Please like our reviews. Wheelchair accesible except for the pedicure stations. First time I entered the wait was too long. Jinny, the manicurist, told me her mom had a shop a half mile away. She sent me there so I could have less wait, however her moms shop was even busier. The following day I returned to Elegant Nails with 45 minute wait and Jinny remembered me and what I had requested from the day before. Was super impressed by her attentive memory. Due to COVID there are plexi glass partitions everywhere and masks are required. The shop is extremely clean. This shop had more selections of colors than any nail shop I have ever visited in my life. While there, I received a full set natural nail gel plus pedi. My nails look amazing and were done in 25 minutes. Pedicure treatment was nice except the foot and leg massage is a little too gentle. The pedicure chairs all have massage function. My personal recommendation is the neck/shoulder + knead setting. Flap setting will have you flopping all over like a rag doll. It is quite awkward. While waiting my turn, the owner handed out boxes of hand lotion as New Years gifts for each guest, which was really pleasantly unexpected. Several gals entered after me but were informed that they were closing for the day. She must have turned away 7 people while I was there. It was impressive to see just how much demand there is for this place. Also, I noticed her referring to customers by their name. She definitely had regulars. This being said, I HIGHLY recommend coming in earlier in the day for less wait. Even though I was the final patron, the service was not rushed. When you enter, wash your hands and choose your color(s). I left extremely satisfied with their nail services and looking great. Was WELL worth the wait. Thank you, Elegant Nails!

These were done on 7/15 a refill with gel color they were coffin shape to start with not sure what shape they are now very dissatisfied with the service I asked for matte black/brown this is what I got very thick and bumpy and not matte at all...To avoid drama I paid and politely left will not use their services anymore

We had an appointment at 230 did not get seen till 320. Water.. very cold.. would not speak any English to me. I asked for manicure and would not have gotten it unless I reminded them 2 times. I will not be back.

I’ve been going here for years!The only place I give my money to... This is the first time I’ve ever had a manicure and only the second time I’ve been unhappy here.. I was the first in the shop when they opened, and the rush to do my nails was sad! They’re bulky at the tips from the uneven amount of gel polish and and the corners at my tips are thick and uneven... I tipped although the service should be good regardless especially for 30 dollars! I did not let last time deter me from coming back, but this time there’s just no excuse! I’m devastated because it’s hard to find a good nail salon! I had to take pictures, and go to another salon just to have it fixed! This place was good to me for so many years every time I set foot in there as well as many many others!

This was my first experience here, also first salon in Dothan area. I wanted to try a new look and I got what I asked for. Very friendly staff, along with a clean environment, (100 on the books). I will definitely be back.

It is the best I am just a kid and they treated me with respect and they kept my nails real short and I thought they would look ugly but they turned out amazing I love them so much so yeah it is a good place and there cheap!!!!

Great I have been going there over 24 years

I went in to have my nails removed and the young lady that helped me wasnt nice. When she started taking my nails off I told her it hurt because she didnt soak the nails before taking them off. She just started pulling them off ignoring me. It messed up my natural nails. I had a friend with me and asked her if the nails were suppose to come off like this because it had been 20 years since I had nails and couldnt remember. I wasnt until I went to another salon I realized what she did. Needless to say she cost them my business and the business of my friends. I will never go back.
