Great service! I googled and found them, glad I did! Tee greeted when I first walked in, customer service on point! Ann did a full set acrylic w/mood gel polish med coffin plus take off.... Very reasonable prices!!😎 I was happy leaving there with the service provided,very friendly people I would definitely go back!

This place is not fancy and upscale, BUT it didnt matter to me because I was looking for a good job and I got and EXCELLENT pedicure! Too bad there is no more STARS for me to add. I got there and the lady went to work. She talked with her coworkers, but stayed focus as she kept doing her craft and checking that I was okay. The end results...is me here bragging about an OUTSTANDING job. My feet look and feel AMAZING!

The worst place for manicure, they do not complete the service. Messy, dirty place and manicurists get upset when you ask them for something. They speak their language and make fun of customers. I do not recommend it at all, I lost my money. Worst

Made an appointment today (I believe there app only due to covid 19th). In my opinion (I own a commercial cleaning business) I think they are taking all the appropriate measures to keep there customers safe. Anyway, fast forward. I had the best pedicure I’ve EVER HAD. So relaxing, was massaged properly. Literally removed all the dead skin off my foot. Did my toes exactly like I wanted them. I got white tips on my toes with a overlay on my big toe (I like it to be really square) it was 35 for all so I feel it was pretty fair. I’m going to make this my new nail home. There was 2 ladies in there, they both where so so sweet. I’ve tried several nail salons since moving to Georgia & only two have been so welcoming and made it feel like home. Thank you for the great experience!

This place is great. My nail Tech Ana always do me good. People who complain about the additional prices like 5$ length, and shape are just cheap and broke! Put some respect on nail artists because they take their time for good quality! If you can’t appreciate that then go somewhere else where they won’t care about your nails. Anyways, Anna always blessed my nails, she takes her time and the results always comes out beautiful. Make sure to make an appointment with her!

Nail tech matched what I wanted and what she could do to the best of her ability but the nails started falling off two days later. Went and let them fix it because they refused to give me my money back and two days later, another nail came off. They will never get my money again.

If I could give no stars that exactly what this place will get. Very horrible customer services. I told the lady that she should give better customer services and she told me whatever. I can’t believe I was treated like that. Not to mention did a horrible job on my nails.

Judy was my nail tech, and she was good. I was never there over 30 mins. She no longer works there. Julie is another tech that does a good job, and she is friendly. She is there part-time so she may or may not be there.

Atmosphere and it is not a daycare but when I entered on today I thought it was!!!More talking to each other, the child who was running around and no priority shown to customers.This is my first visit and will most likely be my last.

Will never go back! Extremely slow service. Nail tech kept stopping my service to service others! I spent nearly 3 hours getting a basic pedicure and full set which usually takes a little over an hour. All for my nails to come out sloppy even after having the nail tech fix multiple mistakes. Very disappointed all around.

I moved recently to this area and I was trying to find a good at nail salon close by, but I dont understand how anyone comes here. They do a horrible job and have to redo things constantly. Then, there is no nail polish selection and it seems like the nail polishes they have are so old. They dont massage your hands when you get a manicure (I didnt even get a basic manicure, I paid a lot more). I am going to make the extra drive to my original location because they are wayyyyyyy better. Please save your money and find somewhere else to go, like Nail Doctor.. .they are amazing!!!P.S. not only did they mess up my nails.. they also messed up 2 other people who went there as well. Thats a lot of mess ups.And by the way I just did some research, because I have never gotten more than just a simple manicure... but they ripped me off!!!!!! I paid for gel nails and she said she was giving me a gel nails but with a powder. It seems odd because you would think that gel means a liquid not a powder, but she is the professional right?!?? NOT!!!! They gave me acrylic, and I specifically said I dont want acrylic (I never have ad a acrylic and you would think I knew, but I was trusting my tech)... NEVER AGAIN WOULD I COME HERE OR RECOMMEND IT!!

I went in for a manicure yesterday, and the technician was far too heavy-handed with the cuticle clippers. I have three very sore fingers today because she clipped too much skin on the sides of my nails. My nails look fine, but its not worth the soreness.

