This is the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. I waisted $60. I showed and explained to the tech how I’d like my nails shaped. We reshaped at least 3 times and tried at least 3 colors. I get the same shape and color every time I get my nails done but because the shaping was so careless, each color the tech suggested she didn’t even think it look good. The owner did not care if I left satisfied with my service or not. I left with my new set unpainted, some nails longer than the others, and I had to go to another shop for them to finish the job. It hasn’t even been a week and I already need a fill-in.

Okay so I will start by saying, I usually like my visit here. I frequent Jeju Spa and naturally I started going to Tanzi Nails. The pedicure is amazing but today Im a little frustrated and probably wont return. I wanted the picture on the right, the left is what I got, close but not quite....The main problem is, it cost me $110 ‼️ For a full (acrylic) set and (gel) color tips‼️..The full set is $40.sooo...that means it was $70 worth of gel polish...Really..... and btw thats ALL I got..Last time I got a delux pedi, full set with rhinestones and eyebrow arch for $130..Im feeling ripped off.

They let it be known before I sat down that “today more is discovered so more cost” which I discovered meant, they are not going to give you quality work, they are just slapping it on. I gotten my nails done since 2003 and this was my worst experience. And most expensive. Find you someone and stick with them. They are getting worst with quality work. Quality work cost more than what their charging.

I’m not the type to write reviews but I have to say how HORRIBLE this place is. It’s under new management and she is so rude and unprofessional. The prices went up so much that it’s not worth it. Use to love it here but not after today’s experience.

The owner is extremely rude and confused on how to operate a business. Not only was she rude to me but she likes to argue with her customers in front of ppl and kick them out of her establishment if you’re black please don’t go here. The owner lied to the security (because she locked me out) stating that I didn’t want to pay her. I asked for a pedicure and a soak off for my nails, she kicked me out during the soak off and started an argument with me about completing service

Horrible! Lazy and unprofessional! They mistreat and overcharge black people for simple services. I asked and showed. Simple rainbow design and they argued me about doing the design. I had to wait an hour just to get my feet done. Got there at 6:45 p.m. and didn’t leave until 11:00 p.m. Do not go to them. They do a horrible job and over price everything! The lady digs in her nose. I had to ask her to wash her hands. I didn’t continue to argue with them because I didn’t want them to refuse service and call the police. This is why relations with Asians are so tense with the black community. Will be speaking to the owner!

Then I go to remove my nails and I found out they used MMA which is illegal in many states. The absolute best place to get a pedicure in metro Atlanta. It’s extremely clean and well maintained. The staff is very warm and friendly. They do a fantastic job. I drive from downtown to get my male pedicure at Tanzi Nails.

I was extremely skeptical about coming to this place. But, no other nail salons were available and I was a little desperate. Tanzi Nails completely surprised me. I called ahead asked if they could get me in for a pedicure and a gel fill in. I was totally satisfied with the end product. My nails and toes look amazing. My technician did a great job. I would definitely recommend!

This was my first time here and my experience was amazing! From the front desk taking my call and letting me know when its time for me to come in to get my pedicure, to the end. Alex did my pedicure and she was amazing, kind, proficient, and took her time to give great results! I highly recommend her! Everyone here was very kind and thank you for great service.

This picture depicts my nails after less than 24 hours of being done. Not only that I was ridiculed for asking for a nail to be redone. Mary the nail lady was very rude and disrespectful to customers including my mother and myself. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this establishment, fore they are horrid!

I like this place because it stays open late. The woman at the front desk is very nice and attentive. For nails, ask for Mary. She is a perfectionist and does my nails perfect every time. She does nails the right way, goes out of her way to do the healthiest thing for your nails, and takes her time to make sure you are extremely happy with your nails. If you ask for Mary you will not be disappointed.

I went to Jeju for a girls days. We were very surprised and happy to see that they had a nail salon. Two of us got manicures and one of us got a pedicure. I can’t remember the lady at the fronts name. I believe it was Jessica. She was so kind and we let her know that we were kind of on a time crunch. She went and had the nail techs start on us immediately. Mimi did my gel manicure and I absolutely love it! I’m constantly washing baby bottles and the polish has held up. No chips or lifting so far. Mimi was super fast, but very detailed and attentive. I’m so glad we decided to get manicures. My friends manicure and my other friends pedicure were also done really well.

