Lack of attention to detail. Gel nails, cut my finger and nail polish on my cuticles. Missed the edges of my nails in a few spots. Uneven filing. Provided lots of feedback to try and get it right and finally decided to just be done. Not relaxing and didn’t feel cute when I was done. Price was high compared to other local businesses providing same service.On the upside cute place and they did have included soda and water. Chairs were comfortable and nice. Seemed fairly clean.

It’s my first time here and I already love it. On top of it being no line and then taking me in as a walk-in they welcomed me with a glass of wine and great customer service. The space is clean and smells good well decor in love with the chandeliers will be coming back.

Came here for the first time yesterday, they have a beautiful shop with nice music, its very relaxing, complimentary beverage during your service if you want one, she continued to check with me to make sure my nails were how i wanted them, and at the end of the service she gave me a nice card with her name on it, asked me for my name and gave me a nice goodbye. i will definitely come back here for the filling and other services. thank you Kim! 💚

I don’t typically write bad reviews but this has to be addressed. First off, the place is very nice, clean and luxurious..... I like it a lot. But, the tech who did my pedicure was super inexperienced. Seems like it was her first day or something. She barely cut my cuticles, on top of that she couldnt even paint. That’s basic stuff and should have learned this in school. For the price that I paid, a child could have done what she did. I’m sorry but if she was still in training, advised that the customer so they can decide if they want the tech to work on their nails or not. The price should be cheaper as well. The tech needs to go back to school. Learn the basics that they teach in beauty school.If u go here, make sure u ask for an experienced tech!!!

Always a satisfied customer here! I dont get my nails done often but when I do, I always go to Eagan Nails. Ive been a customer since I moved to Eagan in 2015. The techs are always friendly and attentive. My mom and I went a few weeks ago for mani pedis and we were all talking and joking like friends. My mom also loves Eagan Nails. She hasnt been in a few years because she moved to White Bear Lake but Kieu remembered her after all this time. Haixley (I think thats the spelling) did my gel pedicure last time - shes so sweet and gentle and talented. Kieu did my manicure (dip powder) and provided the same great service. TERRIBLE SERVICE. RUN AWAY. I had my appointment for 530pm and arrived on time. The woman didnt start until 630pm. She tried to convince me to get dip powder, but I wanted gel. She put up an argument with me and chose to do it in a color I didnt choose saying the color I picked would look bad. Then she cut me on SIX of my fingers, leaving open wounds. When I pulled my fingers back and told her that hurt, she said it was an accident...on six of my fingers. The woman also insulted me saying another customer lived near the salon (same place I live) but she was skinny so she walked there, basically calling me fat. When I went to pay they charged me $85 when the sign said $45 for a gel manicure! When I asked, the lady said you should have gotten dip powder. I left the salon with painful, bleeding fingers. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Que was the best. She did a wonderful job on my nails. Her personality was on point. Give them a try. I promise you wont regret it.

Terrible job. I will never go here again. I went in for a simple gel manicure no acrylics just painting my nails and it took 2 HOURS! 2 people got acrylics in the time I was there. Terrible service. Nails were $38 & a complete waste of my time and money. There is also nail polish all over my fingers. Could have done a way better job myself in 15 minutes. Would NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. Save your time & money & do your nails yourself. I would give this 0 STARS if I could.

I got a gift card from my daughter who later told me that the amount she got was the right amount to get a basic pedicure without the tip.I was overcharged and wanted her to initial the card (after so many initials, I get a certain amount off of a service when the card was full). Hieu refused to initial the card since I was paying with a gift certificate. She said the certificate was expired as they expire in a year. I told her my daughter just bought it last month. I have had manicures, pedicures and massages at this location. All have been great! They offer a military discount which is very supportive of the community. The do get very busy so I would call first and make an appointment!

Ive been here many times now, and its my go to nail salon. They always do a great job. They are meticulous and great with attention to detail. The decor in the salon is really pretty, it is clean and well kept. Prices are definitely reasonable. I havent had a bad experience here, definitely recommend.

Very professional and genuinely nice staff. My four year old daughter had a day off of school so we had a mommy and daughter day! With as short as my daughters nails are (nail biter) she did a wonderful job! My daughter was shy the whole time but was sooo excited in the car on the way home. We will be back and I highly recommend!

