Literally the worst nail salon Ive ever been to. They are anything but Luxury. My daughter wanted polka dot nails and they couldnt even do that. I asked three times if they could do 3D flowers... She said they could. I sat down she removed my current gel designs and asked what I wanted...I tell her and she says oh we cant do that! The fill I got was the worst fill... It was over my cuticles even as the finished product. I stopped her after she finished shaping because it was horrible. She actually sealed my nails with shellac but thats another complaint. This place is anything but Luxury. Highly disappointed. Didnt tip her even a dollar. The pictures shown are thefinished product🙄

Left with my hands covered in acrylic and my feet were barely buffed. It was very chaotic, they tried to service too many clients at one time instead of turning people away to focus on giving the clients they had a good experience. Their website has a listed coupon and when I presented it they told me I couldn’t use it because it wasn’t my birthday.

I got a gel mani-pedi. Both were SO MESSY. The lady doing my hands didn’t care when the gel got on my skin and started burning when it was curing. I honestly won’t be coming back, really disappointed. Paid $80 for both services. Came with a friend, her manicure was also pretty bad. 10%off from their website only works on certain days of the week. They should add that on the coupon.

Employees were nice but the employee who did my pedicure scrubbed the back of my foot so hard it was bleeding. He left sores above my heel - where feet dont need to be filed in the first place. I told them and asked for a band-aid but they didnt offer to give me a discount. I go to get a pedicure to get a little bit of pampering - not to be left with bleeding feet! I wont be going back to this place.

I came to get my nails done and the set turned out pretty but the experience was concerning. The technician was rough on my hands and after I got home noticed skin that is peeling around the nail beds and red. It was alarming during my service though that none of the instruments were being soaked in alcohol for sanitary reasons or new and taken out of the plastics. She pulled out an old Altoid tin with where she was storing her files. It was gross and old and she had been using it consistently on other clients. I was half way in and felt uneasy. I should have said something. At the end of my service the price tag was a little shocking. I got a fill done and their price was double for which I pay at the spot I always go around the corner. I was shocked that they are even in business with how unsanitary their procedures are.

Half of my nails are what I asked for. My other hand they did a completely different color and it was sparkly which I did not ask for. The lady was really pushy about wanting to put sparkles when I politely kept saying no. She did 3 different colors when I only asked for an ombré of 2 colors. The lady didn’t seem to know how to do the ombré correctly. It looks like it’s clearly stacked colors. The color is also lopsided and not even. It was a total waste of my money for what I wanted, but did not get. I don’t recommend this place. DO NOT waste your time and money on this place.

I thought this salon was great. Very attentive to my needs and my daughters. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Coming back!

Super impressed! We went to get my daughter acrylics nails that turned out beautiful and then came back for pedicures a couple days later. Both were amazing!

I should have read all the reviews for this place, I have super sensitive hands and skin.. they cut almost all of my nails and made them bleed, she never even apologized when she could see it was hurting… my nails were bumpy and Bubbles in my nail paint.. she was super rough with my hands… I’m honestly extremely upset with the service, I made an apt and ended up waiting for 30+ minutes for someone to help me, and then when I finally sat down she kept stopping in the middle of it to go answer the phone or to talk to other workers/customers definitely won’t be coming back or recommend anyone coming here.

We scheduled an appt online 3 hrs in advance. They had 3 techs waiting to work when we walked in. It was clean, and up to covid standards. My fiance got a deluxe pedicure. I got a mani/pedi. They wasted no time and all did an amazing job. Both of our hot stone massages/wax dips were HEAVENLY.Thanks ladies:) You have 2 new regulars!

Me, my sister and mother all went and got pedicures together. Me and my mother got the deluxe pedicures which is $49 each starting. Figured it was worth if, if they were any good. Huge mistake. They were completely understaffed, 2 people working on 5 people at one time. So it took much longer than it needed. They werent kind, hardly talked to us at all. The one that did my leg massage was putting so much pressure I was literally wincing. But once I spoke up she did ease up. They seemed to do a good job cleaning them, and the painting was okay. I even tipped $20 because I thought atleast they did thier jobs and it wasnt some terrible place. But we all agreed we would never go their again just based on their lack of kindness and the price wasnt really worth what we got. Then shortly after leaving I started noticing some sensitivity to my left big toe. Figured it was just a nick or something that wouldnt be a big deal. Maybe something from the cuticle cutters. It wasnt until about an hour later that I started getting worried because it was only getting more uncomfortable. I believe they clipped both edges of my toe nail in a way that is now digging into the skin around it. I hope this doesnt become an ingrown toe nail issue. Ive never had one and I never thought professionals would be the ones to cause it. But at this point I cant even walk on my toe it is in so much pain. It throbs on both corners of the nail like its digging into my skin. I dont know why they cut it the way they did. It seems careless and unprofessional to say the least. I would never go back and do not recommend this place!!

