She saved my nails! I got an appointment the same day I called, she was extremely friendly and professional. After an hour I had beautiful nails again, they were in a really bad condition before. I can only recommend going there, the prices are fair, staff is friendly, they are doing an amazing job and there is a wide selection of colors and treatments. I am a fully vaccinated senior and just had my first pedicure in 18 months. I felt very comfortable here. Very relaxed. Very Covid safe. Everyone was masked, social distanced and the salon is airy, spacious and very clean.

I must say I love this nail salon. Absolutely wonderful, no matter what service I have had. I always feel like a queen when I leave. Everyone is professional and accommodating.

This might be the worst dip manicure Ive ever gotten. My nails were trimmed/filed unevenly, the sides of the nails (where they curve down) are jagged and on some of them the nail beneath is visible, and the ends of the nail (cuticle side) are already raising in such a way that I doubt they will last an entire week without hair getting caught underneath. Im incredibly disappointed that I spent money on this manicure.

I’ve been looking for new salon to get pedicures and I’m so glad I found this place. They are wonderful. She was very thorough with the basic pedicure, I can’t want to try the other pedicures that they offer!

Besides honoring a special request that I made, Lan helped me pick out the right colors for the look I was going for and my nails looked perfect when she was through. She was also very friendly and conversive, which I enjoyed. I have been in nail salons before where the technicians never say a word to you but will chatter away in their language to the other technicians, and I have never liked that. Lan was a delightful young woman, and she made my experience so much more enjoyable, and I will ask for her in the future.

I had the pleasure of visiting Luxury Nail yesterday afternoon for a gel manicure and pedicure. Hei and Rosa were miracle workers! I had to leave by 6 PM to make it to RDU for my flight. I found Luxury Nail Spa by chance and I’m so glad I did. My first experience I called beforehand and they made me an appointment for 20 minutes later. When I arrived I waited all of 5 mins. The technician, which I believe was the owner, gave good tips about what should’ve been done by my now former technician(s). I loved my nails and they looked and felt natural. My visit today, I had another appointment and was seated immediately when I walked in. My technician this time was very, very nice and thorough. I didn’t feel like just another number. The atmosphere is very peaceful. I can’t say enough nice things. This will continue to be my nail salon. Oh, the color selection is crazy!!! In a good way of course :) I suggest going with an idea in mind so you won’t take too much time looking through them.

I really wanted to like this place. It was my first time taking my girls for manicures. The man at the front was very professional and nice. However, one of the nail techs had the worst attitude, and she was very snappy. She made my daughter very uncomfortable. I asked for the crystal buff for the girls and one of them did a great job. Another you could somewhat see the buff. And the last one forgot to do the buff. I would not come here again.

I had made an appointment on a Friday for a fill in. My appointment was at 5:30- I showed up at 5:10 and was not helped until 6:00 pm. There are only 2 nail techs at this place and they rush their service. My wait time was longer than the time she spent on my nails. I had taken a picture of the nail style I wanted and she said she could not do it. That was completely fine, but when I offered an alternative and asked her to do one nail so I could see what it would look like- she absolutely refused! I then showed her a different picture, and while she said she could do that one the result was completely different... furthermore, the polish is not even. I have spaces where the nail was not painted and the fill in is already coming apart,And it’s only been 2 days. For over $40 this is completely unacceptable. I do not know if they were just having an off day considering the good reviews, but I personally will not be coming back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience in getting eyebrows waxed, pedicure, and manicure. Everything is done at a professional and timely level. My feet are baby soft after the pedicure.

I found my new spot! My friend invited me to have my nails done here for my birthday because I live right down the street. We went in around and even though, nothing felt rushed whatsoever. I booked an appointment and they “forgot” my appointment, after I booked a sitter and received two reminders from them. They asked me to wait 30 minutes, which is unacceptable when you are a working mom and have scheduled a sitter. It’s not the first time I’ve received unprofessional service there. The owner is rude.

