I came in for a fill and the lady that usually does my fill was not available that day. The owner of the nail salon offered to do my fill. She was the absolute worst, she was rough with my nails and very rude. It seemed like she was in a rush to finish. She kept stopping to talk to other customers and she even stopped to pet a dog. Very unprofessional. After she was done, my nails looked horrible. There are no refunds here, so I came back the next day to have someone else fix my nails. The owner of the shop was upset that I even came back to get my nails fixed. She was arguing with me in front of customers saying she did a great job on my nails. She snatched my hand and started showing customers my nails and saying she always does a good job. The man fixing my nails was rude as well, my nails still looked horrible after. I will not be returning here, awful customer service!

I went in for a pedicure and chose this nail salon. The reason I chose it was for the 15 minute foot massage. Pedicure was great! I would not recommend the foot massage.

My mom and I have been going here for years for manicures, pedicures, and gel nails. They consistently do such a great job and are very personable, professional, and thorough. I highly recommend Nails 1st!

Im so glad I found this place. The attention to detail on my nails was a breath of fresh air and I was surprised by a light shoulder massage after my nails were done. I didnt realize how stiff I got sitting still but the massage made me relax again. If you need your nails done, definitely stop here.

I just got my nails done here and the man who did my nails did a great job! The color I selected didn’t turn out the color I thought it would and be instantly said before I even could the color you wanted was darker let me fix it so it’s the color you wanted!!! Awesome customer service! I will definitely be going back here!!

This is my favorite nail salon. They have beautiful choices of gel nail colors, including color changing, cat-eye, and black light/UV reactive. The place has always been immaculate when Ive been there. Wait times have been reasonable, and staff will give you estimates of good times to return if they are backed up. I recommend calling ahead if you have a party size of 3 or more.

I called in ahead of time to see if they could get me in over my lunch break and they were very accommodating. The guy doing my nails was so quick and did a fantastic job! Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. I will definitely be back the next time I need my nails done!

I came in for just an ombré fill. The clear coat was already chipping off as soon as I left. The color I picked out was not blended well, some spots on my nails were darker than the other. I picked the coffin shape and a lot of the edges were more curved in then the others which looks funny. I did like that they did my daughters nails for free but the guy I had did not seem happy that my daughter was with and barely talked to her when she was there. For $45 spent on just a fill that should’ve been $30-$35, I will not go here anymore and I will not recommend my friends and family here.

This is my nail shop, everyone here is wonderful! Ive been going here for years and the quality is amazing! It doesnt matter who does your nails they always come out beautiful! I always get gel manicures and pedicures in the summer, and as I said, no matter who I have do my nails, or what kind of problem is I have having with my fingers or toes these wonderful people always leave my toes and fingers looking so nice! They deserve more than 5 stars!

Had my nails done here for the very first time and its amazing! My tech was quick and efficient at what she did. The price I paid is fair since they provided great services. Needless to say, Ill be back!!

Service is nice but they dont do a very good job with how they do nails. I came in foran overlay with only needing 2 that needed the acrylic extended a bit to match the length of the rest of my nails and ended up paying $30 for nothing with her telling me its best that I fix them at home since I told her I don nails just didnt feel like doing mine this time. Not only did she file down the length of all of my nails, theyre uneven, she messed up the natural shape of my nails (natural oval shape to a hard square shape) then left acrylic all over my fingers and had it all under my nails very thick. If I could post pictures I would because theyre horrible looking. $30 for something I have to go home and redo is unacceptable.

I have been on the hunt for the perfect pedicure for pretty much my entire adult life. I believe I have finally found the perfect spot in this salon :) The service and pedicure were top notch. My group of 4 got right in at our scheduled appointment time and were seated next to each other (at many other salons, at least one of our party will have to wait and this is a big pet peeve of mine). The $35 luxury pedicure was incredible - it included the typical pedicure stuff as well as an amazing leg and foot massage, clay mask, hot towels on the feet, and a design on each big toe. I am one week out and my nails still look great. My daughters kids mani/pedi has also held up wonderfully. At other salons, hers typically chips within a few days. The staff was very kind and friendly - I cant say enough good things about this place. Even though I live about 1.5 hours away, Ill be back!!

First time getting my mani & pedi done, and I absolutely enjoyed it. They were sooo friendly, and was able to squeeze me in on short notice. The lady who did my nails catered to all my needs. The massage chair was AMAZING, it worked perfectly. I will defintely go back!

Made an appointment for 11 and was asked to wait 15 minutes when I got there. Technician tried to talk me out of the nail shape I wanted because it was more work than square and was extremely rude to me. Acrylics are uneven and thick, and paint had to be redone when I got home. Will never be returning.
