We had an appointment (me and 3 girls) and they took 30 minutes to start on us. I showed 3 workers the design I wanted before they started to make sure they could do it and they all said they could so I went with it but in black. She finished shaping me nails and told me to wait one moment. 2hrs later almost I was still waiting when they asked what I was waiting for and I told them they hadnt done my designs yet and I showed them again and they said they couldnt do that after they had confirmed they could. They also left my nails crooked and not done well. No thank you. Look at my pointer finger.

I went there yesterday and got my nails done and they were super friendly and nice best nails salon ever

I went here to get acrylic nails taken off. Once the lady doing my nails was done filing off the polish, she was going to soak them but a man came over and stopped her. He told her just to use another fake nail to get underneath and pry off my acrylics. So, she started ripping off my nails since the other man wouldnt let her soak them like you should. I still have pieces of acrylics on my nails and the file and buffer she used had obviously been used before. Never going back, I left in a lot of pain and with ruined nails.

The staff is definitely racist. The last time I went there I was offered subpar service. One of the workers referred to me as “mi dang” which is black person in Vietnamese. They offered water and beverages to my white counter parts but I was ignored. It feels like every time I get my nails done, they’re always in rush. I only go because it’s convenient but that was definitely my last time. The stones put in fall out 2 days after.

I called in here before coming in to see if there was a Wait, after being told there was not a wait I drove all the way over here. I had to wait over 30 minutes and at this point I just left because they lied and told me there wasn’t a wait when there clearly was. They do not have a lot of colors to choose from. I do not recommend this place and will not be returning here ever again!

They were ok but the lady doing my nails was doing them in a hurry so half of my nails are paint fully and the other half barely have any polish! They have done better before and the designs were amazing though!

Its been a long time since I been here, but they are awesome! Service is outstanding 👍🏾

I cane to get a full set and a pedicure. My pedicure was the only thing done very well. However my nails took 3hrs because no one could start on my nails until after they had took other guest and serviced them. I complained and then the lady rushed to get back to her client. I had to wait on the man to finish his client. To finish my nails. I was charged 182.00 after sitting for 4hr being ignored and serviced last after being the first guest at 1 pm. It’s now 5:30 this was the worst service. I will never go back and I don’t advice anyone else to go either.

Tony does such a great job every time I come to him. He’s does a wonderful job shaping and painting my nails. I have never met a nail tech with such great customer service. He’s patient and a very kind hard worker. I most definitely recommend him. I’ll be back!

My regular nail place didn’t have any appointments left and I could only have them done today, my poor planning! John was amazing, manicure,SNS nails, and pedicure!!!! The only problem, which was not the salons fault was 2 uncontrollable kids with a parent that only knew how to yell at them! Thankfully, I was almost finished! Thanks K-Nails for working me in!

Love this nail shop - excellent service, the aesthetics are awesome, always able to be seen. I was traveling to Raleigh because Im very particular about my nails. Then, I heard about this place and decided to try them. I was pleasantly surprised and delighted. I have been coming here for almost a year now, and they have been consistent. Sammie has been doing my nails for 4 years. Her husband Tony has on occasion. They are true perfectionists at what they do, always looks great. The atmosphere is great, always friendly service. They stay on time with appointments and always pleasantly greet walk-ins. I would never go anywhere else!!!!

Went in for a acrylic fill in with gel color and a toe polish change. There was no wait which was great. I receive nail tech Tony whom was very rough with my hands, feet and his drilling. He seemed to not be in the mood to work today. The nail polish job looks rushed, had to do a third coat and now it looks bulky... he slapped my feet to get the nail color shavings off. HOW RUDE!! Not until I told him off did he change his behavior. K nails I won’t be coming by again!

I told this woman that my nails were lifted and had air bubbles, she didn’t listen, and she kept cutting me off. If I could give this place no stars, I would because the service is horrible. The only person with common sense is the manager, who agreed to take over doing my nails. If there are any good reviews, they are fake. Never coming back here again.

Moved to Durham from Long Island, New York, about 3.5 years ago, and this is the ONLY place I come to get my nails done. I love the color selections, and the always-efficient service. John and Tony are the best! Ive never had to wait a long time to get my nails (finger- or toe-) taken care of, and Ive always been pleased with the results! I get gel nails, and gel polish, and they last a very long time.

