The owner is amazing. This is the cleanest salon I have ever been to. Kim did my nails and Kevin did my mothers nails. They were both excellent. It was a wonderful way to start Mother’s Day. Update: I’ve now gone here several times and seen Kim, Sarah, and Hannah. All have been absolutely AMAZING. Here’s a manicure I just recently got done by Hannah.

My first visit to this salon & i was excited to try it out... i wish. i had a better experience but the man doing my nails was complaining the whole time about wanting to leave & was in a rush to do my nails. they came out so bad & he didn’t even do the cuticles or clean up the sides. i was charged $70 just for the set of acrylics with french tip..i’ve never been charged that much just for manicure it was supposed to look like the right.

Definitely my “go to” shop! Been coming for a few months now they are so nice and amazing customer service! Very kid friendly and nice clean atmosphere! I’ll never go to another shop!!!

The best in town! Very clean and Jared works his best to be accommodating. New full body massage chairs and refreshments at NO EXTRA COST. Friendly, bright atmosphere! I highly recommend LUXE.

LUXE Nail Salon, on 516, Old Bridge, NJ may be tucked away but I found it to be one of the best nail salons in the area. Kim, who is the owner is soooo sweet. The prices are much better than the surrounding area and they do EXCELLENT work. They do prefer for you to make an appointment but walk-in are welcome. Im guilty of the Walk-In customer but I never fear which Tech Ill get. From Vicky to Jose, Hanna to Tina or Tracy, they are all EXCELLENT! They are precise when doing your nails but never keep you in the chair for hours. ugh. Im always on a time schedule and if I let them know, they are quick. I always feel very comfortable! LUXE Nail Salon is my getaway for peaceful time. Give them a call. I know you will be very happy and satisfied!

I had a great experience at LUXE Nail Salon on Wednesday June 24th. I was never at this salon. I actually followed my nail technician from a previous salon. What a great choice for him and myself as well. When I walked in I was pleasantly created by Kim. I was taken promptly on time and had a gel pedicure followed by a gel manicure. It is clean and very well up to the new regulations due to Covid 19 rules. I felt comfortable and safe. Tony did a great job, as usual. He always did a great job. He is a very nice, respectful and a talented technician. I am extremely happy with this hidden gem in Old Bridge. Thank you Tony for bringing my life back to some normalcy and restoring my hands and feet to looking beautiful! I highly recommend this salon and Tony. You wont be sorry.

I justleft the salon from my first visit there. It is very clean and everyone is spaced apart well. Seems like all protocols are being followed. Ive been looking for a place that actually listens that I want my nails cut short. Jose did my pedicure and gel manicure. I am very pleased with the results. Hoping the gel lasts for two weeks or more like usual. I plan on going again.

Came in for the first time for a spa pedi. Everyone was very polite and friendly. Very clean. Tech did a good job. Just wish she scrubbed my feet a bit more. She was very nice. Dont know her name.On the negative side. I wish they didnt have the TV blasting with music videos. Wouldve made the atmosphere a little more relaxing.I will definitely be returning.

I went in, and they are very nice people. The lady who did my nails took her time and was very nice, I kept good conversation with her. The only problem is my nails arent straight, so it looks like my nails are lopsided. This is my second time upon coming here the first time I enjoyed. This second time I dont think I will be returning due to the quality of how my nails have turned out . Also, my nails were $60 when a full set is $45 with gel so I wasnt sure how my total came about to $60 and I also did do my eyebrows, she did them super thin. The first time the other lady did it she did a good job but now I realized this isnt the nail salon I will contine to be going too. Already the pinky is about to fall off.

So I was on my lunch break and I absolutely needed my nails done. It’s my late night at work, in a wedding this upcoming Friday with a rehearsal dinner Wednesday and Thursday is thanksgiving! It’s really the only time I could do it. I went in they took me right away. Jose did my nails, unfortunately I read a bad review on him previously. It could not have been more inaccurate. He did a great job. Asked what nail shape I wanted, my nails are never even I work in dental. He didn’t rush, he did a grate job no lumps and bumps cuticles look great. The woman at the front desk was so kind also. You should go here!

