I came in only to get my dip gel polish off, mind you I had long nails that were my real nails; I told her they were mine, she didn’t ask what length I wanted them and went straight to clipping them all super short, there was no other customers in there and she was working as if she was in a rush, as I’m looking around I noticed the only other employee there was sitting in the middle of the salon folding her clothes and when she got up was walking around barefoot. The lady doing my nails did not file or touch up my nails so what she did I could’ve done myself, after she had ripped my hang nail off my thumb, she put something on it which stung and all she had to say was “all better now”. I left with not only a throbbing thumb, the paint that was on my fingers all over my hand, and $15 out of my pocket for service someone couldn’t pay me to go to again.

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year to get my nails done with Jessica and she’s always done an amazing job! Definitely recommend!

This nail shop had a really fun vibe good customer service and was even happy to make corrections to my nails as needed!

I had came in for an acrylic gel mani and was shocked with how terrible this place is. The place was incredibly gross with trash everywhere. The techs had claimed they were busy all day, but there was only one other customer in the store. My tech had rushed through my nails and it is very noticeable about how unprofessional they look. She charged me an extra $10 for the shape of my nails. Then, she had left nail polish around my fingers, missing my nails. My friend with me was waiting for a gel mani and received a terrible mani. There are bubbles and scrapes everywhere. The place had incredibly terrible service and terrible job on my nails. It was $60 for an acrylic set that’s worth $15 and the gel mani was $30. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I have been seeing Michelle for a few months and she caters to my exact needs, I do a lot of color changes and rainbow designs and shes very patient with my pickiness.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. PAID $135 for a full set that look absolutely terrible!! They would not refund.

I went in to get ombré dip, they started putting on acrylic tips without asking me. And did not file the nails down enough, I paid a lot of money, nothing was done with the skin around my finger nails, cuticles, no massage on hands with lotion, etc. When I got home and looked at my nails again- they looked sloppy and bad. And I was overall unhappy with the experience. I asked for my money back and they refused to reimburse me. I plan to go elsewhere to get them fixed.

I luv VP Nails! The salon is clean, comfortable, and staff friendly. The owner knows the ins and outs of nail tech, and is so good at helping me when I have nail breaks/fixes. All staff are technically proficient. Pricing is competitive, walk ins welcome, and appointments taken. I dont go to any other nail salon. I live just blocks away, so very convenient for me also! Excellent service, friendly technicians. The pedicures are so relaxing with the foot message they give. I like the care they take with my nails. All the technicians are very good. I always walk in and very rarely have to wait more than 10 minutes. I would recommend VP Nails to anyone looking for a nail salon. It is a nice big shop that is clean and bright. Other salons Ive been in have been poorly lit and small.

Great nail salon! Jessica is very skilled and does a fantastic job on my nails. I always receive compliments on how beautiful my nails look. Everyone in the nail salon is friendly and professional and the service is excellent. My first choice to go when I am looking to get my nails done.

I felt rushed and my gel manicure only lasted 5 days before I had 3 nails chipped from the bottom!

The prices were outrageous. I went there because it was close to the mall I was shopping, and I wouldnt have made it to my salon. The ladies were kind, and got me in tight away, (There was literally no other clients in this building the entirety of my visit). The sign said a full was 20$ and up and a full set was 30$ and up. I needed a fill, she said it would be better to remove old and replace. I agreed to her recommendation, and she removed my nails. My friend asked how much it would cost, the nail trick said 55$.....I asked why....she said it cost 15$ extra for gel polish and the nail removal cost extra and because my nails are long it would be extra. I told her that I would then use regular polish and she could make my nails short. She used gel polish and added glitter without my approval first, and then charged me $50. I pay $30 at my salon regardless of length of nails and the gel polish is only a 5$ difference. I wasnt impressed and would not recommend this salon to others due to the fact you have no idea what you are paying.

Great customer service! Super affordable. I have been to quite a few nap salon in the neighborhood, and have been happiest with the final product here. I had my 4 month old with me and they were very kind and patient with her. On a Sunday afternoon we got in right away! Now my mom and my go to spot.

I drive from Roseville here to get my nails done, this is the only salon I trust. The best pink and white in Minnesota! I highly recommend this salon if you love beautiful nails!

I just recently moved into the area and was looking for a new nail salon to visit when I came across this one. When I walked in, the ambience was relaxing and the employees were very welcoming. The attendants were kind and the facility clean but the quality of the nail job was lacking. The Polish didn’t cover my entire nail and there were no touch ups, plus my cuticles weren’t cut.

