I’m sorry but these are not 65$, I asked for coffin and he told me that he can’t do that and did almond shape. He forgot to put primer on two of my finger nails. And than was talking about my nails to his co workers, I personally feel like they were making rude remarks. I don’t like these and my fingers are killing me and I have gotten acrylics plenty of times to know that they shouldn’t hurt when I type or when I grab something. And lastly they are literally claws, they are pointed down, as well as completely different lengths. I am very sad I spent this much money on these, I don’t even know what to do.

Incredibly friendly, gentle, kind and did such an amazing job. Becky was fun to chat with and so awesome. I showed her one photo, she knew the exact colors to pick and she went to business. Ill be back over and over again!!

Love this salon! They are so professional and clean. They will treat you like a princess. I am currently 35 weeks pregnant and Stacie made me feel so comfortable and relaxed! She also does incredible nails! Highly recommend.

I was pleased with my nails. My friend referred me there and said Danny was who I needed too have do my nails. I made an appointment but when I got there they were very behind, I ended up waiting about 40 min. But I was pleased with my nails and have gotten a lot of compliments on them. I will definitely be going back.

This place always does an amazing job on my nails and pedicures! Very clean salon. The prices are very reasonable. The staff is very kind and helpful too. Ive been going there for almost a year! Not the cleanest place, took my daughter for her first set of nails on her birthday. She wanted coffin shaped acrylic nails with white polish. Big gap between nail and cuticle. NIail tech filed my daughters fingers raw. She also filed after polish, taking away the polish on the sides of nail. We will not be returning.:( also very lumpy uneven finish.

Ive been going here since October 2020 and absolutely love it. I go to Van every time and she always does an amazing job! shes helped my nails heal after some crazy times. I wish I had pictures of all of the crazy nail ideas Ive had her do, nevertheless, they have always ended up looking so good and I love them! My nails always last at least 3 weeks (granted they grow out, but theyve never lifted or fallen off within that time frame). Really recommend getting your nails done by Van or Creative Nails in general!

MAN! If I could give 100000 stars I would lol. They are amazing, the atmosphere is great, everyone is friendly, the music is a whole vibe! Daniel (Truong) did my nails and he was amazing, and Kat did my sister’s nails and was amazing too! They talked to us the whole time, we got to know about them and made a genuine connection. We’ll definitely be coming back :)

They gave me one price then charged more for the exact service I was quoted for. One lady I guess the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I said she charged me more than the quoted price she said that’s your problemI would NEVER GO HERE OR RECOMMEND TO ANYONE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO. WORSE PLACE EVER!

Dont waste your time or money here. My nails are uneven and there are bumps on the nails as well as small bubbles.. Theres nail polish and the top coat finish on my skin around the nails. Very disappointing and the customer service is awful. Will not be going back.

Wow wow wow! I’m visiting from out of town but now I’ve got to start flying back regularly to visit this nail salon 😂. Clean salon, with very friendly staff! VAN went above and beyond to make sure my nails turned out like I wanted— she absolutely killed it! Will be coming back any time I’m in Utah!

Stacie is a truly talented nail artist! She is funny, kind, creative and pays attention to detail. I adore her. I moved to Southern Utah and was so sad to leave her 😪 I was up in Lehi area and made sure I was able to get in an appointment with her. BTW she does the artwork by hand. I give her an idea and she does it. No stickers. She is FANTASTIC!!

A couple of friends and I had an appointment for a basic pedicure and were there for 2 hours!! We walked in and had to ask to be helped and sat around for over an hour before we got our pedicures. And the pedicures were completely rushed. Will not be going back

Their nail techs do a wonderful job recreating some intricate Instagram post I show them on my tiny acrylics. And they don’t overcharge for the art! They have lots of chairs so there’s rarely a wait. I took my Australian grandmother here. She said it was the best pedicure she’d ever had!

They dont treat you like a walking check or push thru an assembly line. You get taken care of!

