You would think The job will be well done since I paid $122 but no they did a horrible job. My cuticles never got clean let alone under my nails and on top of that this is not the length or the style that I wanted. With that being said I would not recommend going back to displays whatsoever

I paid over$100 for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. My nails are thick, different lengths, she was filling on my skin and hurt my finger, did not listen to my requests, was rude- they wouldve looked better if I did them myself. My pedicure... Same thing- different lengths and it looks like I painted my own toes. There were toe nail clippings all over the pedicure area.... So gross! Then when I called to complain, they gave me the opportunity to come in with the same person or wait until 5:00. The whole point of getting a new set of nails put on last night was because I had an appointment that was very important today. When I said that wouldnt work that I needed them fixed earlier in the day, she hung up on me. This place is a typical cheap nail salon that does not value its customers or provide quality work. Save your money and give it to people that do work they can be proud of. I plan to be contacting the department of health next....

I paid for a gel manicure. She didnt even push my cuticles back. She hurried so fast that I have paint all over the tips of my fingers. The entire time she did my nails she answered the phone. Talked on her other phone and took appointments. I paid too much for too little. Horrible job on my nails. Wont come back here. No name tag or that would have been added too.

Today was my first time at turbo nails and spa and I had a great experience! I was seen just a little over 10 mins after my appointment but it was understandable because they were busy. Both nail techs, Hanna (I think was her name) who did my pedicure and Sam who did my manicure did a fantastic job! They were professional, didnt rush and took the extra time to find/pick out the colors that I wanted and helped me choose the right services that best fit my needs!

I came in for a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was actually fine. My toes look pretty good. I had medium length nails on my fingers and 2 were short because they broke. I asked her to just file the others and paint them. Instead she cut them super short and hit my thumb with the nail Dremel and now it’s super irritated. She also missed the sides on almost every nail so my nails look a very weird shape. I wouldn’t go here for a manicure. Not worth the money and they charge $14 extra for gel.

I dont get my nails done often but I aways come here when I do. The Owner is so friendly and always remembers us even tho we come maybe once a year. Very clean and I noticed that they make sure we as customers are safe.

I got acrylics done from Ha I really wanted to like this place, in the beginning it seemed like everything was going well, then when they were finished I walked to my car took a look at my nails and was astonished. The French tips that were painted on didn’t cover the whole finger and the glue they used for my gems are so thick and noticeable. Also one of my gems were put on backwards, shiny part down. Also one gem had fallen off before I even got in my car. I’m disappointed and hope they can fix these or give me a refund.

I could literally cry I’m so disappointed in this place. I went in for a very simple clear full set. It took Tammy 3 hours to remove and put this horrible full set on me. $57 I even said how much I disliked my nails. The owner saw them and told her to reshape. Everything about it was wrong from acrylic application to shape. I really wanted to like this place and I’ve been disappointed here before but with everything going on all the other shops were closed. Don’t come here. Service is inconsistent and they don’t care about their customers. They post pictures of the work by the owner but the reality is your shop is a reflection of your staffs work as well.

I had been going to Turbo Nails Eagan for over 2 years. Tina was so unprofessional on my last visit. I called to reschedule my appointment and was told to come at a certain time and I showed up early. They messed up my appointment time and Tina blamed me. She rushed me and began lying about things that were not true. That is not the way you treat a loyal customer over 2 years. She should have spoken to who booked my appointment and she would have found out my appointment time was messed up instead of blaming me and giving me bad service. I also had problems with Sam but decided to give them a 2nd chance. I spoke to the so called Owner about what happened no apology was given so I will not be returning they do not deserve my business and dont appreciate loyal customers. I have already found a more professional Nail salon closer to where I live. If Google had ZERO stars that is what I would give this place.

I am very dissatisfied with Turbo Nails in Eagan. I was left feeling like a walk in this morning and undervalued because I wasnt receiving long acrylics with some fancy design. I arrived on time for my appointment and almost two hours later left after asking them to remove the sloppy, uneven gel polish. The insult to injury was that Ha saw the sloppy, rush job but refused to acknowledge or remedy the issue. I am going to take my business elsewhere.

