Absolutely fabulous service!!! We came to Durango pulling our 5th wheel and had brake problems coming down Wolf Creek Pass. The employees got us in to see if we had more problems with our breaker and we did. They got us taken care and ready to get back on the road. The web site says customers are #1 and oh boy they proved it!! They were so pleasant and caring for us!!! I only gave 5 stars because there wasn’t a 10+ option!!!

As someone who has been going to Firestone (outside Durango) for years I was happy to see that there was a Firestone here in Durango. It turns out that this is not an actual Firestone, its some private place that just uses the Firestone sign but does not honor any Firestone service agreements or warranty work. I feel that calling this place a firestone is false advertising.

Excellent customer service. They didnt work on my car but they stayed after hours on a Friday calling auto shops and hotels so that I wasnt totally stranded. Mike even gave me his cell number. Cant thank them enough!

Durango Firestone is awesome! Mike and all the guys in the shop were awesome. We had a bit of an emergency situation, and they were nothing but accommodating and willing to go out of their way to help us. Highly recommend them. Thank you.

We were in town for the weekend with a rental car. The morning we set to leave, we found a screw in our tire and needed it patched ASAP. We told them our situation and they had us on the road in 45 minutes. They were super busy with the whole day booked with appointments and immediately took us in and fixed our issue. Thank you so much, you have no idea how much we appreciate your kindness.

Nicki and the whole team at Firestone Durango are always honest, helpful, and so pleasant to work with. Not only that, but they are knowledgeable and always looking for the most efficient way to solve any issue. The service is fast and the customer service is superb. We have had numerous bad experiences with other establishments being untimely and dishonest and overpriced. But Nicki and firestone are in a league of their own. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

These guys are top notch. I couldnt be more grateful for the firestone team and their attention to detail. I took my car in for an oil change and they gave my whole car a detailed inspection and informed me of some preventative measures which could be taken to prolong the life of my car. Todd has excellent experience and great customer service. Highly recommend.

Saved the day!HAD to have work done, the shop that I had an appointment with called and told me that they couldnt keep the scheduled 8:00, (I was 2-minutes away)!I called Firestone of Durango, they said that they would try to get me in, even being short handed; they did!Job well done!

I was road tripping through Durango when I noticed some brake problems. I wanted to get it looked at before driving further into the mountains. Luckily they were able to squeeze me in same day. Their staff was friendly and very honest. They did a great job of explaining the problems they found and as well as the proposed solutions. Brakes are good as new now! I would highly recommend them.

We were on vacation in Ouray from San Diego when we experienced a brake problem. We drove the 2hrs over to Durango, and they made accommodations to squeeze us in. They went above and beyond to uncover a problem that was overlooked by another shop to get us back on the road for a safe trip home! VERY knowledgeable and friendly, definitely recommend them!

Had one of the tires I needed after popping through the sidewall and my usual tire place in town would have had to order it. They got me in the next day, the appointment took 15 minutes or so, and I was on my way. They forgot to put a piece of my hubcap back on, but I called and they had it and kept it for me for over a week until I got back to town. Good stuff.

I just had a wonderful experience at this location. The owner, Mike, worked with me personally to understand the worked needed on my car. He took in consideration my budget and was able to make me feel comfortable with my repair decisions. They have gained a new loyal customer for as long as I am in Durango.

I was told that I needed an new alternator, decided to get a second opinion. I was able to my battery tested immediately and simply needed a new battery. They had an Interstate battery that was installed the same day. Bert was very kind and I am grateful for his honesty!

Went to go get my battery checked, the gentleman was incredibly rude! The mechanic who helped me was very informative on other places that would kindly accept my service. Would never recommend this place to anyone. The only reason why they are getting 2 instead of 1 star is because of how sweet the mechanic was to me.

We stopped in with a very mysterious and annoying alarm while traveling on the road from Santa Fe to Durango with our Honda Insight. They talked us through the problem over the phone while we were on the road and we brought our car to the shop the next morning. The folks at Firestone of Durango were the most helpful and professional Ive ever experienced having work done on my car. They spent hours determined to figure out what was wrong and were able to replace the needed part immediately. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a tire issue!

These guys are great. It is difficult to find a mechanic who does not try to sell me on a lot of other things. I have always felt that they do the work that I need now, not what I need six months or a year from now, or maybe even something I never need. Although this Firestone is not a complete service mechanic, they are a great first stop for me. They have diagnosed a few things and told me which other mechanic in town can take care of me. It has been an excellent service. Other than service work, I have also purchased tires here. I am a satisfied customer. Plus, I have always felt that their charges were reasonable.

We had traveled 17 hours and realized that we might have an alternator issue. Bought a new battery from O Reilly’s a few doors down on Sunday & they recommended “Cliff” at Firestone. Brought it in on Monday morning and Mike, owner, and His Team took care of it before the day was over. We called our church friend back home the night before and estimated the worst case scenario. We were charged very reasonably - infact Mike charged me $20 less than the original estimate. Alternator has lifetime O Reilly’s warranty and labor is covered by Firestone (insurance) since this is an independently owned shop.

My battery died across the street in the fairgrounds parking lot and required a replacement; they were extremely accommodating as well as fast, and I didnt get charged out the wazoo for the unusual circumstances. Thanks!

Called in to get an alignment appointment, met with snobby attitude. Was told I should come in another time because their tech guy wanted to get off early. Made it seem like I should bring my vehicle in when it was convenient for them, not me.

Quick and efficient!

I recently had shocks serviced in this automotive garage and received nothing but the finest treatment. They were friendly and efficient and my appointment was made quickly.

One employee was very nice and filled my low tire. I said that I had a quick appointment but I will come back if you can fix it. He said great! I went back and some guy which acted like and somewhat appeared to be the owner said disrespectfully, Do you have an appointment? Well its not gonna happen till late this afternoon. I got a line up. Very rude! Would not recommend to anyone who wants any sort of respect!

We had a blow out on the road from Telluride...we put on the 12 year old spare *yikes* and called Firestone as soon as we hit town. They ordered 2 new matching tires, called us the next day after lunch, installed within one hour and we were back on the road! BAM! Thanks guys!!

Go to DGO muffler and brake*. Same experience as Dustin before. I went in and said to the counter clerk that an engine leak had been overlooked (a very clear one) and they took it in to fix it, again. The first guy was super salty, then when I came in to pick it up, a guy who must have been the owner gave me what-for about them missing a leak. He looked like he was going to hop over the counter, like Ill tell this young **** while he told me off about them missing leaks on old cars. Go to Durango muffler and brake. Theyre local, they do everything, and you dont get the attitude. One star for not charging for the new refrigerant.

I hate going to mechanics and I gave these guys 5 stars. Enough said

Called for price on replacing brake pads on our 2500 Ram while traveling.The price quoted to us on the phone for parts was double when we pulled in to get it done and they werent friendly after questioning their price. Needless to say we left.

Purchased $1500+ of tires on my Chevy 3500 this week, was traveling down the highway when the front of my truck began to shake. I pulled over to check to see if the lug nuts were loose. Upon removing the caps I found several lug nuts were loose and several were snapped off and the heads were placed into the cap. Instead of admitting the mistake and fixing it, they sent me out on the hwy without lug nuts holding my tires on!!!!
