My daughter and I always go to Secret Nails together and we love them! The dipping powder is so much better for our nails than the gel and it is so much faster too. We love all of the nail technicians and our nails always look beautiful!

Great service but manicure did not last. Got a powder dip manicure and has not even lasted a week. My cuticles were hardly touched and there was no lotion or hand treatment. The ladies there were super kind and professional.

I loved Secret Nails. Tali was a great technician - very good and very kind. When I didn’t love the color I had picked for my dip nails, she quickly changed it and was happy to do anything she could to make me happy with my nails. I loved it!

The first time I went here it was just because it was a convenient location, but I am SO glad I went there! At first I just got a fill on my acrylic nails, but the second time I did the dip powder, which I loved! I like the feel of it better than acrylic.I have had three different nail folks do my nails and everyone did a great job. I think that now my favorite person is Tina, but really, everyone there is great. The last time I went I even brought my 5 year old daughter for a gel manicure and she loved it.I really love that in these COVID times they are super super clean. Everyone has to wear a mask, and all the stations have shields and are clean. All patrons have to wash their hand when they first get there.An overall great place.

BEST nail salon in utah!! Very clean, professional and quality. I have been going there for about 5 yrs and love it. I can show them a picture and it turns out just like it. I have gone to everyone there and they are all awesome. I HIGHLY recommend!! 😊👍

I have been using this company for years. They use only quality products. They are clean and do a fantastic job of my nails. Tali, Mini and Tina are great but I always have Tali do my fingernails because of the decorations she does on them.

I was looking for a new nail salon after going somewhere for 10+years. this was close to my work and they had great reviews. I scheduled a pedi and a full set. I had acrylic nails from almost a month ago still on. everyone that works there was very kind and welcoming. Tina did my pedi and my dip full set. she was wonderful. this was the first time Ive done dip and she was great at explaining everything and making sure I liked the end result. I have definitely found my new nail salon. definitely recommend!

In the past, I haven’t gotten manicures except for special occasions. Last summer, I popped into Secret Nail, and got a powder nail dip (maybe not the exact term,) and loved them. Now I’m “hooked,” and have never been disappointed. The staff is professional, friendly and always make sure you’re happy with the results.

Relaxing, clean, usually quiet salon. Lee and his wife both do a terrific job. Im not familiar with the work of others at the salon, but theyre often packed. I recommend a reservation, and you still may need to wait a bit. Worth the time! I love the soft instrumental music played. Suggestions: Have signs to encourage customers to use softer voices, needed to create a more relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. Employees should rarely chat with one another. Add close captioning to TV programs. Keep temperature cooler.

I’m super hard on my nails. I’ve been going to Tali and she has been doing the acrylic dip and I’m OBSESSED! I’ll never go back to gel and I really appreciate that she takes the time to make them look perfect. ❤️

They do an exceptional job. I went to another nail place, and they could not measure up to the wonderful job they do at Secret Nails. I wont go anywhere else. Tallie does an amazing job.

5 stars! Hands down our favorite nail salon. Each of the nail techs are thorough and do a fantastic job. Each of them go above-and-beyond in their own way to make the visit wonderful and very relaxing. Lee puts on multiple coats of shellac to ensure they last a few weeks. He also puts shellac at the top of the nail to prevent chipping. One week it was so busy we werent able to get in, so we went to a salon down the street. Never again... Id rather wait in line to get the quality services at Secret Nails. Secret Nails employees have set the bar SO high so its hard to go anywhere else. I wish I could give more than 5 stars - I highly recommend this company to anyone who wants quality and a great experience.

I went with my sister and daughter. The employee’s were SO nice! My daughter didn’t like the color she chose after her manicure started. They totally wanted her happy, so even though he had already started, he started over with a color she was more happy with. Tally did my nails. I loved how meticulously she did them. I was very impressed! I recommend going to Secret Nails for a fun time and beautiful nails!

Great place to get your nails done. I LOVE the dip powder. And they do it correctly.💗 Ive been to other places where they top the powder with gel and put you under lights. The dip lasts 3-4 weeks. Gel 1-2 weeks. So if someone uses the gel to top your powder, it wont last. 😔 We took all the girls to prep for a wedding last year too. Its always Nice, clean, and decent pricing. And they take all the COVID precautions for your safety. Highly recommend! 💅

Only place that takes the time to ensure nails and toe shellac last for a long time. Tally is the best, does designs and picks great colors.