The service is absolutely spectacular. I went in for a pedicure at the door Jamie greeted, seated and gave me a bottle of water while I waited for my nail tech Mary. Mary was very attentive she made sure that I was very comfortable throughout my entire experience. My nails were done well and the pedicure left my feet feeling awesome. I dont remember the name of the pedicure I selected but its the one with the steam rocks and towels highly recommended again Mary did an awesome job kudos to you Mary and Jamie I will definitely come back and see you again.

I went in wanting something I had saw on Pinterest for Valentines day and they were nice enough to try doing it for me. The front desk lady even took the time to personally help me pick out all the colors I needed. Super great service and the nails are beautiful!

I have gone 2 times here and had the best experience ever! The nail tech Mary is the best one there! She is so talented and takes time to do a great job on your nails she is very passionate and professional I’m really happy to have found a wonderful nail salon that has such great service and Mary! I’ve been here twice in the span of three years to get my nails done and both times were highly questionable. First time around I paid for gel nails and a pedicure for my friend. The nail tech who did my work left me waiting around for an hour without explanation and when he finally did my nails, he was rough, did not do the work well and I had to repaint it myself later. For my friend, the man who did her pedicure was nice but made her bleed a lot. The second time, the nail tech was somewhat nice, fast, seemed to do a decent job but the nails were not painted properly upon closer inspection, she did not align it correctly, and they fell off within three days. The spa this place is in is amazing, I just would not recommend the nail service at all. I left a $10 tip on $55 because I thought they did a good job but I guess not.

I went to Tanzi Nails yesterday for the first time. When I arrived around 7:30 pm on Saturday there were 2 other people there. The idea was to get a basic pedicure. It being my first pedicure I was easily sold on spending a few dollars more for the scrub. Worth it! Lisa did phenomenal work and made me feel extremely relaxed and taken care of. I had the best sleep Ive had in awhile last night and Id like to attribute it to the 30$ of self care spent here. Next time Ill be back to give Jeju a try.

Nail technician is extremely RUDE!!! Came out of town for a short stay in Lawrenceville and decided to stop by. I was told full set was $30 but after a long wait I was told that I have to pay extra $5 dollars each for length and shape. She had come to drag the nail color sets from my side earlier, telling me I was taking too long to choose a color. I was quiet the whole time and said nothing. I still gave a tip regardless just because she wasn’t the one who did my toe nails. I had a horrible experience and my whole time was waisted! If you take customer service seriously, you may need to check somewhere else to get your nails done! Notice: your nail salon needs to do better! Wish y’all luck!✌🏾

The salon is okay and the women here are exceptionally great at customer service I just wish that pedicure would have lasted a bit longer and that could be easily fixed with maybe a better base or top coat.Its just something that I look for when going back to a salon but everything else was exceptional

Very good first experience. I went with my niece last Sunday to get pedicures. Very nice girls in the salon and their very gentle. My niece wanted to get a fill in, be they only had 2 acrylic techs, so the wait was a couple of hours. I would make an appointment for sure. The best part is that they are open later than most salons. In my experience most close at 8 or 6 on the weekends, but Tenzi is open until 10pm.

I had to wait almost 2 hours to be seen which I didnt mind that much but once I got seen by the nail technician she was very rude! She was complaining about people talking too much and then nail salon she was complaining because I only wanted a polish change on my toes instead of a whole pedicure but I just had a pedicure done and I didnt need one but she was trying to force me to buy one! Then she went on to tell me they work off commission and that the other people didnt want to take me as their client because I wasnt spending enough money that most people spend $150 and I wouldnt spend nothing but 60!! she went on to tell people I couldnt afford to have my nails shaped!! 1st off Ive never paid to have my nails shaped she charged me literally for everything she did in there then she rushed me when my nails were done didnt help me carry my stuff to the table for my nails to dry I messed up 3 Nails before I can walk out the door. I would never go back there again never !the only person in there who I thought was doing a good job was the receptionist she was friendly she knew what she was talking about is he treated everybody the same no matter how much money they were spending .getting your nails done should be a good relaxing experience not place that belittles you because you dont want to spend as much money as a person sitting next to you

Just finished getting a pedicure, and it was done well. The technician took her time and was professional. I will say this... It can get very crowded as everyone comes in... So there may be a wait. Other than that, I enjoyed my service.

