Absolutely horrible place to purchase a car I would not recommend. Although customer service was alright during the purchase of my 2013 BMW 650i, the car is completely junk and has costed me over $3,000 in repairs (High pressure fuel pump, vent valves, injectors, faulty wiring harness) after purchase and the car still is not working. Service center believes that the engine was salvaged and switched into my car before purchasing (Which was not disclosed when I purchased the vehicle). DO NOT buy from here without getting a pre purchase inspection done on the car. I purchased the car thinking it was a clean carfax car and clean title so I should be okay but I did not ever think Id be getting a car with a replaced salvage engine! What I was not aware of while buying this car was that the engine light can be reset for 250 miles on BMWs and after the miles are up the car will go into safe mode. Just 5 days after purchasing the car and driving right around 250 miles, the engine light came on and the car went into safe mode and since then, it has been in the shop non stop. Not to mention, after the light showed up, I tried to contact Azra but Nick picked up the phone and claimed that the car probably just needs a new gas cap because that seemed to be a problem before. This was obviously not true. Around $3,000 in repairs and the car still is not in normal driving condition. Azra mentioned that these cars are expensive to own which I am well aware of due to owning multiple German cars. But like I mentioned, I did not think I was getting a car with a completely messed up engine. Will not ever be buying from here ever again nor do I recommend anyone else to purchase from here.

A couple of months after buying a car from them. I ran into some mechanical problems caused by the completely wrong coolant being used in my vw. Vw has very specific requirements for coolant and will cause problems if you dont follow manufacturer directions. Well, DeX cool is one of those thats known to cause problems. The owner says she has no idea who last serviced the vehicle. Cant find out either. Im betting shes lying bc they also repair cars. Find someone else to buy your vehicle from. Word of caution.

Sold me a truck that had the parking brake line cut and the parts removed from the back brake. The people were friendly but eould have the vehicle inspected before you buy anything from them. I thought I was buying something that would not have this safety issue when buying when I say they had the best of gwinnett award. But that was my mistake.

We purchased a Ford F150 in Mid February 2018. Customer service was good with Azra being friendly and easy to talk to. However, I was very hurt and disappointed with the response we received when two to three weeks from purchase, the rack & pinions were no good and that the truck had previously been in an accident. When we call to inquire about the warranty and advised we are having mechanical problems, Azra confirmed the no warranty, As Is policy and offered no assistance. I have dealt with used dealers before who, although it is bought As Is, would offer assistance since the mechanical failure happened within 30 days of purchase. It is GREAT Customer Service to the Consumer to stand by the product being sold, even if it is As Is We have paid over $800+ in repairs and praying that this vehicle is not a lemon. My advice would be to take a mechanic with you and review the history of the vehicle before you purchase it.

These people be so friendly when they try to sell you a car. Azra will have you in that office talking for hours. She came off as a sweet lady telling me all about her family coming to America and so on and so on. But shes just the devil in disguise. After your money is taken your just another worthless person to them. I bought a 2005 Audi A6 for 8,400 that lasted a week!!!! Yes a whole week! Took the car back to them because started jerkin bad it shut down would not start . They had my car a whole week and claimed oh we dont know whats wrong with it. How do you sell nothing but foreign cars? And per your website and mouth you specialize in fixing foreign cars? I finally had my car towed somewhere else. I ended up spending almost 400.00 for a diagnostic. They told me the steering column was bad and my transmission was bad. The place said this car been had these problems this didnt happen over night. I Took the car back to gwinnett car care and of course they denied the car having these problems. They kept saying oh its a misfire its a coil its this or it could be that. I showed them the diagnostic paper. How can you not except what this paper states? Ive had a car with transmission trouble before so I know what it feels like. I told them either give me my money back or fix it. I hadnt had the car a week yet. No Azra said you cant get your money back. But her husband said we will try to find the problem and fix it. These people had my car back and forth from December 2016- April 2017. And guess what my car still never got fixed. They played all around the problem and never excepted the truth. They are the most lying, deceitful people I have ever came across in auto sales. They are a complete rip off . I dont know where they buy these cars from but I wouldnt send a dog over there to buy nothin. If you ever go to purchase a car take it to get a complete diagnostic and checked thoroughly. This isnt the first time theyve done this to someone and wont be the last! BEWARE OF AUTO FRUAD!!! Karma is real and it comes in many ways. DO NOT BE DECEIVED : GOD IS NOT MOCKED, FOR WHATEVER ONE SOWS, THAT WILL HE ALSO REAP.......