My wife came home and in tears. She has been a customer prior to this last experience. She loves the nails and pedicure services and the employees are great! BUT this last time she went in for an eyelash volume service and the experience was horrible. Her request was to have her eyelashes done in a regular fill with a natural full look. Totally not what she got. After completion and able to look at her lashes she communicated that it was not what she expected. The employee then stated that she does not do that kind of natural look. WHY TELL YOUR CUSTOMER YOU DO FROM THE BEGINNING IF YOU CANT. Now my wife has these lashes that are well over glued and heavy. PS she was in tears because of the over excessive glue used. NOT HAPPY! Especially coming from a husband who has to hear her complain about it for the next few weeks.

So happy with how they turned out! I got a gel manicure for my engagement photos. I read about a lot of different nail salons before choosing this one. I was hesitant but am so happy with the results, the picture does not do it justice. My hands are really dry and cut up from work but after a paraffin wax bath, my hands are super soft and moisturized. Vincent did an amazing job an was very efficient. I will definitely be back before my wedding!

Super clean and friendly. Needed a basic manicure and gel nails and found this one close. I have had manicures before where they buffed down so much of my nail that it grew back a different thickness. They were very good. No residue left after done. The wax dip as part of the manicure was heavenly.

Been here twice, love it every time!

I stopped here expecting to make an apt, but they had availability to take me as a walk-in which was great! I was intending to get just a pedicure. The person at the front desk was a little pushy at trying to get me to add on a manicure, which I ultimately decided to do at the same time since they had another person available. The two men who did the work were very fast and efficient. They both did fantastic work on my cuticles and gave excellent massages. Communication was slightly strained but we managed well. I am very happy with my gel nails and toes and will definitely be coming back!

They have the NICEST and most PROFESSIONAL employees that work here! (Both male and female.) They know most of their customers by name and are very willing to do whatever you need. The prices are very reasonable and the pedicures are absolutely AMAZING!!

Rather than soaking my nails off as requested, the tech ripped my nails off. Im now missing part of a pinky nail and the middle nail was ripped halfway off. The whole nail, not just the acrylic.2 of the 3 nails. My doctor is putting me on antibiotics.Awful.

This place was terrible. Don’t go here 2 hrs there and my pedi was only 20 min. Even made an apt. The school wasn’t on it was 95 in there and all doors were open. I wouldn’t go here again

I recommend this place to all of my friends, even if they don’t live in Draper. Danny is my go to and is the best I’ve ever had do my nails before. He goes above and beyond and doesn’t skip any steps. I always leave there so satisfied and loving my nails!

I have been to so many nail salons in the valley over the years. I dont even live in Draper, but I ONLY come here for my nails. I have never once had an acrylic nail pop off or any issues at all here! They have great quality products and even better nail techs. All of my friends have their nails done at Creative Nails. Its also a relaxing atmosphere, which I love!

Best nail salon Ive been to. The staff is amazing! I drive almost 30 min to this salon because I wont go anywhere else. Ive had my nails done by almost every staff member, and each time they are perfection! They also have every single color you could possibly imagine which is great.

If you go to creative nails all the staff are great but Danny is by far a rockstar. I have been going to him for over 20 years he has never disappointed once. I came in for a manicure and had powder polish that I needed to remove. The lady started pulling off the old nail polish and breaking my nails. I asked her multiple times to soak my nails instead and she said no. Now my nails hurt, they are super short, and she broke my pinky very deep into the skin. Then she charged me a fee for polish removal :SShe was not professional at all and didn’t sanitize the area or use a towel even while doing my nails. Other than the broken pinky, she did a good job with the new shellac polish, hence the two stars. Don’t think I’ll return, especially if I have polish on that needs to be removed.

