I found my nail salon for life! After finding this salon by chance over a year ago, I haven’t been to another place since. Day 1 Andrew has been shaping my nails to perfection, suggesting color and design recommendations, and being my sound board for life advice. This is a wonderful salon run by great people - You’ll leave with spectacular nails and some great laughs.

My eyebrows looked great and my fill-in was done to correct what was done by another nail salon that didnt do such a good job especially on shaping. It was fixed and I loved it. Now Im just mad at myself for forgetting the ladys name that did my nails lol!

Andrew is always on point! Great hospitality and personality. Love their options/selections for pedicures. They treat you like family there for the most part. Kudos to Boss Lady Linda! Love your establishment and been a customer for years.❤❤

Called early in the am around 10 for an appt, but with no one specifically because it was my first time going. When I arrived and told them I had an appt they acted like they never received the call and told me to wait. As I was waiting they tell two other girls (who were there with no appt) they were next. How sway? As a result, I kindly left. I won’t be waiting when I called ahead for a reason

I love this spot. Linda is the best! I go to her for waxing and she will get you right. Extraction and all that the European wax spot has nothing on her!

This was my first time at Luxury nail spa and will be my last time. I had a schedule appointment at 5 Pm and wasn’t seen until an hour and 15 minutes later. The guy who’s in charge totally forgot about me and other people that got there after me to be seen. I was patient and kind the whole time. Now to the service.... I got a mani/pedi. My pedicure looks awful! I tried to get the guy to fix my big toes but he made it worst. I got a gel manicure and the guy filed my nail so hard to the skin I started bleeding. He also missed many spots. If I could leave a zero star I would. Worst service ever.

I have recently started going to luxury nails and by far best customer service I have received! Since I have relocated this has been my new nail place! They have been consistent, professional and friendly! 10/10 I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a relaxing/ enjoyable experience!

I have been going to Luxury Nail Spa for years and due to work schedule, changed for awhile. Starting going back recently and it is worth the 30 minute drive. Linda Barton does an outstanding job on my nails and they last for a month! She knows what she is doing and worth the wait for an appointment. Also, I Andrew (husband) has done mine before as well and he is outstanding too! Their shop always has the most up to date polish and nail styles.

Just lefted and realized they over charged me call back to talk to the manager he was really speedy with me and was just throwing prices out his wife told me fill ins 32 he said 42 and my daughter got 5 colors and he said 2 colors on them but they still charged me for all 5 colors even with the prices they both quoted me it still didn’t add up. One thing I hate is for somebody take advantage oh and another thing the wife was to busy texting on her phone for about 20 mins while my daughter was waiting on her to polish her nails I think they very unprofessional they do not care about they clients I will not be back

I have been going to Luxury Nail Spa for about two years now. I am very faithful to them and I dont like to go anywhere else! The staff always greets with smiles and makes you feel very welcome. They have many options from manicures to pedicures to SNS (dipping powder) and airbrush. They even do waxing and tinting services. Their service is absolutely amazing!

Just moved from NY & I am happy to report Ive found my new nail bestie! Not only is she warm and welcoming, shes super detailed and makes sure your nails are perfect. Love a person who takes their art seriously!A wonderful nail salon, clean and professional.

Kelsey did an amazing job with my brows and gel acrylics. Very nice. I did a walk in and was very quick. 10/10 recommend. Will be coming here again!

I was greeted rudely upon entering the establishment. I got the basic pedicure, which seemed very rushed. If you get regular color you can’t sit at the drying stations or wait for them to dry at your seat. Customer has to leave once service is complete. Also, due to COVID they are charging extra $5 due to supplies. Will not be returning.

Everyone was so kind which I appreciated very much, but I went in for sns nails with tips. When I went into the light and saw them they were poorly done, it looked very sloppy and drippy, I then went into to get them fixed which helped but in the process of fixing them the sns was was taken away in a small corner on my left thumb by the nail still, so now you can clearly see my nail underneath, they also break relatively easily. I’ve had friends who have gone and say it’s great so it’s really just all about the nail artist who does it. Like I said everyone was very kind but for the amount of money it was, it should have looked much better.

Awesome experience! Linda does the best eyelashes in the city. She and her employees does the best nails. They always strive for nothing but the best. Excellent work! You would be a fool to go anywhere else.

Been going here for three and a half years and I have noticed that over the last year service has gone way down hill. I wanted to post photos of the cuts the tech left on my fingers but I am not able to. I also selected a bright red glitter polish and they put some pink color on. I am sad I have to find a new salon. La Vie across the street seems like it will be nice, though. I recommend you take your money there.

