Came in today seen Minh last minute and she is amazing! She’s super sweet and took her time taking off my old nails in preps for my new set! She gave me exactly what I wanted and didn’t make them too think or too thin! I’d definitly recommend this salon to anyone! Great atmosphere and super clean!

They tried to over charge me for a manicure and gel polish for my 12 year old daughter. They offer a discount for children 12 and younger, but for some reason they wanted to charge me the adult price of $38 opposed to the $28. Band experience and it was an embarrassing moment.

Received a gel manicure and pedicure. While getting pedicure they soaked the gel off my nails. The acetone was on my fingers for over 20 minutes and started to burn my hands. I asked them to take it off and they were irritated about that. They didn’t want to do a third coat on my nails in which it needed and I said I would pay extra if they needed more money to do so. She would not trim my nails any shorter as she said they were short enough?Then came time for my mani. She didn’t ask how short I wanted them, she just started and cut them so short and shaped to her liking. I was visually confused and kept looking at them asking why she decided to cut them short. She just smiled at me. I asked her for a third coat and she roughly applied it. At the end of my experience it cost me 119 dollars. I asked for a break down of services but told her to go ahead and put it on my card. She asked if I wanted to put more on my card, I’m assuming for a tip (I did have cash) I said “no”. She replied, “do you have cash to tip then”? I was taken aback. I always tip but felt as if they were demanding a tip from me. It was very disrespectful especially after the service that was provided. 65$ for pedi, 38$ for mani and 16$ for gel. I have NEVER been charged a 16$ fee to have gel. Yes, a small fee to have gel vs regular polish but 16 is insane. I would recommend a different nail salon.Even with an appointment I waited. It took over 2 hours and it was not a relaxing 2 hours.

I absolutely LOVE this nail salon and all the hardworking people in it. From when you even first walk in you are greeted. This is my 3rd visit. Because they’re so amazing they can get very busy. They have great clientele because they’re the best in Eagan honestly. I can say everyone is very helpful and talented. Great management. Great teamwork. EXCELLENT customer service. I’m a caretaker for a apartment building here in Eagan and I got my nails done in April and let me tell you, THEY LASTED OVER A MONTH! It’s really hard to find a nail salon that have genuine people but Central Nails is by far the best, very genuine people and I’m so thankful to be able to make an appointment or stop by at anytime and be taken care of in a prompt amount of time. On top of everything else, the salon is gorgeous and clean and very classy. You will 100% enjoy your time here.

Julie and the girls are amazing! Get I don’t even have to remember my colors number for dip nor I have to tell her what shape I want them! Good, clean and professional nail salon.

They prefer cash and you cant tip on a card, so bring some cash. It was clean, friendly, and competitively priced.

I cannot recommend this place enough! I went in to get an acrylic gel manicure fill. The staff members were friendly and welcoming from the second we walked in. The next day I noticed my nail color started to wear away and fade. I went back and showed the technicians. Tammy apologized and gave me a completely redone color free of charge. I was so impressed by her dedication to make sure I was happy. My nails look amazing and are lasting as normal. Thanks!!!!

One of the best nail salons I have been to in the twin cities area so far. Make an appointment though if you want to make sure you get a really good job done. Helps if you’re a regular. When they are really busy, it depends on the person you get, but I have had to go to a random tech before and they don’t always pay the closest attention. But I religiously get my nails done every two to three weeks so I am much more picky than someone else might be. Make sure you are just clear on what you want and don’t be afraid to ask for changes along the way:)

Worst professional manicure I have ever received in my life. The polish separated on the sides of my nails while drying and chipped within a day. When I called to explain my situation, the woman on the phone said there was nothing they could do to help me and then hung up on me. I didnt even ask for a refund of my money, but instead for a discount on my next manicure. I took pictures as proof of how poorly my nails were painted, kept the business card of the person who painted my nails, (Apple) and a receipt of the transaction. Despite all of my proof of service, they were still unwilling to do anything to keep my business. Not recommended and I will never go to their salon again.

Central Nails is my favorite salon. Everyone there is so sweet and professional. The place is always clean and I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait! Overall great environment.

I’ve been here multiple times and while they do a great job on my nails they have never gotten me in on time. I’ve always waited at least 30 min or more past my appointment time before getting my nails done.

