I kept telling the lady I wanted gel nails .... she kept insisting to get sns so I get sns right .... the lady said be careful when leaving, I did leave after she allowed me to leave ... mind you she took 2 hours to do my nails ..... this was my first time and my last time... I have gotten sns nails before, but they did not get smudged.... I want my money back .... please look at the pictures to see my end result, do you see how I was left with red powder on my fingers? I live 30 miles 😵, now I have to go back and I hope I get this fixed..... I will update yall

UPDATE: 2021-I have now been going here for 2 yrs and hands down Tracy is everything!! sns nails done in 1hr and no mistakes! If you want a pro call and see her! Amazing girls, great pedicure, awesome customer service. This has been my go to place for 3 years now, and they never disappoint.

I absolutely love this place. It was recommended by a coworker when I was spending nearly $45 - $100 to get my nails done somewhere else. They always charged more as my nails grew and didnt even know how to do everything I wanted. I came here and met Tracy! She is a God send!!! The very first time she did my nails she took her time and they were no less than perfect. She is the only one I will let touch my nails!! She is so sweet!!My nails have grown so much and are healthy. Look at the pics: blue/grey (fill-in was needed), then pink, then green and Im going back today!!

Came here to get a full set gel.Lady who did my nails very rude.I’m not the type to cause a scene but she definitely deserved one.A lady came in and wanted to get a mani pedi I believe, lady who was doing my nails said they were busy and to come tomorrow. She asked if there was another salon near by, lady who did my nails replies “there’s one on every corner”. I replied to be nice, There’s one by the bank, and they’re really good. The woman says thank you and leaves. After she leaves she tells me, “how do you know if they’re good if you’ve never been. This is my first time here keep in mind. The lady doesn’t even know me so I was confused why she even asked me that. I replied I’ve been there matter fact I’m their regular but they were too busy so I came here. She then replied,”if they are so good, maybe you should stay there. As a PAYING customer, I found this very rude and disrespectful. That’s not how you speak to customer, especially if you are a business owner or worker. Will never come back here because of how rude she was, I ended up liking my nails so I did tip her, but she certainly didn’t deserve it after that conversation with her tone.

I came to this place for the first time on Friday because it was closer to my job. By Sunday my nail polish was a different color. I came in and they say it’s my clothes that changed my polish color. I’ve been getting gel polish on my nails since I remember, and this has never happened. She tried to charge me an extra $10 to change my color after I just paid for her service on Friday. Worst experience ever!! I should’ve listened to the other reviews! Will not be coming back & highly recommend not coming here!!

Great prices and friendly staff! I love coming to Tina’s. Tina and her staff are kind and always remember me...even when it’s been some time between visits. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, and most importantly they do an excellent job!

Tinas Nails is a great place to go get a thorough Pedicure. They take their time with each individual and are friendly workers. The business is clean and well ventilated.

I’ve been going to Tina’s for 5 years, and I highly recommend them to anybody. Kasey have been doing my nails forever, and Tracy gives the best pedicures. Tina remembers all of her customers even if you haven’t been in a while, she helps you pick out colors and is super funny. She is awesome!

The quality of my nails are just not good. This was my 1st time going and it will be my last. My nails are bulky, uneven, polish everywhere. Paid $45 dollars to not like them. The color and shape is pretty but the quality of putting on the color and making the shape is horrible

This was my first time visiting the nail salon. I only had to get two Nails repaired. My normal nail salon will do my full set for $17. This lady wanted to charge me $8 for two nails to be replaced. Then she got upset that I did not want a fill in. I just got a fill-in a week ago but only had two Nails broken. The lady was angry and said you dont want to get a full set? Whatever then! i paid the $8 and I told her I did not even want color. I did not like her attitude and did not leave a tip and will not be returning.

I love Tina’s Nails! I have been going there for about 6 years now. They have the best customer service and when I get gel nails it only cost 20 dollars! If you have never been here before I recommend going.

Today was my first time at this nail salon. I’ve been searching for a new salon and I definitely found it! Everyone is extremely nice and they do a wonderful job! I highly recommend trying this nail salon!

Literally did not give me what i wanted. i was waiting for a little more than an hour and was the last to be attended. very unorganized and slow at doing there job. when they’re slow at doing their job they don’t give you what you want but when they’re in a rush it is absolutely trash what they give you. i wanted my nails longer and they simply told me no, that i would have to pay extra or come a week later. i will not be going back to this place ever again. i don’t recommend.

They are HORRIBLE!! They wanted to charge me $50 dollars for gel nails I’ve never paid $50 bucks! So when she said that, she didn’t even have the gel color on yet. I asked her nicely to please remove them and I’ll pay her for that service and I’ll just go somewhere else, she took a regular nail clipper and chopped them off half way left the remainder. As I walked out I responded with “thank you” she screamed “NEVER COME BACK”. The customer service was the worst of the worst. She also said everyone price in the area is the same. Of course that was a lie. I went to “V Nails”it’s literally across the street. They charged me $53, mind you they removed the mess the other salon left, put new nails on my nails, with gel polish, and did my feet. PERFECTLY!! Plus, it’s clean and really upscale. The nail techs are nice and make your comfortable. Even some of the customers in V Nails have tried “Tina’s Nails” and said the customer service is just bad. So don’t waist your energy just go on over to “V Nails” and tell them Lai sent you!! I promise they’ll take good care of you. For a better deal.

My husband and I love this place. The prices are economical and Tina, the owner, is professional, funny and welcoming 😊. All the ladies are wonderful. Ana is the one for pedicures and Tracey is amazing for SNS nails💯💯

Never going here again. She put something on my nails i did it ask for then up the price to $45 when it was supposed to be $30. I had no length on my nails what so ever just gel with a short length. Wasnt a reasonable price for something so simple and something i didnt ask for.

Manicure was very good, but they used the wrong top coat and my nails wont dry. Poor ending. Will likely need them redone.

Beware! Tinas have the worst customer service ever, manicure was terrible/nails were slanted, not to mention their gel polish is not color matching to regular polish...gel mani and pedi were two different shades. They LIE to try to convince you that the colors match until you walk outside and notice the difference, then they still LIE about it in your face. They are bootleg just like all of their other businesses so do not have high expectations from this place. Never again!!!
