No high pressure sales like worthless discount tire.I bought some tires that are similar to Bridgestone blizax but have a better warranty and longer mileage standard. They’re Big O brand. These tires were absolutely great and at an affordable price. No hidden fees. And they were done with the installation in less than 30 minutes. And the tires came with free rotation and flat repair. This will be my new tire of choice and my new tire store.

The best service Ive received at any mechanic/tire/auto store, ever. Ive been coming here for about four years, mostly to outfit my Honda Fit. Now that Im a true Coloradan, I bought a Toyota Tacoma and now FINALLY have All-Terrain tires for it and feel way safer in the snow.The father/son dream team of Windsor and Win, fielded multiple phone calls from me over about a week about which tires would best suit my needs and they were honest, helpful and answered all my questions.I live about an hour away in Pagosa Springs and consistently drive the hour to get the best service (and what I think was a great deal) on tires. When I came back to Pagosa Springs and started traveling the dirt road to get home, my new Toyo Open Country A/T III tires gripped the road like Id never had with the all-season tires that came with the truck I bought. Makes me feel so much safer in our Colorado mountain winters.I cant thank Windsor and Win enough for their help, their professionalism and how satisfied I am with my most recent purchase, and the previous tires Ive bought from them over the years. One of my tires on the car that I just bought from a friend was constantly low and I was Always having to fill it up with air. I came in to Big O tires and they looked at my car immediately and within the next 10 minutes they showed me that there was a broken chain from a snow chain for tires inside of it. It looked like a fish hook! They replaced my whole tire in about 20 minutes! I didn’t have to wait long at all! Thank you so much!! I would have still been driving with that thing in my tire if I hadn’t gone in! You guys rock!

Believe it or not, after three other auto stores had told me everything was fine with my 08 Ram 2500, Big O correctly diagnosed severe problems with my front end (obvious to me) and did an outstanding repair job that left my truck riding like new. After a alignment and rotation had a bad vibration, took it back, they rebalanced wheels, still vibrating even worse actually. They said they balanced at zero, and they could do it again but probably wouldnt change. Took it to another tire place, they balanced, pulled alot of weights off the wheels, no vibration any more, thankfully they took their time and did it correctly. Big O, Big No! Not happy with your service :(

Tried to make a federal case out of taking some lug nuts off 1 wheel,This is a vet owned vehicle,who bought truck and trailer tires from this location.Now your trying to make a work order to get off some overtightened lugs.You should be ashamed of yourself.The small shop down the street did it for free and saluted America.You just lost the sale of 5 Jeep tires.If your a vet or someone who loves America dont shop here.They definitely need a new manager,as most big o locations are good stores.
