you .they lie to you. They are rood .they are a gang of racist probably relatives .They have no Idea what customer service means and the dont know that they are supposedly providing a service to people. they work for their own people only .now we know who is really racist .

My experience with this staffing agency is very displeasing. I unfortunately was extremely let down by how my recruiter failed at doing her job. Starting out with this agency was great, I got referred by a younger peer of mine after she interviewed with this agency, was assigned a recruiter, and waiting an assignment, I applied online, got a call, was given an interview date and time. Showed up, tested,cleared all assessments, and was assigned a recruiter and got a low paying job that I was extremely happy and thankful for. But right from jump, so to speak my peer flakes out and I remained at such job and with such recruiter. And then it went south, I was let go from my assignment, and followed all protocols with the agencies polices for such situations. That was at the end of December in 2016, and still to this day have never been contacted via phone,email, or mail. Nothing from my assigned recruiter. I have even went up the chain of command all the way to their headquarters, and nothing back in response from this person other than every employee letting me know they have sent emails and left voicemails to this recruiter. So long story short very displeased with the outcome of the performance fromone of the agencies one employees. Im not saying anyone should or should not attempt to seek out employment here, just proceed with caution. Humans make mistakes.

Other occasions you will have a great bond with her voicemail and will receive little to no feedback on available jobs. If a miracle happens and there is a job open, she will only give you a small detail of instructions, screw you over on interviews and then put you at fault for not reading her mind on hours, location and other job details! I had a very good experience with this agency..I applied, took the tests, talked with a placement advisor Maribel and started working right away. Maribel sees me at work all the time making sure Im comfortable with my postion and I am til this day. If you need someone to help u quick about jobs its Maribel, shes realible and ALWAYS calls back. She also texts you if she doesnt answer her personal phone. Very friendly experience and environment.

Worst agency Ive worked with. At first I read the reviews and didnt believe it until I experience it myself. My first hint that this place was not legit should of been when i failed saliva test for THC and they still passed me. They didnt pay me my 40 hours. Apparently they cant work with me no more because I called out of work to take care of personal business but the girl that answer the phone didnt listen to what I said and passed on a message that was wrong and made me seem dishonest. Wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT APPLY HERE.

Do not apply for this company, you pay will be messed up every week they will not pay you your full rate of pay for 40hours. Jeff and Ed are very unprofessional when it comes to needing information on things. They only text so when you call for communication they dont know how to handle you on the phone. They are very uncommunicative when they say they will call you within a time frame they never do they wait for you to call and ask. If you wait to long for them to contact you they will terminate your employment without giving you an knowledge of it.

I was told they have a job for me for $12 an hr working on/with planes. then I call and they just take my name number social, address then tell me they will have DAYSY call me back. two days later no call. so I call them and see what is going on, again they tell me they have another job for me in deer valley for $12 an HR working on/with planes, tell me they will call me back with more information. two days later still no call. This place is a honest to god joke, they seem to just tell the people what they want to hear then do not call back. There are a lot more temp places out there that are not a joke unfortunately this is not one of them.

Very unprofessional. This company had the audacity to call me a week ahead of time to set up an interview. Then when I arrive told me they couldnt get me in because I hadnt finished the online requirements. The guy at the front desk, although nice, tried blaming another branch from a different state. My assignment ended called for two weeks to get another assignment and when I finally got ahold of them they said because of my previous employment history they could not use me anymore I was already working for them for 6 months. One more thing for females if they send you to XPO Logistics watch out for pro Logistics rep that works there he likes to talk to the girls if you know what I mean.

After going in going through the long 5 hour enrollment process they Never called with a job offer after calling with a job offer for my husband to come down and get processed! Even after passing everything with flying colors they Came up with Amnesia and at the end while finally going through a rushed interview close to their closing time. Job offer what job??? Totally a waste of time!!

The company they send u to will make u work all night at a fast pace for 12 hours & the card company they pay u with will steal your money & you’ll basically work for free, they will not replace your Money & try to give u the same card I though this was a ok company but will never work for them again I do not recommend this place at all definitely don’t not

Their communication is terrible, and they blame it on the workers. They put a note on my file which prohibits me from working with them. When I worked for them for 9 years faithfully in other states. I use this temp service because I travel so frequently. Now I cant because of Avondale AZ.

