Was here a month ago as a walk-in. Thankfully I wasnt in a rush because after being told it would only be an hour or so, it turned about to be 3 hours later. Fast forward to today, I asked about walk-in a receptionist said theyre all booked. This place needs to take the Walk-Ins Welcome sign down. But they wont because they dont care.

Not all Floyds are created equal. This location is one of the best. Always a pleasant experience scheduling and never a bad cut. Do recommend. Strongly.

Janni has been cutting my mans hair and she does an absolutely amazing job at it, plus shes super nice and easy to talk to! The last couple people really messed his hair up at the previous places he went but now hes looking fly as hell since she took over!

Second time today being at this location, as well as Floyds overall. Sat with Janni both times as she revived what my head used to look like before half rate stylists started touching it. Was the only one who hasnt ever butchered my hair. I also enjoy the great conversation she has with my girlfriend while were out enjoying our Sundays together. I love the magic Janni works on my hair and I cant say Id ever allow anyone else to touch my hair. Paying Janni a visit will certainly become a Sunday morning routine for us.

Depends on the girl you get. Some of them do a really great job! Some are just so-so. Front desk staff is pretty lackadaisical but whatever, I usually get a good enough haircut to offset that.

I get my hair cut by Zsanett every time. She takes care of us by providing the most attentive care possible. My eight year old son gets treated with respect and provided awesome hair cuts every time. I love how Zsanett listens carefully to my styling wishes and makes it happen as requested. The best part is the shampooing as it is so relaxing.

First time I had my hair cut in 22 years. Salon was clean, front desk lady was nice, and continued keeping things clean (it was snowing so floor was constant mess). Lady who cut our hair was very friendly to my son, she did a great job, and did a great job with my hair as well. Will definitely return.

Honestly, Im so happy that a family member recommended this place when I moved back to Colorado last year. Doesnt matter which location you go to, Ive never had a bad cut. Everyone is just nice and very skilled. So glad to find a good set of barbers.

I booked an appointment on line for 1:30, as this is my lunch hour. I arrived about 10 min early. The guy at the front desk tells me it shouldnt be long before they call me but that they were running a little behind. He tells me 5 minutes tops. Ok, no problem. Twenty min later they still havent taken me in for my scheduled appointment. In the meantime, another customer walks in and goes right back. So after waiting for 20 min I now have to leave as I will be late ge6back to work. I understand that people call in sick or youre short handed. My issue is that you not only took the appropriate but you also confirmed it with me so why cant you contact me and let me know youre running late? When I brought this up to the guy at the counter he wanted to get snarky with me about it.All said, I wont be back!

I just got a haircut from Tamira and when she greeted me she had hair color processing in her hair, this is very unprofessional. She proceeds to cut my hair in a hurry, didnt use a squirt bottle or wet down my hair. Not even thinking while I was there but she didnt check to make sure the sides were the same length. Nope, not the same length. The back when I get home and straighten it is all messed up. I have a hard time letting people cutting my hair and this is why. Do not go here, so disappointed.

Good spot to get a nice haircut. Quite expensive, but you pay for what you get. I would go to great clips or sports clips and be disappointed every single time. I will now go here and pay the difference and not waste my money or time on any sort of “clips.”

I managed a high end salon for 5 years, so I have certain (not outrageous) expectations. This place did not disappoint. Buffy was efficient, professional, and gave me exactly what I asked for. Because I have short hair I need haircuts fairly often and usually have a difficult time balancing quality and cost, but this location gave me everything I needed. Everyone was friendly and I truly enjoyed my time here!

They are good for last minute appointments, but I frequently have had my cut be crooked or not what I want. Its frustrating to have to come back to get it fixed. I went in for a re-color once, and the stylist was only going to do my roots, even though the body of my hair had faded, and I wouldve been two-tone. They want you in and out so they can help the next person. Its all very rushed, and youre a dollar sign to them, not an actual client. The stylists also arent very great at following an explanation or description and take way too much creative flare with it. Ive left disappointed more times than not, and Ive been here multiple times. My boyfriend has had the same problem. We refuse to come here now. Its not worth having your hair style and look destroyed.

You all should at the very least post a sign on the door when you close early. I made an appointment via the app, drive out of my way, and I’m assuming you were closed because of the weather. Weather is understandable, be safe, but let your customers know, and disable appointments on the app. Bishops just gained a new customer!

