Me and my best friends came in deciding to get back to school nails and it was a disaster I should them a picture of what I wanted and this. Is how it turned out I’m so disappointed and embarrassed because I have to go back to school with theses nails I will not be coming back to Hollywood nails ever.

Ive been here a handful of times of and its always a relaxing time and good pedicure. Decent service offerings, with reasonable splurge-y upcharges.

I had a really good experience! I was with 2 other people, and we each had our own beautician. All three were so nice and diligent. Out of all the places Ive gotten pedicures, that was the longest massage Ive ever gotten! They also worked with me to get the perfect color. I also loved the jelly water they used, I had never seen that before!

I showed a picture of my nails and asked if they had the colors and they said yes... they did not have any colors i showed nothing even close. The nails are messy and chunky. I will not be coming here again.

I went to get my acrylic nails taken off because I always mess up my nails doing them myself. When the lady said she was done, I noticed she left an extreme amount of acrylic on my nails. When I brought It to the managers attention she told me that it was my actual nail when I was clearly showing her the acrylic on my nails. The technician tried to get them off but couldn’t. So I asked for a discount since my service wasn’t completed correctly, and was told no. Another tried to get the rest off and still couldn’t but didn’t want to give me a refund. I literally had to argue and come out of character for her to take a measly five dollars off. Her excuse was the technician took her time doing my service completely disregarding the fact that she did it incorrectly. I’m extremely disappointed that a business such as this wouldn’t value customer satisfaction enough to at least fix my nails or give a percentage off. DONT EVER GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY.

I did my nails. The guy rushed and wanted to get it over with. My older had a lady who didn’t rush and let her take her time! Their is one man I saw there. I hope you don’t get him! My nails are peeling off so easily and the polish sucks. After all I’m happy with my nails on the first day. My older sisters turned out amazing because the girl who did her nails actually cares about her job! Bye!

Very pleasant and reasonably priced! I enjoyed my experience today as it was my younger sisters birthday so we went on a nail date. When arriving we were greeted and sat down to begin to get our nails done because all the other customers were getting their feet done. Both my sisters and my nail tech did an awesome job on our nails!! Im a total nail freak so being specific about how my nails turn out is important, so being specific or even showing an idea of what you want your nails to look like will always help. Great job guys!!

The wife and I went in for mani/pedis and were very satisfied with our visit. Both ladies did a wonderful job. Staff is professional and efficient. My wifes nails look great. Will be returning

Very average pedicure experience and pretty expensive for the service received. Hot stone, gel pedicure was $88.00, not including tip. Gel polish is really pretty, but hot stone massage only lasted a few minutes tops per leg. Bottoms of feet were treated, but not very thoroughly. Feet still feel rough and patchy. They didnt provide all of the exfoliators, oils, masks, paraffin and lotions that Im use to receiving at other salons. It was very basic, especially since I asked for the most deluxe pedicure offered. Shop, chairs and entire salon looks very tired and run down. Only went here for convenience, as I was in the mall shopping and really needed a pedicure. I have received much better pedicures for more decent prices at other salons..Everyone was very friendly, but definitely not worth the cost.

I am confused at bad reviews. my nails look great and they took their time on me. I would not let these bad reviews steer you away. Ive had people walk in and be treated before myself but they have appointments. Great job here and reasonable price. They also do the chrome nails here!! Love them +!

I want to start this by saying I never do reviews on places but This was the WORST experience I have EVER had. Ladies if you have no where to go but this place just don’t even bother getting your nails done. I just wanted a simple fill in and the fill in was uneven. They didn’t file it down enough to even match the nail I already had on. I got white nail polish and he refused to put on another layer and it just looked see through, uneven, and gross. The customer service was not good either. I wish I could give negative starts. LADIES RUN AWAY

So my aunts tried to surprise me going to Hollywood nails in hopes that my first gel manicure will be worthwhile… More like not worthwhile the service was terrible I felt like I was barely seen and I feel like they’re nice but they’re always talking about you to each other each other and I feel completely disrespected. I completely tried to explain to them that I wanted a gel manicure and instead they gave me gel polish and charged me $20 what a waste of money do not come here

