I was recommended by a neighbor to come to TPK Wireless, to find out why my Phone wouldnt keep a full charge for over an hour. I was greeted when I entered the door, & I was called to the counter for service right away. The Customer Service in this store is excellent. They checked my phone, & told me that I needed a new battery. They didnt have it in stock at the store, so they ordered it for me. They notified me when my battery arrived, & I went back to the store for them to install it for me. The Two Customer Service Ladies at the Counter treated me very well, I have told my friends & neighbors about this store, & now I have an HP Laptop that needs a battery, so I shall be returning to the store very soon, Thank You & Be Blessed!

Would not recommend using this company. Took my phone to get my screen repair under warranty. They would not fix my screen because the Amount of time I waited to bring my phone in. First off they Determined that based off of what my screen protector looked like. Also that I was never stated at any point in time. When I chose to purchase the warrantee it was only stated that if my screen cracks they would replace it if I still have the screen protector on. This company is extremely unprofessional. I will no longer be recommending anyone use this location. They are scamming people based off of this timing loophole. Please save yourself the hassle and money on using their services.

I took my phone and to be repaired because because it was working but the screen but the screen display would not show. When I got it back over a over a week and after many delays later, the phone was completely dead. Luckily I had a backup. Do not use this place!

The initial product is great. screen looks good. However, a month later I had to come back because the screen cracked under a screen protector and the screen started to lift up. The screen also started malfunctioning. Had to come back and get it fixed again and had to purchase a $40 screen protector in order to get a warranty on it.