The ladies did a team building pedicure after work today and all five of us were happy with our toes! Not sure why their reviews are so low because they were all very sweet and did great. Definitely give them a try :-)

I’d give it zero stars if I could. They are sloppy and careless. This place is awful.

I only gave them 1 star because the pedicures were nice. We were rushed our entire visit. Each time we asked for a nail to be filed it wasnt done or we were given attitude. I kept asking for something to be fixed and they never fixed it. They kept trying to push what they thought was best, even though we politely kept saying what we prefer. Overall couldnt handle the nail designs we asked for originally and then when we had to settle the settle design was also lacking in quality. Id never pay for anything more than basic nails here. Its bad business to give your customers attitude when they are expressing they want what they are paying for. They just didnt want to do our designs.

They have great COVID protocols, salon is clean and pleasant, and employees are nice. If a specific person does my pedicure it only lasts 2 weeks before chipping, but everyone else does an incredible job!

THE LADY DOING MINE WAS OLDER AND SHE KEPT INTENIONALLY CUTTING ME!!!! SHE WAS TOLD SEVERAL TIME THAT HURT AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS ITS HORRIBLE

I’ve gone here for years and now I won’t anymore. They make appointments and then make you still wait an hour. No apologies. Disappointing they treat customers so poorly.

I went there yesterday to get a pedicure all excited my feet really needed it! I had a coupon for 10% off that they text me it said in the text message we haven’t seen you in a while use this coupon on your next visit expires on March 5th didn’t say anything about limitations or on certain days nothing. The lady was so rude started yelling at me you can only use this on certain days you can’t use this today and was irritated by coupon.She finally let me use the coupon but was still mad about it they act like 10% is so much and they are going to loose much money off one lousy coupon I spent a lot of money getting a pedicure which that is what I chose but that is the last time I go there last time I got my nails done they only lasted a week they popped off I will be finding a new place. Not happy at all ☹️

Okay.thus is the salon in draper... here is another average salon that does my nails o average and then tells me how wonderful they look not once did the lady listen to what I wanted when I ask her to do something specific she argued with me she told me that she knows what I needed when can I find a salon that actually listens to what I want i?!m not an average person I dont want an average nails...ok 2 days later..4 nails were off🤦‍♀️

I decided I needed to write a good review because I love it here. I can only speak for the girl I use... her name is Julie and I highly recommend her. I use to go to here when she worked in Provo and has never given me a reason to complain. Shes fast and efficient which is what I want since I go over on my lunch hour. People always post the bad and forget to post the good so hopefully this will promote good reviews!!!

They have some bad reviews but I still want to give them a try and it turns out really nice result. I like the tach that did my nails. She is so professional. Totally recommend this place

Loved!! I broke a nail and needed to get it fixed short noticed and they squeezed me in, they are perfect and they were so sweet to me and my little sister!

I came in for a full acrylic set. I specifically asked for a holographic design and even gave them an example of what I wanted. They cut them much longer than I asked, the design is nowhere near what I had asked for, the job was sloppy, and they charged me an extra $10 than what they had posted on their website. Come here if you’re looking for a simple job. Go somewhere else if you have something specific in mind.

Great nail salon!! All of the nail technicians are super nice and great to work with. Julie is amazing and fast. I highly recommend luxury nails.

They charged me 80 dollars for a simpleMani pedi with gel. No designs. They were cold at checkout. All I got was matte black nails and I had to go home and take paint off my skin.. and my toenails were uneven. My technician was kind, but she didn’t do a good job. I would never go again. I do believe I saw other techs doing better jobs, and more talent. I’m not sure, and not interested in going back to figure it out. Horrible experience.

I went and had a gel manicure this past Friday. It was quite rushed, but I overlooked that because at the end my nails turned out looking nice (although the manicurist did cut one of my cuticles in her rushing). However, on Tuesday of this week, only 4 days after having my nails done, three of them started to peel up and eventually chip. This should not be happening with a gel manicure that is meant to last 10-14 days. I think this place used cheap and/or old/expired polish. I went in and asked to speak with a manager and was told she wasnt there. They took my information for her to call me. I didnt receive a call, so I called myself the next day and was told she is still not in. Save your money and your time. Dont bother with this place.

