I usually go to this place all the time to get me a pedicure but today the staff was rude. No greetings when I walked in or nothing. I stood at the counter for five minutes waiting on someone to at least acknowledge me and they didn’t. It wasn’t until I washed my hands that a lady said they were busy and if I had an appointment, which is fine but it would have been nice if they took the time to say they are busy at the moment and if I would like to make an appointment for another date in the beginning. So unprofessional and should do better.

First time here & I will be coming back. Uin did a great job on my nails! Got french tip gel polish & I love them. He was super friendly & so was the other staff. Clean place, very busy so book an appointment ahead of time.

I had a good experience at Lovely Nails and I felt like they did a good job with my pedicure and manicure. The price matched the value for sure. Not 100% sure how clean it is in there but otherwise had a great experience.

She did a great job. They are reasonably priced and VERY clean. Fast and very well done. Gel polish only. No manicure.

Ive used this service twice and extremely pleased. The professional who assisted me on my second visit suggested a color and it is perfect! My only recommendation would be to lower the noise level for a more serene relaxing environment. All-in-all it is highly recommended!

Walk-ins welcome if they are not busy but appointments are better to have . Very professional and super nice . I’ve never had an issue of any kind . Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended

I have been to many different nail salons over the years in a number of cities and states and this was one of the best experiences in ever had! I was a walk-in, who was seen immediately, and treated extremely well. Both my pedicure and manicure with full set look INCREDIBLE!Besides the great service, the salon is very clean and Covid friendly. Hands must be washed upon arrival (prior to signing in), all chairs are wiped down after being used and Plexiglass is hanging both between you and the technician, as well as between clients. Additionally, liners are used in the pedicure tubs, which is always a plus.I will definitely be going back here again.

This was my first nail salon experience in about two years, and I am very happy with the service I received. The cleanliness was obvious, and I appreciated the plexiglass sectioning off each station. I will be back regularly!

JULIE was absolutely PERFECT very friendly and didn’t mind the fact that I am very chatty😂 she was an absolute gem in the heart of this establishment. In 20+ years of having my nails done she is the FIRST person to ever make my index finger nails straight! I normally have pain when getting my feet done but she was very gentle and cares a great deal for the customers who walk through those doors. She was so wonderful I’m going back in 2 weeks and I NEVER make follow-ups! Absolutely wonderful person! Small shop but inside there’s a BIG heart and that’s JULIE❤️💙

This is my favorite nail shop to go to. I asked for ombré just regular pink and white . But I wanted the white to stick out more. He did exactly how I wanted it !

This place was horrible!!! As soon as I walked in I felt a cold vibe. A whole minute went by before I was greeted. Of course they had plastic glass everywhere blocking contact but it didn’t feel warm. It didn’t feel like you would want to be there. It was way too quiet. The lady that did my nails was extremely rude. I had to introduce myself to HER?!!! Her name is Tina. I asked for a gel manicure and she did them in 20 mins. The quickest gel manicure I’ve ever seen. Thought to not give her a tip because of the horrible service but I didn’t want to be racially profiled so I decided to tip. Just because they have a 4.8 rating doesn’t mean the service is such. Don’t believe the hype.

Very professional, on time when making reservations, uses sanitary tub liners, requires hand washing when entering salon, each salon chair separated by clear hanging dividers. Great job and service each time I go. Recommended to numerous friends and family.

I absolutely LOVE them!!! I always try to make an appt bc sooo many people go there bc they do such an amazing job every single time! I will never go anywhere else! They always exceed my expectations ams always truly care to do whatever color or design you want! Every single employee there is so kind and so caring! The pedicures are absolutely fabulous!! I also received an acrylic fill-in w/gel polish. My nails looked great also. My nail tech was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend! The only thing I was missing was a glass of wine!🥰

BEWARE! When getting my acrylic nails removed, the guy was so rough he made two of my nail beds bleed! He was rude, didnt apologize and wishing I never came here. To make matters worse, I am writing this review because when taking my nails off he placed on, I had a green fungus growing under my nail bed and I have never in my life had something like this happen before. I had the dip done and I dont understand why he dipped my finger in the powder where who knows who ever elses finger/nail has been in the same powder - is that not a sanitation issue? This is the only nail salon Ive been to this year. Extremely upset that I came here! NEVER COMING BACK!!!!!

