I made an appointment on Sunday, ended up waiting an hour for them to open and waited another 30 minutes for service. A couple of days later one of my nails fell completely off, I called and made an appointment when I got there I was told to come tomorrow, went back the next day for my appointment that I made (written on a yellow note pad) and they were closed!! :( a courtesy call would have been great!! Not very good work ethics!!

Got my acrylics done here. It was okay. I needed to get them removed a few weeks later instead of a fill. I decided it was best to do at the nail salon. Instead of properly and professionally removing the acrylics, they ripped them off with another acrylic. I left bleeding. It will be a long road ahead for my nails to recover. I do not recommend this place.

**My nails were done on Sat. May 23, 2020**It is recommended that appts. are made due to COVID-19.This is a new setOmbreMedium- length nails.The violet acrylic is glow in the dark and turns blue when it grows.The light blue is regular powder.My cuticles were trimmed. I do pick at my cuticles, which is why they look the way they do.My nails are okay...there is an acrylic bump on my middle finger nail...left hand.Once my nails were buffed, I should have got up to wash my hands. If you dont do that, your nails will have those little dust particles underneath the top coat (I have those on the nails).Andrew (Andy) did my nails and his customer service is impeccable.I would recommend this place or at least advise that you try it for yourself.

While the techs were extremely friendly and accommodating to walk ins, I would’ve preferred to be turned away rather than paying for a rushed job.Had to update my review (3 to 1)because I woke up this morning (next day)and made an appointment to go in at 11 on the website. I received a text shortly after confirming, then when I got there at 11, there was a sign saying they open at 12 on Sundays🙃 well that would be perfectly fine, IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION FOR 11!! Where is the professionalism? How do you send a confirmation, or have your website programmed to send a confirmation, when you’re not open?!?

Tina’s professionally is that of business woman and artist. She knows exactly how to take care of and style my nails to look and feel the best!

Love this place. Tina is very good at her job. She stays so busy I think she needs more nail techs tho. Ones who know how to do everything she does as good as she does or better

I had a gel manicure and polish change on my natural nails with Nina and it was amazing she was personable and explained things to me well - she coordinated my colors well

We just moved to town from Atlanta and we have definitely found our new nail salon home! Wonderful staff and exceptional service. The salon is also beautiful. This is the place to go for beautiful nails and a wonderful pedicure experience! We will definitely be going back and will become regulars! I HIGHLY recommend this salon! I have not been to this nail salon lately only because I can only go on a Sunday. Unfortunately they are not open. But if you can get there Monday thru Saturday. You wont be disappointed. Pricing is pretty good and your nails will look great. I miss going to them. I always got a overlay over my real nails and designs along with a great pedicure. And I loved every minute of it.

Very hospitable staff. Very clean studio. No noxious odors. Tina did a very careful and skillful pedicure and dip nails. I had an expired coupon which they graciously honored.

Milan is the most skillful manicurist I have ever experienced. Not only does she provide an amazing manicure and pedicure she transformed the condition of my nails. Never before have I had such beautiful, healthy nails.The salon is clean, fresh and spacious plus she has a wide variety of polish colors. Thank you Milan for your excellent customer service.

The staff has changed and they are EXTREMELY slow. My pedicure started at 5:15 and she wasn’t done until 6:45. I didn’t get a special service or anything. On top of that, my toes weren’t anything spectacular. I was supposed to get a mani as well but end up canceling because of how long I was in there. The lady who was also in there had already been in the salon for 2 hours. The previous staff was amazing, the new crew not so much. I won’t be returning.

I think they had a new girl do my pedicure. I came in at 3:45 (no one else in the salon), my pedicure was not finished til 5:22pm. I think a little over an hour and a half is long for ONLY a pedicure and its not that great of a job. Im giving them 3 stars because it was clean and they were polite. I cancelled getting my fill-in because i was so exhausted from sitting there so long. I dont live here so i wont be returning anyway.

It was in June one of my nails came off after I had dropped my son off to work. I was meeting up with friends for dinner. I did not have time for this, fixing a nail, changing colors, getting a new set, etc o had no time for this and on top of that Im on a side of town I normally dont do business on. It was a Friday, I suppose to be in North Hills meeting friends by 7p, smh!!! I had bright yellow on my hands and toes, I sat across the street by the Dollar tree for 30 minutes to fix one nail (rude). Ask google for another nail salon BAM ... across by the Big Lots!!! I go and the space was beautiful, clean, the young ladies were just sweet, made me feel comfortable, matched my nail color to a T!!! In and out, its like she understood my struggle, didnt try to break my pocket and gave me gel!!! More than 5 star service...

First let me state how CLEAN IT WAS YAAS!! Anywho, I chose to come to this nail salon, because of the reviews and when I say they live up to the 5 star standard and more this salon surely do! Soon as I came in I was greeted and ask about services for my boyfriend and I. The wait wasnt long nor was my pedi/medi was rushed. Drinks were offered and even small talk. I loved how peaceful it was and of course the set up was beautiful. The owner herself Le did both my pedi/medi. I can sense she is very humble and caring about her work. I did want an ombre fullset, but she stated she hasnt learned that yet and I am glad that she was honest, instead of trying to wing it. Also, the prices are fair and as I stated before you dont feel rushed nor uncomfortable. I almost fell asleep during my foot massage. Loved it and will be returning.
