First manicure appointment in almost 2 years and I will never go to another salon again! Professional, COVID-safe, relaxed and simply a wonderful experience. Every client is in their own room, Nailz only uses non-toxic materials, and clients are seen by appointment only. I love this place and will most definitely be back! I started receiving service at Nailz Plus Beauty almost a year ago. Since I have been going it has always been a nice, clean, and welcoming environment. I love the 1-1 service and it truly has become a form of self-care for me. Joy is great and takes great care of my nails, I’m never unsatisfied with my service and it’s always quality work.

This was my first time and it was truly an experience! Joy did an amazing job on my nails. I went in knowing what I wanted but she went above and beyond. At no point did I feel uncomfortable or concerned about her cleanliness. As soon as you walk in you know she sanitized her work area and the space in general was super clean! You can definitely tell she cares about her customers.

I made an appointment for a deep tissue massage with Tione. While I was running late to my appointment the level of professional, empathy and service was immaculate. Tione explained what to expect, and while this sounds contradicting was gentle with the deep tissue massage that I slept the entire time. I felt fluid and and so relaxed I went home and had the best sleep ever. I’ve decided to get on a regular massage regimen. Definitely would recommend Tione for massage therapy services.

I went to get a massage after a VERY long week. Tione was very professional! She made sure comfort was key during the massage. Nice soothing music and of course dimmed lights set the mood. Tione also gave me a few pointers; “drink plenty of water and take a hot shower” once the massage was completed. I walked out of the room and said “whew I feel amazing” lol. I requested a customized microdermabrasion facial with galvanic iontophoresis. Joy is AMAZING. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and gentle. There was no pain during my extraction. She informed me of what each product or tool used on my skin was designed to do. Not surprisingly, I feel asleep during my hour long facial because the facial was so relaxing. Days after my facial, I maintained a radiant glow and had softer, more even colored skin. I highly recommend facials by Joy to anyone who is interested in treating their skin. I will definitely be returning and ordering a skin therapy package.

The Gel-X nails have lasted longer than any gel polish I’ve gotten in the past, and given Nailz commitment to safe products, I am confident that my natural nails are safe and healthy. Additionally Joy customizes lashes to each customer’s preference. Mine came out looking so long and natural, I am super happy with the results!

A week and a half later and my soft gel overlay service still looks amazing! It’s also such a nice change of pace to have your nails done in a peaceful, 1:1 environment. Very clean and relaxing location. Joy is an absolute joy (im sure she gets that line a lot!). It was a fun time getting to know her and her story as I shared mine. I got the gel-x and I feel like she truly cares about the health of your nails. Also got a pedicure and my eyebrows done. Even after one interaction, I feel like I trust her with my hair, skin, and nails, so I may explore the brow henna and lash services in the future.
