Have stand up and laying tanning beds the staff is courteous and always friendly with their greeting. Still oblige by covid19 rules and regulations for masks even though city ordinance was lifted with wearing mask and you can also get your nails done via pedicure or manicure

Love them! ALWAYS CALL AHEAD. Just to get a wait time or set up a time. They are in high demand because they are so good! I got a Gel French manicure. Took a little over because they had to take off my previous (done somewhere else) gel manicure. Probably would have taken 40 to 50 mins with out that. My trip costed $33.

Went to this salon for the first time two weeks ago and got a pedicure and gel polish. Very pleased with both!! Definitely recommend and will be going back very frequently.

Called ahead and made an appointment, but a bad traffic wreck on a 2 lane road caused us to be late. I spoke on the phone with the salon and let them know we’d be about 10 minutes late and received no objection. However once we showed up they told us to come back 3 hours later when this salon is already 40 minutes from my home (hence why we called ahead to make an appointment in the first place.) They lied and said they called back and told me not to come, which is a lie I literally pulled up my phone call log. After arguing with me the guy goes to the back and starts arguing with someone Very loudly in a different language and my mother and I are just standing there confused. Finally the girl told us to just leave since they called us and we didn’t answer. Again I showed her the call log on my phone from 10 minutes prior and she again began to go back and forth with me. Instead of another unprofessional argument I decided to just leave. I’ve been here before which is why I called and made an appointment to come in the first place, but with the lack of professionalism I experienced today it’s safe to say I will not return. Being a flight attendant out on leave I no longer am in New York regularly to go to my place up there and am disappointed in trying to make this place my new regular spot.

Very clean and very good. All efforts were made to ensure the safest quality service was provided. There was no wait and they were very friendly. I would definitely recommend to others.

It says walk in accepted. My coworker and I went around 12 when we walked in the salon was completely empty. They asked us what we needed done and we responded mani pedi and eyebrows they looked at each other and said “oh come back tomorrow we are busy”. Busy with what customers sir???? The place was completely empty not even 1 customer. Will NEVER go back to this place.

I have been going to this salon for years. The owners are very nice and Ive always received excellent service. They are often busy so having an appointment is helpful.

Ive been using this salon for years under two previous ownerships for years. Under this new owners I have not had good experiences. For one, you cannot really communicate with some of the techs and two, I had an appt and had to wait while they did walk-ins. There is a great salon down the street that Im going to go to. .

They really take care of you. Good place.

Wonderful manicure and a fantastic price! I messed up my nail within five minutes of being home and went back and my nail tech was super sweet about fixing it. Will be back!

Walked in (says walk ins welcome). I was kid free for 2 hours, thought I would treat myself. Asked to get a pedicure there was 2 people in the whole place and they said they were to busy. I asked how long I would wait they said “long time”. Ok bye. Never will I “walk in” there again. Rude and bad customer service.

Been going there since they open. Give great manicures and pedicures, very clean . Wouldnt go anywhere else

Very Disappointed! I have always enjoyed this salon. I came in and made an appointment for 11:30. Returned on this told to wait until Noon! Unacceptable.

If I could put no stars I would I do not recommend anyone coming here I came in for a manicure pedicure was the last one to sit down and first one to be done none of my nails are even, so manicure water hands soaked in was freezing then trimmed my nails so short tips are red along with having hang nails still funny i thought a manicure would get rid of them, and i couldnt even get a color cause then they would look even worse, not to mention the lady doing my nails had to stop to wax someone elses eyebrows, never again to many nail salons near by, dont waste your money and go somewhere else.....horrible people nice service sucks

Worst nail salon ever. My boyfriends daughter went in on Friday to get gel nails and a French manicure. There was hair under the polish on one nail and ridges in all of her nails. She went in Saturday and the owners solution was to put super glue underneath her nails. I went back with her and the owner tried to undo the mess he had made with a Dremel tool, which was burning her as he was grinding it under her nails. He even told her to toughen up. The owner also refused to refund her money. Do yourself a favor and do not patronize a business that provides such lousy customer service and disrespects women.

Great service, nice people, I got a pedicure and it came out really good. Only $25!