Went in today to get my nails filed down and a polish change, Yen has just done them the Sunday before which I paid 50 dollars for just wanted a polish change before heading back to work from vacation, they had a guy who had no clue what he was doing try to file them down. Needless to say I left with bloody nail beds and chopped up nails, I will say I have been here many many times and loved their service from Yen but...never again!! I was so disappointed I left with chopped up nails and no paint at all cause they tried to let him paint them after he destroyed them. The one lady didn’t make me pay cause she saw how upset I was but not that it did me any favors to pay for them to ruin the nails they put on 1 week before! People who worked there were laughing that he was doing my nails, Very sad they would allow this to happen to a great tipping respectable customer.

They then proceeded to give us a discount because they made us wait for so long - too sweet. Thank you so much for everything, will definitely come back and recommend! (Also they didnt rush and my nails turned out beautifully)

GO HERE. I promise you wont regret it. Kim is wonderful owner and people and they are all super genuine. Kim does any amazing job on my nails every two to three weeks and I always do something with lots of designs and she always nails it. Great waxing and pedis as well of course. I will NEVER go anywhere else and you shouldnt either. ❤️

The girls here are very rude. I went in a few weeks ago to get a fil (I let my nails grow out) she starts working on my nails and she starts laughing at my one nail. She calls her friend over points at my nail and they both start laughing. The girl walks away at this point I just wanted to get up and leave. Yes I let my nails grow out a lot sometimes cause I don’t have the time or money to do it sometimes. Anyways I was still being nice even though they were laughing at me. She starts to file my nail to get the color off and she starts burning me so badly I don’t know if she is just working on the same spot for too long, but every single finger she was burning me I kept turning my head in pain cause I felt fire ( I’m also not the type of person to complain at all I let my nail tech do their job) I told her it was burning, but she still kept going I turned my head in pain again I couldn’t take the pain so I took my hand away from her and told her “your burning me”. She does something to the machine, but it didn’t do anything she was still burning me. So she’s done with my nails I walk to the front with her I wasn’t planning on NOT giving Her a tip. I paid cash she took my money she bends down pretending to do something and she says have a good day while I’m standing there waiting for my change that she never gave me. I’m not going to lie I liked the way she did the shape, but It’s not worth me hurting, getting made fun of and her giving herself a tip when I didn’t want to leave one.

The people here were so nice and welcoming. It’s clean and the atmosphere is so comfortable. I sat next to several people and all of the nail techs did awesome jobs on each of our manicures. This is my go-to now for sure!

Mine and her friends nails turned out great! But my daughters nails are just down right horrific. Her first nail experience was completely ruined. Theyre lumpy, uneven, peeling and just flat out sad. We just got them done 2 hours ago! I plan to go back tomorrow and ask for them to be fixed

We loved it here. We came in for two pedicures and ended up getting the deluxe pedi. I think the service we got was above and beyond. The staff was great and so was the foot massage that came with the pedicure.I definitely recommend coming here, youll get good service for great prices.

(Response to Owner: Yes, correct place. If he could speak English, he pretended not to. The person working on me had to keep giving him instructions. In a response to another review, you mentioned that your staff speak Vietnamese to each other. If you all speak English fluently, is the Vietnamese so your customers cant understand you?) 5 of us got pedicures and none had a good experience. We left with cut-up feet and 2 of us got fungus. Massages were painful; I finally just asked him to stop--all he was doing was squeezing my shin bone and flopping my foot around like a fish. I have had many pedicures and massages elsewhere that feel great, so we are not just touch sensitive. We came here because they could accommodate the 5 of us at one time (which didnt really work out, actually - we ended up waiting for each other). My daughter was in pain and had tears; her technician couldnt speak English so he just kept going. The lack of joy was the only reason I didnt care at the time that the set up took longer than the actual pedicure. I was the only one who wanted polish, so maybe all the great reviews are about artistic manicures. I wouldnt recommend a pedicure. If I had a way to leave the owner a private review, I would. No one ever called me back.

