I have been going to Diva Nails for 20 yrs. Yes, 20 yrs. Its the only place i will go and continue to go. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone there is wonderful.

I have been here several times for pedicures and they have been fine for the most part. Today I decided to get a full set. I showed a nail technician a picture of what I wanted. I asked if they could do it and if they couldnt I wouldnt get my nails done. He looked at the pic and said yes. Well it came time to do my nails and I dont know the process so I was waiting for him to do the set I was told they could do. He said all done and went to service another customer. It was nothing like the set I asked for. I asked another employee why he would tell me yes then not do what I asked? I was told that he doesnt speak English well and I should have asked another employee the question. Excuse me? I have to check if someone speaks English well? Why doesnt the employee who speaks limited English check since he knows what I dont, that he doesnt speak English well. He also did gel when I specifically said I dont like gel! I thought because of the style that I wanted they would have to do it in gel which is fine but now I just have a regular set in gel. If he thought I just wanted a regular set and I said I dont like gel why would he not do acrylic? Im very much disappointed and will not be returning.

I came when they first opened because that’s when you get best work done. Today I came early because I scheduled my daughters appointments for later. I went to number 6 and he usually do good nails, but today he was rude and had no people’s skills! I am very disappointed with my nails. The other color was not taken off all the way and he just acted as if he didn’t see it. I know he could tell I was upset and he showed no care. I guess when they first start learning how to do nails they do good, then after sometime they start feeling themselves. I will be cancelling my daughters appointments for later and NEVER coming here again! It’s been sever years I been coming here! But never again!

Clean & efficient. If you want your eyebrows done? Ruby is the GIRL, honey! She is sooooooo precise. Plus she massages your temples and eyebrows. Shes so sweet!They dont usually have you waiting too long, but when theyre packed, it definitely can be like 30min. They do an amazing job though. Id definitely recommend!

Love this nail salon been going there for almost 6 years

This is the first review I’ve ever wrote in my entire life and I just have to say this is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I went last night with my mom to get my nails done and the first set I received was nothing like what I showed Sam.. he took that set off then gave me another set and the work is VERY tacky because he rushed. I wasted my money. Do not get your nails done here !!!!

I only go for eyebrows arch now. I use to visit frequently for my nails and toes needs but they keep changing out workers and I like to build relationships with the people of are in my life. So I moved.

This the first time my nails ever lasted. Im going to get my fist fill in ever in life. Two weeks my nails normal dont make it a week.

I went in for a full set and pedi. Left owing and paying $69 for myself. Got home checked my bank they had me paying $83. So I went back to speak with someone about the theft he informs me that they didn’t take it my bank took the extra money. I’m like it’s mighty odd that the extra money adds up to giving you a tip that I didn’t authorize. The highest tip that they could take they took. He said we didn’t take anything your bank took it and to call my bank. Just for kicks I called my bank and they laughed harder then I did. They don’t do that she said. I’m a mother of six and out of work because of COVID. I don’t have money for no one to steal. I thought I was doing something nice for my daughters and I. And end up getting my money taken. So I would recommend checking your receipt and bank before leaving.

Y’all can not do nails you put nail polish on the side on my finger and got my hole fingers hurting and staff are so rude I will not go back. Staff were rushing and no one was available to do nail designs. I truly see why they stay open so late to try to get customers that would other wise not come. Do not waste your time or money .

A 15+ year customer and the tradition has been passed down. Always great service and family oriented.

Love the staff and clients really! They don’t have as many color selections but they will shape to the Gawds outta your nails (stiletto, coffin, round, square) and they do a untouchable ombré with gel acrylic! Pedicure and massages are ta die for! Let em know what you want on the brows but you’ll find a person you like and they’ll get you right everytime!

They were very professional and nice.

So I use to go here every 2 weeks to get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done. I’ll admit they can’t design nails but hey it was convenient for me at the time. The guy that did my toes had an attitude. I came in for a polish change, w/French tip and he wouldn’t even clean the polish off my toes. He said you want a “pedicure”. I said no i want a polish change. He got smart and left the outside of my toe frame pink and then painted gave me a French tip that wasn’t even straight. That was the last straw. I thought maybe he just had a bad day. Nope tried to come two weeks later same issue. So now i just get my eyebrows waxed. Now Mia is the bomb! She knows just how i like my eyebrows! I love her. Sam is cool too, and the owner. But, these other people not worth my time or money. I use to spend roughly $70 every two weeks. Now i spend $8. I get my eyebrows down and keep it pushing. I’m sorry but don’t go here. It’s not worth it!

My second favorite nail salon

Most of the techs in there do good nails. Tai was my “go to” at first but he was rude to me when I tried to get him to do my nails one time so I will not be going to him anymore. Tai is the reason why I took a star away. HOWEVER, JOHN on the other hand is very pleasant and did a wonderful job on my nails tonight. He takes his time and doesn’t rush. I recommend going to him if you want your nails done RIGHT.