This is my first and last time here. The older guy that did my pedicure acted like he had an attitude because I couldnt afford the more expensive pedicure. I am trying to get my nails done too. He didnt scrape my feet saying only the higher pedicure gets the scraper. Ive been other places where even the basic pedicures xome with that! I will not be back and nor will I stay to get my nails done.

Stephanie has changed my life when it comes to my nails!! She is very ATTENTIVE but she will always give her honest option! After all, she’s licensed! Not me! So I trust her! She made my nails grow long and healthy all with a smile! I will never go to another nail tech ! Ever!!!

I called and was told that they had time for me right then. I was 5 minutes away, but when I got there, I had to wait 20-30 minutes. I had them remove gel nail polish. He didnt wrap them with acetone in foil like other salons Id been to did. He filed the gel nail polish off! That thinned out and put ridges in my fingernails. Then he went so fast that the white tips on my French manicure were crooked. I will not go back here.

I went in to have acrylic nails removed. The woman who removed them just yanked off the nails,&didnt even re file my nails right. I wouldnt go back there to have anything done.I also had my eyebrows done as well. She took me in the room and put hot wax on and used masking tape to yank it off. I dont like either job

The color choices were decent. However, the lady that completed my polish change was terrible. She couldn’t stay on the nail and she cut my nail diagonally. The only thing I can say positive is that she was friendly. This is my first and last visit.

I went in there to get an eyebrow wax and the attendants that were there were not responsive to me. When I answered that I had never been there before and the person just shouted at me to go to the room to get the eyebrow wax I have no idea where that room was. I asked twice and all the gentleman said to me was go to the room. I asked another lady who works there where the room was and she pointed just said back there. Then they told me to wait and 45 minutes later someone came back in to see me. The person who did the wax was very unprofessional very hurried through the job and I had to remind her several times how I wanted my eyebrows waxed. I will not be going back there again and I did not tip at all. Normally I do tip quite well but in this case I feel like I was not respected as a customer and I will not be going back there again nor would I recommend them to anyone

They let me sit for five mins before the man came over and then didn’t want hear what I needed done just poor service. They used to be my go to but not anymore just sad

My husband and I have been coming to K-Nails for over 7 years. We moved here from CA for medical services for my husband. I looked and tried several places before finding K-nails. They are professional, polite and do a great job. Their prices are very good and the salon has recently undergone a major facelift. I have patroned this salon and today was the worst experience ever. Customer Service is very important to me, when you say first come first serve thats exactly what it should be. I completely understand people having appts but if they arent on time you should never turn other customers away, plus you dont tell me if I dont continue to get gel youre gonna charge me a extra $5 to take it off when thats part of a fill in. Never again

The woman was very cheerful until I told her I didnt want the gel nails she was so adamantly trying to sale me on. After that she proceeded on my manicure I had nail polish on and she didnt remove it at all and did not soak my nails also she did not push my cuticals back. My nails look like a rushed job. I will not go back again.

Would definitely NOT recommend! Please go somewhere else even if you have to wait. I do a better job on my gel manis than what my technician did. I asked him to match my gel color to a regular polish for my pedicure....COMPLETELY different colors! Gel mani had air bubbles and did not even make it 2 weeks. I had to even tell him to put a top coat on my toes! To make matters worst, the customer service was horrible, the main guy practically yelled at me. Please do not waste your time going here.

Ive been going there for waxing and nail services for almost 20 years! Wow that makes me feel old, but I just love them!

The fist time I went i felt that one of the man was very rude and unpolite to me. He seemed mad at my requests. I finally asked him what his problem was but he really did not say much exept that it would be better for me to get a full new set instead of a filling and fixing a couple of nails. So he did, I loved his work!!! So pretty!! I went back a couple of weeks later and it was a whole different situation. All very good. I think it may be a little bit a cultural thing and lack of speaking english very well. Overall they are good and unexpensive.

Customer service is terrible..I waited for a 1hr to be told they where close come back tomorrow! Then to be rushed thur a poorly job pedicure. I asked why didnt you tell me ypu couldnt do it before I sat a hour! I was told go sit in chair in chair! After still waiting my service another customer came in for eyebrows and they took her. I cant believe i waisted 2 hours and was still nice to tip them. Dont go!!!!!