I started getting my nails done in 2017. Ive lived in Idaho and now Utah and I have had a good experience with every nail salon Ive gone to. It wasnt until I went to Creative Nails that I had my first bad experience. I got my usual gel nails but this time the coat was super thin. In two days I had two fingers peel. I went back and they fixed them for free...two days later I had another finger peel...and two days after that another. I went back and was told that I had to get my nails redone or pay $3 per finger to be fixed.  I then asked if I could get a discount because my nails werent done correctly the first time and I was told no, so I ended up spending $60 in 10 days for gel nails. I am not going back to Creative Nails again. Im frustrated and disappointed. According to the lady at Creative Nails their nails only last 10-14 days.

Great place! Nicer and much cleaner than most nail salons in salt lake. Brand new massage chairs and great polish selection. Just the calf and foot massage alone was worth it! Also open on Sunday which is a plus!!

Recently moved here from ireland and was looking for somewhere to get my acrylics off and shellac on. cannot recommend Creative nails more. such welcoming lovely staff, beautiful queir tranquil salon. unbelievable price for the time and care given to me, got .arm and hand massage as well as hot wax treatment and skin is so soft, will be returning 100% and recommend to anyone

Ive been to Creative Nails twice, the first experience was okay, but I asked for a regular pedicure and they charged me for one of the more expensive ones, but they did a good job. Their machines were broken and they said I only had $25 on my credit card (which was not true), so I had to scramble to figure out how I was gonna pay the rest of it since they wouldnt take my credit card. The second time I went in, I got a fill. The girl was really rough, left me bleeding, and any time I flinched at the pain she would laugh and say youre okay. Then, they wouldnt take my credit card AGAIN so I had to Venmo the girl who did my nails, which was extremely inconvenient for me. The fill fell apart only days after I got it. I will not be returning here.

It was a relaxing start. I was received well and the nail tech guy was gentle. Main thing I was not too happy about was the nail tech not using the cuticle pusher on my nails.I know my nails better than anyone and I know that most of my nails need to have it pushed back. Due to dry skin, it can be harder to push than usual, but I do it just fine to my own nails. Wish I would have done that before coming in, but Ive been really busy and thought that in my hour of free time I could use a little me time and take care of my ragged looking nails.The neighboring nail tech was quite nosy and when I mentioned to my nail tech that one nail in particular could be pushed back further, she interfered, looked at my nail, and claimed it wasnt possible. She made me feel like I was so wrong. I just accepted it so as to not be rude and let the guy finish my nails, but Im still not happy.Im sure other people will have a great experience with acrylics, pedicures, and such. They seem nice, but I certainly will not be going back.

This is the ONLY nail salon I trust they are so clean and very friendly. They are artists you can show them almost any picture or share an idea and they usually make it happen plus a little. The pedicures are the bomb Im always so relaxed by the end. I love the luxury facials sooo relaxing and rejuvenating!! I feel like a princess when I leave.

If you want gels to stay on and look beautiful, this is the place to go! Ive been going here for 3 years now and Iv never been disappointed and new owners do an amazing job also! Many compliments on my nails. They are shaped beautifully with no ridges when they grow out! My nails look very natural. I just tried a pedicure with regular nail polish. Finally, I found the place that will actually clean and removed all the dead skin around the nails. Two weeks later and they look like I just had them done! There truly is a big difference between this salon and others.

The staff treats their customers like royalty. I felt so welcome and the service was wonderful! I would definitely come again.

I went and got my chin waxed and she pulled my schon right off. First I didn’t notice it as it always hurts. Don’t go there for any waxing. I learned my lesson the hard way. Hopefully not with a big old scar.

Went in for a pedicure with a couple friends and we had an appointment. On top of having to wait for 30+ minutes even with an appointment, the deluxe pedicure didnt even last 20 minutes and Im still trying to remember if they even massaged my feet and legs (the best part of a pedicure). When I questioned whether I received the basic or deluxe pedicure I was met with a lot of attitude. Will not be going back...
