Myself and 3 friends last minute decided to get gel and dip manicures and we were calling salons but no one would take us as a walk in. Le Spa Nails immediately accepted us and by the time we got there (15 min after we called), they had 4 technicians lined up next to each other for us to sit together ready for us! All the technicians were very kind and we all loved our nails. The manager offered us drinks and overall it was a good experience. The inside has a nice clean feel, and it was not overly priced.
I came to get a pedicure and fill in. The man doing my friends pedicure basically wanted to up the price for her than what was listed and I called him on it so he decided to say in a snarky remark, ‘if you don’t like the price and want something basic you can do it home hehehe’ yea no thank you. I’m not giving you people my money and I will never come back. Also none of their ppe is up like pictured. Only at the nail station not the open bar nor the pedicure row. Why are you not enforcing the mask mandate?
Great Customer Service and Lisa who did my pedicure and manicure was outstanding. She has me feeling like a million bucks. I am nice and relax!!!
They do the best pedicure Ive ever had. They are thorough and even my husband wants to come back!
A nail salon with a full bar! What more could you ask for? Also they do a great job with gel and dip to ensure your manicure will look great for as long as possible.
A girlfriend & I went to get our mani-pedis done for her Engagement Party! I enjoyed my treatments. Lisa massaged my calves and feet with a lovely green tea concoction, although there are many other delightful options and scents to choose from! For my color I chose a bright light blue, #28. I even tried gel nails for the 1st time. Although Lisa gave me good attention, the house Mistress was constantly walking around with a hurry-up, dont waist time look/attitude and I got the feeling the manicurists were under pressure to keep it moving. I do wish the wine bar was open!
I’m able to get a relaxing pedicure without a wait (and without an appointment) almost every time I visit. The associates are excellent and the products used are fantastic!
Always professional and timely. They have a full bar and all employees are very nice. Bit on the higher end for price but you will not be disappointed
Pam is the best! Always so sweet and does such a good job! Love her! If you can’t see Pam, see Tony—he is also awesome!
Service here is great the staff seems to understand what it means to be a team. I like that you are not sitting in waiting for services long. So far I have been in and out.
I am truly disappointed in my experience with Lee Spa Nails. I have visited this nail salon numerous times in the past so I’m shocked with the customer service I was provided today. I visited on Memorial Day, and entered the salon around 6:50 pm. Normal business hours are posted for 9am-8 pm. Upon entering I was greeted and asked what service I would be needing. I stated a manicure and polish changed. I was then asked to check in and pick my color. I was never informed that hours had changed for the holiday or what time they would be closing. After choosing my color, I was informed by the same person who greeted me that they are now closed and I would not be able to have my service done. I asked what changed as I was not informed that the nail salon was closed upon entering, especially as the doors of the salon were open and the open sign was still on. There were also numerous customers still being serviced at the time of my entrance. The employee just stated that they were now closed due to the holiday. As a loyal customer at Lee Spa Nails I am very disappointed that I was turned away while the business was still in operation and that a manager did not offer to accommodate me as I had been greeted and checked in.
Their service is great! Very professional and they even have a bar where you can order drinks while you wait!
I absolutely hate to leave a negative review and have never posted one before but I have to share my experience that my nails turned greenish / gray the day after getting a gel manicure here twice. The first time, they apologized, and I thought it was a fluke. The second time, they told me it was my problem and they wouldn’t even take the polish off for me. Admittedly, it was a week after I had originally gotten them done but you’d think they’d be a bit more understanding that a working mom can’t zip over immediately to get nails fixed in the middle of COVID. :( note: solar nails, in the same shopping center, is a great alternative
Just please don’t bother. The last two times I went WITH appointments made they couldn’t service me when I arrived. The second time I went for a pedi, they had my water waiting for me (cold) when I arrived. They kindly warmed it for me, then I proceeded to sit there for 30min waiting for a nail tech to get to me.I spoke with a manager and all she said was “sorry, we’re busy”.. which is the most obvious reason for making an appointment ahead of time. I will never be back, they overbook their techs for volume, and up missing out on returning clients when you aren’t serviced during your appointed times. Shamefully run. DO BETTER!!
Always a good experience. Professional and friendly staff. Clean environment. A good selection of colors. I drive across town to get here because I know I will receive the best service
Jenny did a great job. I havent had a pedicure in months and my feet needed the works. She was very friendly and didnt make me feel self conscious of how the looked when she had to take them out of the water. She didnt over talk so I was able to relax and enjoy the massage chair. If you need a recommendation of who to ask for here is mine. Definitely will be back and making an appointment with Jenny.
