The worst nail salon I have ever been too. The nail tech I had was very rushed and seemed bothered every time I asked something. She did a horrible job on my acrylic nails. From my cuticles, to the application of the acrylic, to the gel polish application. All the fingers on my right hand are larger, thicker and wider than my left. Everything was just horrible. Please do not spend your money here.

Some technicians take a little bit longer than others, but everyone I had has done a really good job. The shop can get pretty busy so I suggest going in early when there are not many people or make an appointment (be sure to get there early!). Consistently a good salon.

My pedicure was poorly, poorly done. Left so much dead skin around my nail cuticles. Not to mention the paint job, it looked like I painted them myself. I had to go around my nails with fingernail polish remover. Overpriced services with mediocre talent. The BIGGEST waste of $53. Never going back. Please take head to my warning and disregard the good comments. Don’t spend your money here!

My experience at Nail Trix was really awesome! I love my nail technician Dustin. His work is truly professional and can keep a good conversation going. Not the typical nail experience and I love it!

I had gotten my nails done here on the 5th next day two my nails fell off they fixed reminding myself I’ve never been through this situation before so two days after replacing the other two I have lost two more and three have cracked. I don’t have a Heavy job all I do is drive so there’s no need for them to come off that easily. I pay a lot of money to have this happen and now to pay more not even week old full set so disappointed .🤬🤬🤬

Now known as Nail Studio....I walked in and was sat at a pedicure chair right away. I sat for a half hour with cold water while 3 customers after me were serviced because the technicians did not want to do a pedicure. I was kindly asked to wait for a guy who was still using a drill...I kindly left wet feet and all.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!I have done acrylic nails for over 10 years and it never came out this bad. I usually go to Modern Nails but they were closed due to renovation. So I decided to come to this nail salon. Everybody was SO rude, they rushed thru to get to the next customer. My nails came out HORRIBLE, acrylic was everywhere and over my skin. Plus I usually pay $28 at Modern nails for a fill in and gel polish, they charged me $38 for an absolutely mess.SAVE YOUR MONEY! DO NOT GOT THERE!!!!

Today was my LAST DAY! Dana is gone! My nails were ruined,its i raining,the owner refused to fix my hand where the technician messed up the acrylic, and refused to paint them,she didnt charge me for the nail fill because it was incomplete, I paid for my pedicure and slipped on the wet pavement in front of a car ruined my pedicure... I went to MODERN NAILS AND THEY FIXED EVERYTHING FOR 28.00, toes, nails, everything.

Only been here a few times and my experience was great! However, I got there at 7:10pm tonight for a polish change. The lady in the front told me no bc they were closed. The sign clearly says open til 8pm...very bad customer service on her part! Probably wont go back for that reason.

I use to like this place. The charge $35 for acrilic refill and it was OK but not that great. Its wasnt a refine work. They lost me has a client. I prefer know Modern Nails.

Pedicure... my skin was scrubbed off the top of my foot due to the use of pumice stone. My feet were itching due to long soak. THE STAFF TRIED TO BLAME ME BECAUSE I ASKED FOR MY FOOT TO BE SCRATCHED! AS A PROFESSIONAL ONE SHOULD KNOW WHAT PRODUCT SHOULD HAVE BEEN USED FOR MY FEET. THEY DISCLAIMED THAT THEY WERE AT FAULT!The skin was torn away deep down to the white meat!My foot has taken 5 months to heal. I have a serious scar that looks like a bad burn on the top of my foot!BE CAREFUL.... I went back to the owner of the shop and she took no blame!! She said that I asked for this.... BULLChoose another......

The nail techs here are prompt. They start work on your service right away and seem to take pride in their work. Friendly and ckean. My nails still look good after two weeks!!!

I gave them my business for two years. Made an appointment for a pedicure over the phone and Ivy said the girl doesnt speak English and the could not take me. So why do you allow someone who doesnt speak English answer your phone.???. She was very nasty and indignant. It appears that the nail shops in this area are unprofessional and disrespectful. I guess you get what you pay for. 👎🏽. Ive moved up!!!

Used to go on a regular basis but my time and money werent appreciated so I thought it better to find a place where my money and time are valued.

Waited a hour for a fill in and only reason I waited was because its a Sunday and Im sure other places were closed ..... Horrible service. They deserve no stars but to post I had to give them at least one.

If every nail tech has appt why have a walkin sign when you would have to wait an indefinite time frame. Customer service experience sucks! Tra pedi clerk did a great job. Thxs
