My first time here and I got exactly what I expected...my tech was Chandi she was awesome and very talented. The atmosphere was very down to earth yet professional this shop is filled with talented women their skill level is impeccable. I will not be going anywhere else. I definitely recommend booking here.

Tips and Needles is always a wonderful experience. Each technician greets you as soon as you enter, which sets the tone for a very comfortable experience. I love that music and movies are played and the conversation is never dull or negative. Tips and Needles is the perfect place to come and get pampered on your girls day with positive friendly women. You will never have the same set twice and will always leave satisfied!

I’ve been getting my nails done by KiKi since last year and it’s always a great experience! She’s very knowledgeable and I appreciate her professionalism. I also love that she takes her time to do my nails, pays attention to details and provides cuticle care, something I haven’t found anywhere else.I’m from up North and it took a while to find a nail tech that I really like in this area. She’s definitely one of the best all around! You won’t be disappointed.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! The vibe and energy is always good. Everyone in the shop is very professional and kind plus the nails done here are AMAZING! Not professional nail salon. nail technician was late and had no idea what she was doing- customer service was zero. She left the bowl that we did the soak off in front of me. I had to remove it for the rest of the service. Nail technician never pointed the uv light in my direction. So I had to reach at an angle to place my hand it- this salon is the biggest waste of your money. Nail technicians were not that friendly and acted like they would rather not do my nails. did not trim my natural nails before placing tips that were too big on me. Air bubbles and lifting after 3 days. Nail technician came to work late after asking me to come later than the appointment I booked.

AWESOME!!! Wonderful atmosphere and service. I drive an hour for my appointment and I am never disappointed. I am complemented on my nails everyday.