This is my salon of choice when I do decide to get my nails done, instead of doing them myself. Jose is a nice guy and always does a great job. Sometimes he gets pretty booked up. I got tips done by Vicky the last time I was there and she did a really nice job shaping them. All of the staff is welcoming and the salon is always clean.

I have gone to this salon for years when it was Creative Nails. I always loved Ross and John. Im so sorry for them. Hanna is my nail girl now and she does a great job. Thank you Hanna!

Great first experience at LUXE nails! My mom and I both went for pedicures. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they did a amazing job. I dont get my nails done very often, and I felt very comfortable here and loved how my nails turned out. I will be back!

Everyone here is extremely friendly and attentive. Kim, the owner, offers water or coffee when you arrive. Lam usually does my nails. Shes always so sweet. My manicure lasts longer than expected each time!

Under its new ownership this salon has exceeded my expectations. It is clean, everyone who works here is friendly, and the service is incredible. You are always offered a beverage upon walking in and it is a relaxing ambiance. Lam is my nail tech, and I LOVE her- I have never left an appointment with Lam unhappy. I highly recommend trying Luxe or coming back if you were a customer of the old salon.

This salon is amazing, as a hair dresser it is so hard for me to find a good salon. I have the owner of a nail salon tell me not to come back bc I’m picky. And I could be picky but I just know what I want. I went to Vicky and not only did she make my nails look amazing, she was Patient. She explained to me that my nails were old she was honest but still made my nail shape look amazing ! As a hair dresser I will be referring everyone there! Kim is a sweetheart and is very inviting when you enter the salon. And they don’t rip you off with the prices, I am so happy I found my forever nail salon. Thanks Vicky !!! Went here today after seeing many good reviews about it on Facebook and I had an amazing experience. The women who did my nails, I believe her name was Lam did a fantastic job! She accidentally cut me and felt so bad about it she kept apologizing.They offered me tea, coffee and water upon arrival. You can definitely tell they care about hospitality and ensuring their customers are comfortable. I will definitely be making the trip back home every 3 weeks for a fill. Well worth the drive!

Went for the first time and will never go back. I think the technicians name was Kathy. My nails look like I polished them while blindfolded. Gel polish all over my cuticles. She tried to fix them by using cuticle cutters after they had dried. I unfortunately didnt see the extent of how bad they were until I got home and looked at them with my glasses on. Also, The woman who was paying when I first got there was having an argument with the lady at the desk bc she had gotten a treatment that was $10 extra and wasnt told beforehand that it cost extra so customer service isnt great either.

I generally dont like to leave bad reviews, but after my recent visit I dont think Ill be coming back to this salon. I came in for a regular mani-pedi and was assigned a technician named Jose. Jose mostly watched the tv behind him during my pedicure and barely focused on what he was doing. For the manicure, I came in with my nails being nice and long, looking for them to be shaped nicely and polished, however without even asking what shape or length I wanted, he cut them down completely square. He also made a rude comment about a tougher spot of skin on my thumb (I work outside frequently), calling it an open sore, even though it was nothing even close to that. The polish was applied horribly and had to be removed when I got home, which was extremely disappointing as I was getting my nails done for an upcoming wedding. All in all, very dissatisfied.

I started going to Luxe Nail Salon when I moved to Old Bridge a few months ago. I was very happy with my former nail tech and had been going to her for 5 years prior to moving. I wear my acrylic nails long and am very particular about how theyre shaped and styled. So far Ive been very happy at Luxe. Ive had my nails and pedicures done by several different techs since becoming a customer and theyve all done great work. The owner, Kim, is very professional and friendly. The pricing is fair and the salon is always clean. Its very easy to get an appointment, even on super short notice. I highly recommend Luxe Nails. There are so many nail salons in Old Bridge but I have no reason to try any of them because Im a happy customer of Luxe.

Jose barely touched my feet. All he did was paint them well and even gave me a few tips for painting them well when I asked. Which is why Im giving 2 stars. But honestly, if youre looking to just have your feet painted well go here, if you are like most people looking for someone to care for your feet go somewhere else. Its been 3 days since I did my pedicure and manicure there and my feet already need another pedicure, when it usually lasts me awhile. My manicure clear gel is already coming off already so it was bad all around and so not worth $55 +$5 tips. Its a shame because I really needed to find a good nail salon in that area. See pictures.