I love coming to this shop! I have never had a bad experience coming here. And on my last trip in, Ali was AMAZING and I left loving my style. This is a shop where they truly care about their clients, and take the time to make sure you are taken care of.

So I literally just got home from getting a haircut here. I wanted short sides with a bit longer on top. What I got was my right side being whole inch and a half shorter than my left. Making my hair look incredibly lopsided. The right side is so short it almost stands on its own whereas the left is long to where it lays flat on its own.My stylist (Christin B) also bragged about them calling her a “power cutter because she does haircuts so fast”. Well yeah no wonder because it’s all uneven. I regret coming here and the tip I gave her.

My husband just returned from a cut today when he asked for a mid fade and the stylist completely almost shaved his head. The top of his head has a small amount of hair. Wouldnt recommend. Very disappointed

I wish I had listened to my gut on going here again. It is all my fault because I figured I had a 50/50 shot at getting what I wanted. Nothing fancy, just a clipper cut, and I just got scalped. My left eyebrow is gone and my neck hair line is now an inch and a half higher, my daughter says I look like Peter Griffin. I asked for a senior stylist, the answer I got was that “they are all pretty good”! I am looking for a new job and now I feel like I look like Billy Bob Thornton in Sling Blade. Instead of an nice office job I should be looking for work on a dock or as a leg breaker.... Thanks

Ive been coming here for about 4 years, so this review is overdue. Jolene is my go-to since she always does an awesome job on my hair cut. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor also helps, but the shampoo and neck and shoulder rub are AWESOME! I will definitely continue going back as long as shes still there. 👍😊

I have been a customer of this Floyds for a few years now, and there are a few reasons why I go back. First and foremost, Monica is a top notch hairstylist. Ive never received a bad cut from her, and she has a consistent hand. Whether it be getting ready for a vacation, or just trying to clean up the shag, she has never disappointed. The atmosphere of this place is fun, and the people who work here are genuinely pleasant. Ive grown accustomed to the call ahead system, and rarely wait over 10 minutes (Im pretty sure you can call a couple of weeks in advance). Thanks again for the clean cut, Ill be returning in a couple of weeks to freshen up again!!

I’ve gone to the Lafayette location and had an amazing experience, so I told my wife to try this location. She walked in and stood at the front desk where two workers were standing, and was literally ignored for a good minute. They were just standing there ignoring her. Then someone else got in line behind and they finally gave her the time of day. She wanted a quick side buzz and the desk staff were extremely rude/short with her. She ended up just leaving and getting a haircut at a cost cutters.

Ive recently moved to this area from Fort Collins, and was a long time client of the S College Avenue location. Once I got down here I felt comfortable continuing to be a client of Floyds expecting the quality of the cut I have received to be the same.Unfortunately, after trying this location twice- and receiving a haircut From Anna Lisa B. my first time, and Travis F. my second time. Im left feeling incredibly disappointed with the mediocre haircuts Ive received from both stylists. My haircut is pretty simple, take a half inch or so off the top, and a fade on the sides up to a 3. My first haircut from Anna Lisa, lasted all of 10 minutes where the stylists in Fort Collins were comfortable spending upwards of 30 on my hair to ensure a great result.Ive even gone so far as showing a picture of the haircut style I wanted to clearly explain what type of fade I wanted on my sides, so that there was no miscommunication- only to still be disappointed. Both stylists seemed to have understood what I wanted, but have provided a haircut that is truly no better than that of a Great Clips- for double the price. Neither of the haircuts I have received have resembled anything like a fade on my sides.Moving forward, I truly dont think I can return to this location with confidence- and would much prefer to save my money and pursue a haircut at a Great Clips or Fantastic Sams. At least that way if the haircut doesnt meet my standards, I havent forked out nearly $30. Overall, just really unhappy with the results of my visits and am left not feeling particularly confident about my hair.

Ive come to this specific shop a number of times over the last few years. The first couple of times I loved everything about it but all of a sudden there was a sharp sharp decline in customer service. The wait times for walk-ins are insane. Why offer walk-in if youre quoting me an hour and 30 to hour and 45 minute wait time? This isnt a one time thing that happened one time, its happened to me various days (weekdays weekends) at various times(early afternoon, evening and once in the am.) Either this is the BUSIEST location in all of North America or their time management is piss poor. In addition the front desk people are super rude. They give a ton a attitude for asking even the most basic of questions. For the price that Floyds charges Im not expecting for my feet to be massaged while being fed grapes and having my ego stroked but I do expect some kind of good customer service at least to the point where you make eye contact with people when talking to them. I also noticed that there are never the same barbers there. Ive been given cards for people who two months down the line are no longer there. Doesnt inspire much hope. Truthfully you better off elsewhere thats cheaper. Youll get what you expect at other places, this Floyds however will not just disappoint you but also leave you wondering why you paid so much for disappointment.

