Just recently decided to branch out from my usual nail salon and try Allure. Im very glad I did! Michelle did such a great job with my sns manicure. She had a gentle touch and great attention to detail. Ill definitely be going back to see her!

I was a little skeptical at first because of the reviews but my experience spoke for itself, and I was astounded by how in love I was with the service and my nail art. I do not like doing my nails, but this place was affordable and showed great promise. I definitely will be coming here again!

Cane here for the first time. Arrived at 9 30am bc Google says they open at 9 30 saturdays but they ended up opening at 10am. Owner said there was no wait then had to wait 30 mins to be serviced. My tech gave me several cuts after she cut my cuticles and filed my nails unevenly. They were all up n down.. i could have done a better job at home. Had to ask for the owners or a new tech to take over. No one came to help and I was just standing there for awhile. Finally somekne came over to help me n take over. Job was done better but she had to keep stopping and getting up 2 answer the phones. They need 2 hire a receptionist likes most nail salons have. I had to wait for the tech 2 come back 2 continue. I wa t a tech that will focus on me 100%. Several techs were at the front desk but gave the phone to my tech when it rang. They need 2 get organized asap . I also saw a dead roach in the restroom. They make it seem clean in the lobby but behind the scenes is a mess! Never coming here again! A 1 hr service turned into a 2 hr nightmare. Now im late for the rest of the plans for the day. They didnt even offer a discount for all the inconvenience. The owners saw what was going on & they didnt come over to help. Worst customer service ever!

I believe you all used MMA (an illegal acrylic on my nails ( which was later confirmed by other nail techs) MMA will damage your nails as well as cause respiratory issues among other things. We figured out the acrylic used because for one when I first got them done the acrylic had a reaction on my finger ( my thumb warmed up, I told the woman and she sprayed something on it to stop the reaction) and for 2, when I got them taken off it literally took hours because unlike other LEGAL acrylics This was gummy /rubbery and hard to get off. When we finally got this stuff off. my nails were extremely damaged and thin.

Unprofessional, overpriced, bad service, rude staff. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall good experience. The shape and color was as I expected. I got SNS nails and she nicked my cuticles a few times though. I also did not expect to walk out with the blue still under my fingernail and on my fingers. Pedicure was great an atmosphere its good as well.

I’m convinced no one in this shop knows how to do SNS...I’ve tried them here in the past (like 3 times, by 3 different people) but didn’t like how they looked. So I switched back to gel nails. Unfortunately, the gel made my nails very thin and brittle...constantly peeling, breaking, and splitting. Today while in the shop, I was convinced to try SNS again. But once again I do not like how my nails look. They are super thick and ugly. Not to mention the color they pick out that was supposed to match my toes do not match...ugh!!! I’m leaving for vacation tomorrow and I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed. When I mentioned at the front that I wasn’t happy they said SNS is supposed to be thick. And that I just need to give it time to get my nails stronger. Said they could thin them out but then my nails would continue to break 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️. I’m going to try another nail salon to see if I get different results. Also, I received a pedicure and my heel is still dry and rough.

They’ve done a great job on my nails (acrylics) and they seem to last longer than other places I’ve been to.

Sunny was my tech. She rushed me to pick a color. I showed her my psoriasis and asked her to be careful with the alcohol. She accidentally cut my finger with the nail file. I shower her a picture of what I wanted and she put tips on me even though I didn’t want them. My nails came out good tho so I still tipped her 20%. I tried giving her the benefit of the doubt maybe she had a bad day. I’ll be back but I’ll ask for someone else. The salon is pretty inside and their colors are organized.

This shop is beautiful. I was greeted at the door by professional staff, who provided me with a pedicure and full-set w/ dipping powder. There were 2 employees working on me at once, they got me in and out without a appointment. The nails are beautiful and the prices are very reasonable.

Always efficient, very clean. Can never go wrong getting a great pedicure here!

My favorite place to have my nails done. After just moving to the area, i tried many salons before finding this one. Everyone is very friendly and my nails always look great. I come here every two weeks.

