I have been like 4 times to this place and before it was cool that they treated you and your nails fit well but for a while now they do not do what you ask, you choose the same color for hands and feet and they do not give you the same, You ask for a design and they dont make you all the same you have to tell them something and if you tell them to fix it they get upset and treat you badly by doing everything reluctantly, today it happened to me like this and in the end none of my nails were the same as the other Besides, the girl did it in a hurry reluctantly and they did not look good, I told them that I did not come back, and now they charge too high an amount that is not justified by the service or the quality they are providing! If you look at the photos, the designs are not the same and the big toe is badly filed! IM not coming back anymore!

This place was amazing will most definitely be going back sometime soon I got everything I wanted and so did my mom she was so happy about her pedicure (don’t have her pictures).

I am a regular here. I like that its clean and organized. The music is relaxing. What can IMPROVE is having better pedicurists that takes their time on a customers feet. It seems everyone rushes to get to the next customer. People who pay for a pedicure if its basic or not want to feel pampered not rushed. It would be nice if they allow the customers who get pedicures to rest their feet in warm water with massaging chair for 8 mins before starting. Their nail techs are okay its 1 good one and the other I would go to as a back up. The nail techs should learn how to design up to date. The prices are a little high but everyone has a good attitude.

I love coming here to get my nails done. Everyone is always so friendly. This place is always clean. Prices are affordable and all of the service is high quality.

I hace been getting my nails done there since they opened and have never disappointed. Dan does my nails all the time and Ana is very good with waxing and pedicure. The salon is always very clean and everyone there is goof.

I’m not sure if it was just a one day thing, but I too work in the cosmetology industry so I expect to feel welcomed when getting serviced especially when arriving in a salon and not a home based. I went in for a service with a guy friend this past weekend having high hopes of a service and we both felt as if the nail techs hated their jobs plus they were careless. We both felt pain and my nail tech made my cuticle from every finger bleed. If I’m paying $100+ Plus tip I expect a good service. Their salon is beautiful and modern but their work ethic is not.

I love love love this place. Anytime I try to go somewhere else, I’m disappointed. This is now my only nail spot! They are all great. The place is clean, the environment is sooooo laid back and relaxing. Fonzi is usually who does my nails and he is AWESOME 😎

I found my new salon. Chic salon with professional and friendly staff. I absolutely my nails! Thier pedicures are amazing, I really enjoyed the sugar scrub and hot stone massage. Definitely got my money’s worth.

Amazing job on the ultimate volcano pedicures for me & my man! As for the sns manicure it was terrible did not even get my fingers cleaned up or cuticles cut also the shape is too square my natural nails were previously square round idk why they charge for manicure should of just charged for color change.

Mai gave me the best manicure, she was very patient and professional. I will definitely go back.

The people were nice and they did an great job. However, they severely up charged me and a few friends for a full set of acrylics. They claimed that a full set starts at $42 and I was additionally charged for powder color/coffin shape without being told so. They also did not trim my cubicles or prepare my nails in anyway. Overall, I spent a total of $52 for short single color/no design full set acrylics. I would not recommend them there are far better nails salons for a reasonable price nearby.

Went for eyebrow waxing and wax got in my hair. I complained to the lady and she and her waxing partner had a good laugh about it. Management did nothing. They thought it was funny.

I visited here maybe 3 weeks ago. I’m due for a fill-in now but I still get compliments on my nails as if they were done today. Very well kept and nice customer service. HOWEVER, they charge for absolutely everything. Length, color, shape, on top of whatever nail set you’re getting. I’m not the type to spend a arm & a leg on nails but for the quality I couldn’t be upset. I probably won’t be a regular, but I would recommend.

I get dip powder to avoid using the UV light. I rated 4 stars because he did the dip powder but used a gel clear and UV light. Now my top coat is peeling and that never happened when I used the clear for dip powder

Beautiful salon! The entire experience was amazing. The staff was very friendly and professional. I got exactly what I asked for. Amy did my toes, and let me just tell you she knows exactly what she is doing. My feet have never been so beautiful before Amy. When I tell you my feet looks like brand new feet, you better believe it! The prices are also very reasonable! Come check them out trust me you will not regret it! Glad to say I finally found a home for my toes!

I havent been to get a Professional Pedicure in 7 months. I was pleased with their setup for COVID-19, and will return back in 2 weeks

2-stars is due to the fact that the salon was very clean and the techs were nice. However, I am less than pleased with my nails. Elle did my nails on 10/4. Full set, gell polish. My nails started chipping in a week! She suggested to put white polish under the color so it would stand out more. On top of that my nails are bulky, wide and the color streaks are all over the place (not precise). Ive been getting my nails done over 20 yrs and some of the things I saw had me skeptical, but I thought I would just allow her to finish them to give her a shot. That was my mistake. Im not sure if It was because I may have been her last client of the day and she wanted to get out of there. But, you should give your best with all your clients. I may give them another chance but it will be with another nail tech.

Nails started to lift after 2 daysCalled to have replaced scheduled me 3 days later by that time more were starting to lift. It is 2 days after “fix appt” 1 of nails I just got put on is lifting among others like HOOOWW??? I’ve been getting my nails done for 10+ yrs faithfully no idea what priducts they use or what’s wrong but it’s a no for me and Processes are annoyingly backwards if you go you’ll see what I mean 👌🏽 Spent over 100 was also the most expensive EVER but they were friendly lol so makes you want to not care but no! Won’t be back and had to share nothing worst than low quality nails especially for a working woman I expect ATLEAST 2 weeks before I have to come back not a few days

Place was clean, and Employees were nice. first nail tech didn’t do so good on my nails ($60) and had to return back to redo. Dani did an amazing job redoing them. the girl in the front made sure I left happy. UPDATE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY! my nails fell off in less than a week!!!!