I just tried this place for the first time. The massage chair was hardly working, there is extra polish on the sides of my toes, some of the nails dont have polish along the sides, she didnt do anything with my cuticles, didnt clean under my toes and I have rough places on my feet where her light attempt to work them off didnt do anything. I wont be back.

Worst place ever! They are very messy with their work and all they do is talk bad about their customer in their language! Learn some Korean.. I would not recommend this place whatsoever. It’s filthy and unorganized

This place is disgusting and doesn’t even look clean.When i first walked in I hesitated to get my nails done but she said $20 for acrylic so i said that’s a good deal. The transgender lady had an attitude, and when i asked for the shape square she tried to say $5 more ?? And i was with my mother who was waiting 10 mins to get her pedicure started when no one was even in there. THEY USE DIRTY SUPPLIES, AND THE GLUE IS NOT A GOOD BRAND. NOTHING IS SANITIZE.. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDED! Every salon i’ve been to charges you for coffin or exotic shapes NEVER REAL SQUARE. If i could i wouldn’t give ANY stars. Don’t go over there ! the tranny guy/girl caught an attitude so i said take the nails off i’m okay, then he/she tried to tell me to pay $5 for removing . 😂😂 they’re so broke and built down she called the cops over $5. The energy is so weird in the store and no one speaks english but the rude tranny!

Bad lighting and long wait times..another family left before us..went there about a year ago and it wasnt this bad..I will be on the lookout for a more quality nail tech in the Duluth area or go to a Celeb nail tech for now on..

As soon as you walk in you can tell this place is bad! There was moths in our face and ants on our feet! Not to mention all of my nails were different sizes!!!! I asked for thin nails and they came out super chunky even after I told her twice to file them more. Not worth your money..stay away!

Horrible. I got an infection from this place without even getting a full manicure. I only got a polish change on my toes and gel polish on my nails. Not even a week after, the infection showed up. Not clean inside, poor atmosphere/customer service.

Im currently at this location & i said can u guys do my nails n feet at the same time .. She looked at me n said can u pay now .. I said yall aint even touch my nails yet . no. The lady who suppose to start my nails.. Start doing somebody else after me .. So im like whats goin on. She says oh somebody else will do it.. So im like wow ... Ya something isnt right. Just do my pedi. I dnt want no polish.. This is a waste of time n money... Oh im black btw.. Sad ass place..

I recently started going here. I have been going every other week for the last 2 months. At first the service was ok. The lady who sits closest to the front takes such good care of my nails. I went today and brought my bestfriend because I had been bragging on how I liked this place. MISTAKE! She told me about 30 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes I was still waiting. I also asked the lady if she would be the one doing my nails since I like the way she does them and she informed she would do my nails after she did another customers eyebrows. 20 more minutes go by and she places me with another lady. I see theyre busy and tired after waiting so long I just sit with the lady in the back. She starts my nails(only getting gel polish) and gets to a nail that was uneven and ask do I want her to cut it or put some acrylic on it. I tell her acrylic for which by now Im used to the other lady doing the same thing when one of my real nails are damaged. Shes extra rough and very rude while doing my service. When we finish she tells me that my service is $8 more than what I usually pay. I inquire why and she tells me because she used acrylic on a damaged nail. I advised her I been getting the same exact thing done with the owner and she does not charge this much. She starts speaking their language and the lady who usually does my nails tells me its more because she does them different than her. What! They over charged me for a service I have gotten for the last 2 months. I was livid! Then on top of that I get home and two nails are super crooked. 😩 Spend your money else where this nail salon WILL try to find any reason to upcharge you! Very dissapointed with the customer service here as well as the additional $8 she charged me for gel polish. No manicure with the color just gel polish and I paid close to $30. I take partial responsibility because my nails are not ever perfect but I appreciated the lady who was doing my nails so I never complained. I am so done with this place! My bestfriend was dissapointed with her service as well unfortunately. I feel horrible for recommended this place to her.
