I moved here a year ago and have been afraid to get a pedicure because I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past. I’m happy to report that US nails is awesome! My technician (Le) did a fantastic job, took her time and was extremely kind and professional. I will be coming back!

They did an okay job. Couldnt do any of the simple designs that I asked about. The nail tech asked a few other people and they all said they couldnt do a simple turtle. Ended up leaving with a single gel color for $20 so it wasnt bad but I expected them to be able to do a simple design.

Exactly what i wanted! Tiffany did such a good job. Highly recommend!!!

I almost don’t want to leave this review because I don’t want it to be hard to get an appointment, but Tiffany killed it. It was my first time getting anything other than a regular gel color. I wanted butterflies. And she was so good she fit 2 on my middle finger. She made my nails look so natural and she did a great ombré. This is the third place I’ve tried since moving here in September and it’s definitely the best!!

Always love coming to see Linda. Its the best 1 1/2 hours of relax time for me getting my pedicure.

Just had my nails done by Le at US Nail. She did an amazing job!! She is extremely thorough ensuring she leaves your nails perfectly done. She is very kind and checks in asking if the nails are done to my liking. Of course! She did great! I will be returning to see her. I have my new nail salon! Thank you Le!

These guys are amazing!!!! I brought in a big cooperate group of 12 of us and they had the staff and amazing customer service to do our pedicures. Their overall environment of the spa was amazing. I walked in and they were so accommodating. Tiffany did an amazing job! I had an overlay with gel on top. A couple weeks ago I went to another salon and I felt like they destroyed my fingers when doing the overlay. Tiffany was very gentle and did an excellent job. They were all so friendly and very sincere! Im definitely going to be coming back! Thank you so much again.

Way sick, love talking to the employees and hearing their tales of life. The massage chairs are no joke, the remotes are a little hanky, but the chair knows what its doing.

I was so excited for my manicure at first, I got a full acrylic gel set, I was expecting them to last for a while but in a week of having the nails, five of them have already come off from doing regular chores around the house. The quality is not good, especially for the price, wouldn’t visit again.

I absolutely love this place and definitely will be a regular here! Everyone is so kind and the salon is clean and comfortable. They also have every color you can imagine for your nails and so many different styles and designs! Everyone is great but I always as for Tiffany! She has personally been the best for my taste!

I live in CALIFORNIA and always stop here for a mani/pedi with Timmy when in SLC.He does the best job. He was on vacation my last visit and his sister Tina is a great stand in.

Went in for a gel pedicure and was pleasantly surprised. They do all the works, scrub, cuticles, massage etc. Compared to glamour gels where I went last time who literally just painted my nails...Definitely would go again!

My sister and I had the worst experience ever. They were yelling at my sister for wanting designs that she was told weren’t extra but then said they were. When I said I wanted to go when my sister paid and left they stopped actually doing my nails and did a horrible job. I wish I could give no stars. They were so bad and rude and even were yelling to other customers about how we were horrible?I do not recommend at all.

This is one of my favorite places! Not only are they always so nice and accommodating I get exactly what I asked for. My gel polish lasts 2-3 weeks and look amazing! 💅 🧡

Very happy with their speed and friendliness! Three of us had made appointments across the street only to arrive and have them tell us to wait behind several other customers so we chose to leave and come here where they graciously seated all 3 of us immediately! Will definitely come back in the future and was very pleased with the pricing.

Not sure my nails will recover. Sanded down to nothing. Pulled my hand away because it started hurting. Left blood blisters on a few of my fingers. Lady was also very rude! Never going back, ever.

Competitive pricing, clean shop and kind staff. We really enjoyed ourselves. They take walk ins as well. I highly recommend this location!

I’ve been getting pedicures at US Nails for about a year. I usually have a favorite tech but honestly they are all great! Everyone is very consistent with the thoroughness of the pedicure. I feel like I get my monies worth and depending on which pedicure I get they take their time. I’m a future long time customer!

I got my nails done here and got an acrylic set. They did not glue on the tip right so my acrylic nails are popping up and off. They are not attached to my nails at all, and I was in there for a total of two hours which I usually get my nails done within 45mins-1 hour. For being charged $55 dollars for this full set it was not worth it, I could’ve bought a kit at Sally’s and had the same quality. I haven’t even had my nails for a week.

Kevin did an amazing job. He fixed my nails that were a complete mess! I’m very happy with the service, very nice people. Friendly, fast & efficient!