Haircuts are hit or miss, very dependent on the stylist. But I learned my lesson, never ask for a beard trim. My appt was at 5pm, my hair cut and beard trim which was scheduled for 45 min, was done at 5:18. I had to redo my beard entirely at home. Most if it wasnt trimmed at all, and the parts that had been were extremely uneven. My haircut was spotty and Im scheduled to have it fixed somewhere else later this week. I have had mixed experiences at this location before, but have decided now not to return.

Always a hit or miss here. The Floyds in Colorado springs was great, but this one gives good haircuts or horrible ones. Theyre also very slow. I shouldnt have to stand at the counter waiting for the person behind it to help me at their convenience. I walked in and watched two of them talk for a solid minute before they told me it would take an hour and a half, so I left. Id like to find a new place to go, but in the mean time I have to settle for this one. Either way, its still better than some of their competitors, but not by much.

Love coming here. Friendly staff that care about what the customer wants and don’t rush through a haircut like some other places ( great clips, sport clips, etc...). Kandace is the best. She’s always nice to talk too and pays close attention to detail. I’ve never had a bad cut from her.

Great haircut everytime. Normally I dont do my beard there so its done my way at home, but I didnt want to mess with it and she did great. I didnt even realize the time my stylist put in. 90 miles of construction surrounded this place when I went for my appointment. I was a few minutes late (because I didnt know every road in the world was torn apart) the bumped my appointment and told me the couldnt get me in for 3 more hours. Now I have appointments I have to go to with the new COVID Shaggy Dog look. Terrible time. Dont go here.

This was my absolute worst barbershop experience. The hair cut was okay, but the straight razor shave was painful, rushed, and unprofessional resulting in lots of cuts and it was not even a close shave. I have never bled so much from shaving. I could have shaved myself and gotten a much closer shave with any store bought disposable razor and saved my money. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Ive been going to this Floyds location for over three years and I have had great experiences. The reception team always expediently sets up my appointments and greets me welcomingly. Amy P. nails my cut every time and I get compliments after every visit. She also cuts my teenage boys hair and theyve never looked better.

Love Floyds! Never had a bad cut. My daughter always wants unique styles, everyone knows how to give her what she wants, which is rare for a salon that is so reasonably priced.

The customer service here is terrible. Ive gone to Floyds for a long time but I will be discontinuing that. The haircut I got today was good, and the stylist/barber did a great job and was very kind; however, I called the location to simply put my name down for a call ahead (maybe a 10 second interaction) and I was asked to be put on a BRIEF hold. Sure. I was on hold for 20 minutes as I drove across Denver to the location. As I pulled into parking, I was still on hold. As I was walking into the building, someone finally picked up and said thanks for holding so I mentioned I was calling ahead but seeing as I was outside It did not matter at this point. The girl on the phone says alright thanks and hung up. I was on hold for absolutely no reason for 20 minutes. When I walk in, they are not busy at all and the girls are talking behind the counter. They had someone ready for me within 2 minutes. So not busy. But i was on hold for a while.. The girls at the front had attitude and did not thank me as I left. The haircuts are already very overpriced, and their gimmick is they make up for that by providing excellent customer service. Seeing as I am paying 25+ dollars for a buzz cut and terrible service, I will go elsewhere. The girl that kept me on hold for 20 minutes name started with a Z I believe. Didnt get her full name. She needs some serious training or to find a new gig. I cant imagine how many sales they are missing out on if they cant even have someone competent answering phone calls.

We went in to have my 1 year olds very first haircut done. The receptionist said we couldn’t make an appointment but they would take walk Ins and we would have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours. After waiting 2 hours we asked where my son was in line, she said 3 people and then him. We watched another 4 people go by and asked her where he was again and was told another 3 or 4 people because all of the 430 spots were showing up so my son was not a priority and we would need to wait another hour or so. This was the MOST AWFUL service I have ever received from this establishment. We waited HOURS and were not helped. And you parents know how impatient a toddler can be. I WIlL never be back to this place and I recommend others find somewhere else to go with better customer service! I asked MIKA if she could talk to any of the stylists to see what we could do and she refused! She also refused to give us the managers contact information! Do not go here!!!