DONT GO TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!! I visited luxe nail salon For a gel mani and pedi ON time for my appointment without a nail artist Preference. After about ten minutes of hesitation and chit chat and confusion over who would take me,,, the male artist worked on my feet for over an Hour and just couldn’t seem to get anything right ! He hurt me twice with the buzzing tool while removing my gel polish and when I confronted him about it after getting off my phone call he says no he didn’t do anything and that I must have bumped it because it wasn’t bleeding. I am a nurse and he knows it he hurt my finger ! He basically burned it with the tool because he got too close to my skin because he was aggravated while working.I tried to explain and show him my previous design that I had on my big toe before removing it so he can duplicate it and he stated he understood and knew how to do it . I literally pointed it out and showed him the design on my toe so he could see what I wanted done. He did what he wanted and I was very frustrated at that point Bc my toe design looked blotched and sloppy. Other artist tried to come fix it but I explained to them it had to be removed and that’s the only way for it to be fixed.I didn’t receive a foot massage or lotion or hot towel or anything during my service. Just a lot of aggravation. I came in to relax and I received pain and aggravation. I expressed to him that I can’t look at my toes like this for the coming weeks and I would like him to remove the polish. Using the same tool and now my toe nail basically PAPER THIN the polish was removed and reapplied and another design was done still not the one I had asked for. It seemed like no one could understand what I wanted even though it was done before and it was on my nail when I first started and I showed it to everyone ! The only thing I didn’t do was take a picture . I got my hands completed by Cathy and she put a layer of hard gel on my nails before my gel polish and told me they charge 5 dollars for this but she wouldn’t charge me for it. I asked for a gold shimmer accent nail on my hand and she forgot and applied color to both my accent fingers and remedied it with just shimmer on top and said she was sorry. Still no lotion still no hot towel for my hands . She left me to dry under uv, disappeared snd told me someone would wipe my nails when they were finished drying.Finally when I got up to pay. I was told my TOTAL was 70 dollars.I never pay that much for a gel mani and pedi. On average I pay between 60-65 dollars. Now it’s not about the 5-10 dollar difference. That means nothing to me. It’s the service and meaning behind it. The woman charging me started to explain and break down what I was paying for like it was my first time at a nail salon. I paid for designs on my toe and accent finger on my hand that were NOT what I had specifically asked for . I also paid for a burn a little cut on two toes on my feet. And I also was there for practically 3 hours with all this back and forth. So did you charge me a few extra bucks Bc you knew you were not getting the tip I usually leave my artist?After looking visibly upset and distraught I got a very weak apology by the scheduler /greeter of the salon.I WILL NOT be bringing my business her again.I have had pleasant experiences in the past here but the way the staff handled me yesterday during my very horrible experience is the reason why I will not be returning ever to this salon. And I will be telling everyone I know in the area about it . I am just so disappointed and disgusted. Goodbye and good riddance I will be putting my review on every site that I can make sure that nobody is fooled by a couple of good visit and then a terrible one to follow.

I recently moved to oldbridge and have been looking for a place to get my nails done. I got a pedicure here once and it was great! Then, since they don’t open on sundays I went somewhere else to get my gel manicure done. Worst decision ever!! I went back to LUXE nail salonand they really took care of it. Definitely not going somewhere else anymore! This is my new spot! :)My technician was Kathy and she did a great job!

Horrible!! Me and my fiance went to get our mani/pedi for the holidays and came out of the place worst than how we went in.. I would never recommend this salon to anyone, it was the worst 80 dollars that we have ever spent, nails were cut all jagged and the lady even applied the clear coat over the previous application resulting in all the coating falling off the next day.. Totally embarrassing And unprofessional

I just moved to matawan and had a horrible experience at another nail salon. I saw reviews for here and decided to try I think out. Tina did my pedi and my gel manicure and omg I will be back here again!! They are extremely welcoming and friendly. For my pedi my nails grow a little into the skin almost no one takes the time to actually dig and pull it out even the $50 pedis... she spent like 15 extra minutes doing just that for me I didnt even have to ask. Honestly one of the best experiences Ive had in a while they deserve the 5 stars!