Felt very rushed through the whole experience. The manicure did not go to the edge of my nails, it didnt look fully opaque in the sunlight and began chipping off a week later (& its SNS dip, so very uncommon!)
I used to come to Lee Spa Nails all the time and would have a pleasant experience. This time… not so much. The two women performing pedicures on my friend and I kept trying to up charge and sell services after several “no’s” they still continued to ask. I couldn’t even enjoy my pedicure. Then they rushed through my friend’s pedicure once they knew we weren’t paying for additional services. I have been a long time customer, but I will not be coming back.
Roth, my technician, was fantastic. Took lots of care in providing my pedi and mani
I continue to rave about this spa. Jimmy has been my go to guy for years now. And he knows his craft better than anyone. Friendly and fun staff throughout
I visited this establishment with my future daughter-in-law as she visits often and has been raving about their service. They make you feel welcomed upon arrival. The staff is friendly and engaging, but not so to the point of being unprofessional. I appreciate the patience shown towards my daughter, who is seven years old. Through her numerous requests and constant babbling she experienced nothing but patience, kindness, and compliments. Thank you. ❤
Nice spacious salon but the price they charge is way off. They keep convincing me to get gel polish on my toes which I declined because I don’t want to spend $30 extra for gel polish on top of pedicure price which go with nail polish. And then, when you come back for another pedicure, they will charge you an extra $30 to remove the gel polish. Not to mention that the gel removal process using a drill to drill on my toes to remove the gel hurts and thinner my toes. Found my new salon. Not coming back here
I love Lee Spa Nails! They have polite and friendly staff and they are highly skilled. They did a great job on my french mani and pedi!!!
I went with my mother and grandmother to get a pedicure. I just wanted a quick pedicure so I got the lowest pedicure, the nail tech asked me to get the higher pedicure price 3 more times. I told her I just wanted to get the basic pedicure and that was it. She then cut my nails at weird angles and did not file or shape them.
My technician was Linda and she did an amazing job! So thorough and gave me exactly what I wanted. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I will definitely be back.
Liny is the best. Shes very professional and a perfectionist! I love her nails!
Its clean, very professional staff, felt comfortable being in this establishment. The space is very roomy, and their safety protocol is up to par (temp checks, santinizing station, and follow-up), all staff were observed to wear mask. I will be back, Thank you Vaughn for your service, youre awesome!!
I went to this place with my GF for my first pedicure. The opertune phrase is money grubbing. They tried to upsell us about 6 or 7 times in 30 min and the woman who did my feet basically phoned it in when she saw she had a guy for a client. I recommend you find another place. Really ruined my view of the whole pedicure thing.
Been going here for years. I can always trust its clean, Ill get a quality service, and the employees are nice. LOVE the bar/bartender.
I stopped by this business for a pedicure and a fill of my nails (was talked into a full set) and it was probably the worst experience I have ever had. I ended up filing my own nails for over an hour and being told there was no one else who could help me when I wanted another tech. The gal who was working on me clearly did not have experience working with powder because my nails were thick and square to the point that I was in disbelief that she even had a license. When I asked about her training she changed the subject to my skimmer plans? When I asked the male manager for help he just walked away. This place is horrible. I was charged 105.00 and left SO unhappy. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and I have never had such a horrible experience. I should have known when she started pulling my old nail material off instead of soaking it, I was in for a problem.
Was pretty disappointed with my full set. They were too thick, ugly and bulbus.I had to reshape them at home despite paying 70 for them and leaving a generous tip. Seemed like a rushed job even tho I showed pictures of how I wanted them shaped. Kind of sad actually.
My wife took me and some friends for a pedicure. Never had one in my life but now Im a convert - great fun. Amd luxurious. Drink in hand, foot massage and they take care of your feet. They have those chairs that will massage your back while they work on your feet. They will also paint a little picture on your nail, if you want.
I got a manicure with dip powder on my hands and it was the worst my nails have ever been. The nail tech messed my nails up 3 separate times and had to file them down to take off the part that was messed up and fix it. 6 nails he had to re-do 3 different times... yes I was late for dinner. Then it was $60 which is way more than I have ever paid for this same service at other salons. Thats not where it ends... my nails didnt last more than a week they started turning yellow from the top coat they put on (see pics from a week after my service) and several of them just started eroding and flaking off which has NEVER happened to me before...SNS/ dip powder has lasted me a month in the past. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the service I received ESPECIALLY for the price. Gave 2 stars because the nail tech was nice...