I asked for a mani & pedi. When getting my pedicure, I asked the man to avoid my new tattoo on my leg. While massaging my legs to the point they were so red from hurting, he put a scented scrub on it and scented lotion. (those of you that have healing tattoos know that’s really bad for your tattoo) I then got an acrylic set. The lady cut two different fingers with the nail grinder (both bled) & the design I asked for was not what I got. After my friend and I discussed with them their mistakes, they didn’t even try to compensate for it.Overall very awful experience, I will not come back. Not worth $100 at all. Very poor customer service.

I would rate them lower if possible. It’s consistently a horrible experience from service levels, to hidden costs, to the point of being forgotten they even have a customer waiting. This last pedicure experience will be my last with them. The pedicure was fast, careless, and I was left with two coats of paint on only half of my nails. I will not be wasting my money here anymore.

This place is the BEST! Lynn and Julie are incredible. I am so glad I found them after they left their last place!

Good atmosphere

The lady did not honor the pricing online be careful. Then acted like she didnt know what I was saying when I asked about it. She then stabbed my in the end of my big toe during my pedicure with the pick and then laughed when I said ouch. Then she kept messing with the bag in the tub and she pulled it out of the suction drain and it flipped up and my pants got soaked. I will never come here again it was bad.

I was told a wait time and ultimately ended up waiting twice as long as I was told. I went in for a white tip fill and got the worst fill I have had in 15 years of having my nails done.

They didn’t get our stuff right

So slow. Like painfully slow. Cut my nails very short despite a Only wanting a trim and cut my toenails at an angles and so so short. Hopefully it doesn’t cause ingrown toenails. Gel nail polish is HORRIBLE. Gaps, on my skin. To add to just terrible service there was some weird drama going on. One of the girls just suddenly burst into tears and was in and out of the back room. She’d come out and sob and hang all over customers. It was all so strange. We will never go back.

They do a great job on your feet with trimming toe nails and buffing out calluses and making your feet really smooth and soft 😊👍

I called into the salon to see if they had time to do shellac, no Mani cause I was in a hurry. they told me that they had time and to come in. I got there in about 5-10 minutes and when I walked in I mentioned that I had just called & they looked at me like I was stupid. they told me to sit down & wait. so I did. I sat a good 30 minutes & watched 2 employees sit on their phone. I told one of the girls that i had some things to do in the area and maybe Id stop by later. she told me if I stayed they could start now & it would be quick. i sat down to pick a color and maybe 10 minutes later she came and took my existing polish off. when she filed & buffed my nails she was being so rough! she walked a away for a good 5 min before she put a base coat on and walked away with me under the light. nearly 10 minutes later she cane back and told her I was in a hurry. she put my color coat on between finishing a pedicure. the lady in the chair mentioned she had an infection on her foot & she was not wearing gloves or washing her hands after touching her and coming back me to me. she messed my thumb nail & i asked her to fix it and she said the top coat would smooth it out. didnt. charged me 5 more dollars then they originally said. I didnt tip because I was unhappy and she asked me no tip? and I thanked them and left. call me crazy- terrible experience. I have worked in a salon the past ³ year and have been in hundreds in my life & have never been so displeased!

The ladies here were so nice and unfortunately with wearing sandals you get dry feet and I give it to these ladies for leaving my feet silly smooth right after. The gel and polish stayed on for more than a month and it was nice. Enjoyed this place.

I love this place and have been going to them and ONLY them since they opened. Very clean. The owners and all employees are very nice and friendly. The prices are great. Mimi does a WICKED eyebrow wax! The massage chairs are heavenly.

Sent my teen daughter in to get her nails done and she came out after in tears. They cut my daughters foot. They refused to do the nail color my daughter asked for. They made my teenage daughter pay a surcharge to use a gift certificate and to pay a tip before they finished her nails. My daughters nails were sloppily painted. When my wife went in after the manager refused to refund our money. The only positive is that this experience became a life lesson for my daughter about how some businesses are unprofessional and dont deserve our business.

I wouldnt waste your money going here. They rush through everything. One time we went here and they charged me $30 and after I left the owner came running out saying they didnt charge me enough and made me go back in and charged me an extra $10. We have given this place multiple chances to change our mind on how they run their business and every single time they do something that disappoints us. Wether its your pedicure water being cold the entire time, employing young girls who dont know how to give pedicures yet, having your nail tech laugh uncontrollably the entire time she does your nails and not tell you why. I will never go back here.

