They are awesome!!! Never have to wait long for them to be there and I have had to use them several times! Definitely the best Tow truck company I have ever dealt with!!!

Overall a awful experience, would not recommend. the service was awful, the man i spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. the environment was disgusting and unclean. their prices are out of the roof expensive. i would not recommend the place to any one. my experience was very unpleasant and i will not be returning.

My fiancé (Mike Snodgrass) was coming back from a funeral for his father when his truck broke down with a major repair regarding the rear end. Short Dawg Towing was absolutely fantastic in setting up and delivering his vehicle all the way back to our home in Memphis. The amount of stress he was already under and then having a major breakdown, these guys relieved a lot of that stress and brought his truck back home safely. What an awesome company! Thank you!

Worst experience ever while truck was in their care for one day a purse with all identification for two people and wallet went missing as well as the ignition and the radio to the truck definitely do not recommend to anyone!!! Police have been spoken with!

Towed my car 1.7 miles and charged me 60$ knowing I was having a hard time financially. People these days act like friends and buddys but when it comes down to your family and your future they could care less about u. Ur just another tow job and another quick buck to these guys.

I needed a Chevy Silverado hauled from Lafollette, TN to my house in Morristown, TN. Everyone was super nice, the driver put it right where I wanted it, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

The service was great. It wasnt me being towed. I talked to one of the drivers about a vehicle on his truck, because they had a crowd around it for about 30min. I asked the driver what happened to the vehicle and he said the person driving was just driving down the road and it just completely stopped on them, and antifreeze went everywhere. He said think goodness the thing is still under warranty. I was shocked because it was a new car.

Also towed my father in laws truck from Johnson city after it was stolen. Still very reasonable on price! Also came and rescued me when my explorer lost part of the transmission in Kodak.
