Super friendly and helpful! They were able to order what I needed, and I only had to pay 20% to place the order! The arrival date was correct as well. Have tried many other places before this one to get what I needed with no luck! 5 stars will be using them again!
I loves Joes Maytag. I have never been let.down! I would never go anywhere else. Best products ever. I had a refrigerator that lasted.27 years, and a dishwasher that has lasted 20 years and a mixer that has lasted for18 years. Great people.

Wonderful customer service, fast, and friendly. Just had one of their guys come fix my dryer. Very respectful and kind. Also friendly customer service when I called to make the appointment to get it fixed. However, it is now my second time replacing the exact same thing in less than 6 months. But Im sensible enough to know that its not their fault. Just the same cheap part keeps going out. Thankfully I still have warranty on it though!

I am changing my review due to the quick attention that Joes Maytag showed towards an ex-co-worker and her dryer repair. It is a sad thing that it took her $180 to have two trips by repair man to tell her that her house voltage was too low to run her newly repaired dryer. She is without use of an expensive repaired dryer, but knows their is an electrical problem.
Joes Maytag use to be a really good place to do business. Not anymore. Tech misdiagnosed. Couldnt tell me a timeline for part to come in so I ordered it myself. Came the next day but waited another week to get tech back to put it on. Still didnt work. In the end another tech discovered a stuck button was the issue and that no part was needed. Very unhappy with my experience. I recommend paying the higher service call from Norman.
I had to get my dryer fixed and the gentleman who came to work on my dryer was very helpful. He was super patient and explained everything that needed to be done.

We had a washer repaired under the mfg. warranty. The technician came out and ordered a part and initially fixed the problem. About 45 days later the washing machine started doing the same thing and called them back out. The technician informed me that he missed the main problem the first time and that since it had been longer than 30 days and it was out of warranty, purchased the washer from Lowes, that it will cost me around $500 to fix now. I called Joes Maytag and they told me that it was a human error that he missed it the first time and that this has happened before. Now their human error will cost me $500. I dont know if this is the way they do business but it leads me to believe that maybe they have some sort of scam going on when they do repairs. I have NEVER in my entire life, written a negative review about ANY company but I feel people should be aware of Joes Maytags service practices.

Got stuck with this company from Lowes as apart of a service contract. The tech came out to look at the dryer. Knowing the dryer heating element was bad, showed up with no parts. Week 1 went by, nothing, not even a phone call to say we have parts ordered, you part is lost, anything. Im now at week 3, no parts. Stay away from this place.
If I could rate less than 1 star it would be happening. I just got off the phone with the Manager Melissa. I tried to talk reasonably about the issues I have had going on with my refrigerator I purchased brand new from them in Oct of 2014 but she didnt show any sort of concern or care about the lemon they sold me and she hung up because I couldnt control my anger through the phone. I purchased the refrigerator brand new for $2500 ( which this Melissa just stated was only $2500 like its pocket change) on Oct 21, 2014. November 13th they made their first call. The tech came up and said its the fan in the back I need to go back to the store and pick the part up. I said great I will be here waiting. He comes back puts the new fan in and realizes a wire became unplugged from the manufacturer and that was the only issue. Okay all is well and good. The fridge cools half way for the next year, we try not to make a big deal out of it. They come back in Oct of 15 and say the defrost drain is clogged ( Iced over) in the back. The tech scrapes it away and leaves. I call back in Nov a month later and my warranty has expired with them so since im having such lemon luck with it I go ahead and purchase an extended warranty through Whirlpool. I am now on my 3rd visit for the exact same problem ( not cooling, iced over in the back) and have since had to purchase a secondary fridge for when my ( as Melissa calls it) only $2500 fridge breaks down. I went above Joes Maytag head as I figured nothing would come of them helping me out and Whirlpool said that since Joes is the one that sold it to me they have to be the one to make it right. So I call Joes, try to speak with Melissa for about 10 minutes before I become irate due to her idiocracy concerning the situation. She thinks that its not their problem, there are many things that can make the refrigerator not cool, tells me that I only paid $2500 for said refrigerator and theres nothing they can do. So, if you are looking for an appliance place this is not the one. Its extremely odd as well that I have a family member that purchased the a fridge similar to mine around the same time as me that has had 6 service calls from them and each time it lasts about 3 months before they are back. They are proud to sell lemons and will happily take your money, even if it is only $2500. Thanks for showing me where not to purchase from! I will make sure anyone I can reach out to or know will never purchase a single item from your overpriced store again.