Ive been going to Allure Nail Bar for a good year now. The service is consistently exceptional and the staff always makes me feel welcome. If I ever need a quick pick me up I just pop in to get my nails/brows done and leave feeling fabulous. The best part is theyre so close to my home and I can always unwind while Im there over a glass of wine or refreshment of my choice. 0 professionalism I bought a promotion of eyelash extensions. By God this woman cut my eyelashes to put on the others. when my eyelashes fell silent !! I could not believe the disaster I had in my face !!! never go to that place is totally unpleasant 1/2 ⭐️

Dont get a French gel manicure! I have been getting a gel French manicure for over 2 years and never had I had my nails turn yellow/brown! I went to allure to get a gel French manicure. After 3 days my nails turned a yellowish brown. They were gracious enough to redo the manicure but low and behold a few days later the problem reappeared. The people were very nice and helpful and the only saving grace.

Went for the first time on Sunday, and I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. Great job on my pedicure, but my gel manicure began to chip yesterday, Tuesday. Gel should last longer than 3 days.

This is my second time going to them. The first time my nails turned out great and lasted almost a month. Recently I had just gone to them maybe a week ago to get my nails done for homecoming. While I was getting my nails done I noticed that the nail kept falling off my fingers and the person had to keep gluing it back on repeatedly . After I spent $43 I came back a couple days later because The nail polish started to come off. So after they fixed the nail polish for free, like maybe four days later 2 nails have broken off. I have only had these for about a week and they’re breaking. I am so disappointed for the way my nails turned out. Most likely I’m going to find a different nail shop to go.

I love the people there. They are so welcoming and make you feel like a home away from home! If your looking for a nice calming place to relax and treat yourself this is definitely the place to go.

This salon services clients based on size of order not based on the time they come in. I needed pedicure and basic manicure. The manicure was not started by the time the pedicure was done while they started servicing 4 other parties that came in after me right away. As a result, I never got my manicure done.

Leo was great. He was joking with me and talking to me the whole time. Got given a complimentary drink and my nails are perfect.Will definitely be returning

Went there for a pedicure. The pedi itself was ok. Had to ask for them to cut nails shorter and dig the ingrowns... youd think they would always do that without having to ask. They offered to work on calluses for $5 extra. (That is usually included in a basic pedi everywhere else) Not the friendliest bunch there. No one greeted customers as they walked in, no one seemed appreciative of the business they were getting. My girl finished and simply walked away without saying a word or even making eye contact. No one said anything as I left (like thank you for your business, please come again) So weird. With the fact that there is a nail salon in every shopping center, I think Ill go somewhere else next time. Nice place I was expecting a better experience, I was disappointed. And by the way I am talking about the Allure Nail Bar next to Sprouts.

I had a couple of Mani-pedi which were great. BUT this time it was not as good. The website advertised it as 1 and a half hours for $90, but the entire process took about an hour. I asked about it and was told the site was a mistake . This needs correction and there was no attempt made. In addition the pedicure felt rushed and I left with very “oily” legs. Very surprised and disappointed .

I love this nail salon. My nail chipped the second day and they was so happy to fix my nail. I am so happy that I have finally found a nail salon that loves their customers 💕

The worst place EVER!!!! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! The guy that did my cousins nails completely messed them up. She had nail polish all over her fingers, and the nails were NOT shaped properly. One nail was short and the other was long. When we tried telling them if they could fix it, they got mad and the customer service girl simply removed the nail polish from the fingers. When I told them to fix the length they got mad and said NO. terrible expedience at this place. don waste your time.

Very clean and beautiful. Have visited several times, enjoyed the regular pedicure. Not a fan of the pressured up-sale while trying to relax, but not all the techs do this.

First off, beautiful salon! Very classy upscale place. Nothing like your traditional nail salon. But with an upscale feel comes a higher price tag. I spent $45 not including tip on a full set and eyebrow wax. The woman who did my nails was amazing. You can tell she took her time to make sure everything was perfect! I didnt take enough time to make sure my nails were completely dry and they fixed it without hesitation. Great music, amazing staff, wonderful atmosphere. Worth every penny! Definitely will be coming back. After months of searching, I finally found my salon!