This was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I didn’t even let them finish painting my nails. The nail esthetician cut my cuticles dry. It actually hurt. They also made me pay for it despite the fact that my nails now look worse than when I got to the salon. Don’t waste your money at this place!

Wish I could give less than 1 Star. Its my first time in Turbo Nails and Spa. The worst nail experience I had ever, that left me shocked and speechless. While she is doing my nail she cut my finger she didn’t even apologize for that and she was in rash to go out. She have paint all over the tips of my fingers. Not professional at all.I will not go back and I don’t recommend this place at all.

Had my nails filled here last Sunday, after leaving and looking at my nails I probably won’t return, my polish doesn’t fully cover the nails, and a few days after my nails being done my polish has continued to chip away. Definitely not worth the money or the 45 minute wait with an appointment. I don’t like writing reviews, but truly just disappointed with the experience.

LOVE this salon! Ive been coming here consistently since moving back to MN Aug 2019. Although I get a different nail tech everytime, they have all been good. I always call the night before and make an appt. They always take me back within 5 mins of walking in. My only issue has been they can be a little rough when cutting your cuticles. If your skin is thin or sensitive just make sure you let them know! I definitely recommend this salon.

Great place, but they charge extra for everything. I came to get a pedi and was told the shiny polishes are an extra charge. Also did a mani a few months back and wanted 3 nails one color and the other 2 a different and that was an extra charge.

Waited for over one hour for my appointment. I had to ask someone to help me after I waiting for one hour. The owner was aggressive and rude.

Over half of my nails have a fungal infection from not laying my acrylics properly. Extremely upset & will not be returning. This is 100% from uncleanliness or not laying my acrylics properly. I am beyond upset.

Okay so I’ve gotten my nails done on and off for about 12 years now. I haven’t went more then 6 months without getting them done. Since moving out of Minneapolis about 8 years ago I’ve really struggled to find a nail salon that could meet the same standards I was used to. But this is the place!!! They’re better then any nail salon I’ve ever been too! For starters it’s very clean, their equipment is very nice and up to date, and they have more colors to chose from then I can even handle!! I went here last minute back in December for some last minute Christmas colored nails and fell in love. I go about every 2 weeks and have went back here every time since! I highly recommend you will not be disappointed! One other thing is that their prices are the same as any other salon for way better quality. Also, they do only have certain lady’s that can do really fancy designs but will tell you straight up tell you if you want that you need to see that certain person!! Best nail salon ever! I will be a forever customer for sure!!!

Had at 3pm appointment. Walked in and no one helped us. They told us to sit down, so we did. We waited 40 minutes while no one helped us. We had called ahead telling them we had to be somewhere and that 3 was the latest. Awful service. Complete waste of time and money. Zero costumer service and they didn’t even talk to us once.

I’ve had 2 really amazing experiences there. The ladies are so so nice and friendly. They really take their time and do a really good job unlike other salons. My nails lasted 4-5 weeks and I couldn’t have loved them more.

Visited yesterday for a manicure and pedicure. I was very pleased to see how clean and tidy this place is!! The girls really took really good care of me, within an hour I was done! They use proper tools which they Sanitize all the time. My nails look fantastic :)

They are professional, meticulous, and it appears they get walk-ins taken care of pretty quickly. I always schedule an appointment with the same person & Ive never had to wait more than 5 minutes when I arrive. I try to come a little early, because if I dont get my traditional pink & whites, they have almost 400 nail colors to choose from! I am so happy that I found Turbo Nails! Its worth the drive from St. Paul & theres lots of shopping options close by for errands before or after my appointment! Turbo Nails in Eagan is my favorite nail salon. Although all the technicians I have had at Turbo have been great, I almost always see Ha when I get my fingernails done and she is excellent. I went there for the first time yesterday and got a gel manicure. I was really impressed by the atmosphere as it was not traditional to what you see at a nail salon. They played classical music and there wasnt any blaring TVs on random channels. Plus, I thought it was very convenient and easy that the UV light to dry your nails was built into the stations. Though I think it was a bit pricey ($27 for my gel manicure when I normally pay about $18-$20), I feel that the quality and atmosphere makes up for it. It was definitely a more quaint and personable experience and I plan on making it my go-to nail salon.