Very, very sanitary....they do not reuse files, buffers, pumices, etc on any other client. New tools each visit. Take their time and do not rush just to get another client in the chair. Tina did an awesome job on my manicure😊😊😊

Edit: Went back because I had a good experience the first time. Second time was terrible. They tried to rip me off and added charges last minute. Sloppy job on my nails and rude employees. Walked in on a Friday morning was sat with someone within 5 min.Nails came out great but the nail tech hardly said hi or bye. They made me sign my receipt a his station so my nail tech knew his tip before painting my nails. ( i always tip, but still felt him staring while i wrote it in) just felt a lil awk. Nice place newly re done. Lot of color options. Def will be returning.

Im selective when picking a nail salon and I rarely go to the same place twice because my experience wasnt great i.e., dirty salon, poor customer service, etc. Ive been here a couple of times and I have to say that I leave happy. (I will say I tried out a couple of nail techs before I found one I liked. The first few experiences werent great but I didnt want to write off an entire salon because of 1 person. Thats like saying youll never return to Starbucks because of 1 employee.) I found this place through a friend who referred me. Their prices are fair, their vibe is chic, and their people are experienced. They make sure youre comfortable and make assurances so your experience is the best. What I love most about them is they are FAST but thorough in their service. Ive never been to a nail salon that takes 15 - 20 minutes for a gel polish change. It normally takes other salons way longer than that. But what makes me a devoted customer is the customer service that they extended towards me tonight. I was at the register in line to pay and realized I had left my wallet in my gym bag (at home). I dreaded having to explain this and felt so embarassed. I dont have Apple Pay or anything like that. So I explained to them the situation and asked if they could take Venmo as an alternative payment. They were kind enough to accept it and although I felt like I inconvenienced them, they brushed it off. Needless to say, Im thankful and will make sure to check my purse before making future appointments!

I asked if they could do a marble design I wanted when I first got in the chair and the woman said yes. After 2 failed attemps she called someone else over to do it who also attempted twice with no luck. At this point I just ask for glitter because Im obviously not getting marble today. At the same time the woman whos doing my pedicure only does 1 coat of glitter so you cant even see it on my feet. When I asked if she could add more glitter she said no because she already put the top coat on and it would be too thick. I was really excited because this place has 5 stars but I am horribly unsatisfied. The fact that I paid more (because they have the highest prices) is icing on the cake. Lesson learned, I wont be back.

Very rushed job, nails ended up super thick and the shape was very square when I had clearly asked for pointy coffin shape. The tech was rushing so much that I ended up with two cuts on my pinky fingers. First and last time I ever go there. Please take your money elsewhere

I went and got SNS done on 12/23. A few days later (12/28), all of the SNS on my nails started falling off. When I went to the salon, the supervisor did not want to re-do the SNS nor give a refund.

Not happy with service. I called ahead and when I got there i still had to wait an hour!!

The best hands down! I have been coming here since 2016! I would commute to work in Alpharetta and would go straight there afterwards. When I relocated with my job twice, I tried my best to make it since I lived on the other side of Duluth. I began to see a different nail salon that was more convenient and went twice and never went back! The salon did not give me what D nails gave me. So I went back to D nails and will be sticking with them, especially since they opened a new location closer to home that still have the same faces! I get so many compliments with my ombré nails that now it’s even better to recommend D nails to my clients with their new location on Pleasant Hill. It was always worth the commute!!!!

New and clean. When I asked the price of a pedicure I was told $25.00. Half way through the pedicure the nail tech asked if I would like any calluses removed. I found that strange. I have never had ANY ONE, giving me a pedicure, ask me that. My entire life a pedicure included callus removal. I generally do not have much in the way of calluses on my feet since I never go bare foot. Well of course I said yes to her question. She proceeds to tell me THAT WILL BE $5.00 EXTRA!! Needless to say it hit me the wrong way. WTF?? When it came to the MESSAGE portion of the pedicure. The nail tech applied a green EXFOLIANT scrub to my legs and feet which was SO ABRASIVE it might as well have been sand paper! As she started to message my legs it literally was painful. Not in the least relaxing. I had to ask her to ease up. It was tolerable on my feet but way too rough for my legs!! I am not exaggerating. It was awful. She offered to remove the green sand from the other leg and use lotion to massage that leg. She did not get all the grit off and applied oil rather than lotion. It was less painful but not relaxing. She washed my legs off. Went to the back and came back with a VERY HOT wet towel and a rock HOT enough to cook meat on. I tolerated the scalding towel but the rock! She started rubbing the bottom of my feet with the @#$! rock. Well lets say I told her I felt like I had been barbecued! She had to hold the rock with a wash cloth. If she couldnt hold it with her bare hand, how is it not too hot for my skin???? So much for having a relaxing experience. Upon leaving I suggested they charged the extra $5.00 for the SANDPAPER scrub, the SCALDING towel and BLAZING hot rock message!!!!! I go to the nail salon to be pampered NOT TORCHURED!! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!

Like the place but my nails was poorly done I came back with no problem they redid my nails but I have the same problem sns should not crack easy as it as been this past week this should last me 3 or 4 weeks it’s barleyBeen two weeks and sns isn’t cheap they have to tighten u. I still gave a tip it wasn’t really appropriated don’t think I’ll be back maybe to have them remove it but I’m scared my nails will be I. Worst shape of cours my nails are paper thin as long as it took me to grow em just that fast D nails messed em up
