The work is good but, got charged $70 for a base colored acrylic and a stripe of gel polish. For the same work at zullys nail salon, I’ve paid $45. Will definitely be going back with zully.

This place is trash. The area is sketchy. No one greets you when you walk in. Family members of the owner standing around and over Customers having conversations while they’re being serviced. Kelsey doesn’t show up for appointments EVER. She’s left me hanging twice without a text or call. No nothing. They definitely don’t know how to run a business. I wouldn’t go back here if the service was free. Take ur hard earned money where it’s appreciated.

Horrible customer service. When I called to get the address nobody knew it. I booked an appointment for 10 am and Kelsy never showed up. I mean not at all. I didn’t feel welcomed into the salon, especially when I am a new client. Will not be returning!

I was a regular customer. I made an appointment on three occasions, in person, not over the phone. None of the times were appointments kept, i even sent a reminder the night before, as if it was my job. No follow up or nothing. The regular nail polishes are all dried up, so the only option is to pay extra for gel, even though I prefer regular polish because it is easier to take off. On two occasions too many layers were applied, because the nail polish was diluted because it was going bad, and would not dry. When it smeared and I returned to get the toe redone Kelsy told me I am not supposed to wear shoes for 24 hours! I will never come back to this place again. The only reason I gave one star is because I could not post my review with 0 stars.

I went there for the first time almost two weeks because I was looking for a new nail tech. After looking for someone for over two days, I decided to to contact Kelsy. Mind you, she was a few days shy of returning from maternity leave. When I texted her, she took me immediately. When I arrived at her establishment, she took me on time with no wait. She gave me the best service. Nails are beautiful. I will always be a client of hers.

Thanks to Kelsy my nails are fabulous! She took the time out to ask what shapes I like, how thick I like my acrylic and was just overall attentive to me. Great place to go! I will be back!!

ThIs place is great. Ive been here a couple of times and Ive had really good experiences. The salon is well-decorated and incredibly clean. Tanya is awesome. Shes super cool and did a great job doing an emergency nail fix and removing my acrylics at a later time. I went for the pedi special on a Monday and she made my feet look and feel fabulous. Kelsy is very friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend this nail salon.

Large, well kept salon with more than 12 nail stations and 6 pedicure spa chairs. Friendly staff. Child friendly. They have an A inspection rating.They are busy, so if youre pressed for time youll want to schedule an appointment.

I literally just left from here. Where do I start??? Well I came here a few times before and Kelsey did my nails. Which were beautiful by the way. However I made an appointment with her because I had a wedding to attend. SHE NEVER SHOWED UP. Her employees hadn’t heard from her all day. (Who does that? Who owns a business and operates in this manner?) I was screwed. No call to apologize or anything. A few years passed and I try my luck again with a young girl named Kiara who works here that I found on Instagram. My full set was average. My nails were crooked and uneven. Her work was beautiful on her page so I was slightly confused. Anywho, I wanted to give her another shot because she’s young and I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. Two weeks pass and I inbox her for an appointment and when I arrive she had no clue Why I was there. So after I showed her proof she asked her mom to start on my nails. HUGE MISTAKE! They were HIDEOUS!!! I was outdone! I didn’t even let her finish. I got up and left. No one bothered to try and fix my nails or showed any concern. Nobody including Kiara even cared. She continued to work on her 10 o’clock appointment that was TECHNICALLY MY SLOT! I LITERALLY CRIED IN MY CAR! I’m devastated! DO NOT COME HERE! RUNNNNN!!!! THESE PPL DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT ALLLLL!!!

Awesome experience! Went today (Monday) at around 11 am. I went because I saw they had the $18 full pedi on mondays. Walked in and immediately picked out my color and sat down. I didnt catch the womans name who did my pedicure but she was great! She took her time and made sure everything was right before she moved on to the next step. I will definitely be coming back! Thanks for the great experience!

Very unprofessional I live in Cary which is 30 minutes away from where nails by Kelsey is located I went 3 weeks ago and got my nails fill in by Kelsy BC shes the only one who was there that does gel fill ins and I asked her if I could make a appointment so I did make one on Monday for Wednesday May 9th only to drive 30 minutes and show up and be told shes not there and for me to call her which I had to get her number from a staffstaff member. So I call and get no answer so I text her to ask about my appointment just to not get a respond so basically I drove 30 minutes wasted gas and my day which I had off from work to not get my nails done and not even a sorry about that unless you like to waste time or you wanna waste your gas then come here other than that dont bother by the way I usually get everything gel which is around $40 to $50 for a fill in guess Ill keep looking for the right nail tech or nail place

Made appts twice and had to wait over an hour the first time so i left, and “only” 40 minutes the second (WITH APPT). i was getting a liquid gel manicure on my natural nails and i brought a photo of a very simple design i wanted..... well $50 and over an hour later, my nails looked like i’d done them myself. people literally asked me if i did my nails myself. the design was horrible and my nails were waaaay too thick and uneven. i was so disappointed considering all the pretty photos i saw online and how simple of a design it was. kelsy was also talking bad about me to her coworkers, not realizing i fully understand and can speak spanish, guess she assumed i couldn’t cause i’m white.so at the end of the day i overpaid for an amateur looking manicure that i had to sit through for over an hour and listen to my technician talk poorly of me. won’t be returning.

Worst place ever! Waited 1hr 15 minutes. They had no sign in sheet or anything then she started seating other clients before me after waiting so long.