I have a hard time trusting anyone to cut my hair. Im very picky, but when I go to Floyds Erica H. Always does my hair perfect to the T and I go home happy with a fresh fade every time!Thank you Erica! 😊

The receptionist put me on hold for 21 minutes, then just hung up! I called back and got repeatedly sent to a message saying to call back. FINALLY i got through when i was 2 blocks away...for their call ahead list. No, i refuse to install yet another app...just to get on that list. When i got there, she was just gabbing with another employee. I watched her as i waited another 45 minutes...on HER personal phone or gabbing, only to sometimes have to check a person out/taje money. No excuse for not answering calls.

I have been a long time customer of Floyds and it saddens me, but I feel I will be finding a new barbershop next time. I was quoted for a 30 - 45 min wait time, and waited for over 90 minutes. I almost always get a good haircut but I find their business model impersonal and frustrating. They claim they welcome walk-ins but I did not feel welcome. I understand this review is during the holidays and its much busier, but this location has never staffed properly for busy times. The stylists are nice and talented and I generally get a good hair cut but with increasing prices and low customer service, I feel I can find a better place to cut my hair.

So Ive been going to Floyds in Westminster for years and they are hands down the best barbershop Ive been to! The atmosphere and staff are amazing! Monica the stylist that cuts my hair always does an incredible job! I always look forward to going in for my next haircut, because Monica and the other stylists always make it an experience that youll never forget!

The atmosphere and people are great. But we waited for an hour and a half (estimated 45 minute wait) the stylists don’t know how to cut black hair. And it was way over priced for a kids cut including tip will put you about $25. If you have textured hair don’t come here🙁

Lani was my barber and I should say she did an amazing job. Definitely one of the best haircuts I received. This was my first time in Floyds so I got shampoo and massage free. Overall it was a good experience and worth the money I paid. Will definitely become a regular.

Rude staff except for the lady who does our hair. Adrienne is the only person who has shown any level of customer service, shes GREAT.I entered the store this morning at 8:59am, for my 9:00am appointment, and was promptly told, we actually arent open yet! Literally, one minute early. The sign on the door said, Come on in, were open. I guess 60 seconds of customer-free time was more valuable than revenue from my family moving forward.We just moved here a few months back, have been to this location four times and the last time was this morning. I left without a haircut, and will find somewhere that employs people who can actually fake a smile while at work.

I really like this place. Ive been going here more than a year and Im very happy with my haircuts. I recommend Cindi C as she is an excellent hair stylist. I like the music and the rockin atmosphere. I like that they wash your hair after the haircut so that I can return to work without itchy hair all over. I make appointments and have never waited long. I highly recommend Floyds and this location.

I’ve been going here for about a year and a half, and I can’t believe I gave this terrible barber shop so many chances. It literally disgusts me. I think I’ve gotten about 2 decent haircuts in that timeframe. I’ve had to go back and force them to “fix” my hair because they screwed up so bad. Eventually I started “fixing” it myself because of their widespread incompetence. If you want to wait 90 minutes just to look stupid for the next two weeks, go here for sure.Response to owner: At this point, giving your shop another chance is nothing more than an insult to my intelligence. I’ve already taken my business elsewhere and I encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

My hairstylist was Nicky (not sure if thats the exact spelling of here name) she was great. But the music was way too loud and I mentioned it to the receptionist and she with an attitude told me that the corporation has told them to play music at that volume.

Literally ruined our wedding!! My fiancée told the stylist to take off a little, but somehow she took that as take off four inches. Haven’t had a haircut this bad since great clips. Won’t be back 👎🏼

Dont be fooled by the flashy-grunge atmosphere, this place does a great job of selling an image... not a mens hair cut. The barbers here are the EXACT SAME type of people who staff the numerous Super Cuts and Cost Cutters in the area. However, make sure you bring and extra $15-$20 for the same EXACT hair cut and service youd expect to receive at any of those other Mens Salons.

Floyds 99 are always great in their services. They have worked on my hair for more than a year now and they have been good all though. Highly recommend them.

Been going here for about two years and I get a different barber everytime. The haircuts are about as good as great clips and they charge double that great clips does. The haircuts are decent but they can never get what I want. Also some of them dont know how to fade which is weird. If you want a really nice haircut this isnt the place for you. Super expensive for a less then average haircut. Also the staff is pretty rude.