I’ve been a client here for about a year +. Very kind staff and a special shout out to nail tech Andrew he’s done phenomenal work on me.

I normally get my toes done here and only gotmy nails done once. Tonight I came back to get my nails done again and Andrew did an amazing job. I wanted Louis Vuitton nails. Where most people would use stencils to create the logo, Andrew hand drew the logo on all of my nails. He provided exactly what I wanted and I can’t thank him enough. I highly recommend this place for pedicure and manicure.

Linda always does an awesome job on my eyebrows. I enjoy this location because its always clean.

I had a fresh full set acrylic nails done in Burlington and had to go immediately to work. I hated them so bad so while I was at work I was recommended to go to Luxury Nails. I walked in and Stacy took me right after she finished her appointment. She does a great job on my nails!!! Very friendly staff!!! Ive been going here since March and I love it!!! Definitely worth the 1hr drive 👍🏼

I don’t live in NC but I visit monthly for work and family.My first visit was for a spur-of-the-moment eyebrow wax in September 2017 before my trip out of the country. The technician was amazing; and gave me one of the best eyebrow hair removals and shapes I’ve ever had! The service was both quick and professional; and the reason I returned for a basic manicure my next trip to NC.Again, I was very pleased with both the service and quality of work. The only reason I’m not giving five stars is because I do believe this salon is a bit pricier than other places, and definitely more expensive than the Philadelphia area (where I live). The prices are more in line with what I would pay in New York City (where I work). The service was great but it’s still Durham so I’m not expecting to pay New York prices.

This was my first time coming here but definitely will not be my last! Vee did an awesome job on my nails that were a month old! I am sooo pleased and appreciate their kindness and gratitude. Thanks!

Ive been going to luxury since the beginning of may. 1 full set, 2 fill ins, and 2 pedicures later, I love this place! Its a tad pricy but thats the price you pay for excellent work. I just got a pedicure the day before yesterday and am already planning my next one!! ❤

I live out of town but will be relocating to this area very soon. I visited this nail salon twice and just let me say... it was exceptional!!! My nail tech Vy was fun,friendly and just a genuine spirit. The atmosphere was wonderful and complimentary wine was also included. The others staff was also very friendly and you could tell they valued their customers. Vy did exceptional work and is very meticulous in what she does. I would definitely recommend this nail salon as it will be my new home while visiting and also once I relocate.

Extreme poor customer service. After 4 days after getting a fill-in my thumb nail snapped. I complained before about the nails snapping because they are filling the acrylic too thin on the sides. The guy said yes i will fix this for you and then proceeded to charge me $4 for one nail. (Repair took 5 mins because the acrylic lifted off my nail with ease...no frills needed) This charge was something i was not aware. I have never experience such as this.

I’m a regular customer and it’s crazy that I am writing a negative review, but they won’t have to worry about me anymore. I asked for glitter polish and somehow the nail tech got “white” out of that and when I requested a refund because I didn’t have time for them to take it off and do it again, I was told I “should’ve paid attention.” NO, the tech should’ve listened. we literally argued for 5-10 mins. what kind of customer service is that for a regular of yours ? smh.

Very Good!! Nails are the best its ever been. Im very picky who about who does my nails and by far they are the best!.

The man did my nails sloppy and rushed he got upset when I asked him to fix it. Another lady came to fix it and caked a bunch of super glue on the rhinestones, and still made me pay. When I called to explain that I wanted a refund because I was unsatisfied, they hung up in my face 3 times in a row. Definitely would not recommend this place! Went there about 3 times and every time they had horrible and rude customer service, along with expensive prices and my nails break every time.

I came from Michigan, after a long drive a Pedicure was needed for myself and my two girls...This had to be the worse experience ever the guy I had rushed thru my pedi, I never got a massage and I left the shop with rough heels..My daughter had smudged polish from the lady putting her shoe on and the lady didnt try to correct it. The owner asked my daughter bout her experience and corrected the woman mistake.I wouldnt recommend this shop and wouldnt come again after a long road trip.

$50 for a fill in a bit extreme. I told Stacy to do what she wanted with GEL POLISH. She go putting diamonds, foil, and mood changing polish on. I didn’t ask for all that don’t see why I had to pay extra

The service was a nightmare. Tim who normally does my nails and is terrific wasn’t there. They had an elderly lady who continued to mess up on my toes do it . I asked her to fix the mistakes and she got an attitude and told somebody else to do them . I always tip and very well and today I didn’t . Nobody tried to rectify the situation . I left and went to Nails 1st where LAN took care of me. Save your money and time .