I love Lee Soa Nails. Jenny has been doing my powder dip for 2 yrs now. She does a great job. All staff are very nice. Best place around Raleigh/Durham
Always professional! Excellent service. I’ve been going here for 7 years! Happy client!
I would not recommend purchasing a gift certificate to Lee Spa Nails. The owner Mary would not honor a $50 gift card purchased pre-pandemic, stating that it was more than a year old. (Note: the obvious nature of not visiting a nail salon during COVID-19, not to mention the salon was closed for a period of time.) There is an NC (and federal) regulation about honoring gift cards (I know this from working in restaurants) and when I brought this to the the owners attention, she reluctantly acknowledged the law, but told me that they dont abide by it because theyre a small business, not a corporation. After being a regular customer here for five years (and my MIL purchasing a gift card for me here each year) I sadly wont be returning. I feel this approach to not honoring gift cards -- particularly after a global pandemic and with clear regulations about the lack of ethicality in denying a full redemption -- is disreputable and a very poor business practice.
Very nice and friendly atmosphere. I love how they make you feel like a long lost friend. And I am always happy with the pedi and mani. Always leave feeling fantastic. I love Lee Spa
This place is so clean and organized! Linda is the best :)
I went here this past Saturday for a pedicure. The actual pedicure wasn’t bad but the tech kept trying to force me to pay an extra $30 for gel polish making the pedicure $80 all together plus I was getting my eyebrows done so it would have been more. I politely declined the gel polish and kept getting pushed to get it. I ended up paying $80 anyways because I tipped the tech $15 for her services. It’s only been 5 days and the paint is already chipping on two of my toes. I usually go to this place and I liked it at first but now it’s getting way too high and the products are not all that great. I will be finding a new salon for my services.
Ive been a customer here for years and always am happy with the service. Today was exceptional. I have a lower leg injury and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and didn’t mess up my toe polish!! Very kind and unbothered by the limitations!!
This is a great place..so nice so professional and one of the best leg massages Ive ever had with a pedicure 😀!!
I wasnt given the service I ask for. When my BF was. We was charge $70 for a pedicure that at my regular place is $50. My nails arent smooth and not the art I wanted for lack of the experience techs on-site. On top of I run for a business a PPV instagram fan base page. The forgot she is hispanic bar attendant who also is your greeter and at fault for not telling the techs what services we ordered. Interupts my live feed for my business to tell me that my background music was distrubing the last 2 customers in the huge spa when I had already turnes it down twice and waited until the Spa was empty enough to do a live shooting. SHE RUINED IT ACTUALLY TALKING TOWARDS THE END. $113 dollars for a ruined live shooting and bad nail job. Paint is lumpy and in skin and so it the fill in..... My BF too spent $135 and nails in strange shapes etc.....We spent money for an atmosphere was all because the actual service was below standards for such prices....OMGWill update you !!
I drive from Raleigh to Durham just for the great service!
First time coming to this location, I was invited with a warm welcome, came in to get a fill in, the wait wasn’t long due to me been a walk in. The experience was great, the environment was calming, I definitely will be back thanks for the service
They are always so friendly and do a great job that lasts!
Very nice people. They dont pressure you for add on
This is the only nail salon I will go to. I love all the nail techs I have had here -- Le, Kim, and Tan!
Horrible experience and horrible customer service!! I’ve been a regular there only because they are close to my house and serve alcoholic beverages...but today broke the camels back. First, I’ve been going there for 3 years and I can count on one hand how many times the Manager Mary ever said hello to me. But she’ll greet new customers all day long. Secondly, today I went & they up sold me on ombré nails - $80.00. As I sat to soak my old nail powder off they came and ubruptly and unexpectedly hauled me and all my belongings off to another station so that two friends could sit next to one another without even asking me if it was ok. Thirdly, after he was done with my nails they were NOT Ombré. They were a MESS. Even the colors were wrong! Instead of a light pink the tips were hit pink and the blending to create the Ombré effect was non existent. I have never told any technician that I’m not satisfied with my nails, usually I can just chalk it up. But this was just unacceptable. I told them I was not satisfied with the nails and instead of offering some type of remedy they cut the tips off that they had glued on and told me to soak the powder polish off. Mind you, I just wasted 1 hr and 30 minutes of my life and nowww have to sit for another 30 minutes to soak off the mess he put on. Neverrrrr going back! Below I posted how they came out. Horrid.