I wouldn’t go to any other nail salon. My regular technician knows exactly what I want and does it perfectly every time. It’s a very busy salon, so make an appointment rather than walk-in.

I have been here a couple times and I have not been disappointed any time. They are efficient, kind, and they do great work. I have not have the same person each time and every time my nails have looked great.

I use this salon exclusively. They are clean, professional and my nails always last four weeks or more. I get gel polish on my fingernails but regular on my toenails.

The employees were very nice. Even though they had appts they saw me immediately and did not make me wait. My biggest issue with Asian owned nail salons is they tend to bring on their very inexperienced family members. The nail tech I had was very nice, sweet as a button, but she was extremely inexperienced. I paid $38 dollars for very short nails that did not look nice at all. I knew it from the moment she put the acrylic on my nails that she wasnt an experienced nail tech. The acrylic was bulky and uneven. She also didnt know how to cut the nails evenly, nor did she buff out my nails like she shouldve. This is indeed my worst nail job. I just got my nails done and I dont even want people to look at them. I had to file them down more when I got home because sides of my nails bulged out, so they looked round and square if you can imagine what that looks like. My advice to these salons is dont let these inexperienced nail techs learn on PAYING customers. I still tipped the nail tech on top of the $38 nail job because she was nice, but other than that I wasnt satisfied with my overall service. I will not be using them again. Customer service is very big to me and its not only about being nice, its also about the quality of your work and the quality is just not there.

I received prompt and courteous service. The technician was very attentive. I was pleased with my overall experience. Really appreciated that the salon has taken safety measures to protect customers and staff against COVID infection. Plexy glass, social distancing, mask required, hand-washing, station cleaning after each customer, etc.

Helen was awesome!! I wish I would’ve gotten her to do my nails sooner!! She is very good. She takes her time and is very caring as if they were her nails. When I come back I will be making a appointment with Helen only!! Also Tina did my eyebrows she has been doing them for the past few months. She is so good!! Wow. I came here with my sister earlier today for our very first pedicures. We had tried 3 other places that day but they were packed. My review is 3 stars mostly because I have no other pedicure experience of my own to compare this one to.We arrived at Lovely Nails between 2:50pm and 3pm. There was only one other customer and she was getting manicure. We were immediately greeted by all the workers in the store. There were 3 women and 1 older man. The man asked us what we were interested in and showed us the list of services on the wall. We told him we were only here for pedicures and he brought us a separate list that explained the differences between each pedicure service.We chose the Deluxe Pedicure and were then shown where choose our polish and immediately seated in the chairs. Our feet didnt soak for more than a couple of minutes before our technicians (the younger two of the 3 women) began working on them. The pedicures were nice. They used hot stones for the massage but they only massaged our calves and I couldnt really feel it. The warmth of the stone was nice but there was no pressure applied. Also the massage lasted about 5 mins even though it was supposed to be at least 15 mins. They did a really nice job painting our toenails. Our feet looked really good and were soft to the touch. But they did not feel rested the way I expected and that is probably because they werent massaged. We were finished and out the door a few minutes before 4pm.I honestly wouldnt mind coming back here. I didnt have a bad experience at all. But I will give a few other places a try first to see if there is any difference. Also, I saw on the sign that there were complimentary drinks (1 per customer) but we were never offered one.

First time here and I loved the environment. It’s very small but it’s still fine. I like the combination specials listed and the check in feature!! My nail tech was lovely and took her time. She showed dedication to making my nails look the way they did. I will be back to the young lady with the start on her left arm😁

I am new to the area and was looking for a nail salon. After looking online through the reviews of several salons I choose to try Lovely Nails because they seemed to have the best reviews. I was not disappointed at all. As soon as I enter the store I was acknowledged and sat me in a chair right away. (...and they were fairly busy when I got there). They were very kind, attentive and their prices very reasonable. I have found my nail salon in N.C. and Tina did a great job on my nails! A customer VERY pleased!!

The nail tech had such attention to detail. They were very kind and made me feel welcome. In all the times Ive gotten my nails done this was the first time I have ever been 100 percent satisfied and happy. Absolutely beautiful work! Ten out of ten will be going back and would recommend.