So I have been coming here for years but I won’t come back, I broke a nail and came in to get it repaired and she totally made it big and ugly looking and when I told her that I didn’t like it and can she fix it(she told me that’s the best I can do) I was so upset that I left and will never come back. I spend a lot of money on my nails and that’s what she tells me, by the way it’s the pink nail that was repaired and as u can see it and I’m not paying for something I had to go somewhere else to get Re-done

Horrible customer service. Would never get another penny out of me. Pedicure was terrible because it was rushed and had to come back to have it fixed. Still horrible. Staff is rude. I would advise you not to waste your time, money or energy at this place. In my opinion 1 star is a bit much.

Had a bad experience at this salon. The pedicures were done well, but the manicures were sub par. I asked for gel polish removal and the technician did not even attempt to get all of the polish off. The technicians for both my mom and I did a very rough filing job with old files. My polish was uneven and they charged my mom full price even though she didnt get her nails polished. I think the technicians were both tired as they commented on how much they had been working, but I dont want to pay for sub par service. Wont be going back.

Terrible service. I went there to get a mani pedi and will NEVER go back. I usually dont speak up when Im dissatisfied with something but this time I had to. Both my manicure and pedicure was terrible. The clear coat on both feet didnt even cover the whole color polish and the polish didnt cover the whole toenail. I didnt complain about the feet just my TERRIBLE manicure. For a $30 manicure I do not expect the manager to have to come and fix what was done (while telling me I shouldve went to a woman). The man who did my nails did a poor job and when I pointed out the things that I wanted corrected it pissed him off even more (which made him rush the job). In my opinion I shouldnt have to tell you how to do your job that youve been doing for years. When all was finished it didnt even look like I had gotten a manicure just a gel polish change. The customer service was terrible I will not be going back there and you shouldnt waste your money. For my mani (gel) pedicure (regular) it was $56 they took only $6 dollars off for a service that should have been 30! Both manicure and pedicure was poorly done!!! Pedicure looks like something I couldve done at home but better!

This is the only place that I trust nail technicians with my manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing! This overall management of the salon is superior!! They have yet to leave me dissatisfied.

Not going back they rush you and if you dont like something you have to pay more to get it done how you want it! Very unprofessional. Bad attitudes. They have display of the nails polish they have, I ask for one glitter polish and they didnt have it there and tired to give me something I didnt want but didnt want to change my nail polish. THEY ASSES ARE LAZY!

I really like this salon. I have tried a few others in the area, but this is my favorite. I never know in advance when I will have time for a mani/pedi and they are always very accomodating of walk-ins. Friendly and usually very efficient. And they really know how to do the gel polish... lasts longer from here than from any other place Ive gone.

The worst salon ever! They posted free nails but then wouldn’t provide the service saying they changed their mind or something. Had no sympathy for the people that traveled there and they do terribly. Don’t go there!!!!! Nails are terrible!

Brought my daughter in for a french mani and semi pedicure for her 8th grade graduation last week. Shes only had one before as shes not into getting her nails done, but wanted to look her best for graduation the following day as she was also giving a speech. After waiting at least 15 minutes they finally sat her in a chair. Then waited another 15-20 minutes! I would have left but it was late the eve before her graduation and she just wanted to get it done. When they were finally ready they told her that a french mani would not last and would begin to chip if she took a shower before her graduation. I was puzzled as Ive gotten many french manicures over the years and it typically lasts just as long if not longer than straight polish. My daughter said it was OK if it didnt last as she just wanted it to look good the next day for graduation. They continued to say it was no good because their products were not good for that. Yes I swear they actually said that! So she picked out a color then the woman just started painting her nails, no soaking, filing etc. I reminded her she needed a full mani as her nails were very dirty and needed to at least be filed. She then removed the polish, walked away and sat down another customer. I was stunned to say the least. When I asked why she just walked away she said I dont listen and to leave! I told her she was the most unprofessional person Ive ever met and that she ruined what was supposed to be a special mom-daughter experience and just couldnt believe how they could treat a customer that way and left!We then drove across town to my regular salon and even though it was close to closing time they welcomed us in. I asked if they had time to still do a french mani-semi pedi and they said yes yes! I told them we heard it would not last and they said that was not true as it actually last longer due the extra clear coats which are applied. A week later and my daughterss nails still look great except one nail that has chipped. The treatment we received was so outrageous I decided to report them to the better business bureau.Please DO NOT give them your business!

Ive been to this location twice because its close to work and I can go on my lunch break. The first time I got a gel manicure and he rushed through it resulting in a very sloppy looking result. Today I went to get an eyebrow wax and she literally took a chunk out of the middle of my brow. I will never go to this location for anything ever again.