My gel nails started chipping the next day. The staff was great though. I wouldnt go back its to expensive for the quality.

I went to Allure yesterday the salon looked really nice. Relaxing atmosphere. I have a problem though. Today is only my second day with my gel nails and so far I have one nail that totally came off and another where the gel polish has chipped. I have never had this problem occur with gel nails. Also the guy who serviced me started off really nice and ended rudely. The lady next to me was getting SNS nails so I was watching her service. They intrigued me. The guy doing my nails asked if I wanted SNS, I told him no. I did not want to pay that much at the moment. From then on his whole demeanor changed. He told me at some point that I did not know what I wanted. I do plan on contacting them about my gel nail issue.Update, after posting this I went back to Allure Nails and they fixed my nails at no charge. I also had the women who fixed them add another layer of gel. Hopefully the extra layer will keep the other nails from having any cracks, chips or nail breakage. I told her if I returned I would request her. She mentioned if I had any other problems they would fix them.

Best pedicure experience Ive had since moving to the area.

Before you all try to say I’m talking about another nail salon- no I’m referring to you all next to Sprouts off of Peachtree Industrial. I came there and they said a pedicure was 25$ but as I was getting one, everything the lady pulled out (pummis and scraper) she said would be an extra 5$ each. Come to find out, a regular pedicure for 25$ didn’t include much of anything and I’m not paying that amount for polish and dunking my feet in hot water. They also wwre trying to teach the girl how to do acrylic on my toe nails with the sticker under it and I was not here to be a test dummy. After 5 minutes of that I was out. I stuck my wet feet in my shoes and kept it moving. There’s a better nail salon down the st.

I have searched for a place to get a basic mani/pedi done about once a month for awhile. This is my place. Also, theres this guy....Im calling him my Asian boyfriend. Hes done my pedicures twice and give THE best foot massages. Hes got tattoos on his forearm and is soft spoken. Hes married, and so am I, but we have the nail salon.

Worst pedicure ever. Made my brother bleed and was so rough on my feet too. Not to mention the whole thing was over in under 12 minutes....and then they charged $62 seriously, *worst* ever!

No difference between the regular pedicure and deluxe. Waste of me paying an extra $12. Also was given cold towels instead of hot. Please staff people that actually know about nails and not just anyone.

I went to Allure nail bar and got an SNS manicure. Within 3 days my nails started chipping and by day 6, an entire nail had come off. I wish I could get my money back.

My daughter and I visited this nail salon a few weeks ago and our experience was awful. I went to relax and be pampered and it was just the opposite. The staff was not welcoming when we walked in and the entire experience was rushed. The tech who did my pedicure cut me a few times and my Gel manicure lasted 48 hours. I went on Friday and by Monday only 4 nails had polish. I was so disappointed that I didn’t even want to return to have them fix my nails. Will not be returning.

Update 7/17: Kind of hit & miss on customer service. Staff seems to change alot.8/16Very friendly staff, complimentary drinks,Nina did my mani/pedi and it was fabulous, she took her time and didnt make me feel rushed. Ill definitely be back and recommend asking for her specifically ......They do walk-ins and/or appointments.

My local go to nail salon. Lovely service and nice people.

As far as service, I would give a five. However, I am used to paying between 45 and 55 dollars for gel polish manicure and regular polish spa pedicure - with tip it was $85. Cant do that.

I took my girl friend-Kiki for her birthday and service was great. The spa pedicure lasted a very long time my feet and legs felt great after this experience look forward to going back soon.

I went to this nail salon and had a very bad experience. I had gel on my nails and they soaked my finger tips in acetone from when I sat down, until my feet were done and then filed the gel off and left GROOVES on the surface of my nails.Other places soak the gel and then scrap it off. I paid an extra $10.00 for this treatment! The pedi was barely medicore. I would never go back