I usually get a pretty good pedicure here, but it does depend on which technician you get. Nola is great. This is also one of the few places left where you can get a parafin pedicure, which make for the softest feet. Ill keep going here.

I am so disappointed with the gel manicure I received at this salon. Less than 24 hours later-the polish was peeling/cracking/breaking. The nail technician also filed my nails so harshly that the skin around my nails was bloody & is still sore 5 days later. I had to go to a different salon 5 days later to fix the poor manicure that Turbo Nails gave me. I will never return to this salon.

I was referring by my friend. It was very pleasant and relaxing to have my manicure and pedicure done by one of the tech. The place is so nice and people’s very friendly staffs. Ive gotten a manicure here and a pedicure. Each service has been great. I had different techs and they were both friendly and attentive. They listened to my concerns and requests and addressed all professionally. They do a good job on nails, being really detailed yet careful about cuticles and surrounding skin. Prices are higher than what Ive ever seen on individual services but the website has had a few coupons Ive been able to use so it balances out.

Went yesterday for a fill & pedi.Fill was great, my nails are awesome.Pedi was terrible. They used a nail file on the bottom of my feet. I have dead skin that wasnt removed. They cut my nails beyond short, theyre uneven, my polish is dull, no lotion put on my feet. Because I typically do gel polish on my toe nails, theyre rough. Nail tech didnt buff them so they were smooth before putting on regular polish. Im currently at another nail shop paying to have my toes repaired and re polished. Ill never do a pedicure with that nail tech again. $35 wasted.

Okaaaaay, first things first... Ha kills the nail game! She’s on point every time i come to her. I am extremely picky with my shape and if you get it wrong, i will never come back. I’m a forever client of Ha & turbo nails. Very clean and tidy space with a friendly atmosphere! If i ever move out of state, I’m flying back to get my nails done here. 5 stars all round.

All the equipment is clean and Sanitized. They make you feel very welcomed and if you are unhappy with your service they will always fix what you’re unhappy with.. I would recommend this salon! Do not recommend. My nails look horrible, he used the wrong nail polish at first and didn’t look like he knew what he was doing. My nails do not look professional and not worth what I payed. 6 of my nails were bleeding and he mumbled sorry only the first time. If only I could post photos...

I used to love this salon. Ive been coming for years and have been a loyal customer. Its definitely one of the best salons in Eagan. Very clean, spa like feel. Their services have always been great quality, but their customer service in general is lacking. I have felt at time rushed through my appointment and after years of coming here, they still treat me like a stranger. Unfortunately my last couple of experiences have me looking at other places, however I would still definitely recommend this place despite all that.

I had been going to this salon for several months and never had a problem until I recently went, I asked for a simple design and they completely messed it up. When I had called about it, they blamed it entirely on me. Even though it took the lady TWO hours to do a fill in. Now a week later and my gel is chipping off and I can see all the bumps and unevenness in my nails. Very dissenting especially since I was charged $43 and I still tipped. Never going back and never recommending this shop to anyone ever.

My friend told me about this place the other day and told me to get my manicure done here. Ive been putting it off and she kept on bugging me to go. I caved in and went. My first impression of this place is wow! The salon is very pretty and its very clean. The nail techs clean their area after every customer and they are very friendly. When it was my turn, the nail tech was polite and asked what color I wanted and design after she was done removing the cuticles and cutting my nails. After she was done, I was very pleased with her work. My nails looked even and pretty. I will definitely come here again! Highly recommend this place!