This place is a joke. They hired me then fired me all in a week .I applied did the interview process and was matched with a job within a week . Upon agreeing to take the job i thought they had already ran a background check on me .I worked three days and received a text asking me to call in about my background results. I called so they can verify the background and i was willing to give them more information on my background . the guy who answered the phone and looked in to my file say oh your fine i dont see anything wrong here and he didnt see any actions pending on my background so i thought i was all clear .Wrong ! They just fired me yesterday from prologistix/resource mfg via email . Instead of running of my background test before sending me out they sent me to the job, let me work for a few days then let me go because of my background results . i asked them why send me out just to fire me from the whole company it doesnt make any sense .Then they system is all messed you will do your interview process and everything then they will call and ask you again to come in for an interview not knowing you already had an interview. While i was placed on the assignment they called me about another job offer as if she didnt know i was currently on that assignment smh .If you have a background steer far from these people they are not lenient with anyone with a background whether you have a misdemeanor or felony. And Heres a Tip dont start a job with then unless you are forsure you can pass a background .i stated before i started the job that i had a background and they still sent me just to fire me a week later ! This company is a mess .

BE VERY LEARY OF THIS CROKKED ASS PLACE......Was hired at 16 per hour in Tolleson AZ, keeps getting cut to 14, then when I call or email to get it corrected, takes her 3 days to reply, fixes it, I get back pay, then next week it is cut to 14 again. Was told job was 40 hrs a week, its not, its 36. Pulled out 25 for drug test, which I agreed to, but then they pulled out another 30 which is unexplained and as of yet unreturned. Take some good advice, AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE, unless you like being lied to and not being able to contact anyone. I should not have to struggle every week to make them stick to their end of the bargain.

I have 10 years experience in Security. Matt set me up with a interview at conair. I inform Matt before I went to the interview the faster I know if Im hired or not the better. I meet with Matt pass everything to his expectation. Once I meet with the Rick Security Manager from Conair. I I then realized he had a shot look on his face. Rick along with the shift lead took me to a different area of the building to do the 2nd interview. I thought I was hired because I received my employee number and debit card. Once at the location Rick then began to ask me personal questions. Like how many Kids do I have? Do I owe back child support, or have I been in jail before. Then i realized that Rick never look at my application for the position, rather he looked my skin color. Rick then continue to ask me would i work 3rd shift then second in which I applied for. When I turn down his proposal. Knowing there was a second candidate who was being interview for third shift. Rick suggested if I can do on call position. Instead of being permanent guard on 2nd shift. Once the 2nd interview was over Rick walk me back over to Matt office, where he then inform Matt and my self. He would have a decision was he complete his second interview for the day. I never got a phone called from Matt even though I tried reaching out to him from phone, email and text. I guess if someone who is overqualified for the position, do not matter over skin color. Thanks Matt for wasting my time.

This company is not what it appears to be. I worked there for 4 weeks, and every week they did not correctly pay me. I tried getting my checks corrected and all i got was we are waiting on confirmation. A staffing agency that really puts it through with its employees does not do what this company did. The staff its self are not well trained. One of the companies they sent me out to work with had a trainer who would literally intimidate staff of lower education with big words. Dont waste your time! Also one of the companies that i worked for told me that i should be keepinf up with my hours as they were very uncaring about it themselves. And it was true!

Completely unreliable . . . . they tell you they will call you on a certain day, . . . . no call. Poor communication eventually ended in me turning down a position that would have paid very well . . . because I was afraid that the bad communication would effect the job. I was told I would start a certain date and time, that I would be sent an email with the information. The job started at 5:00AM. So I check my email at 3:00AM and . . . . . nothing. I am then left wondering if I am suppose to go or not. So I go, only to find out that the job was canceled. When they called back with a new offer to work at major company in Arizona, a very good company to work for, I had to turn them down, and I really needed the work. Working for people who cannot communicate can result in bad things happening.

Do not work for the con-air assignment if yourre not Hispanic dont trust Maribel and youre not going to get paid a penny of what youre worth

5 people in the office at all times, yet from 9AM to 5pm you will be lucky to actually get someone on the phone. They never answer the phone, never return your messages, and never are specific about their comdata cards. They tell us to activate it on a Tuesday and all day goes by and it still hasnt been setup by the office. They expect you to work hard all day and night, yet when it comes to them working at all to get your paycard set up you had better be prepared for a long line of redtape bullcrap

This place is so unprofessional I worked for them for a week 40 hours. They only paid me for 30 hours. Then they took me off the system when I complain. When I went back they said I was not in there system and there was nothing they could do.
