This was the worst pedicure that I have ever gotten. The paint job was horrible and they missed a couple of steps in the pedicuring process. I will never go back, waste of time and money. On a positive note, the ladies were nice.

Worst pedicure and fill I have ever received! Looked like a 2 year old painted me toes dirty salon... even her hands and nails looked like she had a fungus. Dont go here!!!! Save your money and do it at home you will have better looking nails.

Came in for a Pedicure and completely messy! I kept telling her to make my nail polish more clean and it looked so sloppy. It looked like a kid painted my nails.Did not like their work at all. You are better of painting your own nails at home. Do NOT reccomend this salon.

If I could rate less than one star I would. I’ve never had a pedicure with no massage. Paint looked like a 2 year old did it. Then came the manicure. My nails are still dirty underneath and nails not filed. She cut the corners and didn’t bother to smooth them. Now I have jagged nails. I could do better with my teeth.

This is unequivocally the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was extremely sloppy, to start. When I got my gel nails, it was so sloppy I kept asking for corrections because she flooded the nail bed. AFTER IT HAD ALREADY CURED, the nails looked so bad, I asked for it to be removed. The technician used a sander to remove the polish, and she was so rough, she nearly broke EVERY SINGLE ONE OF MY NAILS.

I have never had an experience such as this at any nail salon. I asked for a gel removal on my toes and a pedicure. I walked in at approx 3pm and walked out at 3:15pm. She rushed the entire time. She did not fully remove the gel from my toes. When I pointed it out...she said it was my toes. I took my finger and began scraping the gel from my toes. She never used any cuticle softener or anything. I didn’t even bother with the polish. Now I know why the shop is empty every day I walk by. Never again!

Do NOT go here. When I walked in it smelled like feet! I’m pregnant so I was thinking ok maybe it’s me. I got my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure. Worst mistake of my LIFE. The pedicure was so painful that I told her to stop. The water was even cold! My eyebrows are the worst! The lady was super nice and friendly but I will never go back there ever again.

Worst pedicure ever. Sanitation is not an option here and my nails were not painted evenly. My foot looks like it never even had a pedicure done and I now have a cut on my toe when one of the employees tried to remove an ingrown nail. If they were more clean, I wouldn’t be worried, but I didn’t see proper disinfection of the tools😑 my cuticles are still there both feet and hands. I do a better job myself. I do not recommend this place.

This shop was completely empty, on a Friday ! That should have been my first red flag lol. I’ve never personally visited nor heard of a empty salon. Okay, whelp even still I decided to get gel polish application.Amid the application I did notice things going bad, the paint job was sloppy, I told the older lady that gel polish was not supposed to have contact with the skin or it would peel prematurely smh. This was her response “ If it mess up, you come back and I fix for you”, ( verbatim). I was totally annoyed. The cut down and filing was also horrible ! None the less I paid her and left. Now two days later I have chips on the tips and my natural nails are tearing. I won’t be returning for her to fix them nor will I be returning EVER. Well they do offer 7 eyebrow wax, that’s as decent service. That’s all as far as this business is concerned.

HORRIBLE experience! Im never going back. I got a pedicure with cold water and got no massage or any products. I had picked out a color and she went and changed it right before she applied it saying, it will look better for you. Half of the polish isnt even on the nails, its around the edges! I got acrylics too. I showed her the shape I wanted and she demonstrated and made my nail look like a dagger and when I said I didnt like it, she just muttered disapprovingly. She put the plastic extensions on and they were all the wrong sizes so she kept ripping them off and had to redo them all. I asked, and even showed her on my nail, what length I wanted (medium) and she filed them very short because, it looks prettier. She applied it WAY too think and gloppy. When she painted, none of the polish was anywhere near my cuticles, it looked like it was only half painted and when I told her that, instead of applying another coat, SHE FILED THE EDGE OF THE NAIL AWAY. All the way up to my cuticle. My finger still hasnt stopped bleeding. Her hand also had something green, looked kinf of like a wart. I got them done for prom next weekend, but now I have to go get them taken off and redone this week. All in all, it was a waste of $55 and I will NEVER be going back.

My friend I and went to have pedicures and manicures. First of all, they were so rude! They kept insisting for my friend to get acrylics when she was clearly telling her she didnt want them. I did get gel nails and they look like crap! The gel isnt all the way to the cuticle and it looks like I need a fill in and I just left the place! My nails werent filed properly so theyre all uneven and still sticky in some places. My friend got gel polish and her nails werent painted right either and the color she chose looked nothing like the bottle. My feet dont even look like I just had a pedicure, I still have a lot of dry skin on my heels. She clipped my toenails without me asking her to and did a horrible job doing it and even worse is the polish. Save your money and go somewhere else. As for my friend and I, we are NEVER going back here!