Just got my nails done here for the first time and am so happy with everything! The atmosphere was great, everyone was friendly. I had Kieu, and she was amazing. You could really tell she knew what she was doing and she took her time and my nails came out AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend, and i will defiantly be going back in the future.

Terrible service. Inconsistent pricing. Got my pedicure 2 days ago and my polish is already chipping. My dip manicure is bumpy and my nails were filed inconsistently in shape as well as length.Will never go back.

No one greets you when you walk in the door. I was clearly there first and yet they helped other customers before me. Water was ice cold for a pedicure. I definitely will not return.

I went in for a full set of acrylic nails. They tried to up-sell me three times, the girl wouldnt listen when I told her what I wanted, was completely annoyed because I would ask again (I wanted shorter nails and should wouldnt cut them shorter, I asked again and she was annoyed and still kept them too long). I was there for an hour and a half, most of the time getting my nails done and still they looked awful when I was done. I have been to this location a few times and it has never been this bad, I do believe the girl was new as I have not seen her in there before. They also charged me $10 more than anywhere else for a full set. I would not recommend this place as I have found a few others much better in price and service in the Eagan area. I just stopped in there because I was shopping close by.

I scheduled my nail appointment here for 3 pm. I made the appointment WELL in advance. I showed up only to be told that they were shorthanded And they could not do my nails and they tried to send me down the street to have them done. Aside from this being an inconvenience. The lady was quite rude. They could have called instead of me having to drive there only to be told sorry, cant do it. Wouldnt recommend this place at all.

I am very disappointed. I came in to get a pedicure, very nice people working there and a great atmosphere, however the lady who did my pedicure rushed through it I wasnt even able to relax, my nails are crocked and i have paint on my skin. I also paid to have a gem added and she never asked me how big I wanted it or where on the nail I wanted. She placed it on my nail, they were not even so I asked her to move it and she didnt listen, the same day both the gems fell off. I paid $45 for a terrible experience, I will not be back.

I have been here a couple times. I like to go to Julie, she does the best gel nails in my opinion. Its not the most friendly vibe but as long as my nails are good I guess ill put up with it.

This place is absolutely awful. I’ve had two bad experiences here. The first was a set of acrylic nails I had put on. The nails were crooked and inconsistent in shape, as well as extremely thick and bumpy. Then on top of that there was places where I could still see the acrylic through the paint. I was so disappointed I called and asked for them to be taken off and for a refund. They told me I could have one and to come in. When I arrived they informed me they didn’t do refunds and that they would take them off and give me a gift card. When she removed the nail she left a thick layer of acrylic on my natural nail which I then had to go to another salon to have removed. When I returned with the gift card a second time I treated a friend to a pedicure. The woman didn’t trim, file or shape my friends nails and also neglected to do the things the specifically asked her to do. I also received a hot towel and she did not even though we ordered the same service. The man who did my nails was nice and the only one who didn’t seemed bothered by us, but trimmed them so short to the point he was cutting me when filing. When my friend asked him to cut off the dead skin the other woman failed to get he used the same clippers he used on me on her feet which is EXTREMELY ILLEGAL! The staff here is rude, it’s unsanitary and their work is straight sloppy. And when leaving they tried to charge an extra $5 for a service that wasn’t performed. I will NEVER return here.

I went in for the OPI pedicure on a Thursday around 11:30/12. Tina did a wonderful job! Im pregnant, a week from my due date, so I was hoping to relax and not feel rushed - so glad I chose Eagan Nails. Tina took her time and made me feel pampered while also making my toes look perfect. Aside from excellent service, this place is the cleanest Ive ever seen any salon. I dont go for pedicures often, but next time will definitely be at Eagan Nails with Tina. Thank you!

Let’s start with the least of your worries, horrible customer service. I left with my nails all sorts of shapes and sizes, nothing uniform. She also shaved off the top of my skin on all my toes, and clipped off half of my real nail on both big toes, leaving me with infections. I would absolutely not recommend!!! Most painful pedicure I’ve experienced in my life. It’s been three days any my feet are almost unbearable at work, and she also charged me 80$. This place is a scam and a joke! All of the products are things you can buy for a dollar at Walmart, so I’m not understanding the upcharge. I highly recommend Apple Nails in apple valley! Great service, pretty feet and no pain!

