I can’t believe that DHL thought it was okay to deliver my package and ring the doorbell at 11:48 P.M. last night. How disrespectful of you. I was told that my package would be delivered by the end of the day. I figured that meant a decent time because I’ve never experienced a time where I received anything past 8 P.M. Our dog woke up barking and we thought something was wrong because we weren’t expecting anyone that late. My estimated delivery date wasn’t until today anyways so I don’t understand why they would not be respectful of the time of day and wait until the next day. Especially since it had been in Shreveport since 2:31 P.M. I didn’t get much sleep and had work early this morning. Wow!

Trash company! DHL in general is pure trash. This store in particular is only 45 minutes away from where the time is to be delivered and at 4 in the afternoon they placed it on hold instead of delivering it like it was supposed to be today! No local phone number posted! I ordered the part for my dad and he has his car taken apart since yesterday said it would be out for delivery today and now his truck is all apart waiting on this part. Tried calling 1800 number and lady would not take me to a supervisor or anything! One day I hope all shippers will learn that DHL is the worst in logistics!

They do not answer their phone at the Shreveport office. They have marked a package as delivered an hour away from me. The main office has reported to them to recover a package and deliver to the correct address. Very expensive package, they should not be marking it as delivered until it reaches the correct destination. This is very upsetting!

I got an email from the seller telling me that somehow, my household had denied the DHL delivery. I tried to call DHL to arrange a pick-up. I waited about 9 minutes for somebody to answer me over the phone, and no one ever answered. I went to the DHL office. Inside was a young man sitting in one of the two seats available. Nobody was at the front desk. I waited and waited maybe a little past 15 minutes. I never saw anybody, except one male worker that skipped out to drop something off to a car pulling through. I left. There were cameras in the top corners...somebody had to have known I and this man were there, and I dont understand why no one ever came to the desk.I did not get my package until a week later than necessary. If I had the option, I will never deal with DHL again.

Never have been happy with the DHL! We don’t have a DHL terminal in Monroe LA. So it comesout of Shreveport. This last shipment comes right after the snow storm. Told by DHL that package would deliver Monday. Spent most of the day looking for DHL. Keep the dogs at bay. But they never showed up. Told today that they won’t be back till Friday the 26th. Reason was they could not deliver everything. Well the funny thing is the driver would go by my house going to Monroe and as well going back to Shreveport. Instead of finishing up the next day they put us off. I am somewhat of a tolerant man when it comes inclement weather but this stupid. Never will I buy from anyone who use DHL as a shipper.

Was expecting a delivery on March 23rd and still havent received it. Tracking information says it was forwarded for delivery on 3/21 then on 3/23 it was updated stating the same thing that it forwarded for delivery 🙄🤔 hmm 😒 from the same damn place it had supposedly been forwarded from on the 21st!! And I cant get ahold of anyone to tell me where my package is!! This is the worst experience Ive ever had to deal with on a package. Ill stick with UPS and FedEx. Dont waste your time with this place.

My son has been waiting 6 days for a package that was delivered to the wrong address that doesn’t exists. I have talk to multiple representative and supervisor and still no one knows where the package is. This has been so frustrating these last couple days. My son saved up his own money to buy his self some shoes and now he have no clue wear they are. This is like a nightmare. I’m trying my best to help him. I have NO HELP FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Did not deliver my package to my house its two hours away paid alot for shipping.

Get a 1 with me..they know why.. havent received my package..had 3 people from DHL lying to me about delivery date.No more dhl for me........

My experience with DHL was very pleasant. Everything went very smoothly with my package departing from the UK and arriving in Shreveport within days. The local DHL delivered my package before 10am the following day.

The lady I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Thank you for helping me find my package.

Took over 10 min of waiting after ringing the bell before anyone appeared. I would suggest anywhere else to drop off if possible, had to call the Dahl customer service line before anyone even appeared.

My parcel is at Shreve port since 3 days and no one can locate the parcel. Nothing updated on the page. Worst service company ever seen.Kindly dont use DHL never ever in your life, if u want to be happy in life.

They had the wrong address. I have called a dozen times to fix the address. They have had my wedding dress on hold in Shreveport, LA for two weeks. They keep telling me tomorrow. Glad I ordered several months ahead. Do not use them if you need your package deliver any time this millinea.

I had an order that was suppose to be delivered on 6-1-20 and my driver Mary text me at 7 am to see if I was going to be home. I had an adult to stay there all day and she claim she tried to deliver but there wasnt a note left on the door nor did she even knock on the door. This is poor customer service and you cant even reach anyone. I never had this experience before there were always successful with dropping off my packages on time.

Ordered a knife and it said it was arriving in the next 3-5 days. It came 2 months later.

I would never use dhl...Im only using them because the person sending me something does. Im trying to contact them to pick my package up myself because the main road to get yo my house is flooded still but no body will pick up the phone. Im guessing they dont care about business or making money.

If I could leave a negative review I would. My package was supposed to be held for pickup at the Shreveport location and they sent it to Texarkana. Now no one can tell me where it is or when it will arrive.