I have rough feet. I must admit though, Ive come out with better service from other places for around the same price.They’re service was a cheap $20 and it felt cheap. I was honestly expecting more since it was seemingly a sale but it ended up being maybe 15 minutes.5minutes is sitting in the chair in like warm water and she went after my feet like she hated them (lol)This place also seems to be a bit low in other areas. The chairs we sit in, you’re hardly in them long enough to enjoy them let alone realize the chairs aren’t the best either. The massage chair I was in was either broken or not calibrated right because it only massages the right half of my body.If you’re looking for a cheap service to maintain already good feet. Go here.But if you need work done, you’re better off going other places.Expect to walk right into the Walgreens next door prepared to do the rest yourself

The salon has a huge sign outside door. Pedicure $20, then you sit in a ripped chair back poking you and proceed to a cold foot bath. Katie asks to do your nails, I said no I dont want my nails done! She proceeds with Ill just trim them, she cut every bit of nail OFF!!! The nail inspectior needs to be notified of sanitary conditions, they need to shut the place down.

Im so annoyed that I didnt check reviews before stopping here while running errands. The staff are rude and their work is shotty. Never again and there was definitely no tipping. Oh and did I mention she complained about having to cut my cuticles. Umm what does a manicure entail again?!! Ridiculous. I drew the line when she approached with the disposable flip flops without packaging.

After coming here 2x the service is still terrible. The older lady is running around from person to person yelling “I do for you”! Another lady polished 1/2 of our toenails and looked at me weird when I told her to polish the entire nail bed. I see why they try to run a $20 special because they want to do a half tail job. Never again will I nor my girls return to this establishment. Wish I didn’t have to give it any stars.

My daughter went here 4 weeks ago and yesterday she had to go to hospital yesterday and they said she had MRSA from getting a pedicure. She is on 3 antibiotics, has special soap and has to keep everything clean around her or it can spread to others. This place needs to be reported to the better business bureau. THey do NOT use disposable liners in their foot tubs. Not responsible at all.

The WORST mani pedi I ever got. New in town and stopped to get nails done. Pedi took about 10 minutes and sloppy w about a tsp of lotion. Gel mani looks like a 1st grader did it. Just horrible. Never again.

I have been going to this place for a long time for my pedicures. I have never had a bad experience. My nails are always trimmed and great care is always taken in cleaning, prepping and painting my nails. This summer I took my young granddaughter for a mani and pedi. She was thrilled and they did a great job!

Took my daughter in for a full set $25 tip the $5 dollars ahead of time, nails broke off the next day, wish I would have read reviews ahead of time.. Paint job is terribe and the acrylic itself isnt filed down, I advised her to dry her nails more ...she said shes dry and the paint dried all clunky and nasty looking. My work schedule is so hectic I dont have time to take her to another place so Im angry. They are theives.. Should be negative 5 stars.

Worst looking pedicure. My feet looked better before the pedi. Nails were poorly cut. Left jagged and angled. If I dont end up with an ingrown nail or infection I will be surprised. The coloring looked liked it was done by my 6 year old niece. Wish I had seen the mess before I paid for it. Didnt really notice until I got out in the natural light. Had to come home and try and repair the hot mess. Horrible!

Worst pedicure ever! You get what you pay for. Pedi was $20 so I thought I would give it a shot. She flew through it barely giving any attention to detail. There was no massage and now I have to go home an get the excess paint off the skin around my nails. The polish job was crappy too. I might as well polish them at home. I should have refused to pay. I had the worst pedicure Ive ever had in my life. The polish was covering both my toenails and the cuticle around them. The polish was uneven and dried clumpy. I feel totally ripped off and would never step foot in their establishment again.

Upon walking into the shop the employees were SO loud! That shouldvery been my que to walk out but instead decided since I was already there to go ahead and get a mani and pedi. The pedi was horrible, she barely scrubbed my feet and didnt trim anything off my already overgrown toenails even when I asked her to trim them down. I decided to get gel polish on my real nails, to which she also decided not to trim ..because you have good nail beds. Last time I checked, I was paying good money for a service, not your opinion. I will not be back.

This was the worst mani pedi experience of my life!Boy do I wish I read the reviews beforehand!Got a pedicure which was rushed and sloppy, didnt even bother taking off clauses or shaping the nail. Horrible jobMy manicure looks terrible too. The technician broke my nail in half when she was taking off the gel polish with the machine file!! So now my thumbnail is half of what it was and is bleeding now too!!! Whats worse is she tried to pretend that she didnt do it!!!! I hate this place: I will never go back here again, do not waste your time or money!!
