Not professional, they don’t take their time & your acrylics will be looking a mess! I came here to get my birthday nails and the lady doing my coffin shape did a horrible job! My nails are clumpy and the shape is just horrible. She put the acrylic all the way to my cuticles! Please don’t come here, they don’t care and aren’t professional at all! The woman doing your nails will give you a attitude. If I could give it 0 stars I would. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY $$$!

I went into this nail salon today and they rushed my pedicure because they were busy. Then, she charged me an extra $3 for another polish which it does not say that on their service chart. Totally disappointed and not coming back

My experience was horrible my nails started coming off after A DAY of having them they charge a arm and a leg and they service is HORRIBLE i will never go back there again! it’s a waste of money they don’t do a good job and the lady that did my nails she was rushing she didn’t do nothing right because she was rushing to get to other customers it’s just unprofessional

Never again. I visited this chop shop today for a pedicure and full set. This is the worst set of nails I’ve ever had. I arrived around 6 and was rushed through my nail service. My nails are horribly shaped and the gel polish looks like it was applied by my toddler. They tend to flip flop clients depending on what needs to be done (nail designs), eyebrows, etc so at times you’re left waiting on your technician to return mid service. The environment is not relaxing so if you were planning on a nice pamper session this is not for you. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money where care is given about their customers and the quality of work. Students at one of the nail colleges would probably provide a better service. Meanwhile I’ll have to find someone to remove this atrocity from my fingertips tomorrow morning.

This is the absolute worst place to go. The shop is dirty and not COVID safe and above all else the female that does nails has the NASTIEST attitude and will show it every time.

Nails are nice color, but quality is horrible. Filed my finger made it bleed and took a chunk of skin out.Bubbles in my gel polish. Everyone was nice, but wont be returning

My daughter went here on her June 28, 2020 birthday and they did a HORRBLE job. The nails were so bumpy and polish was not even on the phone nail. It was the worst Ive ever seen from a salon who calls themselves proffesional.

My nails are HORRIBLE. The acrylic was super thick and squared. They look like a child did them. They are limited with how to shape nails, design them, paint them, and they can’t do any of the latest styles.

This was a horrible experience. I asked for a tip and for it to be as short as possible. The guy told me to do an overlay and it could be built to be a little longer. As the lady is doing the overlay, I tell her that I am not happy and this is not what I want. She continues to proceed and then states it too late to correct it. Then charged me $20 because I told her to stop and didn’t want her to finish and the service was only $23. DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible customer service

Whole time getting my full set I knew I was in for a mess. Got the chunkiest polish ever, no shape whatsoever. It was an entire mess, polish and acrylic all over my fingers, save yourself the time and don’t go here.

This place is extremely terrible. The lady with the red hair did my nails and she put acrylic all over my cuticles I let her know I did not like it and she tried to tell me it was nail polish on my cuticle when you can clearly see it’s acrylic! This has got to be the worst nail salon in Durham!!

Terrible! Go anywhere else. Got a gel paint on my natural nail, the paint job was not neat and was applied waaaaay to thick. When it was brought to her attention the lady got mad and said it was my nail bed....the pedicure was nicely done by someone else. Sorry i dont have names. But i wont be back.

This place is great I come every two weeks and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Very friendly and really do a great job on your pedicure and nails.

Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I will never go there again. I went there because 2 of my nails were broke & i needed them fixed.Instantly when I stepped into the salon the employees had an attitude. The lady employee rushed so fast just to fix my 2 broken nails she literally ripped one of my nails off of my fingers & it was showing complete skin.

I wouldnt even give it a one star. My nails are uneven and within 10 minutes of leaving the paint was messed up. She didnt even paint the whole nail on a couple of them. Never going back.
