This place is amazing. Friendly staff, very beautiful and clean inside and out. Was greeted right away. I had Hannah to do my full set I showed her a picture I wanted and she nailed it! It was pink marble nails and the shaping was perfect on how I like it! The picture doesnt do justice but this is exactly what I wanted and more! They were very professional and outgoing I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional nail shop to get your pampering done ! Thank you for my nails! I love it!

Beautiful atmosphere and friendly service. We had a mix up with setting up our appointments, but the manager was very accommodating and fit us in without stretching her staff too thin. Nga did a wonderful job with my gel pedicure and gave a very nice leg and foot massage - highly recommend upgrading to the Natural Wellness Pedicure. Cindy did my dip powder manicure. I was able to show her an image of what I wanted and she was able to do it! Will definitely be returning.

This was my second time coming here. I love this place. Everyone was so nice and the place was very beautiful and clean. My nail tech Tram did an amazing job with my nails. I love it so much I will probably be a forever costumer now. The place is also close to where I live so it perfect for me to stop by any time I need my nails done. Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. I moved to Eagan and was looking for a new salon by home. I went here to get a French manicure and it was horrible. I went back the manager re did my nails with a solid color which was fine... then a couple days later the nails chipped. I talked to the manager and she said they can re do the chipped ones and she said to just come in. I came in the lady told me to wait 30 minutes. I ended up waiting for an hour to get 2 nails re painted. Then not even an hour later the nails I just got re done completely just slid off and came off. This was a huge waste of my time. Will not be going back here or recommending it to others sadly.

I have frequented this nail shop for about three months. The ladies are always accessible by phone to make appointments, even get me in when I oversleep(I work night shift) for my appointment times. I have nothing but good vibes while I’m there. The establishment is clean, beautifully decorated and a safe place to receive services…. They never make me feel like I’m bothering them or anything. My nails and feet look heavenly each time. The manager is one of the best I’ve encountered being that I’ve gotten nail services since High School and I’m now over 40.

While I totally enjoyed the experience, ambiance, and the job they did with their wellness pedicure with milk and honey, I am giving it a four because it did chip in under a week. Maybe I just picked a lesser quality polish?

I waited a few days to write a review, because I wanted to see how long my nails would last. I’ve been to places where they use cheap gel that peels off in a couple days, even the next day sometimes. Lux Nails uses quality gel that stays on. I have had nothing peel off, and it’s been a week! Cindy really took her time to make sure I got the best manicure and pedicure. Vivian did my very active daughter’s nails, and hers have stayed on as well! I love that you earn points per visit. Very friendly to all customers. 5 stars!

Wow, what a great experience! I was able to book an appointment 29 minutes before hand on a Wednesday afternoon! I was taken care of by Cindy, the manager, and she did a wonderful job! Very friendly, detail oriented, and personable. She was chatting to a few regulars as she walked back and forth which is a great sign, in my opinion.I wasn’t impressed with the other staff members, to be honest. An elderly customer came in about halfway through my pedicure. The person that helped her asked her to check in on an iPad and the customer responded with “Well I haven’t done this before and don’t know what to do” the person just told her to follow the instructions.My pedicure was $40+ tip and I’d definitely go here again, even though it’s not necessarily close to where I live.

I am not one to get regular manicures, as I enjoy doing my nails myself. However my sister and I went to treat ourselves and so I could try a dip mani. I found Lux through Google reviews and it did not disappoint. Even though they said they were full, they fit both of us in and did excellent, detailed work. No rushing whatsoever. The salon is extremely clean, staff is nice, and Cindy is meticulous! It’s clear that staff cares about the outcome of their work instead of just turnover and getting more customers in their chairs. I will definitely go back. Highly recommend!

Booked an appt for 2 Sunday pedicures. My pedicure was fine but they barely scrubbed or massaged my dad for his pedicure. They just let him soak then did a short foot mask and rinsed off his feet. Didnt even put his sandals on his feet. They just told him to get up and leave. Will never return or recommend to anyone. They accepted too many walk ins and didnt prioritize their appts.

Consistently the best dip manicure I’ve gotten! My nails never end up super thick, and they always look perfect. Plus everyone who works there is beyond friendly. I definitely will not be going anywhere else! This last time I went reopening after COVID closure and everything was so clean and well maintained, so I felt safe the whole time.

I have been twice now and each time it has been a great experience. The girls really take great care in the work and ask about my satisfaction as they go along. The place is clean and relaxing.

Cindy makes an effort to make sure clients are happy and satisfied with their nails. I’m really glad I gave this place a chance because I absolutely love my nails. I go in every two weeks and they are more than accommodating to my needs and keep to the schedule. I appreciate how clean and organized the salon is kept. I like that I can book online and get a text confirmation. It’s so easy to do and easy to check in at the salon. I will no longer have to try out other places and waste my time and money. Lux has definitely turned me into a loyal patron.

My friend, her 7 year old daughter & I were walk ins at 4:15 on a Saturday, for 3 gel natural manicures and then 2 pedicures later on. All of the ladies were SO kind and helpful. Anna did my manicure and it turned out beautifully! My nails were cut perfectly and the color looks phenomenal. We didn’t realize that they closed at 5:30 and when I said that my friend was visiting and lived an hour away, they decided to stay longer to give her & her daughter pedicures! It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely be going back!

Not considering the availability with covid-19 I made an appointment at the last minute for my friends birthday. Cindy reaches out and made sure she could fit us into her schedule. I had never been there before and was apprehensive but once inside you really feel like your at some spa resort rather than a strip mall. We actually received service from Vivian and may as well both of which were superb. Cindy did both my friends and my gel nails and even though she stayed an hour and a half late to get it done she didn’t cut corners or do a half hearted effort. I’m so impressed with this place I’m never going anywhere else again.

I am beyond pleased with my experience this evening. I arrived at 6pm (they close at 7) and Tram and Cindy were able to accommodate a pedicure and manicure for me! Cindy even stayed 45 minutes after to complete my manicure and neither of them rushed the service at all. My nails look great! I will be coming back and will be telling my friends. Super nice place, people are so nice. So many options for pedicures. They do a fantastic job. They offer drinks (Non alcoholic). They used real fruit in my pedicure, orange slices and lemon I believe. My sister got the pearl one and she said the scrub was absolutely amazing.

Nice clean space, everything is new and updated. My nail technician was pleasant and did a great job on my nails! I dont frequent nail salons, but wanted to get mine done for a special event. I noticed a strong chemical smell when I got there, but maybe thats normal for nail salons. By the time I left, my nose was used to it. Price seemed reasonable.

Found Lux on a Google search back in February - they were the only nail place open late enough to get there after work for a pre-vacation pedicure! I got there about 25 minutes before closing time and was the only customer. I offered to come back another day so that they could get home on time. Not only did they offer to stay open to do my pedicure, but they offered to do a gel mani too! I couldnt believe it - my day was made because my work schedule was going to be the same the rest of the week before leaving town. They did an excellent job on fingers and toes. Great service, nice chair, clean environment. Will definitely be back in the future!

What I appreciated the most was that Anna respected my decision to get a basic pedicure, and didn’t pressure me throughout to upgrade. I was also able to schedule on Facebook with just three clicks. I moved to Eagan August 2018 and after over a year of searching I finally found my nail shop. Cindy does my nails and eyebrows each time Ive gone in and she does an amazing job. She is friendly, holds great conversation, makes sure you are comfortable, and even when the shop gets busy she doesnt rush your service. My nails have not shipped or lifted and I go between 2 weeks and a month between services. The shop is very welcoming, clean, and relaxing.