I went in for my wedding manicure and had toes painted. The person that did my nails cut me pretty good. Then she didnt even do an actual manicure she out my nails on files them and then said she was done,didnt clean my cuticles up or get the gel out from under my nails very upsetting :(

I have been going here for months. I had the worst nail salon experience today. I had my acrylic fake nails taken off and just gel nail polish put on. The man Jimmy was new there. I usually have Julie do them and she is wonderful! Jimmy was taking my fake nails off and just cutting and ripping them off basically. Which was fine it hurt a little bit but I can handle pain. He got to my ring finger and finally just ripped it off along with half my real nail. I was bleeding. He put some glue on it so it would act like liquid bandage and stop bleeding. I still paid full price and got my nails painted then booked it out of there. The paint job was horrible. I was incredibly disappointed and do not recommend seeing the worker Jimmy. I highly reccomend Julie! I wish I could add a picture to show. Jimmy didnt really know what he was doing.. I honestly never want to go back. I thought they soaked your fake nails first then took them off so it wouldnt hurt. If I would have known I would have just done it myself.

This is my normal spot. I always go her for pedicures. I showed up on Saturday at 5pm to be told I needed to go to another salon that I have never been to because everyone was busy. Are you kidding me... I come here every week and this is the treatment I receive as a regular customer. I bet I will not come back here ever again. You just lost a loyal customer with horrible customer service.

I do NOT recommended this nail salon. My toe nail polish came off the night i came home. I got a full set and after not even 1 week my nails are coming off. I spent $60, such a waste of money. I will now need to go get a whole new set.

Prior to my last experience I would have given them 5 stars. However, I brought my best friend there to get nails done for her wedding a couple weeks ago. They did a fabulous job on hers but I was disappointed in mine.I had been there a couple weeks prior and gotten a dark blue polish on my arcylics. For the wedding I needed silver polish. Instead of getting the original blue polish off, the tech (Julie) just wanted to cover it up. After I left, I could clearly see the blue still showing along almost all of the edges. The wedding was the next day, I didnt have time to go back and have them fix it. I shouldnt have had to.Aside from this time theyve always done a wonderful job. I just wish that the one time I got them done where it REALLY mattered, that they would have taken their time.

Loved the people, the atmosphere, and the hospitality. Its a beautiful place and they are all SO nice and friendly. With that being said, I was not pleased with the quality of my mani and pedi. As my mani grew out, the edges had a thicker ridge and so chipped/peeled easily. My toenails were cut as short as could be, and I could have done a better job painting them. So sad I didnt like it more with how nice they are.

I like the fact they put a new plastic liner in the pedi bowls for each client. I not sure why the person gave Julie a bad wrap because shes been very nice when I have came in... All the ladies say hi and smile. Very nice. Love the lightings and that the pedi is semi private from the nails they offer a beverage a lot more than other places.

Im sorry to disagree with a lot of these reviews! The place was very clean and nice and they offered me a drink when I sat down. Before going in I went online to check pricing, I just needed a fill and a basic pedi, which according to there website should have been something around $40ish? Very reasonable! Well, my nails look like crap! The lady doing them literally put the new layer of gel powder right over the top of the stuff that was already there and just painted in the back of the nail up to the cuticle! They are so think looking and the polish is painted on like garbage! As she was doing them I said hey please fix this... and showed her what I was talking about. She said she would fix it and smooth it out when she filed, they still look like garbage. I get up to pay and the woman says it would $81!!!! For a fill and a basic pedi?! I was so confused and pretty upset! Apparently it was $40 for my garbage nails and $41 for my pedi! I will never be going back there! I was very disappointed in the way my nails turned out and now I get to stare at them and be self conscious of how terrible my nails look.

The service was alright. Though I got my nails done this past Wednesday (July 20), and they are already chipping and some of the polish has come off half my nail already (it hasnt been a week since I got my nails done). Disappointed about the time frame of how long my nails lasted.

Horrible my nails look like flat bumpy wide duck feet nails and they are not straight NEVER EVER GO HERE and Julie knew she did horrible and didnt care to fix and my daughters nails look horrible as well I will make sure to let everyone know to never step foot in that place and to talk about you to the other workers and now I have to go spend more money to get them fixed