HORRIBLE experience!I went to Turbo Nails in Eagan, on a Thursday evening to have a pedicure and an acrylic gel manicure, and am extremely dissatisfied!!Thursday - I met with Sally, and while she was nice, however, I was cut 2-3 times, the tips put on were too small, my cuticles were atrocious, the paint was thick and gloppy, and overall the job looked awful. (Please see picture of white nails below) I spent 2.5 hours there.Friday - I returned to Turbo nails to give them a second chance. I suggested maybe trying a different color, and had a different tech at chair 9. I felt bad, as the original nail tech was forced to watch the process redone, and she was apologetic. While my nails looked good that day, by the next day they were already chipping paint, which I thought was odd for a GEL acrylic manicure! Ive had many acrylic sets, and have never, ever had chipped paint.Monday - Nearly all of the paint had come off, however, working a full-time office job did not allow me to call the location.Tuesday - All of the paint from Friday was completely chipped off of all finger nails, three acrylics had chips in them, and were actually starting to lift off of the nail bed. As I shared above, I work in an office, and routinely have full acrylic sets with no problems of chipping. I called this location again to try and fix this situation, and at this point after spending nearly 4 hours in the shop, I requested a refund for the $77.00 that I spent. I called on 1/22/2019 at 3:30pm, and I told the women who answered the phone that I was extremely dissatisfied, and that unfortunately I had already spent enough time in the shop, and requested a refund, she told me under no circumstances, they do not do refunds, when I asked for her name, she hung up on me.Do not do your business here!! I understand that we all make mistakes, and its important to allow people to fix those mistakes, but after this experience, I will warn everyone I know never to do business with this salon! I have had many, many acrylic sets, and have never experienced any of these problems. I feel ripped off, dissatisfied, and now I have to pay for another salon to properly remove these horrible acrylics. They are very unprofessional! (As a side note, my boyfriend proposed this weekend and was hoping to have pretty nails... these are far worse than having natural nails!)

Great customer service and always happy with results. Always feel pampered when there. Been going there for 3 years. Never had a bad experience. I’ve had mani’s Pedi’s and eyebrows. My mother, sister and daughter feel like queens when they leave.

I had the Milk and Honey Pedicure, and a Dipping Powder Manicure. Lien was very personable (felt like hanging out with an old friend) and meticulous (Im very particular!!)! The business truly feels more like a spa, less like a nail salon. I enjoyed my experience at the spa, and will absolutely be returning.

The website claims its very cleanly but I noticed a lot of instruments being reused. Ick.

Usually my favorite place to go so my husband got me a gift certificate. After finally finding a moment for myself, I was able to walk in. I wanted a simple one color dip polish. The guy who did it had to keep asking the ladies questions about how to do it. I shouldve stopped there but I was hopeful that the best in Eagan would pull through. The color was cloudy and not solid so I asked him to fix 6 of my nails (otherwise he would have let it slide). He asked me if I used soap when I washed my hands. When I said yes he said that was why my nails were discolored but never told me not to use soap, so, I guess it was my fault? Fixing 6 nails took an additional half an hour. The shape is thick and uneven. He gouged out my cuticles making one finger bleed. And he didnt put any lotion on my hands. When paying he did not even offer a discount, not even a courtesy $5 off even though I sat there twice as long as I needed to so he could redo more than half my nails. I left so sad because i dont have time to get my nails done ever and this was a special treat. I called when I got home and they asked if I wanted to come in tomorrow. I said this was my only time, I work full time and have kids and this was my only t ou me and I went there because they are the best.They might look pretty on the outside but you never know who you will get. Several ladies that worked there walked by and looked at my nails and then at my face to see my reaction but said nothing. Very disappointed.

I went in to get my nails done on a very busy day for the salon. New Year’s Eve and they were full in the seats and the lobby. Got to me within 15 mins of arriving and I was at the end of the line. Ha Ngyuen was the one able to do marble on me just the way I requested. She was kind, funny and even put up with my boyfriend beside me acting all goofy. She’s a great nail artist and amazing person to speak to. Will be back again!