The worst pedicure I have ever had. 30 min start to finish. My nails are chipped and I literally just got home. My feet soaked for two minutes and they took the wax off before it was even dry. Not going back.

TRUST ME DONT GO HERE! Went in to have a chip fixed. Not even polish on the nail. Said they were closed when it was only 6:45 and they close at 7:00.. They could have fixed it in the amount of time they offered glue and gave excuses as to why they couldnt do it..seriously a two minute job and no customers in the salon. Thats why I go to Kim at CREATIVE NAILS close to them. I even explained no polish needed and I would even file it myself. Terrible attitudes!!

I love Secret Nail! I drive from my home in West Valley to Draper just for their excellent and friendly service. I request Talli when I can - her designs on my pedicure are always creative and fun, but I havent had a bad experience with any of their employees.The salon is clean, up-to date, comfortable massage chairs, and very reasonably priced. Dont go anywhere else!

I was walking out very upset. At some point I was almost crying. I had a tow nail somebody stepped on and my usual nail artist doesnt give me hard time about it.here they got together 3 technicians to look at my toes like it was something crazy and they kept talking and making me feel uncomfortable. They were pushing shellac on me. I wanted gel toes. Twice I had been told that if I dont like it I can go to different salon. When I asked technician to touch up gel on my nails after she is done with my toes she said she doesnt have time. I will never be back. I will go to US nails to see Jenny who was booked this Saturday... I guess now I know how much I should appreciate my nail artist.

Im not that picky as anything would be amazing on my horrid looking feet. Unfortunately, the experience was nothing but relaxing. The gal who did my pedicure kept on looking around and not really paying attention to what she was doing. She nicked me a couple of times on my heels with this cheese-grater-looking thing. Is that even legal?The foot and legal massage wasnt even a massage. It was more like a swish-swish with lots of lotion. Heck, were paying good money, the least you can do is apply some pressure.None of us left feeling great about the experience. That nail salon should stay a secret as it would be travesty for word to get out and they inflict more damage on others.

The lady did give a good massage but I feel like she was trying to rush thru the rest of my pedicure. Probably wont come back.

So, so disappointed. Went in for pedicure and powder dip nails. The paint on my toes is on my skin and body may on my nails. My cuticles were barely touched, my feet are still dry and rough and then to top it off the lady handed me a bottle of lotion for my hands. Umm, no. Not one drop of lotion rubbed into my hands. I’m not sure what I paid $70 for. Worst experience I have ever had.

Went there with my mom to get a quick manicure, nothing special. They were very nice. For a mom who doesnt get out much, this was fabulous! Prices are good. Ill be coming back with my daughter soon!

Normally I like this place a lot, but I went in to get a full set today and had the worst time! Never let the guy (not sure what his name is) do your nails. He filed my skin off and caused burns on multiple fingers, one even started bleeding. He also used the drill to prep my nails for gel polish and kept hitting my cuticles. I was in pain for most of the time. Lastly, the first coat of polish he did was the wrong color, and so he had to do two coats of the right one on top just to get it right. Only let Tally or Nini do your nails if you go here. Period.

I love this place and will only go here. I have tried other places and am always disappointed. I get a shellac pedicure and lasts over a month.

I liked nothing about this place. Went to get a fill-in and polish change. Tech did a crap job not enough acrylic and nails started coming off after 4 days. Ridiculous will never go back.

My experience was terrible.. all I wanted was a quick eye brow wax, I normally go to my salon up the street US nails but they were busy so I called ahead here and a lady answered the phone, I asked if they were busy and how long of a wait for an eyebrow wax, she said no wait they werent busy come now. So I got there not even a minute later, no one greeted me, they were swamped. I told one of the ladies while she was in the middle of a manicure and there was a lot of back and forth talking between the employees as if no one wanted to take a second to help me, I pollitely told them I could sit and wait but she inisisted I go back with someone else, as we walked to the back room I could tell she was frustrated she had to help me and was throwing things and in such a rush to finish up with me. It hurt the way she was waxing, Ive been getting my eye brows waxed for years and years, and Ive never had it this bad. She critisized how thin my eyebrows were and how I didnt listen o her advise on getting a tint. After I was done she didnt even say anything and just left the room. It was horrible I felt unwelcomed and like I did something wrong even though I called ahead and was trying to be polite. I didnt tip her I just threw $10 or whatever it was on the desk and just left. I will never step foot there again. One bad expirience like that is how you loose a customer. I hope someone there sees this so that it stops, my mom likes to go to that salon and I can never go with her becuause of how the employees made me feel.