Staff is Friendly! Professional and always gives good nail health suggestions. I’ve been using Central Nails for a year and their dip gel product is amazing. It lasts 3-4 weeks depending how fast your nails grow. Great salon!

I’ve been a regular customer since they have opened. Always a great experience and amazing results. Everyone is welcoming and does a fantastic job. Since they re-opened during the pandemic they have ensured taking proper precautions and safety measures to make customers feel comfortable and safe. I would never go anywhere else!

This is the 3rd nail shop in Eagan that I have tried and I am in LOVE! They do such a good job. I had Rose and she got my nail shape in point! I switch from acrylics to the dip and she did an amazing job. The price is fair too. I will for sure be going back. This is my new place.

At first I liked this nail shop until the owner had an attitude because she didn’t understand what I asked for. When paying $70 for a fullest ombré nails and I have to tell the OWNER that my nails are not the same size on each hand, she snapped at me. Which is very unprofessional. I don’t like to spend my money with someone who is being rude when I’m paying for service and should get what I deserve and pay for. I’ll never go back.

This place is a dump. They don’t keep it very clean and during COVID there is no sign of sanitizing processes. Also, why make an appointment? They don’t have a process in place for appointments. They are surprised you are there. It is a very odd and poorly run place.

Very unsatisfied. Went in for a pedi, the nail tech informed me it would be $5 extra for callus removal. I agreed, however nothing was done above a normal pedicure. In fact, far less than a standard pedicure and looks like nothing was done. She clipped the inner side of my toe nail and when she couldn’t fully remove it she tucked it back underneath my nail. I had to remove it myself and it’s painful. She was also pushy when it came to up-selling including making fun of my chipped nail polish in order to get me to buy a manicure. Waist of my money and will not give them my business again. Would not recommend

I love coming to Central Nails. This last time was absolutely amazing. Thi did my pedicure and I literally almost fell asleep, it was so relaxing. Julie always does my acrylic/dip nails and she always does an incredibly fabulous job. I get pink and white ombré and she did two flowers on each of my middle fingers. It looks wonderful. She’s very creative and definitely well worth the visit!! Highly highly recommend anyone going here. Everyone is professional and makes you feel very welcome and relaxed!

I was really excited as the place seems so nice. I think I ended up getting the crabbiest person in there. (Moui?) never introduced herself but saw name on her things. She got easily frustrated when I tried to describe shape. Full set if acrylic nails in 25min? Yeah they are not neat nails. I had gel polish and acrylic on my fingers, patchy color and not even nicely filed round. I will probably go home and file myself. I think I will try again with another gal as someone across the room seemed so nice! Wish I got her.

Got a manicure and pedicure here last week. They kept recommending more expensive pedicures and add ons when I had already selected the second to cheapest one. Then when I told them I wanted a gel manicure, they told me three different times I should get dip instead (which I knew I did not want because it is the same as acrylic). I ended up spending over $80 and my manicure lasted less than a week. I won’t be returning.

Since I had some free time today after work, I decided to get pampered and Im so glad I tried central nails. It was super busy when I came in but my nail lady gave me the best massage and my toes are fabulous! Love love Universe! Thank you so much.

I think the salon is beautiful and relaxing, but most importantly it’s CLEAN! Linh is the best. I never let anyone else touch my nails. She has made my nails healthy and strong and her work always lasts a long time without chipping or peeling.

I love this nail salon! Over the years I have bounced from salon to salon, Central nails has given me a reason to stay put! On my first visit, they suggested I try dip powder gel and I have gotten it done there every month since! They do a great job and the salon is very clean. If you are looking for a nice salon that does quality work, try Central nails!

The pricing here is pretty outrageous for the quality of service and product that you receive. I went in for a fill and clearly said that I do not want my nails shorter, I just wanted a fill. She then filed my thumb nail super short...another gal came over to finish my nails and started filing the rest of them. When I told her I didn’t want them shorter she said “oh well I didn’t start your nails but now they have to match,” rather than just fixing the one nail.My nails were super rushed and there’s brush marks along all of my nails where there wasn’t enough of the gel top coat put on.Also, I get that it’s expensive to run credit cards but they’re kind of rude about it. I won’t be returning just based on the quality of service and product.