Very slow service and rude staff. They try to multitask technician between multiple people and it doesn’t work. I’d rather wait than have to a tech juggle me around.
Ahhhhhh!! That massage chair was love to my back. The pedicurists were super friendly and engaged in the coolest conversation with me and my friend. Love the atmosphere and the vibe of the whole place and they work so fast ! Little pricey but overall, for the service and hospitality, Id say it was worth it.
This place is a scam. They show pricing on the website that does not match the place, and they don’t show the menu of their services right away. I asked for a $55 dollar pedicure and got all the moisturizers and massages on my leg. Never got a foot rub or at least a good toe clean. My toenails and nails look like I did them myself, and I’m sure I would have done a better job myself. The manicure was literally the gel polish, no other services given and said to be $20. Ended up with a $120 bill with no disclosure of all the services I had. They didn’t want me to approach the register to pay, took my credit card and walked away. Will never go back, please avoid this place.
I come here often, just about every time I need to get my nails done, and when I try a different nail salon, I always regret it. Lee nails has excellent service, beyond average expectations, and they do an amazing job. My nails last at least a week longer and stay in tact when I get them done here versus a cheaper nail salon. You get what you are paying for here. Great place.
Very relaxing. Everyone us professional. Swevixe was great.
I love the way they take care of their customers and how well they do their treat you ❤😊
Jon kills it every time. Full bar, friendly owners.
Poor work done by tech spouse had to get nail fixed and they still didnt do the job right and charged to much for. It.
Ive come to Lee Spa for years. My tech Soriya is amazing. Little pricey but its worth it to me. Im ALWAYS satisfied. Its like visiting old friends but Im ready for the full bar to be available again 😭😭 #CovidSucks
I got a full set (acrylic) and my gf got a volcanic pedicure. We both left extremely satisfied.Well be coming back soon.
I would have given this place a full 5 star review except my $45 gel pedicure turned into $75 at check out because of the gel polish removal (acetone, cotton and tin foil, along with an electric drill file) which cost me $30 alone. I would have appreciated a courtesy heads up of how much it was going to cost to remove the gel polish. While I understand we’re in a COVID environment and they’re operating at 50% or less capacity, so they do have to make up that profit- $30 for gel removal is astronomical of a mark up.I won’t be back. Majestic Nails in Raleigh doesn’t charge that much for the same pedicure.
Nice staff. Clean, fast service.
While I believe the quality of their work is great, the prices are too high. $40 for gel manicure and 45 for a pedicure. For my five year old, her pedicure was $30 and they charged me $8 for her manicure. My daughter wanted a design on her toe, so her total came to $43!!! For a 5 year old, smh, I have never paid so much for nail services. I ended up spending over $200 for 3 people. Our nails look great but their prices are ridiculous.
Rude to my fiancée, big mad
Always a great customer experience.
Excellent service and quality work! My daughters wedding party started here today and now our digits are all pretty for the rest of the festivities!
Ive been coming to this establishment off and on for quite some time. I really enjoyed my time there today. It was very relaxing and my tech was awesome! Best Ive had thus far! He even offered to add designs to my gel pedi! He was very nice and took his time. I was able to arrive before the Friday evening rush...
I am SO glad that I chose this salon! I am VERY particular about my nails AND I EXPECT my pedicures to be exceptional. I recently moved here from Atlanta, GA, and had a great salon that gave the BEST pedicures! Well..I went in and Andrew did my fill in and my pedicure. He listened to what I wanted and he delivered!! My nails look great and my feet felt soft, and pampered. I find the prices here to be a bit higher than I am use to paying, but its worth it. I dont care about the bells and whistles, I care about the quality of the work, but the salon is very nice, clean, and organized. Also, the bar has a nice selection of drinks. It would be nice if they offered little snacks like chips, but the bar serves drinks only. Overall it was a great experience and I have now found my nail salon! Thanks Andrew for an AWESOME job! 😁
I don’t want to go anywhere but Lee’s! Service is always wonderful and the pampering is next level. They’re the absolute best!
Amazing services. Hanna is the best!
Been going here for years, always a good experience.
Excellent quality! However, the price of services can increase very quickly and they do not tell you about extra costs. So be aware of that. Drink service is great too!
I love going here, so professional and neat!!
Personally know the owners and they have always been professional. Nice atmosphere. Awesome services.