Wish I could give a lower rating. I cannot believe how poorly I was treated at this nail salon. Worst service I have EVER had! I came in for a manicure and asked for suggestions of a nude nail color. No one could understand what I was asking and the man doing my nails decided to walk away and leave me there because he was bothered that I was asking him questions about the colors I had to choose and he could not understand me. I sat in the chair 20 minutes until he finally came back and began my manicure. I was appalled by the service and could not believe how unprofessional they acted. I got a gel polish applied and on day 2 it started peeling off. It was painted so poorly and the lines were so sloppy. DO NOT waste your time or money on this place. They should be put out of business.

I came in with my friend to get a pedicure today. Being a first time mom and a full time worker, Im constantly on the run. I was so excited to finally get out and treat myself. We rushed to get there with an hour till close time. I immediately felt bad as Ive also been in Customer Care for the last 10+ years and have been stuck there after hours due to late customers. As soon as we walked in, the youngest worker was immediately annoyed and made it obvious she was not happy we were there. The whole time we got our pedicure, we even felt uncomfortable to talk to each other since the tension was obvious. It immediately angered me since the whole point was to relax! I have been going here for years. It is clean and sanitary. I am extremely picky with the lenth, thickness, and shape of my nails and Kathy does them best. I drive 20 minutes for her expertise! I have been to so many nail salons over the years. This salon is kind and always listens so you get the best experience possible. Thank you!

Ive been coming to this place for the last 5 years for pedis and never had a bad experience. I have taken many friends to it and they all have had great experiences. There was only one time that the girl didnt cut the cuticle all the way, I think she was new or nervous. I mean I would be nervous too, trying not to cut too deep. I give it four stars because theres always room for improvement. But overall, I keep coming back to this place every time, because they do a great job.

I have been to a number of nail places, and have never had my nails done as well as I have them done here. My nails look perfect, and were done in a very timely manner. I love this nail salon, and dont want to go anywhere else.

Ive never written a google review before but my experience here is one I dont want others to have. I went in with my 3 year old daughter, she just wanted her nails painted and I wanted acrylic nails with paint over the top. My nail tech was a man and there was a basketball game on and the entire time he was doing my nails he was turning around to watch the game.....every one of my nails was uneven and crooked. The acrylic was thick but I though hed file it down before the paint job. He ended up leaving it and I stupidly didnt say anything. He told me to wash my hands so I did, and when I came back he didnt dry them or anything and just started painting (still paying half attention due to the big game in the background). The paint job was very uneven and sloppy, some nails had streaks, some others had bare spots. I took a good look at them when he was done and there was curling plastic from the nail tips that he hadnt filed off, the acrylic was so thick that my nails looked like little tiny bars of soap. Some nails were narrow at the tip, some were wide. He saw in my face that I was not happy and he said, I can remove them and then you can just leave. I said okay.....he then removed the paint layer and said, you can just leave. I said, I need these removed so they dont completely ruin my nails, he was bugged and said in 23 years Ive never had a complaint and again suggested that I leave. I asked him to soak my nails off, he did but was bugged the whole time. When I left they only made me pay for my daughters nail painting, over the phone they said it would be $5 but charged me $10 for it. I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 because the lady that did my daughters nails was very sweet. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

I have had acrylics for YEARS! Been to this salon a few times. This last time I went in my nails kept breaking off(again) come to find out on one of my nails that there is FUNGUS! So gross and not humane. Please do not go here unless you want nasty bacteria growing on your body.

The white was uneven and you could see right through it in some spots! She didnt file all parts of the nails and left pieces hanging. She missed the end of the tips completely, but painted the white on my fingers in several spots. The whole thing was terrible!! Then she had the audacity to charge me twice what I normally pay for this service plus a 5$ fee for using a card!! I couldnt believe it! Ill NEVER go there again, and Ill make sure to spread the word about my experience! Awful!!

I never write reviews ever but I cant stay silent with this place!! I have been a lot of places to get my nails done and have NEVER had this horrible of an experience. First off me and my friend waited 20 minutes to be seated and then they werent going to seat us together even though there was a spot they could have sat us together they just didnt want to clean out those tubs. While getting our pedicures and manicures they asked my friend if she wanted her eyebrows waxed and told her they looked bad which made me pretty mad luckily my friend wasnt too offended and able to laugh it off. Then when I showed the lady my colors she said I had no choice but to do gel and then proceeded to do the gel which I was under the impression would be maybe $5-$10 more but no when we went to check out my nails somehow became $55 dollars. Yes you read that right just gel paint $55 no artificial nails or anything. On top of all that the job they did wasnt even good quality. There is parts that arnt evenly painted, chips, and on my friends they only did one coat so you could see her natural nails through the paint which she got a teal color so that shouldnt have been the case. When they were doing my friends nails she was done with her pedicure but they kept her in the pedicure chair even though there was plenty of open tables and the place had really cleared out. Save your time and money worst place ever!!