They got me in for a fill and color change without an appointment because I was there at 11 AM when they opened on a Sunday morning. I couldnt believe how many people they were shuffling around for the next hour while I was getting my acrylics filled. SUPER BUSY! Kevin left a lot of my old color on and just tried to go over it with the new colors and did it so poorly on the sides I can still see the old color. From the top they look really nice but if you are picky you will not be happy. I asked for them to be the same shape as the ones I came in with and no luck, I pointed that out and he said he would file again and never came back to it. When he was acting so busy seating people and answering phone calls while he did mine I sadly excepted my fate and just prayed they would look descent enough to not have to soak off before I went back to the salon across the street to get them filled correctly. Do my nails look horrible? No. Would I be proud sending one of my customers out the door with uneven acrylic and not taken to the edges? No. Should I have spoken up louder and and made him make them semi perfect? Maybe. I would just guess that doing things correct with out begging them would be standard! They are quantity over quality.

Wish I could give it negative stars. Horrible experience. Terrible customer service. I walked in and showed them a picture of what I wanted for a full set with a design. In the picture there were different colors on some nails. He told me we could do it and I asked if it cost more and he told me no. Then half way through he’s talking to someone else and they said it will cost $10 more to get the design. I was frustrated because I wasn’t told that but I said ok and continued. Then 2 min later they said it would cost more for the different colors on different nails. I told them I wanted to be done because it’s not fair to tell me that after I’ve already started when I asked if it would cost more and they said no. Then the main lady starts talking extremely disrespectfully to me and being so rude. I tell her I’d like to leave because I’m not going to sit there with her talking to me like that. I stand up to pay for the parts I have already done and she’s sitting across the room telling people around her how I’m the rude one. I will never be coming back. Terrible place to get your nails done. Never go here.

My cuticles were horrible and I decided at night I couldn’t go another day with them looking so bad! 🤣 I went to US Nails in Draper because they were open and where I usually go was closed. They said they would take me even though they were currently working on 7 people. It was 7:30 pm and they close at 8. The lady started working on my nails about 7:40--cleaned up my cuticles and while my hands were wrapped in hot towels with lotion, she unexpectedly massaged my shoulders and upper back--it was delightful. Then put on 3 coats of clear polish, oil for my cuticles and took my hands, looked in my eyes and said Its okay when I apologized for keeping her late. Such a cute older lady! Cost: $15!! I tipped $10 and am happy for my cuticles to no longer be growing down on my nails!

Worst pedicure ever! I made an appointment to get a pedicure to ensure that I wouldn’t have to wait too long. I ended up waiting 40 minutes and the water was cold when he started on my toes. The guy wasn’t even watching what he was doing and did a terrible job. This place is clearly quantity over quality and I highly recommend staying away!

They did a great job with my pedicure and manicure! Super friendly staff! I’ll ask for Kevin again next time because he did such a great job and was great to talk to!!

My friend and I went in to get gel pedicures. Why tell us to choose our color when they are going to put on different colors than what we chose (we didn’t have the same color either so they messed up on 2 separate colors) if they didn’t have the colors they could have told us and we would have chosen something else. My friend nicely told them she wanted it darker and the main guy from front desk ran over and said no it will turn darker?? They sprayed it with who knows what and said that will make it darker.. it didn’t make a difference. We were so confused. My toe is also messed up and didn’t realize it til I got home. Will not be coming here again. Seemed like a great place, lady doing my pedicure was very friendly but overall I was very disappointed.

There was a slight language barrier, but their service was great! My feet and toes have never looked and felt better! They are also very clean and sanitary with the tools that they use which is a major plus! I would recommend coming here!

The lady that worked on my terrible looking clubs for feet were awesome and were incredibly nice. My legs, despite my hair, are so soft, they feel like youre reaching inside a bag of puppies.

Fabulas! I go here too often. I go probably 3 times a month, for a pedicure, manicure and facial wax. Kevin is who I go to for my manicures. He is amazing! Especially for full sets. I feel like Im part of their family and feel welcomed every time I go there. They actually care about you and remember your name. Would defiantly reccomend this place to everyone!

This place is scary! It may look OK at first glance but you start noticing that it’s messy, cluttered and worst of all — dirty. My pedicure experience was gawd-awful! The lady barely spoke to me and was harsh with my feet. Not relaxing at all! I would give them zero stars to accurately reflect my time at this mess of a salon!
