Legitimately the best nail salon i’ve ever been to. They do excellent nail art and any style you want here!!!

Easily the best nails in the Eagan, Apple Valley, Lakeville area. I came in with no appointment because my last set had cracked off halfway down my nailbed. I expalined what happened and despite them being busy and fully booked for the day, my nails were fixed super fast and cute. I even unknowingly gave them a super hard design and she still did my nails perfectly. I felt so bad for not making an appointment and didn’t expect such a great experience. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do yourself a favor and try it out! 10/10!

Victoria is the BEST! I love getting my nails done here. I’m very picky about shape and my nails in general & she delivers every single time. Not to mention she is the queen of designs!! I get so many compliments on my nails! Highly recommend!!!

I’ve never had a bad pedicure in my life ! Until I tried this place today. Paid extra for the Spa pedicure - because it specifically came with a deep massage. As I’m 7 months pregnant & wanted to pamper myself & get a nice quality foot massage at the same time. The lady who attempted to do my feet was about late 40s maybe early 50s. She barely used any pressure when massaging my foot- it was one pace the whole time. Water was ice cold. I even expressed to her if she could use more pressure & she complained to me about have arm problems. First off if you have arm problems you should not be doing pedicures - especially when people are paying for added services. I was so bummed out I was on the verge of tears- and didn’t even get through it to get my toes POLISHED !!!WORST MASSAGE EVER !!!!Didn’t think that was even possible.

I was a walk-in at around 4pm and they got me in right away! Fantastic experience! Mani/Pedi looks beautiful! I will be back! :)

My nails was awful I had a friend attempt to do them for me and she just ripped off all of my natural nails, So I decided to come here for a nail treatment. I got my gel nails done by Hannah and she did beautifully I will definitely be coming back

I usually don’t do anything extreme or out of my comfort zone but I found a cute set on Pinterest, and when I shower her the photo she got it perfect! Will most definitely be back.

Ive been going to USA Nails for 4 years. I moved and tried a few salons closer to me, but had to go back! I mainly see Tammy, but all the staff there are great.

The lady told me it was $35 for gel manicure. After the nails were glued the guy doing my nails said it was $50 for gel shaping. More likely theyre f financially struggling bc of covid, however dont jack up the prize when all he did was glue the nails, shape it and file it and place acrylic on it, no color, no lotion, no soaking my fingers to clean my nails. Nothing like that. I tipped him even though it wasnt a great experience.

It takes a lot for me to give 5 stars. I’ve had so many bad experiences at salons but this place is really great. I get here early and there’s usually a wait but the service is wonderful and the salon is the cleanest I’ve seen. Every tech is pleasant and I feel appreciated. Highly recommend this salon over others in this area.

Ladies are super nice, its relaxing and they dont take more customers than they can handle so they are not tons of people waiting. Appointment is best. It is a little more expensive but worth it.

I usually go and have my nails done at USA Nail during the week.This time I went on a Sunday and had great service just like during the work week.Great staff giving a great result!

This was my second time in USA Nails and I was very pleased with my nails when they were finished. The ladies were nice and polite and listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be back!

It was overall an ok experience! Id go back. I got a gel pedicure with paraffin wax which was interesting. Then sns powder manicure which I dont know of Id get again. Its pretty but even after asking multiple times to have them more slim and narrow shaped they still look chunky and wide...

Worth the drive from St Paul! Had a really nice pedicure last week for $20. The massage chairs are brand-new & they have a door on the side so you can exit without awkwardly slipping in/out of the recliner. Didnt have too long of a wait, either.

This is by far my favorite place for manicures and pedicures! The girls here know what they’re doing and take their time to perfect every nail which I appreciate very much. I been to many nail salons and you’re just a number. They quickly polish you and push you out the door and nails are badly polish looking like I did it myself but not here... at USA nails they are good at they do! My suggestion for people who had issues with waiting is to call ahead 10-15 mins. I’ve always called and never had an issue.

I absolutely LOVE USA Nails!! They are wonderful and tend to you hand and feet! They always get me in and out in a timely manner and this place is very clean!

One of my nails were filed unevenly. Along with that, the lady also scraped a little bit of my skin while filing my cuticles and it hurts, and the gems on my nails literally came off when I was looking at them. Finally, the gems weren’t even placed in the middle of the nail....First and last time here.

Worst Customer Service ever!! My friend and I went to get a pedicure and walked in to see if they had an opening. We were told it would be a short wait, about 10 min. We sat there waiting for over 30 min, wondering if we were ever going to get helped. Then we were told to sit in 2 chairs with our feet in the water. We were then sitting in the chairs with our feet now wrinkly and pruney for over another 30 min. Water was very cold. Wasn’t told a time or anything by the employees. We got up and left after waiting an hour.

Every time I go there I ALWAYS have to wait. One time I had an appointment and I came on time, but I end up waiting for 20-30 minutes. Another time, I called and ask if they have time at the moment and she said yes, and to come in 20 minutes... 20 minutes later I showed up, and she told me to come back in 30. Its very frustrating and bad for business.