Great customer service and awesome staff. I feel comfortable here and they always do my nails the way I like it. It is good quaility. My manicure can last 4 weeks if my nails didnt grow so fast. I drive 49 miles out of my way for these services.

They were awful!!! my gel nails messed up and the nail lady MARY did not want to fix it and yelled at me and called me too young to know what looks bad. she got extremely upset and this became a huge scene in the nail shop. I would strongly advise to never ever come here.

I wish I could give zero starts! I got to this salon at 8:27 pm and they’re advertising walk ins and appointments welcome; Monday-Sunday 11 am to 10 pm however I’m being rejected services due to another appointment for a manicure (approximately 30-45 minutes job) that will still get them out roughly no more than 30 minutes to render me services. This place is very unprofessional, and they do not honor their advertising literature nor sign with hours of operation. I chose this place due to their late closing and me needing to have my nails done for my special event tomorrow morning. They lady refuse and after I asked her if she advertised closing of 10 am and 5 people shows up would she turn down services 2 hours before closing. She now accepts with hesitation to do my nails. I now informed her that I will not be tipping her and she shouldn’t expect one. Neither will I return to their “ understaffed establishment “.

Yall this place stays open late and has exceptional service. Ms Mary is your go to person for nails. My daughter and I both come here because of her. She takes her time and does the best thing for your nails. She is so soft & gentle so no worries about getting hurt or cut. If you havent been here, you must experience it at least once. Youll love it though!!!! Also, the lady at the front desk is sooo bomb and is on top of everything. She keeps everything together and in tact.

The nail technician did not properly prep my nails and was really rough. She cut me twice with the nail file and did not get the edges of my nail. She used the wrong filing tips for my cuticle which did cut me. She then put some kind of substance on the cuts which burn and made it bleed. She called me Chinese and insisted i was when I kindly told her i was not.

They did a horrible job on my nails. I asked for a normal acrylic set which is supposed to be $30 but they charged me an extra $5 for the shape!? When I got there there were no costumers but there were 3 nail technicians. One started working on me but she got tired and told me to go to another lady. I guess she was new or something because she had no idea of what she was doing. I asked for coffin shaped nails and she didn’t know what I meant. She took a whole one hour and 30 minutes to put on the nail and file them. They barely have any nail polish colors. The thing that bothered me the most was that I have never gotten nail infections after getting acrylics, but today which is Wednesday I woke up with a horrible white thing on my nail. Oh btw I forgot to mention I went on Sunday. They are very unhygienic and the nail polish they put on is already coming off. I am honestly going to call the health department on them because they claim to give you a great salon experience when they really just do trash.

I got my nails done here about a month a half ago and when my sns nails wore off and started to come off and then here comes what i need a say so you know how they put the fake nail on the tip of your finger well the mark of it stayed on my nail a week passes and i see that where my nail extension use to be started to peel my nail and it was black i pealed it and i could see my nail is actually coming out i have like 3 nails peeling out ... i feel like they dont check these peoples hands when they stick them in powders or put their nail polish never again coming i can show u a picture as well

Today was the second time I’ve been to Tanzi nails and I must say that I loved it! I felt very relaxed and was greeted with open arms and great customer service by Yeimy. She was super sweet and so welcoming makes you feel great! The girls that also did my nails were great, Christine who did my sns that turned out so pretty and took her time as well as the other lady I didn’t get her name but she also took her time and was gentle. Thanks so much to tanzi nails I love how my nails turned out I will be going back again for sure! 💅🏻🥰

First time at this place and the experience was horrible. The lady who did my pedicure (Zady) did not take the time to remove my cuticles well. And when I told her to remove more skin she got mad, and said that we won’t do any more because she will make me bleed. I told her i was not happy and she continued paintingMy nails. I asked for another tech to do my toes and she said everyone was busy. I won’t be returning back.