Horrible pedicure experience left with toes bleeding and very rough feet

I was nervous coming in seeing the not so great reviews, but I had a gift certificate and came in anyway. I walked in with no appointment and got in right away. I was charged $5 extra for gel polish removal, and I was OK with that. She asked if I wanted shellac, I said no, and that was it. Pedicure went as expected, I did not feel disrespected, and Id like to let everyone know that I had no problems :) I paid $40, including gift certificate and tip. I would come back again!

I have been going here for years, and I have always left really happy until recently. the lady that did my pedicure cut a large chunk of my skin off and now it is infected. and she would constantly turn around and watch tv while doing my pedicure. it was not good service at all and i’m really disappointed.

I feel bad writing a negative review for this place because the employees are very nice and talented, but they ALWAYS cut me and make me bleed when I get a pedicure! Ive gotten at least 10 pedicures here and without fail I wind up bleeding and in pain. I got a pedicure yesterday (against my better judgment) and sure enough she cut me really bad. This morning my toe was swollen, throbbing and infected so I felt like I needed to put this review out there. I dont think this place is very sanitary either. And obviously if I have a nail infection that proves its not clean. I like these guys but will not be going back because this is a serious problem.

I really liked this place and came here all of the time, I even told all of my friends to go here because its the best. However I recently came here for my wedding nails. Upon checking out I got a bill for 80.00! Now keep in mind I only got shellac on my nails, french mani/pedi and a sparkly line on them. No eyebrows or anything else. When I asked them to break it down for me and said I come here all the time they just starting shouting things out and couldnt show me how it got so expensive. I never paid that much and I feel like because I told them it was my wedding that they gauged me for everything they could. These girls were new and werent the regular people I see, but because they took advantage I will never go back again.I called the manager and asked her why the price was so high and she said its not their job to tell us how much it is or if a sparkly line will be extra. WOW. Way to make a faithful customer never return!

Hated it is an understatement. It was dreadful. Having been here before, Ive never had a bad experience until last night. I took my sister in law here for her birthday and treated ourselves to a mani (me) and a mani/pedi (her). After we walked in, a group of girls walked in for their appointment which is fine, I get it. Although, it took a ridiculous amount of time to get seated, we were within the hour of closing so we couldnt really go anywhere else. So we waited, waited a good 45 minutes before anything was actually done to us. A girl that helped me was probably no older than 19 and a total joke. Her attitude was terrible, she couldnt care less that we had waited for so long, she was so quick with painting my nails that none of the edges were cleaned. I had paint on my skin and the polish was not thorough on my nails. I hardly ever get my nails done unless I feel like treating myself, which I feel like what these places should feel like, being pampered. She had asked for my card before she started painting my nails which was a bad idea on my part given the chop shop job she did on me. I paid for mine but refrained for paying for my sisters until her job was done. Hers came out perfect and she loved her experience which all that mattered but for me, I was ticked since the total came out to $55 total. I decided to bite my tongue at first and shake off the experience and focus the spot light on my sister. After my nails were dried, my lady put cuticle oil on my fingertips but it was so heavily done, I could oil a pan with my fingertips. She insisted that it would rub in so I bit my tongue again. When we got in the car after everything was said and done, I could NOT rub in this dang oil. It was so much that made everything oily and greasy. I then had enough and walked back in and explained my not so pampered experience with two of the older women in there. I was shaking so bad because I have never complained about service in my life. They then began to call for the girl who did mine, and they didnt want to talk to me. So my lady walked out and with an eye roll said whats wrong., obviously couldnt care less about what I was upset about. I tried to keep my cool until I just lost in when she started smirking at me and being incredibly sarcastic about wanting to fix it. Which just couldnt be fixed... I shouldnt have to come BACK in and have my nails done right. I demanded a refund because I didnt feel like the service I got was a service, it was more of a chore. She snapped and said I wasnt getting a refund but shed fix the problem. I refused because her negative attitude made me feel so uncomfortable. I will never go back and if you ever get this girl again, ( no older than 19, short, skinny ). Wait for another person to help you because it is NOT worth your money. She was TERRIBLE.

Dont bother making an appointment they will just come in and have you wait 45 minutes to even start your nails...

I’m a very picky person, and they where able to get exactly what I wanted!!

Poor service! Disrespect owners and employees. I walked in to have a manicure and pedicure, the place was empty, someone who seems to be the owner asked me what I needed in a very loud and award way, during and after the job my nails hurt and feet have a redness very bad. I believe that place will close soon if they dont change the admin and the employees.