Worst place to get your eyebrows done. The lady did them fast, they were uneven. The lady didn’t even care to fix it

I went to Hollywood nails because they advertised a spa pedicure and manicure for $45. The lady who did the pedicure did not scrub enough to make my feet smooth, which of course, I didnt realize until I got home. A spa pedicure is supposed to have a massage, and while she briefly massaged my foot, she only rubbed my legs, did not massage at all. She did a good job on the cutting skin and cuticles, but she forgot my pinky toenail on one foot, which I also didnt realize it until Id gotten home from the mall. When I got to the manicure, I decided to do a French manicure, but the nail technician did nothing to manicure my nails first like push back my cuticles and cut dead skin, but went right to putting on nails. I also realized when I got home that some of them were too small, so the side edges started to come up and show immediately. I paid $62, and I always tip, so I gave $9 total tip. I would have expected the above things to happen for that.

I love them bcz they have gr8 svc, they are courteous & it doesnt take all day to get done.

I always have a great experience in Hollywood Nails. I always come in and get what I want. They are very friendly and clean I never had a bad experience and Ive been going there for some years now.

This place is absolutely horrible, I came with my friend to get gel polish and regular polish and both of the nail technicians did a horrific job. They were so rude and very judgmental. They asked my friend if she had enough money to pay for her regular polish and it was very unprofessional and embarrassing to my friend. We will never be back in this unclean nail salon. DO NOT recommend at ALL. They rushed and barely cut our cuticles down or even shape our nails. They didnt even ask us how we wanted our nails shaped. SO UNPROFESSIONAL, but guess what I still tipped them.... MY friend on the other hand left with her nails smudged because the lady didnt care to take her time to finish!!!!!

I walked into Hollywood Nails at 7:30 and requested a refill. There were three employees who were giving a pedicure. One of them was just about finished giving the pedicure to a gentleman. The lady said -Can you come back tomorrow? I reminded the lady the store doesnt close until 9pm. She was very rude, and didnt even attempt to provide a service. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I had one of the worst experiences tonight at this salon. Someone had given me a gift certificate for this salon. My pedicure was horrible she rushed, the only thing right was the Polish. I also got a full set it showed the gentleman a picture of how I liked my nails to be shaped and after 3 or 4 times he gave up because he pretty much didnt have anything else to shape because he had filled them down too short he didnt know what he was doing.... I will never go back to this place and do not recommend going here, dont waste your time or money....

My daughter and I went to get a fillin and pedicure. We were told to pick a color and once we selected a color a Caucasian lady and her daughter came in and asked for the same services and were immediately seated. I think this was poor customer service. I am the type of person who always give people the benefit of the doubt, but the was a blatant disrespectful act. I hope no one else has to go through this type of thing.

I got acrylic overlay on my natural nails n they look horrible. Theres acrylic everywhere n shape is not right. I paid $52 n Im not satisfied at all. They insisted I get the dip powder so maybe they arent skilled in acrylic overlay for natural nails.

I asked for ombré nails and it isn’t even ombré it’s basically half of one color n the other and u can clearly tell it isn’t ombré then i asked for stilettos and i got like a round almond shape and i wanted rhinestones and those rhinestones look cheap as hell i personally don’t recommend them, i recommend nails by kelsey in durham guess road because the ones at hollywood nails are just for one expensive and isn’t worth the money

I don’t see what the big deal is there nails aren’t bad at all actually mine came out great but I have an accident with my nail polish and I came back to repaint them and they were super chill and cool about it

Went to Hollywood nail yesterday and received a full set. I asked the lady for stiletto nails and she gave me T Rex fingers. Also the acrylic has started to bubble and crinkle. The nail size is way too big takes up half of my finger,The fake nail is way bigger than my real nail. DONT SPEND MONEY HERE!