I don’t normally write reviews even if I have bad experiences. I have been here a few times but the last time I went the nail tech was cutting the cuticle on my big toe and grabbed a piece of my nail with the cuticle cutters and ripped it off back to the nail bed. I tried to explain but she didn’t understand. I’ve been caring for it for a week now and it is now infected. My pedicure doesn’t look cute when I have an infected toe or have to wear a bandaid over it

So.... I went there a few weeks ago and they did a decent job. I decided I should go back. Today I walk in and no one greets me and I stand there for a minute before I’m acknowledged. Then when they lady finally acknowledged me, I ask for a fill-in and pedicure. She quickly responds, “we are busy ma’am. Sorry”. I’m taken by surprise, but I say ok and I walk out. Just started going to Luxury Nail in 2019 and Ive absolutely fell in love with this place. Each time I went, Ive gotten different nail technicians and I can say they are all very experienced. The first two times my nails lasted me 3 weeks which I was very impressed ! Its definitely worth it.

Great job doing our healthy dip nails, just make sure to schedule an appt they are very busy! Owners are very attentive and they keep the place tidy! I found my new nail place.

JENNIFER IS AMAZING!! This is a wonderful nail salon! Today I was able to get a full set, pedicure, and my brows done all during my lunch break thanks to JENNIFER!! She does a wonderful job and is super nice! I get acrylic with gel polish and have to have my nails super short due to my profession...not only does she do them how I request, but everyone always thinks they are my natural nails!! I definitely will be recommending this place to all my friends!!

Very attentive and my nails always look beautiful. I had to reschedule last minute, and Tracy was able to fit me in the same evening. I always schedule ahead, and Tracy is also very good about helping me determine the best times to come in...less busy, quieter times, which I really appreciate. I recommend early mornings right when they open or later in the evening. With her guidance, I now have long, strong, beautiful REAL nails. That was not the case upon my first visit. I am so grateful because I used to be ashamed of my hands. Not anymore!

Great little nail spot! My usual nail salon is closed on Tuesdays, so I ventured somewhere new- and found Luxury Nail Spa! So glad I did. My manicurist did my nails and her was great. They got the oval shape I requested exactly right. And helped me pick the shade I was looking for when I was having trouble finding one on the gel presets. I would highly recommend this place if you havent tried them yet.

They are courteous and helpful making suggestions for colors. No upselling and I came home with a great mani/pedi!

I came here on a whim, had to get my nails patched up. I got served by a tech named Tracy. I got a manicure, she was very efficient and at the same time detailed and careful. The salon was clean, almost sparkling, and looked well renovated. They offered me a free drink and there was a candy bowl where you dry your nails. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. The techs were very willing to serve my needs, and I would return here again if I lived nearer.

Update 5/28/18: I am never disappointed coming here. The prices are decent, but the staff is wonderful, and they treat your nails like a masterpiece in progress. I don’t live here but I was trying to kill time in between doctors appointments and I needed a fill in. I was immediately taken care of and Loa ( I believe was her name ) was absolutely amazing and so fast! I was in and out in half and hour and I have the most beautiful nails ever. SO pleased with everything especially since I’m not a regular. Definitely recommend this lovely place!

First time coming here and it was a very nice experience. Made an appointment for 1:15, got there on time and was in a seat with color picked out by 1:30. I was greeted by everyone right away and was offered a drink. The woman that did my SNS ombré was very nice and did an amazing job. I felt the price was also very reasonable.

I usually got to a different salon but did not have time to go there. So i decided to stop by Luxury Nail. Nice location. Clean and spacious.There was a minor hiccup that was almost immediately rectified. No business perfect but what gives a business 5 stars is how they handle any issues.If you go here, ask for Tracey. She gave me a pedicure, and I am very satisfied. She is knowledgeable about nails and which tools should be used. Overall, Im very satisfied.Also, be sure to check in at the front desk and ask them about any specials they have going on right now!

The previous reviews were spot on. The owner welcomed us cheerfully even though it was a busy Saturday. We were just walk-ins. We did have to wait but it wasnt extremely long. Regular mani-pedi done and it was outstanding from feet clean up to finished polish.🌺

I have been here many times and used to love this place. I am not sure if it is due to them getting busier or what the issue is but after my experience today I will never be returning. I had an appointment at 3:45. After waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time they brought me over to remove my old nail polish. They then asked me to soak my hands in a bowl of acetone. I have been getting gel manicures for over 10 years and dip manicures for the past year and I have never been asked to do this. After soaking them for 30 minutes to the point my fingers were white, dried out, and freezing the polish still wasn’t coming off so they then proceeded to file the polish off my nails so far that it was burning my nail beds. When they finally started my manicure they spent less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Usually when I get a dip manicure they paint and dip each nail one at a time. She was painting 3 nails at a time and rapidly dipping them to try to get done faster. I also am used to having 3 color coats when I get a dip manicure (every time I have had them at their location and other locations) and after 2 coats the color looked nothing like the original swatch color. A very all around frustrating experience and I would have much rather been told they didn’t have time for me then to sit and wait and pay $40 for that experience. I’ve attached a picture directly after my manicure. You can see the uneven filing, my cuticles not even slightly attended to, and the color looks nothing like the swatch. Waste of time and money.