What can I say about this place? They are just the best, you can get any kind of shape, different styles, gel/acrylic anything you want honey. I just love them, Ive been with them almost 2 years and guess what? I keep coming back to get my nails done and also I cant forget my gel pedicure and my eyebrows are always on fleek :)

It was alright they wont bad they be charging too much and one them forgot my diamond s so i payed extra for no reason

I waited 30 minutes to be put in the pedicure chair and then another 15 minutes before someone came to provide service. I always feel like they dont want to be bothered when I go there. I go there because its the closest place to where I live, but Im considering driving further to get better service.

Worst place ever after the sorriest hack job done on painting I asked for another person to fix it and they got the same guy to try to fix it. HE CANT POLISH. Sorry if you cannot even do that why are you there. I was already done with that place till I seen they jacked my friend nails up too. She got hers redone by someone new when she complained. Fair is fair the owner acts as if she knows nothing about nails when I have seen her do them. She has no common knowledge of happy customers make more business. They are sloppy with their work 6 nails already slid off yes I said slid off. And I was there 2 weeks ago. Please go anywhere else but here. Dont waste time and money for something you child or toddler could do.

Eyebrow service is good but nail service is not up to par. Gel polish chipped off my nails the very next day after I had got them done. I got my nails done the same way from Rose nails and I have yet to chip a nail and it’s been a few days.

Ive been going here for at least two years, and never had an issue. They take care of me every time. However, Tony is the only person I will let touch my nails because hes amazing! Everyone does a great job as well.

I only go here to get my toes done because it’s convenient and it seems to be one of the only things they know how to do right. I got a fill in here once bc my usual nail salon was too busy and couldn’t book an appointment for the time I needed and the fill in was horrible. Very sloppy and rushed. He didn’t even use the drill for my fill in, he just used some acrylic and painted over my nail. Also, one time I came here and one of the ladies took a tip out from MY card without approval thinking I wouldn’t notice.

I love this place I come every two weeks and I travel from Brier Creek too! Every time I walk in the door they address me by my name and that makes me feel good that they appreciate my money!! Wouldn’t go nowhere else even if someone else paid for it!!!

I was seen pretty quickly but the service was rushed. My nails look horrible. The tech painted on my skin. It doesnt even look like a gel manicure. Im not returning.

I personally didnt get my nails done here but my wife did and it looks good. I did meet the staff and they are very friendly. I would recommend this place to get your nails and spa done. Keep up the good work

One star isn’t enough to rate this place ! Place is horrible! Customer service was pure trash. Associate talked to me very nasty after i asked for a simple fix on my nail.Also manager was there and did NOTHING to correct the situation. They will never get a dime of my money again. If you know what’s best don’t come here.

I love this nail salon. The pricing is affordable and the set up is nice. I recommend Tony and Phil. The shop is always crowded, especially on weekend. To avoid having to wait long time, I make my appointments in advance. I recommend this nail shop.

My service was rushed. My nails doesn’t look healthy or clean ( Ty ) was the one to do them. All i wanted was white tips something simple and clean. I stopped going to Diva nails two years because of their service and their attitudes, however today I decided to go there because it was convenient. I was the first one there once they opened and they still did a rush job on my nails. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. (Unless you’re getting your eyebrows done )

I will never return to this place. The nail tech Sam burned me with his drill twice and when I told him that if he did it again I was getting up and walking out. He said that my fingers were just tender. I replied that its was because his drill was up too high. I received a gel powder full set oval shaped. The set is not even and misshapen. I spend good money to get my nails done and one thing I can count on for sure. I will never return and I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Your best option is to set an appointment.They do a pretty good job from my experience. They didnt rush which is good because I dont like rushed work. They do pretty well with traffic looking at their allotted space.

Dont waste your time or money. This business lacks respect of time and professionalism. The manager himself told me if i was that dissatisfied that i should never come back. No problem! I didnt plan on it anyway. I should have read the reviews because they would have told me everything i needed to know. If, for whatever reason, you still choose to spend your money here, make sure YOU tell them when you are dry because that obviously isnt their job. Since when?!

Went last weekend to get my toes done. I went to sam. Very rude making rude faces towards my feet and was done in 5 min . I called the next day because my toes were sloppy and my big tor nails were not the same length. The manager attempts to charge me 10 for a different color. Hell no. I just wont very back.

Omg I will never go back there again. Sam did my pedicure in less than 10 minutes. He was very rude to my sister. I dont think I got my moneys worth. My toes are sore and my nail polish looks a mess. Its a shame I have to go somewhere else to get my pedicure redone.