Came to get my nails and pedicure done at 830pm, they had 5 ladies besides me. They close at 10pm yet the gentleman said, come back tomorrow. Dont state that youre open til 10pm if at 830 youre done working. No i wont come back tomorrow nor ever again

Very nice nail salon. You even get to take home your pumice kit which they open in front of you. They have a lot of variety in gel colors as well. Oh and cool pedis like jelly pedis. My daughters love it as well. They have great prices compared to other salons.

Awful. I asked for a full set with an American set instead of French. They were talking and it was like they had no clue. So I said we can just do the French. They started talking about SS and I can do that. I have never heard of that so I said no I will just do the French. After going back and forth about what I wanted we settled on what I thought was a French. Nope. I was there for a wedding. I just wanted to be done. After my feet were done (that was ok but It was the worse pedi I have ever had). The nails, we had to have another 10 minute conversation of what I was going to have because it really was like what they knew how to do and not what I wanted them to do situation. So I got the SS...trying something new I figured. My cuticles were bleeding on two fingers. It looks like my daughter did this. $74. Do not Go Here. There has to be a better salon in Duluth.

Everything about this salon was mediocre and disappointing. I did not have a pleasant experience. The seating for my pedicure hurt my back SO much. They DO NOT have the nice recliner massage chairs likes most decent salons have. All they had were very hard booth seating that would vibrate with ZERO lumbar support. Secondly, the lighting and environment sucked. The lighting looked like that of a jail and the environment was not relaxing the in slightest. The worst part? I chose one of the most expensive pedicures for my special spa day (paid to enjoy Jeju’s the same day as well) and it was also terrible! The lady took FOREVER to trim and clip my nails but ripped me off on the relaxing treatments I payed extra for. My massage was supposed to be at least 5 min long and she rushed trough all of that and the exfoliation treatment.In regards to my nail polish I got gel and it turned out disappointing as well. One of my toes was not clipped evenly before putting gel on now it looks uneven. Lastly, she didn’t do my ombré nail design correctly at all. So much $ down the drain for such an overall disappointing experience. DO NOT recommend at all. Nothing about this place is worth the $. Solara Sol in Gainesville Ga was the best nail salon experience I have ever had and they don’t nickel and dime you like this terrible Tanzi nails place. Pay Solara Sol a visit if you are seeking TRUE luxury at a reasonable cost.

My nail techs name was Peter. He was supposed to soak my nails off and do a manicure. He partially took them off leaving the acrylic an nail on them. He didnt shape my nails right. Then he started polishing my nails fast because other people were coming in. He put WAY too much polish on them. The shop doenst have any fans for regular polish; just the UV light. I sat in the room FOREVER and my nails never dried. UV light is for GEL nails, ou need fans for polish!

Do not go to this garbage salon. All their positive reviews are from long ago. They cut my finger really bad and then used dirty clippers on my finger while it was still bleeding. There is a reason they have no customers, even on a Saturday afternoon and they only have one manicurist.

The place is nice in appearance. However the staff are not very engaging, had to wait to pay because they all walked out of the shop. The $19 pedicure we learned afterwards does not even include lotion or a foot rub(not even 10 seconds). I was going to get my gel polish changed, even though they were more expensive than where I typically go....yet they were going to charge me another $5 to take off the polish(which is the only way you get new gel polish)..... I recommend going elsewhere.

Check your receipt they over charged me. And the lady was rushed & my nail did not look that great. It looked like something I could have done at home. The pedi was okay the paint job was not good. Looks like something my 14 yr old could do. I was disappointed the last time I went the girl was great. I was shocked at the poor customer service. The lady left me & did not come back when I stayed put she said oh you want clear polish on it so it will last after 23 min. Really!

Very Horrible Experience I’ve never been treated this rudely . I walked in today expecting to get mani and pedicure the lady rushed me and my sisters to choose what we wanted. Once we choose the lady made us wait 30 minutes while she spoke with a customer that had been drying her nails INSTEAD OF STARTING ON OURS ! Then we over HEARD HER GOSSIPING about us .