It’s been a stressful week for me so I decided to get pampered. A nice mani and pedi at this shop always helps with my long stressful week. Although the last couple times I was here with a friend, we felt a bit rushed. I understand this shop is super popular and yes they do an amazing job. The manager or the lady at the front, kept telling our ladies to hurry and finish up so they can take another client. Second time I came in again it was after work, the manager was yelling at one of her employees in front of everybody! Mind you the shop was packed! And then today a client came in for a fix or she had a complain. The manager basically told her not to come back, don’t know the whole story but it was unprofessional. I love the techs their amazing, I just hope the manager take her bad attitude somewhere else.

This place is amazing, every time I get my nails done I leave very satisfied! Julie is one of my favorites!

Great service. They always try the up sell but arent persistent if you say no. I usually do a walk in pedicure in the morning and Ive never had to wait longer than it took to pick out my polish. Only downside is cash only tips.

Amazing!!. You pay for what you get! I have had trouble in the Eagan area, finding a place that is very clean. On top of that two other places I have went either I got a fungus under my nail OR the service was bad, this place will be my new nail salon. I got a severe infection in both of my big toes shortly after my pedicure. I ended up at Urgent Care and on oral antibiotics.

Been to a bunch of nail salons, and this one is turning in to one of my favorites! Pedicure felt fantastic, and they did new things that I never saw in a pedicure that just felt spectacular. The service was lovely!

I called ahead to ask if this salon allows walk ins and if they can do marble effect full set. After receiving a yes here is my experience:Pro:- Thinh is good at shaping nails.Con:- Thinh does not know how to design a marble effect (its easy, Im in school right now for a nails tech license and if I was ambidextrous I would for sure marble my own nails).- Thinh and all the other employees there were talking about me in a negative way (Im fluent in Vietnamese).- I was told that everyone working there either doesnt know how to do the marble effect or theyre REALLY terrible at it..- They told me this AFTER they already glued, shaped, and put gel on my nails (seriously, why couldnt you tell me this before).- I was still charged at full price ($55) (They were only halfway into my full set didnt even polish my nails with anything.)

If you want your nails done, go to sam she does an amazing job, she did my sisters nails and they looked amazing. The two times I’ve came here I’ve gotten the same person and she’s done such a horrible job. Like she doesn’t even know what she’s doing.

I went in on Thursday, paid 40$ for a gel manicure, the next day one of my nails chipped. Now 3 days later 3 more have chipped and it being the Holiday season, had no time to go back to get them fixed. When I pay 20$ elsewhere I have never had this issue.

I got a manicure yesterday. The manicure itself looks nice, but the service and experience were not. While my daughter-in-law had an hour of pampering with a patient, relaxed technician, I got 20 minutes of four of the girls in the shop bantering loudly back and forth in Vietnamese. I found out later they were arguing and complaining over doing the laundry and cleaning in the shop. Short and unpleasant is how I would describe my experience. I wont be back.

We went back for a second visit cause the first one was great.... This time, pedicure was great by Thi and Nancy but Julie the manager told Thi to do another client when it came for the mani. She never finished filing my best friends nails, nor did she take the dremel to them. We left with the polish not down to the cuticle and nails as rough as could be. I had a great experience but the manager rushed us and was so short with my best friend. Nancy and Thi were amazing but the manager, Julie, was rushed and short.

My daughter received a pedicure and full set of ombre nails...came in end of day excellent service very nice staff beautiful nails!!

Had the powder dips and after two weeks had to return to salon on two occasions to have them fixed. Staff talk with each other not the customers. Not a friendly place. There motto is do a lot of services quickly without taking time to do a good job.

I have been going to Central Nails in Eagan since they opened! Being a Nail teck myself and extremely finicky, I would have to say this is without a doubt the BEST NAIL SALON EVER!!! The minute you walk in the ambiance, the decor, and comfort is impeccable. All the nail tecks are up to date on all the latest in nail services as well as some of best nail art in twin cities. You must give them a try!💅👣

I will not be going back! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The technician did not even say hello to me, she was constantly checking her phone multiple times while she was doing my nails and her tools were NOT clean. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I went to get full set and a pedicure, my BF also got a pedicure. I was given a receipt and was told my total was 180.00 ( I tipped cash) and when I to home my card was charged 216... thats an extra 36$ .. I wouldnt mind but my nails arent even that good.. Kelly did a wonderful job on the pedicures..but the tech (Minh.? ) who did my nails they are sloppy.. uneven and not filed well.. unhappy for what. I paid..

