Best service Ive ever had. I will absolutely be going back and I highly recommend them. Andy did my full set acrylics and a pedicure.

First off the place is really nice and relaxing, so thats a plus. Andy allways does my nails and is really good. I love the way he does my nails!! The bad thing about this place is the husband and wife are the only ones working there. I have been in and been able to get my nails done right away and I have also been turned away. The problem I have with this place is the last time I went I had an appointment. Got there for my appointment and was told by the wife that she didnt know I had an appointment with Andy and I was going to have to wait. I waited for over an hour before they got to me. With an appointment!!!!! But then at the end they didnt even throw me a discount for making me wait, not to mention the extra fee they are charging because of COVID. I think this is unacceptable!!! Go to Linda Nails in the North Duke Mall. Alot better service.

Loving this color combo. Andy usually gets me right in even without an appointment but today I decided that its probably better if I book instead of risk it because when you do great work your probably a nail technician thats #Booked2TheMax I watch them have to say No to a lot of #$SMoney #Appointments

I walk in there at 7 p.m. tonight and tell them i would like to get a set of gel nails and they tell me they cant do it because they close at 8. Like Really??? There’s two employees and one customer. Then as I turn around to walk out the door, they lock the door behind me mind you the door says 8 pm and they just said 8 pm. I ended up calling the nail salon at the mall and they were awesome, they said they would even wait if I was gonna be a few mins late. They had awesome service and did a good job on my nails. I gave the woman a $20 dollar tip also because they deserved it. If you want a nail salon that does great work and has awesome customer service go to the nail salon at the mall

Walked in middle of the day 1 o clock on a Monday to get my eyebrows done no one waiting for any services as I’m writing my name on the paper he asks what I’m getting I knew I was getting my brows but was deciding on maybe getting tips and pedicure so I told him eyebrows and he told me immediately “we don’t have time for it” If there no time for eyebrow wax then there isn’t time for anything... guess my money wasn’t good there there is a great nail salon in the food lion parking lot up the street! They do a great job on brows and were super friendly!! If you need a place in the area that’s a better option

Amy, Ann, & Andy are wonderful and very friendly. This is a small family run salon. They stay very busy most days, so I would recommend making an appointment. The salon is clean and tidy. Customer service is excellent. They don’t always speak when people first enter if they are busy on another customer but eventually will say hello how can I help you if they don’t recognize you. Say hello first! They remember their regulars and speak to them on a first name basis. My grandmother has Alzheimer’s and they are very patient with her and extremely kind regarding her condition. Happy to have found this hidden gem.

Recommend by a friend. I believe it is a husband and wife that own the business and they are the only two I ever see working. They take their time to do a good job. Dont think about trying to do a walk in as they are usually completely booked with appointments and will have to turn you away. You will also have to wait awhile if you do have an appointment. Worth it if you have time.

First time visiting this salon and i am so so pleased. Andy did my full gel set and pedicure. First time i have ever had a pedicure done and left with my feet not still rough. will definitely be returning.

LOVE this place, the man working ALWAYS does a good job. I always leave happy from the place. I went in 20 minutes to closing and he took his time to make sure my nails were done the way I wanted them. GREAT customer service, downside sometimes you do have to wait a while but its great because theyre taking care of the person before you accordingly.

The best nail salon in Durham. Andy and Amy are so attentive to details, thorough, and personable. My mani-pedi doesnt last nearly as long at any other salon. Prices are very reasonable, too. Only caveat is to make an appointment!! Because they are a family business, if you dont have an appointment, you may wait or not get service during busy times of day

Horrible. I have tried to give this place multiple chances. After only ONE week of having a full set with gel polish...my nails chip, lift and pop off. I should not look like I went three weeks without a fill or touch up after only one week. It’s happens every single time...not just once bad experience.

Andy, Amy, and Ann have the best customer service EVER. They are funny, friendly, and take time to do the job right. I was really impressed with the eyebrow wax I received. The only drawback is you need to make an appointment before hand, otherwise there is a long wait.

I received the SNS service and I am very satisfied. Andy was very nice, thorough and funny too. Prices are reasonable so I will be going back.

This service here is above and beyond!! In the basic pedicure, they include a scrub, a mini massage, and this cool buzzer exfoliant tool that worked really well. Super kind people, we were treated very well and they definitely go all out for you. Even when I move, I would drive back to return here!

Love these ladies....they take great care of you and pay attention to detail when giving you pedicures. Highly recommend!!!

Great service! Staff friendly and personable and establishment is clean.

I came here today as a walk in. There was only two people in the chair getting serviced(one lady was about to leave). I asked for a soak off and acrylic overlay. I was told to come back later at 1:45pm. Thats almost 3 hours later. The gentleman stated he had other appointments coming, but no one was there. Needless to say I will not come back.

I went for a mani pedi here based off a positive FB review and I am SO glad I did. I’m a nurse so my hands take a beating (full disclosure I’m also a wicked nail picker). Anne did a gorgeous gel french tip mani three weeks ago and it STILL looks flawless.

They are FABULOUS!!!! They do SUCH a good job every time I go in- and that is so hard to find- you will LOVE them and they are so sweet too