This place is good at times but some of the staff be rushing to do any service on a person. This lady wanted this guy to paint her toes, he looked down at her feet and said,I DONT DO FEET, JUST NAILS FOR YOU. HE SAID something, that she couldnt understand and the rest of the guys start laughing. I dont know if they are having a bad day or what. I found this place on accident. Im new to the area and it is in a popular shopping center. IT IS HORRIBLE! The first time I went a guy did my manicure and while cutting my cuticles, his hand slipped and he cut me. The polish was sloppy and rushed and he tried to rush me out of the chair to get to the next person. When I informed the manager and showed her my bleeding finger and horrible nail job the man denied it but the manager still went back and fixed his mistakes. I also got a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. After I paid they tried to tell me that I was charged wrong and owed them more money. I had to literally do the math for them and let them know they were not getting anymore then what I owed. During my manicure I got gel nail polish that is supposed to last 2 weeks. I took a bath less then a week later and both hands started peeling off. I went back with my receipt to see if it could be fixed and the manager wanted me to pay for a full set all over again. This place has horrible customer service and will steal your money if you let them.

I would NEVER go here again. Let it be known that I’ve only had bad or mediocre experiences anyway but this is the last straw. The man put a gel mood polish on my nails and i realized i didn’t like the color. This is after he gave me SEVERAL crooked nails that he WASNT going to fix until i pointed them out. I still ended up with two crooked nails that are very obviously crooked once painted (by another nail shop, Lee Nails). They are also VERY short to the point where they barely cover my real nail. He also FILED MY SKIN. After applying the set i had to ask him SEVERAL times to wear gloves while polishing seeing as how i had a newly open wound, two slits on my thumb. Once he started polishing, I told him that I did not like it and he cured it anyway. I said I would try to deal with it but once cured it was beyond ugly. I told him and he called a woman over and started speaking in his language obviously angry. I told her what i just stated and he stood up, yelled in his language and called me a LIAR. This GROWN MAN yelled at a me, a TEENAGE GIRL and called me a liar. I spoke to i assume who the manager is and he said he would speak to him and someone else could fix my nails. I let him know it was MUCH depeer than the color on my nails. I refused to pay or support their business in anyway. The manager first said he’ll cut the nails off but once he saw them and how UGLY and CROOKED the set was, he let me go. I will NEVER return here. They respect black dollars not black people.

Just left getting my nails done and I ask my technician can he remove the paint on my skin around my nail. He proceeds to sand my skin. I ask him do you have nail polish remover just get a q-tip and clean it up. He gets his drill and Im like what are you doing my nails are done I just want you to fix the paint you got on my skin. I ask another technician can they help they tell me no ask the person who did your nails. Worst customer service ever. Dont spend your hard earned cash here!

Got the best nail done by Anh & Tai. Totally worth it. They are viet viet place. Understand it is a busy place. Appointment if u want express nail or else expect to wait 45-50 min on a USB day. Dude the customers I see here is crazy. They wild & tall nasty to the worker like they some dog. Respect is a thing & I see some review on here from them saying something else. My overall experience wasnt horrible she did a great job on the structure of my nail and it was pretty clean.But as far as prices, services, customer interaction, and overall creativity im not a fan. Im 26 so im more in to long nails and added designs (which she and another male tech continuously made comments about how long they were. Wasnt Fond of that because im giving you my money so it shouldnt matter what I want, in addition to that it was an extra 25 for length.) I like to express creativity through various things hence one way is through nail art(and im willing to pay for quality and creativity). Unfortunately I had to settle with a mood polish because if I would have asked to have what I wanted it would have been a ridiculous price. I just moved to this area of Durham my usual nail place is way too far now so I ve tried 2 nail salons and both are a no for me. If you are someone who likes more of the simple nail look like polish and a design here and there or something traditional I would recommend this place. But if your like me and want to have designs, stones, flowers etc then this is a no!

Ive been coming here since 2005. They were more patient and caring but now since theyre business has grown tremendously they dont take the same amount of care with you.

So went last Friday to get a fill in. That same night my index finger nail broke. I worked and and could make it back till this week. I went in and it was only women working the 2 guys were already busy .. should’ve took that sign. But long story short . This what this lady did. 1. She put the acrylic on my skin. 2. She compares them to try to make them “identical” but this nail is clearly oval and all my nails are SQUARE! 3. It’s really jagged that I have a welp on my face from lightly scratching. 4. It’s very wonky. There’s more acrylic on the left and not the right. And lastly 5. ITS NOT EVEN THE SAME COLOR!!!!!! Omg when I tell you she swore down it was and that lol she said that the color will develop 😬😂 Mannn when Y’all I’m livid! I am that’s why I haven’t went back. They going to fix this and I’m finding a new place!! Again ugh