I have recently moved to the area from Charlotte. Since moving, I have been going to Lee Spa for my manicures and pedicures. I have not once had a poor experience. All of the nail technicians have been amazing, however, Jimmy has been the absolute best! I am bad about making appointments but when Jimmy does my dip powder nails, they turn out amazing every time. I would recommend anyone in the area to try out this spa.
First time there. Acrylic full set was supposed to be $35. I ended up paying $75. For almond shape matted nail polish and a few fake diamonds. They sat me down and had me wait 45 min. Meanwhile people kept walking by me and not acknowledging me or asking if I needed anything. The guy who did my nails was nice but my middle finger was crooked. I liked them at first but these nails lasted me one week before they started needing a fill in. Never going back lol
There was no waiting which was the best part. The nail tech did a great job. I love the grey color with the ring finger being a silver color. Now, its getting time for a refill.
Love this place. They did a great job on my feet.
I was here today 06/14 with my wife. I asked the lady to give me a extra massage I will pay. She said it would be extra $15 for 10 minutes. I said that’s fine. This was my first and last time in your spa. The lady did not give me extra massage and did not felt that she was giving me a massage. Worse service ever. I spent $75. It was not wroth at all :(
My favorite nail salon of all time! The owners, bartenders and technicians are amazing. I recommend Kim for anything she’s my favorite of all time
Clean, sanitized and safe. There was no waiting.
DO NOT LET KELLY DO YOUR EYEBROWS. I trusted her thinking that she knew what she was doing because she explained what she was going to do..wrong! This lady literally waxed my eyebrows into a straight line, giving me no shape whatsoever. My eyebrows are thick so I don’t know how she screwed this up. Asked for a clean up.. ended up looking like a line up.
I was pleasantly surprised here. The staff was friendly and there is a whole bar in the space. There is a private section for bridal parties or shy husbands who dont want to sit in the area with the women. Pretty cute place.
They charge $30 for a polish change. The polish wouldn’t cure. I could literally go and get an entire pedicure for $30 somewhere else. I would not recommend this place for business. Prices are unreasonable and not market value.
Exceptional service!
I had a great experience! I feel like I was truly taken care of. The building was nice. The ambiance was nice. The staff was kind and courteous. I am pleased with the work they did on my feet (classic pedicure with paraffin dip) and my hands (classic manicure). I also did lashes and the lady did a very careful and precise job. I just wished they used black glue because there are a few glue spots I can, but they are def UNDER my lid. Which must be why my eyes burned so much after the procedure. I would probably forgo THAT service next time. The only thing that they REALLY need to work on is that bathroom! The floor was wet all over and its a bit broken. The person before must not have realized and left the handle of the toilet down. So after I used it, I had to raise the handle so that the tank would fill back up and wait there until I could properly flush the toilet. But Ill def go back after my pregnancy so I can try their dranks!!
Very nice and relaxing environment with great nail technicians who genuinely care and do a great job. They will also keep you comfortable and offer plenty of wine if you’d like! They will even give you hot pads for your hands if they are cold. 5 star service will definitely keep coming back.
First time visiting Lees Spa Nails and definitely wont be my last! I was taken care of right away and they have a full bar! Loved my first experience. Definitely will recommendI just have to say, even though I gave this place 5 stars....my technician was awful. Skipped steps on my pedicure and made rude comments. Only complaint but still enjoyed my time.
This place is beautiful. You will really enjoy the spa feeling and friendly employees. I just loved everything about it. Ask for Q if you want the best spa day!
The salon is nice but I paid 45 dollars just to get my nails polished ....one of my nails on the right hand was chipped in the corner these are my nails only needed a little gel on the corner..That was Friday Saturday my nail polish is lifting off my nails and coming off ...I never had my polish to come off so fast never had my polish to come off at all .....I will stick with Diva nails from now on...
Nice nail shop. Has a bar and wide selection of nail polish colors. The staff is really nice and there’s sooo many nail techs, I’m sure you’ll find someone who can do your nails just the way you like them.
Never disappointed here...my Mom and I loved it!
After getting my nails done at this location they caught on fire when using a lighter to light a candle. I contacted a manager and described the event. He told me I was the first one this had happened to but also that it happens. Right before he hung up, he claimed its not our fault and would not give me a refund or even remove the product from my fingernails. Stay away from this place - its simply not safe.
Lots of chairs lots of estheticians you never have to wait, service can be hit or miss depending on who you get set with
Customer service is awesome. Nail techs Jana shes great. Its relaxing and pleasant.