Great atmosphere, but regular pedi was over 30$, and I couldnt get ( what I thought) callous removal without upgrading to the luxury pedicure at 40! Then, it wasnt even a real callous removal, just filing the same as other places do as part of their regular pedi!Lastly, only one coat of polish, even when 2 requested, and a week later, already chipped.NOT Happy.

Bad experience will not be returning.. The nail Tech seemed like she was having a bad day very rude. All the techs where speaking in their language the whole time I was there did not acknowledg the customers whatsoever. My nails are so thin now because the tech was to lazy to remove the jell by hand she actually used a dremel SMH. When leaving I was told next time you come back bring cash or you will be charged an additional 3.00

I was a walk in pedicure and was pleased....at first. When done, the technician brought me to the dryer where I sat for some time. She came back and touched my nails and said they were dry. She put my sandals on me and I paid plus a 23% tip. When I went to leave I saw that my big toe was smeared and almost rubbed off. When I pointed this out to her she turned to get the polish but the manager yelled something in another language and she stopped. She bent down and tried to smudge it back in place with her fingers! It was all bumpy and clumpy. She couldnt get all the parts in the right place so she dabbed a little polish over the blank spots and walked away. I said seriously? After that, no one would look at me so I left. This was the luxury pedi! She said it was dry and she put my shoes on me. I now have a pedicure that looks like a child did it. How hard would it have been to fix one toe and then you would be getting a good review.

Very disappointed in my experience there... I felt like my pedicure was rushed and they kept trying to upsale me on things I repeatedly said I didn’t want. The whole experience was bad. I hate leaving a bad review but I feel like I don’t want people to have the same experience I had. Sorry :(

I have been a customer for several years now. I came back to the eagan location due to poor customer service at the central nail spot. I was informed today that my appointment did not matter and I should get a mani at one location and pedi at other. Who does that????? Apparently keeping loyal customers d.oes not matter to Julie. Bad customer service, very bad

Centro nail nails in Eagan is clean and they do nice work but I’m frustrated with the scheduling process I made an appointment early today and when I arrived they asked me to wait which I did for 15 to 20 minutes and when I asked about my appointment time they told me to be another 15 minutes. I could not stay to get my nails done because I had other things that I had to do and I was bummed because I leave for vacation tomorrow. Just frustrating that even if you make an appointment you can’t be guaranteed the spot or time.

Overpriced and didnt honor a coupon I had. Ill be going elsewhere for nail services

I wanted to be their customer because of the convenance of the location and gave them so many chance to see if they can embittered their service and treat me as one of their reparative customer. Unfortunately they disappointed me in so many different ways for so long. One of the awfu things I have been facing was loosing two to three nails with in the first two to three day. Very unpleased and disappointed in many other ways, including their fake nice customer service.

She is my rockstar nail tech! You need a good nail tech just like a good hair dresser! So glad I have found mine!!They always do an excellent job no matter whom you see! The cost is so reasonable for the quality! Pedicures are so relaxing, they set a timer for x amount of minutes ( depending on which pedicure you choose) so they make sure they give you the full time of foot massage!Very professional!! Very relaxing the chair massage is wonderful!!Dip lasts at least 3 weeks! I now have both daughters driving from St. Paul and Woodbury because the service and Quality is so fabulous!!Look up the hidden gem! I am so in love with this salon! I dont mind the extra drive theres at least 6 nail salons closer but centeral has such wonderful staff and my nails are done right! Ive never been happier with a salon!!!

On sept. 29th I was a walk-in for a full set. I waited a little bit (which is undstandable for not having an appointment) A lady sat down and started. First Complaint is that while she was filing my nails she nicked me in several places. While She was putting on the acrylic she seemed like a newbie and didn’t know exactly what she was doing. The acrylic was to thick and not even. I paid $50 for this. Now it’s only been just over two weeks and two of my nails are lifting. I will not be going back.