Im really picky about where I get my nails done because I hate the feeling of being in a rush. I came in and they made sure they took their time. I had chosen a color too light and the woman helping me helped me pick out a more suitable color for my skin tone (never happened before,) so she clearly knew what she was doing! She was also very personable and talked to me the entire time!

Overpriced!I got an acrylic fill gel, no design, no extra stuff and paid $55. First time paying this much, any where I go to get the same thing, I never pay more than $35 for a fill. The only time I’ve paid $45 is when I get a full set.I hate going to places that have set prices, but it changes after you get something done, it’s ridiculous!!

I had the very best experience here!! Everyone was so kind and they really take care of you here! I’m not ever getting a pedicure anywhere else!

The place was very clean and my technician was very sweet but my polish was a very poor job. I saw her thin it with acetone and in 3 day my polish is chipping off my nails and toes. For $40 I am pissed. I wont be going back.

Went with my girlfriend to get a pedicure, great service super relaxing. Only complaint I have is the lady who was doing mine seemed to rush it quite a bit compared to the gal who was doing my girlfriends.

Went to VP nails as a walk in client and was very warmly greeted by the staff, even as they were busy attending to other clients. The technician who gave me my pedicure was very kind and worked patiently with me, as I very rarely go to nail salons and am very clumsy in the knowledge of what to do lol overall I am extremely satisfied with the service and the people who work at VP Nails. I come in here just to get a fix nail very fast you would think now she tells me 45 min wait just to fix ( gel over)my nail. This was around 12 pm cause she was alone I understood ( I had another appointment at 1:30) now C( wont use whole name) comes in a white lady with a fix to her nail with paint chip and she jumps right up to fix her nail no problem so please tell me the problem here. Doesnt matter if she is a regular or not that is bad customer service. She looks right at me like what are you going to do about it. Regardless her client whom nails she was doing still had to wait😒😒. Now think my wait was longer than 45 mins or she was just hoping that when she told me the first time I would leave. -0 wish it could be lower . First and last time I will ever come. Sorry for cheating on my nail tech just for a fix.

Service was unfriendly and not open for wishes regarding the outcome of the nails. My nails looked bulky (since the artificial nails were way too thick) and had a very uneven surface! I wished for gel nails but got acryl nails. They got painted in a hurry and the nail polish was way over the edges. They didn’t offer a discount or to do them again. I am very disappointed in the service and the result and cannot recommend this place!

Two of us had a 10:45 appointment scheduled the day before with specific people on October 12. We had asked for a 10:30 but 10:45 was available so we took that time slot. We were welcomed when we arrived in a cheerful manner. We were brought to the spa chairs and seated and told a different tech would be performing our mani/pedi than those booked with. It was ok for one of us, not the other because the specific person had been recommended for me, based on my needs. We sat in the chairs with our feet soaking as the water cooled down for FORTY FIVE minutes. We were ready to just walk out. Totally unacceptable. There was no apology for the wait. The mani and pedi performed were fine. I was disappointed as when I left and could see in the sunlight, one thumb was pitted; It also seemed strange that to get the gel polish to cure my nails had to go under the UV lights 3 times which has never happened to me before. The staff was friendly and the shop appeared very clean - the cost seemed average or maybe a bit above average - $55 for the upgraded pedicure I received. We are first time customers and there was no promotional offer for 1st time clients nor mention if the shop accepts competitors coupons. There was no offer of a discount or future comp for the 45 minute wait which would have been appropriate. While the staff was cordial, the place clean and the massage chairs comfortable, the issues noted barely warrant 3 stars. Not sure we will return, sadly.

My daughter and I stopped in before a trip to the outlet mall, for a father daughter manni/peddi. The shop was clean and we got a warm greeting. They have great massage chairs to sit in while getting the pedicure. They had extra staff on hand, so one of the techs worked on my daughters nails while the other did the pedi. The staff was very friendly and we had a good time talking with them. This was my first salon visit, so I have no experience to judge this visit against, but my daughter is an regular. She said that it was the friendliest staff she has had and one of the cleanest shops. She was very happy with the quality of the work.The prices were very good also. This was my first visit, but most likely not my last.

Average pedicure. Could tell my girl was new. Someone had to tell her what to do. Was messy using a lot more product than most, slow, and weak foot rub. Hopefully shell catch on.
