They are very rude. I walked in the get a polish change. The lady told me to sit down. I waited for like 10 minutes. Another lady walks in after me for nails. The guy comes up to me and tell me that I have to wait and hour! I will NEVER go back to this location!

I love Oscar Nails! Tony and his wife Julie are the kindest people you will ever meet and always make their customers feel welcome. Their staff is down-to-earth and friendly. They do a beautiful job with my manicures and pedicures. I never feel rushed and I especially appreciate their attention to detail. Every time I walk away with my nails looking flawless. I have been to other salons before and no one compares to Oscar Nails. Their prices are competitive and their hospitality and service are outstanding!

Great experience and helpful professionals! Not pushy and rude like you encounter at similar establishments. We had a girls event there, and all had such a Fabulous time! Tony was so accommodating and made everyone feel safe and relaxed even with Covid precautions. Highly recommend!

Do not let the old guy give you a manicure. Hes rough and rude. 28 dollars for polish that doesnt cover the entire nail area with an uneven trim and file. I will not return.

So I had come into the salon and asked for a gel fill with 4 marble nail designs and the rest pink matte. Ahead of time I had shown a picture of what I wanted and it was explained that it could be done on my nails. As it was time to do the marble the nail technician changed her mind and said she could mimic the design but not do exactly what was asked which was fine. However, when she attempted to do the marble the nail just looked like it had a crack in it and she was going to leave it like that. I explained that’s not what I wanted and if it wasn’t something she could do could we figure something out. She proceeded to ignore the comment because there was someone else waiting behind me to get their nails done. So she decided to only make all my nails just matte so that we could be done. At this point I was disappointed and just felt rush and unwanted so I just decided to pay and leave. However, I sat in the car and really looked at what she did do and that was mediocre as well. The matte white was already dirty and the pink was chunky and had gotten on my skin as well. I understand that there was a wait behind me but you have to be willing to accommodate ALL your customers. So, I went back in and the technician was already working on someone else so I showed multiple other employees my nails and there’s was no apology or partial refund I was just taken to the back where another technician attempted to fix the nails but really didn’t do much but put another coat on and try to scrape the polish off my skin. Overall I felt like I wasn’t a valued customer because I was rushed and didn’t get a chance to get anything similar to what I wanted. Good customer service is important and they did not reach the mark by any means.

Technicians did a great job, friendly and talkative. Put lots of effort into the massage and nails. Chairs were fancy and relaxing and the price was very reasonable. Will be coming back forsure 👍

Decided to pop in to see if they could fit me in, and luckily they could!! Ill probably do appointments in the future though as everyone else who came in had an appointment.Tony did a fantastic job on my nails!!! I asked for the pink and white but without the white. Tony thought I was strange Im sure. Then I told him I dont want polish and only a buff. He did what I asked and they turned out perfectly! They look like real nails to me!

All the ladies are so kind and professional. I’ve seen Mimi twice and she always does an amazing job! I’ve also seen the lady that sits next to her and she did a great job too. Julie (I think she is the owner) is always smiling and greets you by your name when you come in.

Made an appointment and waited 30 minutes past my appointment because they kept over booking themselves. Finally they were about to do my nails then said we didnt know you had dip on so you need to wait a little longer. When I scheduled my appointment I said dip change. I walked out and will never be back and I recommend not going there. Go to nail bar in Apple Valley. Nail bar has better service and 3 times as many colors for polish, gel, and dip. This place is a waste of money.

This is the nicest nail salon. Super clean and a very friendly place. Tony and Julie make you feel like family. They have amazing pedicure chairs and tons of colors to choose from. They have often squeezed me in last minute and even stayed open 30 minutes later so i could get my nails done.

Best nail salon with reasonable prices! The gel nails last forever! The nails lasted almost 3 weeks and the toenails lasted 2 months or even more. Great color selection and their massage chairs are amazing!! The only place I will go now!

Do not get acrylics here. Maybe other things are better but my nails are not even and they are a weird thickness. My middle finger stung and burned. I wanted almond tips and one hand is close but the other one isnt. There is a bunch of acrylic stuff under my nails from his filing them.I wanted my nails done for prom and now I just wanna cry

Ive been going there for years now. They always make sure your nails are perfect before you leave. If something happens to a nail they usually fix it for free. Always nice, always professional.

They were very accommodating for our large group! Very nice, friendly, did a great job on all of our manicures and pedicures. Went above and beyond and all 9 of us were pleased!!!

My pedi was very thorough and my girl was very nice. i would have given 5 stars but we called to schedule 7 people and asked that we all get in at the same time and 3 of us ended up having to wait 30 minutes.

Made an ppt here about 3 days ahead of time... states specifically what I wanted done and was quoted a price... when I ended up being done my bill was almost 20$ higher than what I was quoted... even though I protested they wouldnt budge.Manicures arent worth it.... they do a bad job and my french tips were messy...And all they did the whole time was try to have u upgrade your services... even when I declined they still keot asking. ..

Always gets me in, even with short notice. Sometimes I have to bring my daughter with, and they are very accommodating. They are able to to different shapes for nails and full sets are always perfect. Not too thick, not too thin, and shaped just right. Love it here!