I have been going here for a year. I have cheated and gone to three other places in the triangle since. Every time I have regretted it. My gels last three weeks. They are fast and curious. The environment is relaxing and they are even great with eyebrows! The only negative is that their pedicures dont get rid of my rough feet as well as other places. Maybe there is a special pedicure for that there, but I love it when the basic pedicure takes good care of my feet.

Ok I like this place because its close to work but theyre doing some shady stuff. Three separate times Ive had my bill rung and then they came back to me in broken English saying sorry I miscalculated can you add another $5 to the total or $10 to the total. So for example, with a $15 total bill Id have to add $5 to the tip area plus the actual tip. So It appears as if the tip is $8 out of a $15 total. I dont know...about that...after the third time....Im probably not coming back.

I cant believe this gem of a salon was right around the corner from me and I just finally checked it out. The staff is amazing, especially the owner thai . My red wine was never empty, and the staff made sure I was happy with the results. I felt like girl was especially diligent to make sure my no-chip turned out flawlessly. I will deff be coming back! I recieved a pedicure from a really nice lady wearing a cloth mask. So was so polite and was extremely gentle considering that Im extremely ticklish and kept flinching. Im not sure why some felt prejudice here but I had great experience.

She was impatient and rude to the nail tech from the moment I sat in my chair.1.While Luxury Nails offers online booking, they never indicate that they will have your selected color waiting for you, or a certain water temperature ready for you! Lol It’s like anywhere else— you pick your color and let the nail tech know in the moment if you’d like your water hotter or colder. Jet pieces were wet because they clean them after each use. I would think that’s a good thing. They aren’t exactly going to stay dry anyway.2. I heard the nail tech ask what shape C Peterson would like her nails cut in. She replied “I just don’t want them digging into my foot.” Obviously, that doesn’t help one get the precise results they want!3. Again, ask for hot water to be added. It’s not that complicated.4. Your leaving the salon without a mani was probably the best thing to happen to these ladies all day. Truly, what does that say about you as a person? :/Good grief. Get off your high horse and have some respect and class. Despite how you expected to be treated, and acted towards the nail tech, you are NO better than ANYONE. Life is too short to be miserable. Went in for an acrylic fill during my lunch hour. Jennifer did my fill and was so nice. We chatted during the process. Jennifer listened to my requests and took care to make my nails look amazing. The entire process with drying time took 45 minutes, which is perfect for my schedule. Also, they do not charge additional for cut downs.

This is my favorite nail salon. I am a regular customer and constantly get compliments on my nails. The ladies are very nice and do a great job. Great experience and I will be back!

Took my mom out to get her first pedicure today, the person who did it was very nice and seemed very friendly! My mom accidentally messed up her nail and the head lady, who usually charges and looks mean, just completely gets an attitude and smacks her teeth, starts arguing with the nice lady who did & re did my moms nail. She was completely disrespectful and was lucky my mom was there or I wouldnt be here typing this review. Never going back

I get the Classic Pedicure. They do a spectacular job with the nails and all the frills. I tip 40% because I feel I get a lot of attention and a great pedicure.

My experience was very unwelcoming. I experienced nothing but poor customer service and ended up walking out with no services. When I walked in, they asked how can we help you? I told them what I needed and they instantly looked at each other and begin speaking some foreign language and started laughing. Then it was the infamous, “pick a color.” So I go to pick a color and I over hear one of them, who is now speaking in English say “they always come this late, it’s not that We don’t do the work but they always come this late” horrible customer service!!!

Went in for a basic pedicure ($30) and everyone was nice. However, the lady who was working with me didnt really do much, especially not $30 worth of work. When my toes were drying I noticed that there were still some spots on my heels that were dry and a crusty. Overall, it was okay though.

The massage was amazing but I feel like she could have done a better job painting my toenails.
